Recently seperated, very fit, gym 6 times a week, quiet, full time employment, clean and tidy, non smoker, occasional drinker. English but lived overseas for 20+ years, working in the electronic security industry. Would like to share with genuine person/s.
I am looking for a place to live that can support my home business. I am a self-employed remedial massage therapist. Currently I have a fairly regular client base to support myself as well as other work i do weekly as a support worker for disabilities. I am also an agency nurse. I am a fun, respectful, caring and quirky guy. I am single but professional, not looking for relationships; I am busy building my business. I need a room preferably with private access but not compulsory so long as other housemates are okay with clients coming to my treatment room. As long as i have a big enough unfurnished room for my daybed and massage table then i'll be fine as i currently use my daybed as a sitting area for clients in the day time and convert to bed at night. I'm self sufficient and only require a quite house hold for my clients as this is my main sole income. I have my own car, i love to cook for other people and enjoy being social. I will be the best person you've ever lived with...i cook, clean, massage, am quiet, friendly, respectful and fun personality. Happy to live unitedly or independently within a shared house.
Friendly pretty quiet type of guy. Work hard so like to be able to relax in my home when I have a dayoff. Not a party person or drinker. Non smoker. Self employed contractor and also volunteer at Animal Welfare. So very animal friendly. Looking for a cool easy going person to share a house with. Not looking for a house full of flatmates. Secure off street parking for my work vehicle. Garage or storage shed would ideal aswell
We are tidy, quite, non smokers and reliable tenants. We are flexible on location, Please feel free to contact me on. Thank you
Hi I'm Erin :) 27yo female looking to relocate from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. I'm a bubbly, creative type, I work in the design industry & in my down time I enjoy cooking, music & gym. I'm a considerate, friendly room-mate, who likes a clean house. I look forward to meeting you! Cheers, Erin
42 years old and single. Mature, hard working, considerate, respectful of others' space, fun and I get along with everyone. Socialable but also like my own space. I juggle 3 jobs and volunteer at Currumbin Wildlife Hospital in my "spare" time. Work hard, and enjoy a wine in my down time. I do have a cat, called Sushi - who is part human and has glowing references ;) ideally we do not wish to be seperated so I'm looking for a place with my fur buddy. Ideally a Granny flat or seperate section of a house but would consider anything as long as he's welcome too :) I do not require furnished but will still consider furnished.
Hey, Name's Alex and I'm looking for a room to call my own! Quick rundown: I'm quiet, respectful and considerate, non-judgemental, easy going and know when to mind my own business. I get along with everyone and would love to be accepted into a like-minded household. I work part time as a motorbike mechanic apprentice and study a few days a week at Tafe. I have a motorbike which can be loud coming and going (I'm aware of this and always minimise the disturbance as much as possible to my neighbours and housemates) and would LOVE if my housemates understood this situation or had bikes of their own. I myself, am not a noisy or messy person. I get along better with males than females and don't mind a bachelor pad where no females are going to steal my shampoo or shoes. I also have a pet parrot who has an indoor cage (or outside depending on the security of the house and any dogs in the yard) He's not overly loud or annoying but will make you think the microwave or washing machine is beeping sometimes... Pros: Will ALWAYS pay rent on time. Clean and organized. Can fix stuff. Can cook and will always have a healthy supply of cakes and brownies in the fridge. Honest and upfront. Cons: Bird. Bike. (aka-extra noise)
Hello all :-) I’m looking to relocate to a more suitable place for my future goals. I work full time as a gardener and I need some garage space to put tools that I need to buy and potentially park a trailer. I love my work, it’s nice being outside all day. I would love to put in my own veggie garden too so if it’s possible to build a bit of a self sufficient veggie garden that would be awesome! Maybe even get some chickens! My main hobby right now is Muay Thai, I hope to compete in some amateur fights later this year. Other hobbies include outdoorsy things like fishing and that sort of stuff. I want to learn to play a wooden flute one day. I’m very mature for my age (23), I don’t drink much, don’t party very often but I always enjoy socialising with good company. I love animals, I’m a respectful happy person with great manners, morals and integrity. I would very much like a more social/family like house where everyone gets along and would hang out outside of home too.
Looking for a new place to call home. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks
We are a mum and daughter team who keep to ourselves and make as little noise as we can. We are friendly, have lived on the Coast for years.

Hi I have just moved back to the Gold Coast with my 3 year old daughter from Mackay. I work Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday. My daughter is with me majority of the time but I do share care with her dad and she's a great kid, very respectful of other people and their property. I'm happy to share a bedroom with her so 2 rooms isn't a nescessity. Please contact me for any further info. Thanks Renee
I just moved to Gold Coast (from Sydney) and looking for a private room not too far from Gold Coast CBD (Broadbeach/ Surferparadise) . Please Feel free to contact me asap. Am working professionally, clean, cald and quiet person.
Why I'm awesome : Pay rent on time Pay bills on time Dont smoke Dont do drugs Dont have big parties Am quiet Am clean Am friendly I do not have pets but dont mind if flatmate does. Likes; netflix, gym, puppies, my boyfriend. Dislikes : Turkish delights, mess. My bf would come over for short (few hour) visits but usually i go to his (he has a puppy). On occasion i have had 1-3 friends over for a chat and watch netflix. This is not frequent and all of my friends are down to earth decent people. Im looking for anywhere on the gold coast. I have a queen bed and dresser and other bedroom furniture that will need to fit in the room. For a selfcontained granny flat if pay a little bit more than advertised above. I would be interested in team ups to get the right place right flatmate. Im not in a rush so the first good place to come along ill take Let me know if i sound like what you have in mind. Thanks, Ellie
Hey guys, my name is Jackson and I'm 20 years old. I'm returning to the Gold Coast to pursue my studies as well as work in a part time role. I'm a social person but also like my own space. I really love a clean house and housemates who also take pride in their home. Apart from that i'm pretty basic, I crack jokes all the time and I love a few drinks at the end of the day. Feel free to contact me if you have a place that'd suit me or if you'd like to know me better first :)
I am a clean, respectful house mate who loves animals and the out doors. On the weekends if I’m not working I like to go on adventures, I love to read books and spend time at the beach
I'm a 29 year-old journalist and producer who is recommencing study at Bond University in May so therefore moving from Brisbane. Apart from this, I'm also a professional dancer in ballet and hip hop, a big CrossFit enthusiast with an active lifestyle of kickboxing and running as well. Furthermore, more importantly I can cook, tell interesting stories and enjoy a beer or two with a keen eye for rugby. I have also lived in America on exchange for a year.. What you'll get with me is a straight-forward no-nonsense kind of guy who is looking for a place with someone around my own age and with similar lifestyles. As someone very genuine with people, I'm also looking for a housemate who could be a potential friend and support each other in our individual endeavours. If you think we'd be a good team up, let me know.. Chris
