Hi my name is Jacinta. I am 23 years old and I work full time at a medical centre in Bardon. I love to socialise with good company, a few drinks and lots of food! When I do have free time I like to play xbox, go hiking, go to the dog park or attempt to play/learn the guitar. I am a really easy going person who has a super open mind and am pretty tidy. I also have an 8 month old puppy by the name of Ralph (corgie x cattle dog). Ralph is a super lovely little puppy who likes to make friends with everyone (like his owner) :). I am happy to stay longer than 6 months, and have my own car, move in date is also flexible. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your time and kind regards, Jacinta
I run my own business as a leadership consultant and facilitator. This means I do some administrative work at home and love an inspiring and quiet place to live. I also travel a lot to deliver my programs so am frequently away from home for short travel stints. I'm passionate about food and great conversation so I like to churn out a lot of delicious healthy food from the kitchen and I'm pretty social. Currently I am open to both living on my own in a self-contained setup or to a healthy, functioning share house. At 39 I've lived in many a share house and believe in keeping communal areas tidy for the enjoyment of all. For fun I like taking trips into nature, hiking, camping, rock climbing, hosting dinner parties and seeing great live music.
My name's Kahu, i'm 20 and I'm looking for a place from the 21st August. i'm very easy going, work as a bartender in the CBD and when i'm home I mostly just chill and watch netflix. I'm pretty sociable so always happy for a chat and don't mind people over. I've been renting for 3 years so respectful of shared spaces and reliable with bills etc.
Just a 22 year old looking for some fun people to live with who enjoy pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. I work part time and am finishing my degree and looking for a room closer to the city! I'm very chilled out, respectful and always up for socialising over a meal and a drink.
Easy going professional, very clean, considerate and busy with work, exercise and life in general so keep to myself but always up for a laugh or a beer. Generally up early, go to bed early so would prefer somewhere relatively quiet (within reason) or share with similar people. Currently deciding whether to renew my current lease or move into another place but would like to decide asap. Could be somewhat flexible with move dates and would prefer off street parking. Feel free to message me with any questions. Cheers.
Hey I'm Helen, I'm clean, tidy and happy to take turns with cooking and washing up. I'm always up to socialise but also respect others privacy! I work full time as a dental assistant and during my weekends off I like to explore new places, top up my tan, and indulge in some good old retail therapy! Looking for somewhere short term from September 20th - November 17th :)
Me and my boyfriend are very relaxed, friendly and easy going people. We are currently working full time in the city so at the weekends we like to go exploring city or take short trips down the gold coast. We also enjoy a drink or two on the weekend as well as a chilled night in with a movie and Pizza. We are very tidy people and like to live in a clean environment so will always clean up after ourselves and chip in with tidying up the house.
Hey future house sharers, My name is Shauna, 24 years old (soon to be apart of the quarter century club). *Relocating from Melbourne to Brisbane * I am down to earth, love to have a chat, head out for a drink, watch endless episodes of the OC, I can play about 5 chords on the guitar (willing to learn more so we could potentially jam). I like tidy, homely places, living with respectful, lovely human beings. If this sounds like I would fit into your humble abode, feel free to contact me! I would also prefer a furnished place, not a fan of dismantling beds. ☺️ x
I am fun and outgoing, I love to cook and am a clean and tidy person. I work in the city and would like to find somewhere on the North to the centre of the city to live. My kids live with their mum and I will be off to do things with them when I can. Happy to socialise but I have a fair amount of post uni creative work to do so my own space to retreat will be valuable. Good with house chores and responsibilities and looking to move fairly soon.
Currently studying medical science majoring in nutritional science with CQU via distance education. Work for Queensland rail travel onboard long distance trains casually, so this means I am rarely home. Originally from Rockhampton, moved down to Brisbane about 6 months ago for work. I am self sustaining, ex chef so can cook and look after myself. Like to be social sometimes but mainly stuck infront of a computer studying.
My beautiful Staffy, Ziggy and I have moved back from Melbourne after being away for two years and completely fallen in love with Brisbane all over again. I work in corporate sales however I am a hippy at heart and have a full and active social life. Love the out doors, live music, beach, traveling, cooking, hanging out at home with a great bottle of wine, music while I potter around in a veggie patch. Love to cook good clean food as I am a vegetarian, and although I haven't taught yoga for a few years, I am a fully qualified yoga teacher. Ziggy is an 8 year old brindle staffy who doesn't bark and is fully house trained. He is great with other animals however he would prefer to hang out with humans as he loves all the attention. As I have just moved back, I don't have a lot of furniture. Pretty much my bedroom suite, TV and other bits and pieces I have picked up since I have been back. So if you have a fridge, washing machine and couch, that would be a good start to a comfy home. Looking forward to meeting my next house mates.
