I'm considerate of those I share a space with, and expect the same in return. My bills are paid on time as well as doing my share to keep the place clean and tidy. My thoughts are that communication is the key to shared living. I have an active life outside the house however there is nothing better than to have quiet times at home.
Hello My name is Natalia and I am from Colombia. I am a lovely girl who likes to keep clean, friendly and lovely to people. I study and work so I keep myself busy. Rarely on weekends. Please let me know if I can visit you. Many thanks Have a good day 😊 Natalia
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 2weeks - 1 month time.
Hey! Currently working full time as a IT Security analyst in Mascot, however I currently work in Circular Quay, I'm hopefully looking for a place that is close to a train station so I can get to either workplace/home as quick as possible. Feel free to contact me if you believe you have a place in any of the areas that I have listed above and within my price range. Thanks for taking the time to read and I hope to hear from you guys/gals soon! Best Regards E.Laver
I am looking for a double/twin room to share with my brother. I am a full time professional working in the CBD and my younger brother is a first year university student. We are both very clean and tidy and looking for a clean/tidy place to live in. We also look for a 'no party' house (ocassional friends/relatives coming over is fine). We don't drink and don't smoke. We like a home where we can wind down and relax. We prefer maximum 4 people in the whole house including us. We most likely will stay for long term (6 months +). We are very friendly, easy going, responsible and considerate. We like to go out on weekends. Please contact me if we look like the people you want to share house with :)
Hi, I am a visiting PhD student at USYD. If you can see my listing, that means I am still looking for a single private room or nice flatmates~~ I would like to live in a quiet, organized and clean place. If you have any idea, pls don't hesitate to message me. haha. But it is better that the room is near the USYD or just about 10 minutes' train. And if you are looking for a flatmate, i am willing to know about things. I perfer the apartments or units. But perfect houses are also good to me.
I come to Sydney since I enjoy experiencing different cultures and practice daily-used English. I like a clean room, near the city; having supermarket and restaurant nearby, or near the train station is also okay.
Hello, I'm 22yo full-time student studying in Manly area, part-time chef. I am currently on my holiday but I will be back to Sydney on the 18th of Sept. Looking for a private room around St Leonards/North Sydney area or Wolli Creek/Mascot. Hope you are interested in meeting me :)
We are 3 argentinian. We are a family (my boyfriend, my sister and I). We are easy-going, friendly, respectful and veryyyy clean and tidy. We have the best references!!!! And we need a home asap! Any information is welcome...
Easy going, tidy and generally keep to myself when at home but sociable and curious enough to have a chat with just about anyone. I'm not fussed about doing your share of the house keeping if you aren't able to due to work exhaustion or personal crisis; though this is only the case if I'm not going through the same thing simultaneously hah. I try to cook at home most days, so if regular use of the kitchen isn't something you're keen about - I'm not the one for you. It's mostly just meal preparation for the week, so use of the kitchen isn't excessive. I work full-time and have a lot of hobbies so will probably be out most of the week or generally occupied and then over compensate by spending my entire days off at home reading, watching shows and sleeping. - I have a car and therefore need a place to park it, on street parking is fine as long as it's readily available and/or without restrictions. - A fast and reliable internet would be nice as I stream shows/movies and would like to get back into PC gaming in the future. - I am naturally inclined to use less energy and hope you are too. - Absolutely okay with any kind of pets you may have. - Cool with friends/family you may have over but if it's a crowd I'd like a heads up
I'm British, 28. Been living out of a hostel for the last 2 months and feel now is the right time to move in with someone. I can be whatever you want me to be, very social, love sports, I'll drink occasionally, none smoker, quiet sleeper. I can be quiet, keep myself to myself if needed. Anything else let me know, Carl
Hey! 22 y/o student at UTS working part-time. Tidy, respectful, friendly, sociable and reliable. I'm a fun and creative person with a wide variety of interests I enjoy going to live gigs ( and the occasional performance ;) ), music, playing my guitar and keyboard, Japanese pop culture, photography and more. I've been living in Sydney for about 2 years now and currently living in Ingleburn looking for a place around the Inner West, Parramatta and Southern areas.
Me and my boyfriend are both very relaxed people. clean and respectful. Love to have a chat but also love that home is a place to relax. I am a bartender and my boyfriends a furniture deliverer.
Summary: - Working Full-time - Keep to myself usually, but open to socialising - Preferably close to train station - Max. $300 weekly per person. - LGBT+ Friendly - Uni Student friendly Looking to find a place/team where I can feel at home without paying stupid amounts, ideally. Places I have in mind are usually 2+ bedroom places if teaming up, so something like $480 per person each fortnight, maximum. I'm not looking for anything fancy/modern, as long as it is in a relatively safe area, and easy to get to and from Maroubra or Central Station (CBD). This listing will be valid until I take it down so please message if you're interested! I will need to give 4 weeks notice to my current landlord, so that would start from the day I confirm any arrangement. Apologies, if you don't hear back from me in 48 hours I am probably not interested or dead.
I am a very friendly, trustful and peaceful person and these are very important for me. I love to share a good and healthy meal having a great conversation. I like dance, books, calm musics and outdoors activities such as bush walk. I am clean and organised.
I'm easygoing, very tidy, respectful of others. For work I start early, normally gone by 4am finish around 1.30pm. I'm handy to have around, have own tools. I'm a quiet guy, but will join a conversation.

Hello, We are currently in Sydney on a working holiday visa from the UK. We are currently living in Arncliffe, but have to move out of our place. We would be looking to stay until late October/ early November. We are both working at the moment and are trying to explore as much of Sydney as we can on our days off so we won't be any hassle to share with. Louise has got me fully house trained as well so living with us would be a walk in the park! Let us know if we sound like a good match! Thanks, Adam and Louise
Hi! I'm 26 and have recently started a full time job as a graduate in an accounting firm in the CBD. I'm fairly tidy, laid back, and respectful of others. I like to socialise and am looking to make new friends when I move away from my hometown, but I also enjoy my relaxation time and I'm hoping to find some like-minded housemates to take me in!
Hi guys, 30 year old Irish male looking for flat share in or around Arncliffe. I am really laid back, clean and tidy, easy to get on with and like to socialise on my days off.
