Recently seperated, very fit, gym 6 times a week, quiet, full time employment, clean and tidy, non smoker, occasional drinker. English but lived overseas for 20+ years, working in the electronic security industry. Would like to share with genuine person/s.
I am looking for a place to live that can support my home business. I am a self-employed remedial massage therapist. Currently I have a fairly regular client base to support myself as well as other work i do weekly as a support worker for disabilities. I am also an agency nurse. I am a fun, respectful, caring and quirky guy. I am single but professional, not looking for relationships; I am busy building my business. I need a room preferably with private access but not compulsory so long as other housemates are okay with clients coming to my treatment room. As long as i have a big enough unfurnished room for my daybed and massage table then i'll be fine as i currently use my daybed as a sitting area for clients in the day time and convert to bed at night. I'm self sufficient and only require a quite house hold for my clients as this is my main sole income. I have my own car, i love to cook for other people and enjoy being social. I will be the best person you've ever lived with...i cook, clean, massage, am quiet, friendly, respectful and fun personality. Happy to live unitedly or independently within a shared house.
Friendly pretty quiet type of guy. Work hard so like to be able to relax in my home when I have a dayoff. Not a party person or drinker. Non smoker. Self employed contractor and also volunteer at Animal Welfare. So very animal friendly. Looking for a cool easy going person to share a house with. Not looking for a house full of flatmates. Secure off street parking for my work vehicle. Garage or storage shed would ideal aswell
Hi, I am in my early 30's. I am a happy and positive type of person. I work pretty much full time as I run 2 x online business and make a steady and consistent income. In my spare time I love to do yoga, walk, play guitar, listen to music, clean, pamper, read, write and heaps more depending on what's happening at the time. I am very easy going when it comes to others and there lives and will respect your privacy and space at all times. I am not judgmental in any way so what you do, think or believe is none of my business and I expect that to a degree in return. I am originally from the country so i love being outdoors but equally as much as i love and appreciate the ocean. I am currently living in the Brisbane area, but my lease will be up in the next few weeks. The only reason I can not sign again is because the owner/Landlord is moving in permanently. So, I am very much wanting to find a place asap and someone/s to share with. I could afford to rent on my own but it would make my life more difficult and financially limited. I am very clean and tidy and cant wait to get into my new daily routine again but in a new area. I am great at budgeting and saving money and always contribute at least 50% if not more when sharing. I do not generally tend to have many visitors and/or drop ins, but that doesn't mean I have anything against it what so ever. In considering me to share accommodation with you though, there is one very important thing that comes with me as a package......My dog Isla. Isla is more like my baby more than anything as i do not have my own children. Isla is an American Bull Terrier and she is very special to me. Isla is very unique, which is an understatement. Isla is very well trained. She is full of love and very clean. Isla barely leaves my side and I really need her to be with me without a question. I would sleep on the streets before leaving her behind. Isla is very protective when need be and well trained. Her and I spend a lot of one on one time together. She is loyal and very friendly to children, adults and other animals. She is my best friend, so to find a place and flat mate/s that caters for her and accepts her as well would be such a relief and very much appreciated. Cheers, Georgie
We are tidy, quite, non smokers and reliable tenants. We are flexible on location, Please feel free to contact me on. Thank you
Hello! I am searching more for an expression of interest at the moment. I have a small bus that I would like to park in a paddock or large back yard or shed to live in. I work full time and am trying to save some money. I am quiet, keep to myself and have 1 very well behaved medium sized dog that comes to work with me 5 days a week (and everywhere else with me on the weekends). I am looking for something out of town, I don't need electricity or plumbing but it would be a bonus! A shed or carport would be great but again can work without it. Please let me know if your interested, it'd be a great way to earn some extra cash if you have any unused land! I wouldnt mind being in a cow or horse paddock either as long as I was able to set up a small fence to prevent them chewing on my house! Please send me a message if you have anything suitable 😊
