Hey, Im Sam, 25. Im currently living with my father, but things are going to shit again. I suffer from major depression, borderline personality disorder, i have anxiety as well as ptsd. Im looking to share with people who understand, or who in fact themselves suffer from mental illness. I am quiet, tidy and i prefer to keep to myself, although i dont mind a good chin wag. I receive disability support pension so im guaranteed an income. I cant handle living at home and id just like to be somewhere that im accepted, for who i am. I have a dog, he is fully vaccinated and desexed, well behaved, but not friendly with other animals. He loves attention, and if you play ball with him he will be your best friend for life. He loves to swim, chew tennis balls and lay in cardboard boxes (then eat them lol). Anyways, im desperately looking for somewhere, as i do not want to have to give him up. Im comfortable with anyone as long as we all respect one another. Ive exhausted all other avenues, so here i am. Chuck us a message if you think you can help/are interested to meet and we can go from there. Cheers
I am looking for accommodation for myself and my two dogs (they come with 5 years of rental referees) My preference would be self contained accomodation on acreage (like a granny flat or studio), but I am open to sharing too. I am a professional who travels (with my dogs) a little bit and has some flexibility with my working hours and work at home some times. I like to eat well, I am into gardening and veggie gardens too. I have a horse who is agisted in Arcadia (where the dogs get exercise too) - it would be great to be as close to him as possible. I am friendly and easy going.

I am looking for some place where I can have a relaxing evening after a long day of work. Love cooking up dishes but have to admit not always the best. I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, even if its just within Sydney... there's always something to see! I like having a quiet night in and just relaxing with a good book or a movie! Not really a messy person! Would like to find a place with flatmates that are relaxed, respectful and Social.
I work successfully in my own business. Respectful of flatmate and environment Clean/tidy - kitchen, bathroom and my room Intend on being away every third or fourth weekend
Just graduated as a Registered Nurse. Currently working as an assistant nurse at the SAN until I can get a full-time job. Looking for a place that would be suitable for me, preferably a granny flat or room & bathroom to myself.
I am a non-practicing Registered Nurse so I could be helpful in medical ways. I enjoy nice foods, cooking, cleaning up and sorting stuff. I dable in social interaction whenever I can and I love pets but don't have one myself. I am currently on centrelink due to illness but I am looking to gain employment or study soon.
Hi I am looking for a place for myself and my 9yo Son. Unfurnished Studio/ Granny flat is preferred since I have my own furnitures. I am a single mother and currently work part time and study part time at Macquarie University. Currently I live in a 2 bedroom unit in Hornsby, but thinking to move closer to my sister's place around Carlingford or 15 mins drive max from that area. We are quiet and respectful people, no party or inviting people other than the occasional family visit.
Hi potential flatmates, I'm Alex!!! A little about me and what I am looking for... I am a laid back, considerate, genuine and honest person that enjoys healthy banter, and a good laugh even if it’s at my own expense. On that note I also like private time and respect that of my flatmates. I don’t have alot of furniture or many appliances, as I have been lucky enough to always have flatmates that have provided these. However I am more than happy to buy things to contribute towards creating a homely relaxing environment for both of us. I would best suit someone that is absolutely fastidious about keeping a spotless welcoming home and has consideration for their flatmates as I do in kind. I am drug free, considerate, respectful and friendly to my flatmates and expect the same in return. I have always lived comfortably and happily with female flatmates for those who may be worried about living with males. I am looking for one person (no couples or share houses) to rent a property on the Central Coast, North Shore or Hills District. Probably a three bed property (one a shared office/guest room), and a double garage. FYI - I have a pet Bearded Dragon, he is friendly and lives in locked and sealed glass enclosure and will not be roaming around loose in your way. If you think we will be well suited flatmates, please drop me a line and we can discuss what we are looking for further. Alex
Im an ok person, i usually keep to myself but im also considerate of my surroundings and people around me. Have to move out of parents house as I dont get along well with them. I work part-time. Im ok to live with pets, smokers, and lgbti. Hit me up if you wanna find a place to share

I have just returned from working in London as a land surveyor and am now working here in Sydney. I taught scuba diving in Cairns for many years. I am 49 and like to think I am fun, easygoing and friendly as well as tidy and respectful. I’m keen on exercise, quiet and prefer early nights. I don’t smoke and drink only occasionally.
Update: I've just got my own 3 bed house half way between normanhurst and waitara train stations. About 10 mins walk to both. It's a large home and I'll have 2 bedrooms available for rent with off street, out of view parking for everyone (not garaged). I just moved in 24/02/18, so need a week to setup the house. One bedroom is really large with full wall mirrored built-ins and the other a bit smaller with a small cupboard but no built-ins. I'll put up a listing once I've got the house setup. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
I cook and clean :) I have a Staffy X who's 2 years old and can be a great comforter. Studying as a Vet nurse at Richmond Tafe and working in the Northern Beaches and Flemington Markets in Homebush. Looking for a place to move in to with my dog Buddha. We are clean and tidy.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I have been separated for over a year and think its time to move out of our family rented home, my two children come and stay on weekends and holidays, 7 and 9 yo. I am currently employed as a bus driver but have been a sculptor and artist for most of my life and would like to find some where to continue my passion. I have my own furniture etc so prefer unfurnished. I am a worldly old soul of a gentleman, fit, active, house trained and clean.
