I am studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I have a part time job working as a Marketing Assistant in Chatswood. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a extra items. I have been living out of my parents house in student accommodation for the past few years. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
I have recently received a promotion within my company which requires me to relocate from Brisbane to Sydney. I work from 8am-5pm Monday- Friday and go to the gym after work. I am extremely clean, drama free and easy to live with. Looking for someone like minded
Hi there :) I am seeking a clean and comfortable home (not crack den) that I can share with easy going and nice people. To get uncomfortable things out of the way; due to health reasons I am on welfare but I can assure you I am a good and reliable person to live with. I love plants, interior design and just design in general so would love to find somewhere that I can put my 'stamp' on things. I am very sociable and would love to have the occasional shared dinner, movie night and drinks. I love animals and would prefer to find somewhere with animals or the option for a pet as I am a foster carer for the RSPCA. Location can be flexible.
Hello there, I'm a quiet, easy going person who enjoys socializing, but also appreciates personal space. I work in the afternoons/evenings in the cbd, and am currently looking to move a bit closer (I now live on the Central Coast). My ideal area would be less than an hour's commute each way. I do come with two adorable k9 fluff balls. Blocker is an 11 year old staffy (so he isn't too old, but spends most of the day in snooze mode) and Bella is a 1 year old Kelpie x Pharaoh hound. She will likely spend 1-2 days a week at a nearby day care, as she has loads of energy. If you are sporty though, she makes a great jogging buddy.
Hey there, my name's Sam. 26 years young, in my second year of my Bachelor of Social Work. I also work part time as a window tinter and graphic installer. I'm really friendly, heaps easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. Been living out of home since I was 20 so I have a pretty good idea of what living in a house with others requires for everyone to be comfortable, as those things are really important to me too. I'm clean and considerate, pay rent on time and can take social cues. My girlfriend comes to visit (we're doing it long distance back and forth until she graduates next year from uni) or I shoot off to England for weeks at a time, so I'd need to find a place that would be cool with her coming round for a while (next time is at the end of August, and I'll be over there for Christmas for a month). She's super cool, a really great person. I'd pay extra for the time she was she here of course also. I enjoy music, making my own music as well (may hear some acoustic guitar coming from my room at times), and socialising a fair bit with my folks back home. Non smoker, barely drink, and totally LGBTQI+ friendly. Ultimately I'm looking for some down to earth people to live with and to start a home with. If this sounds like you, hit me up! Sam
I'm from Manila, Philippines but will be moving to Sydney in July to take my Masters in Macquarie. I would love to live in a clean, modern and secure house with friendly and accommodating housemates. I would prefer to have an ensuite/own bathroom, or at least share it with just one other person. Since I don't have a car, a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk will be ideal. I am very organized and I like to keep things neat. I'm very conscious of other people's personal space and belongings and I hope to be extended the same courtesy. I like to cook and bake and wouldn't mind sharing my skills for nice housemates. :) I love dogs so I wouldn't mind living in a house with pets! I am a sociable introvert so I would love to have a glass or two of wine, or eat with friends, but will need some personal time after. :)
I am looking for a place for my friend who just arrived in Sydney recently. He is a master student at Macquarie University. He is clean and tidy. He is not a party animal. He is a non-smoker.

I'm down to earth, energetic, clean and a responsible adult. I am a deep lover of nature and have a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy socialising as much as I enjoy quiet time on my own. Ideally I'm looking for a studio flat; however, my backup plan is to share a house with clean, respectful and like-minded professional over the age of 25. I intend to stay in my new accommodation for at least next 6 months. I'd happily provide more information about myself, you just need to drop me a line:)
Hi, I'm Aurora! I'm a quiet little night owl. I study and work, and am currently putting together a little fashion design business (so if the whir of a sewing machine bugs you perhaps we're not meant to be). I'm clean, respectful and also strangely addicted to pink. Looking for a large private room (or a room with space I can use in the lounge room or something) near the Castle Hill or Hornsby area.
Hi, i'm Maddie. I currently live at home but looking to move into a houseshare or to start up a new one. (I'm not interested in an apartment) My ideal place would be a very pet-friendly house with a fenced backyard as i have a one year old dog. Other housemates would NEED to love dogs! I'm very easy going and friendly! I'm tidy and considerate, always cleaning up after myself and my dog. If i'm not at work or uni i'm usually taking my dog to the park/beach/friends house. I'd like to live anywhere on the upper north shore or Macquarie Uni area Thanks for reading :)
I like people and I enjoy a good conversation. At the same time, I like my privacy and respect other's privacy as well. I have lived and worked for the majority of my time in Australia, in Brisbane and I am fairly new to Sydney. I love being around nature and I walk a lot. I am easy going but considerate of other's likes and dislikes.
Hello there, im looking for a studio / space to rent close to public transport and amenities. I'll be going back to school though this time in Sydney and will need a room just for me. Friendly, responsible and trustworthy are just some of the qualities i have as a person. Any fellow Malaysian looking to team up drop me a message and if you have a space do let me know asap via message. Thanks and have a nice day.
