Hey future housemates! We're looking for a room anywhere from Parramatta to Gladesville. Basically between/within 30 minutes of WSU Parramatta and Top Ryde City would be ideal. Please be within walking distance of pubic transport. Drew is a full time professional and Kim is a full time student working part time. We are both in our very late twenties (haha). We have a cat who is friendly and wouldn't mind some human or furry friends to talk to. She is offering to pay a little more rent if you would allow her to stay :) P.s we need the room unfurnished as we have our own furniture and access to (street) parking for our car.
Hey guys! My name's Dave I'm a fully house-trained masters student looking for a room to rent close to the University of Sydney (Cumberland Campus). I plan on studying and working (qualified teacher) during the week and hope to have the weekends free to explore Sydney and it's surrounding areas. Although at times I will have to spend time at uni and will also be having to study during the evenings at home. I've travelled a lot, lived overseas for two years, have had a lot of experiences so far in my life and love exchanging a good story! I enjoy going on adventures, meeting new people and going out every now and then. I'm open-minded and respectful of all cultures, backgrounds and lifestyles. I like exploring, getting out into nature, hiking, camping, museums, documentaries, festivals and am currently learning to surf. Am hoping to move in with like minded individuals who are house trained, value each other's personal space and also enjoy having a laugh. I don't have any pets, but love animals. Non-smoker (don't mind if you are). Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, Dave
Hello there, I am from Indonesia, I will be attending TAFE NSW as an international student starting on July 2017. So i will probably be studying and working part time for the whole day. Personally... I am an easy going person, loves to have a great conversation. I have a "glass half full" personality. I really loves to play games and cooking. When it comes to tasting foods i tend to be very curious and excited, great food is just amazing ^_^ Most importantly i am neat and tidy.
Hello! I'm a student from Singapore who will be pursuing her further studies at the University of Sydney, Cumberland campus. I don't drink, smoke or have pets. I am willing to share household duties. I'm quite neat and organised. My study desk gets messy when it's nearing finals, though. I'm responsible and will pay rent on time. I like to read, swim and try out healthy recipes in my free time. I'm quite laid-back and like trying new things. Personally, I'm looking for a studio to rent or a quiet apartment with housemates who I can click with and are non-intrusive and respectful (:
I'll get along with anyone as long as you can stomach bad jokes. I fix computers for a living, (or more accurately, tell people how to not store their files in the recycle bin). Working usually Monday-Friday 9-4. Spend my free time either playing games, tinkering with technology, or just going out for the sake of going out. I can look after myself food wise, but have no problem sharing the occasional meal. I've got a collection of games consoles (now mainly reduced to being Netflix machines), if needed I can move things into storage. Most of the time I'll probably be playing computer games or watching Netflix.

I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.

Hey friends! Hope you all are having great time here and very excited for finding a new place to live…..and of course with a new flatmate… Well I am looking for only teamups to search a right flatmate to share rent and moving to a new flat together…..with 2 rooms/ 2 bathrooms …so that each can enjoy his/her privacy and space… I prefer that we directly lease jointly from agents/landlords as co-tenants because I noted that no sharing house advertisements are giving legally valid tenancy agreements. All are asking for bond money but none I asked gives the bond receipt and not keeping this bond money with fair trading authorities …..but only holding with themselves…which I find is not fair and is risky…. I would first prefer for short term lease of 3 months to know each other and the place and then later for 6 month…if fine.. I am happy to do the house search, negotiate the terms with agent, be a principal tenant and find the right house for us….but you need to also come and inspect… I am 40 * and an Accountant practicing in bookkeeping/taxation. Soon to study for law from CSU… I love cooking and can cook lots variety of vegetarian foods only. I am vegetarian, non smoker. And wouldn’t mind if we share cooking, cleaning, buying groceries to share/save the time. If don’t want ..also fine.. I am looking at moving into a bigger place. I love keeping to myself as too busy with household, job and study, respect other people space, privacy but also I enjoy other people's company. Really easy to get along with. Most important I love everything to be cleaned, organized….as far possible.. My interests are regular yoga, meditation, keeping myself clean and fit - physically, mentally and spiritually. Astrology, making horoscopes, and advising on the right remedies or gems to remove bad effects of planets. Vedic, tantric meditations, philosophy, etc etc….n lots more… So if you think your life not going well in emotional, financial and other areas ..it could be a good opportunity .. Also love going to clubs, parties, social drinking, dance, music, movies and theatres, beaches, having fun and enjoying life. My photo and other personal details not disclosed for privacy reasons and not necessary for the main objective - I thought not to upload here as I ve serious objective to only find right flatmate with whom can share rent. And also people say I look from Bollywood, too handsome to distract some….. : )))) However can share these details if we are serious and when we meet… Have fun ..!! My budget rent is max. 180-200 pw for each of us + equal sharing the electricity/bills. Below are the suburbs I identified. But we can include any other/anywhere which you suggest provided it's in budget limit.. Cronulla, Rosebary, Neutal Bay, Dulwich Hill, Balgowlah, Rockdale Penrith NSW 2750 Werrington NSW 2747 Kingswood NSW 2747 Jordan Springs NSW 2747 Saint Clair NSW 2759 Saint Marys NSW 2760 Glenwood Jamisontown Merrylands Hurlstone Earlwood Westmead Wentworthville Please note this property is listed so that we teammate and share the rent as co tenant. It may be taken away very fast .. So kindly contact to know the latest position and if it's available. if it's not there we can together share similar another property

