Hey guys, I am searching a shared house/room around Victoria park. At the moment I am in a job change but I definitely will work 2 days per week but search something to work full time. To my person: I love to cook after a long day and just relax and talk a little to my house mates. I am a clean and funny person who keeps everything tidy. Also I am no one of these party backpackers, just trying to find a job and a good place to stay to earn and save money. It would be awesome if some animals would live in the house! Cheers Jan
Hi there! I'm a 19 year old Curtin student currently on a semester break from uni (returning in 2018). My current lease at Cockburn ends on the 6th of January 2018, however I am looking to move in somewhere with my brother mid-late Decemeber. We're both looking for two rooms in a team up situation around that time . We both have part-time/full time work to support us and have a fair bit of furniture and household stuff we are happy to share. If any of this sounds appealing to you, please don't hesitate to contact me! :)
I am a mature age student looking to live with like minded people in a quiet environment, who don't mind an occassional drink (Not a party house), or a meal/Coffee catch up with other housemates. I work in a Childcare as a casual childcare assistant. I am originally from Country Victoria, and have lived in Perth for Four years now. I am involved in Scouts as a leader with the Venturer scout section, which keeps me busy. I love water based sports, and am looking for other housemates who would enjoy getting outdoors for a walk, or a quick paddle on weekends.
My name is Nisha, and I'm a full time student at UWA. I work 4 days a week at a GP in Bentley as a receptionist- and I'm looking for a house close to work as I sometimes work very early mornings. I'm easy-going and friendly, and love to have a chat and a giggle with anyone. I value my personal space, and will respect yours. I like to spend my free nights doing face masks and binge watching reality tv with my boyfriend. Looking for something within the next couple of months, with a short term lease- preferably 3 months.
Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
Hey, I am an Electrical Engineer, recently finished from Curtin University and currently full time working. Looking for a Master / En-suite room complete with private bathroom. I am not a party person and hope to find a descent mature housemates. It is important that the house has no pets. Thanks, Moneer
I have already had experience living out of home, as I moved into a place with two friends for six months; I am also very tidy, organised, and laid back. I am quite shy to begin with, but that just means I hardly ever have any personality clashes with people. I play softball (see LGBT+ for reference) and love all kinds of pets.
I'm a student at Curtin University and Looking for an accommodation. Right now looking for work as I'm leaving the place where I'm living right now, they people turned out pretty bad in nature. I'm working as a carer of their kid but now I want to leave the place, I suffered from lot mental harassment, emotional damage, traumas and disgusting behaviour of those people and only reason of leaving that place.
Hello future flatmate(s), my name is Stephan, nice to meet you. I am an 25 years old advanced student from Germany. Starting in October, I will stay in Perth for a 5+ month paid fulltime internship in Welshpool in the industrial sector. I would describe myself as a proficient English speaker, but not free from minor faults and thus, willing to improve my English skills while being your flatmate. So far, I have lived in shared flats for the last 3 years both with males and females. As I have always enjoyed this type of living arrangement, I would like to spend my time in Perth and feel home in a shared flat, too. Thus, you can expect an experienced and respectful flatmate. I think that mutual respect and communication are the keys to a pleasant shared time. I am a communicative, interested person but will respect your habits, such as if you need your privacy after work or are interested into chatting. In general, I am interested in cooking together, going out and getting to know people and the region but understand that everyone has own duties and interests. I am an ordinary flat mate and used to keeping the flat clean and tidy but not pettifogging. I love running sports, so I would like to go running during week ends or improve my swimming skills or simply try new sports. I will arrive in Perth on 28 September. I am looking forward to getting to know you Stephan
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Oh hey! After finishing Uni (Public Relations) I am looking at moving out of home and being an independent woman (cue destiny's child). I am from Perth and work at Perth Airport. I enjoy exploring new cafes, restaurants, walking trails and cultural events in my spare time. While I'm definitely a people person, and love a spontaneous wine or hangout I am equally happy enjoying my own space and having some down time. I love hanging out with friends/ socializing, some kind of exercise (just so dessert doesn't punish me), going to concerts and generally enjoying the weekend. I am quite a social person but am also respectful and polite. I love travelling and culture and am always planning my next holiday.
I'm 18 working in the city on a fulltime basis, I'm respectful and pay my way,I'm a very tidy person. I enjoy catch ups over a glass of wine but I am often out and when I come home I like to relax and unwind.
Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes etc. I wouldn't want to spend more than what I already am ($180 per week including all bills). I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
I have recently finished studying a bachelor of Education. My interests consist of keeping fit, living a healthy lifestyle and socialising. I'm Currently working part time. I am hoping to find something with its own bathroom.
I'm a 23 yo Japanese girl studying in northbridge and working In Applecross and Myaree. I'm currently looking for a single room in those locations above. I'm really clean and tidy and follow all reasonable house rules. Let me know if you have offers thank you!
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going...like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while studying in Perth (so irregular hours). I have a social life and I like to go out (when I can find the time). Not looking for a wild party house, but not looking for a house that doesn't like to do anything. Would need unlimited internet and a place to park my car. Air-con is a plus and happy to work an all inclusive rate.
What makes me great to live with? I come with a ping-pong table and a Nespresso Machine. I don't make much noise and I keep fairly clean, currently unemployed but am looking for work while writing a novel. Bit of a geek, who enjoys cooking and hanging out (ie; social drinks, board games etc) currently looking for somewhere preferably off the lease, with low bond. looking at 6 months minimum for 165$ inc bills. hope this helps.
I'm a French Marine biologist who's just arrived in Perth for a PhD after three years living in the Galapagos. I'm looking for somewhere convenient to live close to Curtin University since I spend most of my time here. - I am a long-time guitarist (~15 years) and singer so can happily entertain a chilled evening with an acoustic ambiance. I should be starting doing paid-gigs in Perth soon enough. - Also semi-professional magician so happy to blow your friends away at their next birthday party. Also about to start doing this professionally in Perth. - I love cooking and sharing nice meals and hope to get some cooking gear to make some elaborate French and world cuisine. I rarely buy meat but would enjoy an occasional BBQ. - I'm a certified dive instructor and keen free-diver so I'm good advice on that too. - I'm really an overly chilled person to live with and I would bring my positive energy and care wherever I'd live. - I care about the environment and strive to find a real purpose in my professional and personal activities. - Non-smoker. I don't drink very much but enjoy some beers on week-ends or chilled evening. To me it is vital to live in a clean and organized space so count on me to keep the place nice and tidy at all time. I would prefer to avoid all-male house-sharing since they tend to be a mess and I'm always the one ending up pushing the others to clean. In the Galapagos I share my over the course of three years with a majority of female work colleagues with always the greatest respect and I guess I prefer houses with a feminine energy. I can pass their Emails for recommendation ;-) Looking forward to sharing a space with you ! Etienne
I am home grown from Perth. Working full time as a factory worker. I am clean and respectful. I'm chatty and pretty much always in high spirits. I am easy to get along with and relaxed. I am active and like to try new things. At the moment I am interested in diet, jogging and hiking. One day I would like to climb a mountain. I am looking for a homely atmosphere, not just a bunch of people sharing a roof. Wouldn't mind the occasional communal meal too. I love animals and the great outdoors. I don't smoke or do drugs, but i do enjoy a drink on the weekend. I am looking to share a place with 1 - 3 housemates for about six months or maybe longer.
Hey, I'm Gina. I am 25 years old and originally from England. I work full time as a Dance teacher at a High School, plus some evenings and weekends at a Performing Arts Studio. I am super easy going and friendly. Love a night in/movie night, but also enjoy going out with friends for dinner or a dance after a wine or two! Not much of a cook, but Sunday Roasts are my speciality. :-)
Hi ALL... I work in the building/mining industry. I'm a very clean, tidy, responsible and respectful flatmate with references to back it up. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I am searching for a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are clean and tidy. I will require a furnished bedroom. To have my own bathroom would be preferable but not essential. And if it's not asking to much, a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be great. So please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and or if you wish to know more about me. Thanks... Andrew.
I'm a Registered Nurse. So I'm either always at work saving lives 9 days out of the fortnight or I'm out and about being a socialite or I'm in nature or at the beach reconnecting with self or being a hermit crab and hibernating in my room. I am a tidy person. I treat my home with love and respect as I treat my fellow people.
My name is Marina and i'm 31 years old brazilian girl, looking for a place. I am currently in East Perth but I must move on October 2. My main goal of coming to Australia is to work, so I plan to stay away from home during the day. I'm very easy going and independent. Sometimes I like to cook and I also enjoy good chat and drinks. I am available to go to your place and meet you in person if there is interest on your part. Thanks :)
