Hey there, Firstly, I'd like to start by saying that I have a dog. Her name is Oakey and she is a Golden Retriever Labrador cross. She is 3 years old. She is my entire world. Oakley loves people and wants to be everyone's friend. Oakley is an outside dog, so she requires a secure backyard. Although, she needs some space, the property doesn't have to be huge as I take her for a big walk everyday. I understand that having a dog puts me at a great disadvantage as not everyone likes dogs and there are a lot of properties that aren't dog friendly, but i'm hoping there are people out there who don't mind the furry companionship! So, about me - I'm currently looking to share house with 1 or 2 others of a similar age to me. I work full time in Lilydale (shift work - I know...another disadvantage!) and am looking to move a little bit closer without being too close. I'm not in any great hurry, however i'd prefer to move before the weather starts getting too hot as the house i'm currently in doesn't have air conditioning. My interests include going to the gym, cooking and baking. I like to get out and about and visit cafes and restaurants and take Oakley on big walks and adventures. I'm originally from Gippsland and my family are still there, so Oakley and I occasionally go on road trips. Hoping to hear from like minded people soon. Ashlee
I am from Sydney. However, 2018 has been the year that I have called Melbourne home. As a housemate you can expect someone who is tidy, has the kitchen smelling fragrant with a variety of different foods. Also I am pretty quiet and usually don't go to bed very late. I have done some travelling outside Australia and it has really made me appreciate what incredible nature we have here, and just a short drive from the city! Therefore, while I am in Melbourne, I want to explore as much of the surrounds as possible and get to know Victoria. I am already in love with the Dandenong Ranges and I know there are many other places close to Melbourne that I want to explore. For me, it's important to have a connection with my future housemates so that we can work on creating a harmonious living space. This also ties in to how long I want to stay in my new location. It can all be worked out on a case by case basis, but for now, I am prepared to give a 6 month commitment. Get in touch, because we won't know how it may work out until we meet. Thanks :)
Hi I am a single mum, with an 8 year old son. We are looking to share a fabulous large house with an empathic, easy going, intelligent, tolerant, mature and stable person, or single parent and child. I’d prefer to stay reasonably close to Monbulk for my son. But I need to move by 2nd Oct, so I’m also looking further afield. My son has special needs, and requires a stable, calming enviornment. He is very outgoing, and friendly. He loves Beyblades, gemstones, dancing and being a ninja. I’m looking for a large place with a good layout e.g. 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and good storage space that is easy to keep tidy. Would also like a good outdoor area. I like my privacy, but I am sociable and a good conversationalist. I spend a lot of time reading, researching, listening to the radio and podcasts. I have a background in Sociology and gender studies, personal care and student rights work. I am interested in many things especially culture, society, philosophy, psychology and even pointless trivia. I am fair-minded and considerate of others. I'm currently on a pension and studying part-time, and doing some casual work. I am financially stable and always pay rent and bills in advance. I like things to be be agreed in advance, fair and reasonable. I have an impeccable rental history, long tenancies, and always pay my rent in advance. I used to smoke, now vape. Smokers ok, but only outside. I don't drink or take drugs. I’d prefer to share with same, but I'm tolerant of occasional drinkers, but no drugs please. I am not interested in a party house! I'm not a green thumb or very handy person. So would like a low maintenance property and/ or gardener included. Even better, I’d be open to share costs to hire a gardener and/or cleaner on a monthly basis. Also happy to negotiate fair rent in return for home help. Looking for someone who works part-time or full-time. Or another single parent with a child. Honesty and clear communication is a must. Also a sensible understanding of what behaviour, content etc is appropriate and not appropriate to expose an 8 yo child to, is essential. Hope to hear from you soon!