Hey, Name's Alex and I'm looking for a room to call my own! Quick rundown: I'm quiet, respectful and considerate, non-judgemental, easy going and know when to mind my own business. I get along with everyone and would love to be accepted into a like-minded household. I work part time as a motorbike mechanic apprentice and study a few days a week at Tafe. I have a motorbike which can be loud coming and going (I'm aware of this and always minimise the disturbance as much as possible to my neighbours and housemates) and would LOVE if my housemates understood this situation or had bikes of their own. I myself, am not a noisy or messy person. I get along better with males than females and don't mind a bachelor pad where no females are going to steal my shampoo or shoes. I also have a pet parrot who has an indoor cage (or outside depending on the security of the house and any dogs in the yard) He's not overly loud or annoying but will make you think the microwave or washing machine is beeping sometimes... Pros: Will ALWAYS pay rent on time. Clean and organized. Can fix stuff. Can cook and will always have a healthy supply of cakes and brownies in the fridge. Honest and upfront. Cons: Bird. Bike. (aka-extra noise)
Hello all :-) I’m looking to relocate to a more suitable place for my future goals. I work full time as a gardener and I need some garage space to put Some general gardening tools after work. I love my work, it’s nice being outside all day. I would love to put in my own veggie garden too so if it’s possible to build a bit of a self sufficient veggie garden that would be awesome! My main hobby right now is Muay Thai, I hope to compete in some amateur fights later this year. Other hobbies include outdoorsy things like fishing and that sort of stuff. I want to learn to play a wooden flute one day. I’m very mature for my age (23), I don’t drink much, don’t party very often but I always enjoy socialising with good company. I love animals, I’m a respectful happy person with great manners, morals and integrity. I would very much like a more social/family like house where everyone gets along and would hang out outside of home too. I’m happy to buy furniture for the right place!
Looking for a new place to call home. Do you have a spare garage space? Internet available? A quiet, friendly household? Unfurnished room and within my budget - please read on. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks

Hi I have just moved back to the Gold Coast with my 3 year old daughter from Mackay. I work Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday. My daughter is with me majority of the time but I do share care with her dad and she's a great kid, very respectful of other people and their property. I'm happy to share a bedroom with her so 2 rooms isn't a nescessity. Please contact me for any further info. Thanks Renee
I just moved to Gold Coast (from Sydney) and looking for a private room not too far from Gold Coast CBD (Broadbeach/ Surferparadise) . Please Feel free to contact me asap. Am working professionally, clean, cald and quiet person.
Hey guys, my name is Jackson and I'm 20 years old. I'm returning to the Gold Coast to pursue my studies as well as work in a part time role. I'm a social person but also like my own space. I really love a clean house and housemates who also take pride in their home. Apart from that i'm pretty basic, I crack jokes all the time and I love a few drinks at the end of the day. Feel free to contact me if you have a place that'd suit me or if you'd like to know me better first :)
I am a clean, respectful house mate who loves animals and the out doors. On the weekends if I’m not working I like to go on adventures, I love to read books and spend time at the beach
I'm a 29 year-old journalist and producer who is recommencing study at Bond University in May so therefore moving from Brisbane. Apart from this, I'm also a professional dancer in ballet and hip hop, a big CrossFit enthusiast with an active lifestyle of kickboxing and running as well. Furthermore, more importantly I can cook, tell interesting stories and enjoy a beer or two with a keen eye for rugby. I have also lived in America on exchange for a year.. What you'll get with me is a straight-forward no-nonsense kind of guy who is looking for a place with someone around my own age and with similar lifestyles. As someone very genuine with people, I'm also looking for a housemate who could be a potential friend and support each other in our individual endeavours. If you think we'd be a good team up, let me know.. Chris
I'm a single mum of 2, Leonardo (2.5) and Luna(0.5), looking for perhaps another single parent or family to live with to share the expenses of rent, electricity etc. Not opposed to living with anyone who doesn't have kids, but need my flatmate to understand what life is like with kids, (they need a space to feel comfortable and to be loud, but also respectful of nap times). I would obviously be respectful to your childrens needs as well. I love to cook delicious veggie meals and consider myself a full time teacher to my children. Their father has them 2 nights a week. I have one cat who keeps to herself most of the time but loves a good scratch and cuddle. Hoping to find a long term stay, I don't want to have to move the kids again.