I'm an undergrad student currently studying Marketing and Media full time at Macquarie University! I'm Australian, but not from Sydney. I've moved down here from the Northern Rivers, NSW and have been attempting to live a respectable adult life since. I'm a quiet person, an introvert and don't mind keeping to myself, but am definitely up for a chat :) (Would love to make some new friends and not just awkwardly exist in the same household!) I don't host house parties and would only invite a friend over after letting everyone else who lives in the house know ! I have experience living in rentals, currently looking to move to find a more convenient location for grocery shopping and maybe access to the city. (Being close to MQU is a plus, as I only attend 2 days of the week, I don't mind commuting, though I can only use public transport). I do not have a car or any pets, though I do not mind if the house has pets (I love dogs! Cats are great too!). I've never missed a rent payment! Firm on budget. PRIVATE ROOM ONLY
Organised, quiet and clean. IT student who spends ~20 hours at uni per week. Looking to live with other individuals who are organised, quiet and clean.

I have worked fulltime as a disability support worker for over a year now and am looking to start my own path in life. I am quiet and respectful and enjoy exercise, the gym, cooking and the outdoors. I look forward to hearing back from you!!
I'm pretty clean, but not a clean freak; if I cook (and I'm happy with it) then I want to share the love haha; pretty much always up for a chat about life or watching a movie. I work a 9-5 job and usually prefer to be at home in the evenings. And Jesus is the most important person in my life :)
I’m Honest, reliable, clean and tidy, respectful and friendly. I’m looking for a room in share accomodation close to my work and would prefer to have my own bathroom if possible in a nonsmoking household. A clean and tidy place is important to me. I work as a Diversional therapy assistant in an aged care facility. Some of my interests are music and nature. Looking to find a suitable place as soon as possible.
**TEAM UP** Hey all, I'm Jordan, 23 year old qualified mechanic looking for someone to team up with so I can move closer to work as I travel almost 1 and a halve hours to work every day. I consider myself a clean and respectful person and have been living with friends for a while now. Am looking for team ups preferably as I dont really want to put furniture in storage, but if need be I will. I work from 7 to 5:30 but usually always work overtime so during Monday to Friday you probably wont see me a lot, also not a real big party guy, like having 1 or 2 mates over here and there but not often due to work hours. Although I would like to socialize and become mates with my potential new roomie.
I'm looking for a place or granny flat to rent I'm a 29 year old female with two dogs one is small and one medium size I am a clean respectful person who like to keep to myself Looking to rent asap!!
Hi, My name is Giacomo, I'll come to Sydney the 28th of June for my PhD; therefore I'm looking for an indipendent unit (studio, granny flat), with own kitchenette and bathroom. Must be not far away from Macquarie University (no more than 40 min with public transport). Must be (partially) furnished
One of the flat mates is Sambhav 23 years old working part-time. He is a friendly and easy going person. His sense of humor is difficult to match and a great chit-chatter. The remaining room mate is a workaholic guy named Rhythm, 25 years old and very fun, great cook, fun to be around and cooperative guy. As for myself, 24 years old. I am a very tidy, friendly person. I am a netflix girl and don't ask a lot from my roommates other than the standard; clean up after yourself, respect the house, respect each other. I really enjoy cooking, and the occasional glass of wine with a friend. We are postgrads from Macquarie University who came in Feb'17 intake. We live like a family, eat together, party, watch movies and travel together. Any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
Hello, I am an Indian girl looking out for a shared room/ private room for approx 1 month (could be extended). I prefer to get the room close to CBD. I am holding the PR and arriving Sydney for the first time on 22nd June night. I am a software engineer and would be looking for jobs during my stay. I am an extremely tidy and quiet person. I am flexible and can adjust to my flatmate's needs. Ready to mingle and socialize. It shouldn't be a problem sharing a flat with me.
I'm easy going, work full time and study full time so very, very busy - will enjoy the occasional night out (Marly Bar or Lo Fi is a go), very clean and sociable, know how to respect privacy and boundaries. I lived in Japan, so am accustomed to sharing household responsibilities. Love a good festie, coastal walk and movie night, want to move closer to work and uni!
Hey guys! I'm a 24-year old Canadian artist, working as an art teacher in an art studio in North Sydney! I'm super friendly and enthusiastic, really clean and considerate -- easy to live with! I'm passionate about eating healthy and exercising, but also really love hanging out and watching Netflix with pizza or sushi and a good beer. I'm looking for a place with some rad, easygoing roommates and good energy, to stay until the end of August. Being close to a train station is essential for me (I don't trust buses haha, they're always late!), so I can get to and from work easily. Preferred budget is $150/week, max is $170. Send me a message if you think we'd get along! :)
I'm a double degree law and psychology student. I study part-time and work full time at the moment. I work in retail and I'm looking for a job in my current professions at the moment. I enjoy meeting new people, cooking and pride myself in cleaning up after myself and others if necessary. I will spend most of my time either studying or working. I don't smoke and prefer to lead a healthy lifestyle and if you have a dog or pet in the house, that's even better! I like to roller skate, and talk about what's going on in the world. Listening to others is important to me, as is having my own space, reading and exploring. I would love to move in with people who don't take themselves too seriously and are always down to have a good laugh. Because I have a car, parking facilities are essential and I prefer rooms that are unfurnished.
Hello I am an international student of Macquarie University, North Ryde. I grew up in the city of Vadodara the cultural capital of Gujarat, India.
