I'm making the move to Sydney because I've just landed a new job. I've lived in share houses the whole way through uni and survived, so I would consider myself very well trained. I respect shared spaces and hope they are places where everyone will always feel welcome. I'm looking for a friendly place to live and if that's what you're looking for too I would love to hear from you. I will be down from Friday the 23rd of July scoping out potential new homes in north Sydney.
Hello! I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and have been working for a small company in Tuggerah while living in Tascott on the coast. I am mainly looking for a change in scenery and would like to possibly live closer to the city. I am perfectly happy where I am at but I would still like to see what's out there. Thanks! About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). Music is my forte. I play guitar, write, record music and love other musical activities as well.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I'm a carpenter and music producer from Lake Munmorah looking to move closer to some cultural centers while staying close to nature. I'm super easy going and joyful generally, clean and pretty organized, and often have creative projects going on which keeps me to myself and can also bring a growth mindset to others in the house.
I am a clean, quiet, friendly, helpful 57 year old man.I am very easy to get along with and always pay my rent and bills.I am a retired mechanic/handyman and can be very helpful to have around. I am single, No pets,Dont smoke never taken drugs and rarely have a drink. I hope to find a place long term with some off street parking. The accommodation does not have to be perfect or modern, but not falling down either. If the place needs some work I am happy to do it as well. I live in Sydney south but looking to move further north. Anything out of the congestion. I am open to other areas.
I am clean and considerate of shared spaces. I work in Terrey hills between 7:30 and 3 every weekday and usually enjoy quiet chilled times on the weekend. I am looking for a private room in a shared house with tidy, like minded people.
Great tenants, pay on time, many years rental references, responsible, clean and quiet. We are looking for a 3+ bedroom house for just the two of us, not a room only.
I am very easy to get along with and am very friendly. I am also currently studying full time and working as a manager for a clinic. I don't make much noise and won't disturb your private life
Hi my name is Simon. I am 31 and have lived on my own for the past 7 years, well lived in the same place with a couple ex's, but out from the family roof is what I mean lol. I am a very neat person, cook and clean. Work full-time in property, also spend a lot of time in the gym. Have a small domestic cat named Timmy who I have had since he was 6wks old, he is 13 now and very house broken lol as he loves people and being around them (opposite to most cats that are moody haha). Anyways, don't mind living with men or women, I mix well with others and also enjoy my alone time. A must for me though is having my own bathroom, just for convenience is all. I have plenty of furniture if need be, including; my own bed/side tables, a large stainless fridge, full Jamie Oliver cook set, couch, couple of tv's etc. So can bring whatever needed. I'm a chilled person overall, like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also respect a persons space. Look forward to getting to know you :)
We are a friendly couple originally from Nepal. I work full time as a marketing manager in a RTO and my wife is a full time student and a part time worker in a retail industry. We love cooking Nepali food and always in for trying various cuisines from around the world. We are looking to rent a granny flat or a one bedroom flat or else share a multiple bedroom flat. We prefer a furnished or semi furnished apartment.
We are an easy-going couple who are clean and very respectful. We are looking to move into somewhere local, near the train station as we both use public transport to commute to work. We are relaxed and like to kick back listening to and making music, drawing and doing other creative activities. We also love to go out with friends on weekends, usually to the pub but more often at mates places. I (Amy) work a few jobs, I am a Nanny, a bartender and a sales assistant at Jaycar electronics, so keeping up with rent will never be an issue. My partner (Jacob) works as a Roadie in the music industry, his hours can be whacky at times but will sneak around if its and early start/late finish. We are looking to move ASAP, we love pets if you have them! Looking for like minded people who are willing to live in a collaborative, balanced (and communal if you wish) environment.

Hi! I'm an 18 year old Vet Nurse looking for a place to move out into in about 3 months time. I'm a minimalist so you won't have to worry about me cluttering up your home. I'm very warm and open minded, but I am quiet. (You may think that's a good thing!) I enjoy drawing, hiking, camping, road tripping and all that good stuff. Currently working part time at Chatswood, and I'm just about to start a second job, I have an 11 year old cat who lives with me, and we won't be separated, so cat toleraters only, shes my bub. Born and raised Aussie girl, would love to meet up with any potential flatmates for coffee (or a bev).
I'm respectful, tidy, mature, active, non smoker. Not a sit in front of the TV every night kind of person. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I do travel regularly, so you will have your own space often.
Hi 👋🏻 My names jaci. I am in my early 20s studying psychology at Macquarie uni full time and working one day a week at a local pharmacy. I love the beach and going for long walks. I'm clean but not OCD. I have two tiny and adorable dogs- frankie and Skye. Everyone loves them and they are pretty well behaved. Looking to move into a share house or granny flat preferably on northern beaches but wouldn't mind moving somewhere around Macquarie. Would like to live with laid back, friendly people who like dogs 🐶 have lived in places with other dogs before and has worked out well. Frankie is in my picture, he's the big one. The other is much smaller. If your place has room for an extra 3 let me know 👌🏻😍
Hi, I would love to find a 2-3 bedroom house, apartment or similar in Northern Sydney for myself, my boyfriend, my best friend and her boyfriend. A bit about me: I'm currently living around the Northern Beaches of Sydney, working 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). I consider myself to be easy going, down to earth and very, very tidy. Iv'e lived out of home for 6 years now and have only had great feedback from my landlords. A bit about my Boyfriend, He is 23 years old, a 3rd year mechanic, works full time 4 days a week and does 1 day at TAFE. He's very easy going, realxed and tidy A bit about my best friend and her boyfriend; Both 23 years olds, my best friend works full time as a nurse and is very bubbly and active. Her boyfriend works part time at a hospital and study's part time as a teacher. Both are easy going, tidy people who love to be outdoors. Ideally we would love to find an unfurnished place with medium-large sized bedrooms. We are after a carport or garage for 1 car and parking available along the street.
I am very easy going and clean. I have a great amount of respect for others whilst sharing accommodation. I am from ballarat (near melbourne) and am starting a new job in Sydney. I have a small family at home including my fiance and 2 year old boy plus another one on the way. I would be flying home on my time off as I would be working on a roster. I am very mature and easy to talk to. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi I'm Luise or Lu, I'm 34 and have only been living in the area for 1 1/2 years. I'm an aged care nurse in Turramurra, so a bit of shift work/working random days. If I'm not working I like to get out and explore with my camera in my car. I'm quiet, respectful, chilled and accepting of all. I am hoping to live with like-minded people. I wouldn't mind sharing a drink/meal or watch a movie together at times. I'm a tidy person but I'll be honest, not to showroom conditions. I wouldn't mind you having friends over occasionally, as I may too, after all life is to be shared and enjoyed.
My name is Patrick. Im 23y old and am employed as a year 1 electrical apprentice. Having arrived in Sydney from QLD , I need to find a great place and location to live. I am a quite type of person who generally keeps to myself.I enjoy a tidy peaceful surround where I can relax and feel at home. I have previously shared in Newcastle and been away for months at sea working as a cadet marine engineer. I am looking for a place where I can park my car and even better garage it. Ideally I would also like to be within a short walking distance to a rail station. I work around the city anywhere from Gosford to Kiama to Lithgow in the west. I do much prefer tea over alcohol at home ,but having said that I sometimes have a beer at a pub or club. Im just not a big drinker. If you have a room or a small granny flat to rent you may wish to contact me. Im looking to move in July. Having said that Im interested to hear from anyone with a good place and situation Regards Patrick
