I love making a space feel like home! I am a positive and creative person, who really values rest at the end of a long work day. I spent the last three years in a share house with housemates from all over the world and I made some incredible friends through the experience. It's important to know who you're living with, as well as living an independent life and valuing other people's space. I work at a cafe across two locations and have some early morning shifts. In my spare time I love to be at the beach, read a good book or hang out with friends and family.
Hi there I’m interested in having any room in nice unit with ocean or water views . I’m a single dad . Separated a few months ago. I only get my kids every second weekend . But when I get then I either take them away or take them to my families house so they have a big yard and their bikes to use etc. so they won’t come into play with the residence. I work away a lot . Clean and respectful and get along with everyone. Love the water and very active. If anything available for an inspection please let me know. Can move in immediately . I have a huge tv and lots of nice furniture in storage if anythin needed for the house. Large smoker bbq etc. look forward to hearing from you thanks . It would be ongoing but I’m flexible on duration. I’m also a very good cook .
Hello 😃 Looking mainly for a granny flat. Or a unit, or private section of a house. Very quiet, independent, I respect your personal space and my dog goes everywhere with me. She is a mini dachshund- would be good to have a little grass for her and a friend. She gets along really well with other dogs and people, she’s an absolute sweetheart. It would be nice to get to know my flatmate and would be nice to socialise on occaisions. I’m ex navy (12 years) so clean and respectful, always on time paying rent and bills. Would like to hear from you if you think I would be a good fit 😀
I currently work full time in hospitality and also study biomedicine full time! I’m super independent and extremely conscious of other people and their personal space. I find myself easy to get along with and live with and enjoy a clean, comfortable and relaxing living environment. I’m super easy going and I live a pretty active and healthy lifestyle and enjoy the beach, exercising, cooking and the occasional wine or beer here and there.
Hello there, I'm looking for a new home from Mid August 2019 onward and not in a rush, as I want to find the right home and flatmate/s. I’m looking for at least 6 months but preferably 12+ months Very easy to get along with, clean and tidy looking for a modern home, Don't take drugs or smoke, light social drinker and respectful of others and their property. I'm hoping there are some single parents out there looking to consider creating a new and exciting home and friendship where we can help each other out, or some students that are great with children and are looking for a reliable, clean and stable flatmate. Pooling our resources can get us a much bigger and better home in a better location for less money. Regardless of who you are, if you are interested please get in touch and lets see how well we get along. I'm a single parent and I have 2 very active and well behaved young girls (5 and 7yrs), due to their mothers instability, I have decided to move out of the fantastic Penthouse in Miami where I have 2 rooms and a fantastic and very understanding flatmate. We pooled our resources finding this place and live in arguably the best penthouse apartment in the area, think of what we could find in a family home by pooling our resources. The secret is finding the right flatmate/s, then the right home. As I’m not in a huge rush there is time to find the right flatmate and home. My number one priority is to find a great flatmate to live with, in a clean and modern home. I have the contents of an entire house in storage if needed, happy to go with what is already there, or a combination of both. I may be 45, however most people think I'm in my mid 30's, I exercise daily and am very fit with a biological age of 29, and I’m fun to be around I get along with everyone and just want a relaxed home for me and my girls (when they stay which is currently only 2 nights a week). Unfortunately my ex-wife is quite unstable at the moment and occasionally I have my girls full time for a week or two at a time and I am considering a dramatic increase in care, however this would be something I would discuss with my flatmate/s. I’m looking at a few housing options, a large modern 3-4 bedroom apartment by the beach; a modern house on a waterway that leads to the ocean, or a large home with 4 or more bedrooms in the suburbs somewhere. I’d prefer a new and modern home, however will settle for a modern kitchen as I love cooking… Primarily I want a home I can relax in with a great flatmate/s, where ideally my children have their own rooms (happy for these to be used by friends/guests etc when they are not in the house) and everyone has their own space to relax in. There are some great larger houses out there and I’d be more than happy to team up and find a new home together with my new flatmate/s Not here to hide anything from you, just looking for a great flatmate/s and a great home, but also want to be honest about my situation. I love travelling, heading to the beach for a swim, kayaking, mountain bike riding, bush walking and keeping fit. Ideally I'd like to have just one flat mate and a spare room or study in our home, with my own bathroom; however I am open to all options. If you are after a genuine, clean and honest flatmate then get in touch. Have a great day and looking forward to hearing from you. If you are a student, please get in touch if you are interested as there would also be the added bonus of some paid babysitting if you were interested. Regards Neal

Hi i'm James, I'm from the UK and am here on a working visa. I have been based on the Gold Coast for the past 10 months and plan on staying here until at least November 2020. I love the relaxed, beach oriented life this area has to offer. I work full time as a surf coach at Currumbin and the surrounding beaches. My life revolves around surfing. I also have a keen interest in health and fitness and I love to practice yoga and meditation. I'm very relaxed and calm and looking for that quality in a home. I'm also a clean and tidy person to live with. Looking forward to connecting with you, thanks!