Hihi I'm Will👋🏼 Looking for a chilled out, clean environment to live. I'm a signals electrician in the rail industry, and work long hours and allot of weekends. Not a fan of house parties, but don't mind a relaxing drink every now and then. I love cooking (I guess you could say it's my hobby) and sharing the end results. I try to stay active, through beach volleyball and Brazilian jujitsu, when time and fatigue allows it. I have no pets, but will happily befriend anyone else's😊(Unless it's a snake or something)
I'm Lulu, 25, second year nursing student who is now looking for a bright and breezy home. I work part time as a support worker on the Northside and I love my job. On the weekends I'm mostly at the coast, on a roadtrip in my van, visiting family or working. Weeknights I'm usually studying, visiting friends, cooking or pottering around. I enjoy nature, the arts, cooking (bad but eager), tea, music, the beach, sun, gardening, vegetarian feasts, yoga, plants, coffee, the creek, surfing, board games and movies, decorating, multiculturalism, swimming, buddhist theory, wine&beer, JJJ, Italian and spanish, dress ups, sustainability, spirituality, making jewellery and kimonos, trying new hobbies, and throwing the odd dinner party. A home: I'm looking to find a creative and like-minded person/people/pets to share a happy and easy home. I would like to live in a place where me and all of my things are not just contained in my room. I want it to feel like a collaborative home where people can feel relaxed and equal. On Sundays if I'm home I like to drink coffee and sit in the sun, or sunbake on the grass, or play music and maybe dance weirdly. I want others to feel comfortable to be themselves. Is this ad getting off track? Haha. Read on! I'm share house experienced and am laid back, always reliable, ecofriendly, very mature and really tidy. I'm pretty quiet and cruisy and respectful of other peoples space and needs :) And not a crazy drinker or party girl. Happy to join an already established share house, or find people to create something with. A smile :) Lulu
Hi I'm Gemma, I'm 29. I am currently in the process of moving back to Brisbane after 4.5 years in Newcastle. I'm a speech pathologist and registered nurse, so will be working full time in either/both of these capacities. I will be moving at some stage in early August when work is locked in. I'm clean, quiet and tend to keep to myself but also like a bit of a chat rather than pretending my housemates don't exist. Happy to provide my own furniture. I'm interested in smaller share houses (as in only living with a couple of people), granny flats or share houses where I have my own space. I'm a fairly low key person, not into partying or huge amounts of socialising. More of a person who's likely to spend a Saturday night with a quiet glass of wine watching a movie. I'm a fit, healthy vegetarian but don't have issues with others eating meat around me. For fun I like to spend time with friends, which usually consists of a movie/coffee/brunch/general chat or hangout. I like to spend time with my animals and reading books. I do exercise regularly and walk the dog. I do have 2 indoor pets. Mannie- a 10 year old cocker spaniel, who would likely be in day care a few days per week. If you want cuddles he will happily provide them! He is house trained and well behaved, loves pats and cuddles. Mannie is great with other dogs. Gus- a 20 odd year old cat who is 100% indoors. Given his age, he doesn't do much aside from find sunny spots to sunbake in and sleep a lot. He sadly isn't friendly with other cats, but seems to love dogs for some reason. They're both really lovable, affectionate and well trained.
Hello! I live in Brisbane and I just want to settle down at a friendly house with cool roomies. I am looking in surrounding suburbs of the city with available on/off street parking. I work full time in Hospitality, mostly work night shifts. I am very friendly, funny, trustworthy, tidy, clean and respect people's privacy and space. I like gym, swimming, movies, beach, roadtrips and camping. Shoot me a message if I can fit in your league :)
AUGUST onwards... I am moving back to Australia FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST :) Currently living& working in Hong Kong, I don't smoke (i don't mind if you do) no pets (i don't mind if you do) I am tidy, clean, laid back & a little chatty but love to relax when home. I come with 2 suitcases and a bike. I love cycling, watermelon, travel and get along with pretty much everybody. My hobbies are blogging, photography, going to random climbing or hiking meet ups etc. I will be studying part time at USQ (post grad) and working in Brisbane. Looking somewhere within easy driving distance to CBD. Preferably a friendly house (not a huge party house).. I'm easily pleased, not fussy, just somewhere clean, safe, and not too far away from the cbd. I will be getting a car in shortly after arriving but 100% happy to on street park and keep it out of the way of other housemates cars/the driveway etc. I hope to arrange a room before i arrive in Brisbane, it can be for 1 month, 6 months 1 year (whatever suits the house). Paying rent on time, bills, etc is no problem at all, and furnished preferable however happy with unfurnished too (i mean its no problem to order a bed or mattress or pick up a few clothes racks etc). xxx
Relaxed friendly clean. Like art, sports, music, gardening and pets. I'm pretty easy going but not an early bird. Like to cook maybe share a few dinners and glass of wine. Work part time as a visual merchandiser, like to paint, garden and swim in my spare time. I'm originally from Melbourne and moved to Brisbane a yr ago. I have a 16 yr old daughter who would visit a few times a yr. I love all sports especially AFL and enjoy going to see live music. I also have a beautiful 9yr old dog , Samoyed x golden retriever . She is very friendly well trained and generally just loves company and to just hang out and watch the goings on of the house. Would love a chilled vibe with no dramas. Prefer min 6 mths. Looking for somewhere that feels like home.
I am looking to share accommodation possibly a 3 to 6 month period, while I sell my current house and buy a new one in Brisbane, in the general area of Auchenflower. A self contained single person flat with veranda and a kitchenette is my preference. I am a semi-retired artist, very clean and tidy , can cook well, friendly and enjoy being around folks. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
Hi, hallo, hey. I am Emma, 26, working full-time in arts and tourism. I'm a practicing visual artist/graphic designer and enjoy a creative outlet of any kind: travelling, reading, gardening, sketching and painting are top of mind at the moment. I love cooking a big meal for good people and having a chat over a glass of wine. When I'm not doing any of the above I'm at yoga, hiking with friends, freelancing from home (when there's work coming in!) or eating brunch. I've enjoyed the past 7 years living in share accommodation with all sorts of people. Your home is my home and vice versa, so I'm very considerate of personal space and will always do my part to keep things clean, tidy and homely.