Birth name is Rachel, otherwise I'm known as Kittu. Young adult non-binary (not fussed on pronouns) from Aspendale Gardens, looking to move out for the first time at some point in the next 12 months -- not desperate as I do want to find a stable job before moving out. Not limited to the locations listed either, I just want to escape the area I'm currently in. Qualified pathology collector; actively looking for job opportunities, so max. rent may increase once I'm off youth allowance. I am also an artist (visual, fashion design, music, etc...), so I'm usually doing something artistic when not job hunting. Pet friendly, open minded, accepting of all kinds, honest, and polite. A bit anxious and quiet at first, but warms up quickly. I look after myself and will do what I can to help around the property. I often go out and see friends, but maybe having a place away from my current living situation will mean friends may come to see me instead. If so, we will keep to ourselves if required. I'm trying to quit smoking to increase chances of finding somewhere -- so far, so good. I have a few ongoing health issues, but none of them require special treatment (in other words, I don't require any mobility devices). I don't drive, so I don't require any parking space. If you've any further questions or enquires, please shoot a message. Best contactable via email or text as I generally don't pick up unless I'm expecting a call or if I have the number saved. Thank you for reading!
Hello there :) I'm Dobrusia and I'm looking for a home in beautiful Hills to share with one, max two people.. I am open to join a preexisting home or apply for a new place with one other person ( I have some of the house fittings). About me: 36 years old female , originally from Poland, but lived in Australia for past 11 years ( oh wow time flies!). I'm beginning to practice as a naturopath so for now, I'm working mostly from home on marketing my own business, sometimes seeing few clients and two days a week in a supplement store. As a person, I am kind, gentle with good communications skills and quite a wicked sense of humor. At home, I like to be independent and I'm often preoccupied with my workload. However, I also have a good social skill and happy to chat and hold a space for life troubles. I'm open-minded, interested in expanding my contentiousness and evolving s a human being. The most important qualities I value at home are: peace, quiet, cleanness, compassion and safety. I am looking for a clean and serene home, with a possibility of use of office space or ideally a healing/ treatment room for very occasional treatments. Feel free to ask if you like to know more Some hobbies :) walking, dancing, natural health, decorating, gardening, painting Dobrusia

We are a young couple looking to move out and start living more independently! We are both completing apprenticeships but are not for off completion! We currently live at home in a bungalow and pay rent to parents on time weekly! We both work and would love to stay near by the Ferntree Gully area but are happy to travel short distances!
Thank you for looking at my listing! About me - I'm 19 years old, single and a student working a full time job! I'm studying a dual Cert. IV and Cert. III currently :) I own a dog (microchipped, desexed, vaccinated and trained) he's a border collie/staffy and is almost 2 years old. I'm very social, I'm usually out seeing friends a lot or going to local gigs, but when I'm at home I love my quiet time. I can interact with new people and have no hassle with it! I'd definitely love to make friends with my flatemates! I love music, mostly all genres! (Especially the 70s right now) I can sing and can play both piano and bass. I do a lot of arts and crafts as well. I watch a lot of drag queens, creators content, anime and Netflix. What it'll be like to live with me - I'll be respectful of the home and of every flatmate too! I'm sweet, smart and definitely can put my hand up for my mistakes. I'm honest and quiet as well. I love a clean home, will do anything I can to ensure I'm tidy and that the house stays perfect! Hate living in messy homes!! I'm flexible and can deal with changes too. Thank you so much to take the time to read my listing! I hope I hear from you soon. :)