My name is Maricel. I am 27 years old and an American moving to Sydney to pursue my Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Currently, I am a Case Manager for a non-profit mental health organization here in the San Francisco bay area and also part-time working as an Occupational Therapy Aide for a pediatric clinic serving children who live with autism. I love what I do and these positions have pointed me in the direction to achieve my Masters in Australia. When moving to Australia, I am looking to have a private space of my own to detox/download from the day. I anticipate being out of the house often for class and a potential part-time job. Additionally, I expect to be studying very often and will be keeping to myself to be productive. I'd like to think that I am a bubbly, spirited, and social person to anyone/everyone. I am respectful and responsible. I pride myself on practicing good communication skills and manners. When I'm out and about, you can find me exercising, hiking, being outdoors, and traveling to see new sights. Also, I love to dance! At home, I pretty much keep to myself but enjoy the company of others: small talk to insightful conversations. I enjoy reading, listening to music, engaging in relaxation strategies: yoga/meditation and Do-It-Yourself crafts/activities. I love animals, especially dogs! I have one here in America but will NOT be bringing my furry companion. The ideal space I am looking for is within proximity of University of Sydney, Cumberland / Lidcombe area but I am open to other regions. It would be great to have a separate entrance in the event of working/studying at odd hours. Currently looking for ensuite/private bathroom within a studio flat, granny flat, 2-room share, or 1 bedroom flat. I look forward to moving to Australia!
I'm easy going, more of the time I will just stay in my room, and spend my time on my phone, or hang out with my friend. Currently looking for a room that will only cost me from $175-$220 a week with bills included.

We are amicably breaking up and I need to find my own place. My friend/ex girlfriend is Australian and happy to give me a reference. I work hard and prefer a quiet house with a furnished room in Sydney's west.
Hi my name is Aileen, I work as a part-time retail assistant and part-time registered nurse so I pretty much work full time. I like to describe myself as friendly, bubbly, open-minded, respectful and clean (when it comes to my own space) and I enjoy socialising/hanging out with friends over a glass of wine + cheese, watching movies/Netflix, playing with makeup and cleaning (the last two things make me extremely happy). My dear partner, Patrick, whom I've been with for the past 6 six years is also a very easy-going, friendly, responsible and respectable person. He works full-time and studies part-time and enjoys calaesthetics, muay thai/boxing, having an occassional gaming session and loooves his cars. Overall, we are a pretty easy laid-back, clean and tidy couple who usually get along with everyone we meet. We love to socialise but we respect other people's down time too and can keep to ourselves if need be. We are hoping to look for a place we can make our home and essentially a sanctuary after a long day. We are also interested in teaming up with others so if you are interested please don't hesitate to message us. We would love to organise a time and place to meet up. Thanks!