So, WHO IS this chick?!... ...well, I am Claud! A 24-year-old, working full-time in Marketing! :) I work within the very exciting and fast-moving children's toy industry, therefore I would be out of the house Mon-Fri (9-5) and in my downtime, a variety of activities capture my interest! I would describe myself as an introvert/extrovert, as I love seeing friends and meeting new people, however, I also enjoy my own company and taking time to recharge. Therefore, I am very respectful of others privacy and space, but would still love to have chats over dinners or a drink (s) if you were keen! In my spare time, I enjoy getting out amongst nature and enjoying lovely walks/hikes, catching up with friends, finding new places to eat, listening to music (with headphones... or without if you enjoy the tunes), going camping, watching movies, travelling, and going on adventures (big & small)! I have a creative side which spurs my love of drawing & art and I am also a proud mumma of multiple potted-plants which also need a new home! :) At home, I enjoy cooking/baking (my banana bread is famous amongst friends & fam!) and keeping my living space clean. I am known to be guilty of washing dirty dishes when I see them, even if they're not mine! But don't see that as a negative, think of it as 2-for-1, housemate + free cleaning! :P I am a very approachable, respectful, open-minded and easy-going person. I love animals, so would be open to living with pets! Ultimately, I am just about enjoying my life to the fullest and having lots of laughs! :) Ideally, I would love to live with fun like-minded people! :)

Hey future housemates! I'm looking for a new share-house to call home. I'm working full time and looking for a relaxed and friendly house bring my chill vibe to. I love a chat but I also value my own time. I love to draw and watch good movies with friends. I'm considerate, clean, responsible and respectful. I always do my share of the housework and always pay bills and rent on time. I'll pay rent in advance for the first month as well as any bond, and if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/dryer/microwave etc I'm happy to buy a new one when I move in as my contribution to the household. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hello, My name is Cass I am 26 years old and I work full time as an Event Coordinator at a wedding reception venue therefore I work a whole range of hours including late nights and weekends! Hey everyone, I'm Michael, 27 and am currently looking to find an awesome new place to live in! I'm currently working as a firefighter with Parks Victoria (well, at the end of October that is!) and am based at Lysterfield Lake Park. Basically involves normal days work wise but can also involve weeks away at a time depending on bush fires across the state. I am currently in the process of getting back into the gym (just been to Europe for 2 and a half months) so I'm really into my health and fitness. As well as cooking and coming up with new meal prep ideas. I love the outdoors and spending time in the sun so a backyard would be a massive preference. Mostly looking for a chilled out place with easy going people to live with. If you would like to know more, feel free to ask!

Hi, I’m Steve. Middle age, single gentlemen with full time government employment. I am looking for a house ideally with a furnished room (but still open to no furniture). I would like to live in a house with a person around my age or mature minded, someone who is happy to have a chat and occasionally share a meal – I’m not too bad of a cook! I would like to have my own bathroom, but again, can compromise. I don’t have any pets, but don’t mind if you do. I am looking to pay no more than $200 a week inclusive of all bills. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Very clean, respectful guy, don't mind helping out around the house, always pay my rent and bills on time, recently separated from my partner so im starting from scratch, the sooner i get a stable place to stay i can go back to work I'm a forklift driver so employment is fairly easy to get... I'm easygoing and always free to chat if you need somebody to talk to, and i will always respect others personal space...
I am a 21yr old neat and friendly female looking to move into a room. I work full time as an online sales consultant and my work allows me to work either from the office in Bayswater or from the comfort of my very own bed. I moved to Melbourne a year ago and I am now back with family in my home town Albury until i find a suitable place for myself and my beautiful miniature dachshund Oscar to live. Oscar is a 6 months old pup and he is toilet trained and an inside dog. He will often stay in my room snuggled up in bed, in his crate as he is crate trained or comes with me to the office as my boss absolutely adores him and his gorgeous personality. If i am not working then i am out making friends, at the gym, taking my dog for a walk or at church on Sunday.

My name is Kayla & I’m a super easy going, respectful and friendly. I’m always up for a chat but also like to keep to myself as I work full time as a manager at Anytime fitness. Super active and outdoorsy and very neat & tidy. Currently living in NSW but looking to relocate very soon to VIC so I’d love to find a place soon. 😊
My current lease finishes at the end of November, so I’m looking to move somewhere in the same area if possible. I currently work full time managing a retail store, Tuesday through to Saturdays. I would say I’m easy to get along with, neat & tidy, helpful around the house and happy to either socialise with my housemates or like most people like to have my own down time too.