I am a full-time professional that works in Finance in Sydney CBD. I am a clean and social flatmate, who also respects other people. I enjoy catching up with mates over a drink, playing basketball regularly and going out for brunch on the weekend. I will be flexible for length of stay and when to move as well. I don't cook too much either, but when I do, I'd be happy to share. I do drive a car, so parking will be ideal, but not essential.
I'm looking for a place to stay 3-4 nights per week for up to a year while I'm working a temporary contract in Lidcombe. I'm specifically looking for a stand-alone granny flat rather than a room in a share house or flat, and need off-street parking.
Im Hasnat, studying at WSU working part time, so most of the time i am either staying in my room studying or out at work/uni. i am a very quiet shy person and would prefer a private room, and am very clean and organised and easy to get along with. i love animals, especially birds and dogs, so dont mind if accommodations already occupy pets :) i also love food

I do not mind the suburb, as long as it is close to public transport, preferably a train line. I am tidy, respectful of peoples private space, and look to bake. I have lived in Sydney since 2004.

Hi my name is Grace. I am 19 years of age almost 20. I am studying a diploma in specialist makeup and will soon graduate. I do not drink, smoke or do any drugs. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others and their belongings.
Hi, I'm Vietnamese background born in Aus. Easy going, respectful, friendly and joyful most times Lol U won't get along with me too well if ur always moody or negative, I prefer a positive and happy + peaceful environment. Gym junkie, looks after myself... won't say I'm a super neat person but I won't be able to stand lazy or unhygienic house/flat mates who stinks up the house ect.
I grew up on a beef farm near Kempsey, where I enjoyed spending time with animals and gardening. I enjoy reading, writing and gaming (both board and electronic), and also learning new activities. I am a Full-timeStocktake employee of Woolworths which means early mornings for me most weekdays, but I do enjoy a good sleep-in. I am friendly and enjoy a good conversation as well as spending time with friends (both new and old) and would love to build a strong relationship with future housemates.
I came to Australia as a backpacker over 7 years ago now and I am originally from Germany. In the meantime, I have lived in WA, NT and have become an Australian citizen. I work full-time in hospitality and study Holistic Nutrition at Nature Care College at the moment. I am interested in anything food and nutrition, have recently become a vegetarian (my flatmates can eat whatever they like though... :-) ) and try to live a rather balanced life. I am social but not after living in a party house. I have a 4 year old medium-sized puppy who likes cuddles and playtime. He likes other dogs but - same as with us humans - not everyone, so if there would be another dog they have to meet each other first... He requires a yard and some decent outdoor space for himself. Otherwise he is very easy going and not much trouble. I would like to find an existing share-house or people who are willing to sign up for a lease in the West of Sydney. I have chosen this area since my family lives there and I would like to spend more time with them. If all of this sounds appealing to you, don't wait and get in contact with me!
A couple looking to find a room somewhere. Our current lease is up on the 5th of March and we would like to move sometime after that (we potentially have somewhere we can stay until we find suitable long term accommodation). Max rent we would like to pay is $320/week total ($160 each per week) but would prefer around $280/week total). Definitely negotiable for the right place! We have been house-sharing for a year near Parramatta and are looking to move closer to our university campus (UNSW). Kiegan is working part-time (currently 4 days a week) and Kira is able to choose to work 2 - 6 days a week. Looking to share with someone who is independent and easygoing, with a clean and tidy home. Proximity to public transport would be a plus and we also need a pet friendly house (1 lovely cat). Unfurnished room is preferred as we have a bedroom set up already, we have a fridge and washing machine we can bring with us or just sell and we also have our own kitchen items (crockery, cutlery, etc). Kiegan studies a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UNSW Art and Design and Kira studies Social Work & Criminology. We have always consistently paid rent on time and have had experience with uncooperative house mates and will not put you through that stress. Please get in touch if you may have something available or any questions.
Hi, I'm an international student from Singapore studying at USyd Cumberland Campus. I'm quiet, tidy and keep to myself most of the time. Other than studying, I'll most likely be watching drama or working out. I totally will not bother anyone unless you're looking to chat or have a drink. I don't party, smoke or do drugs, so please be assured of any rowdy behaviours in the house/apartment. Please contact me if you have any places to let. Thank you for reading!
