Hello :-) I am looking for a place to call home. I am tidy, respectful flatmate, who enjoys a chat over a glass of wine, yet not a party girl. Do not smoke, don't have any pets, but love my herbs and will love your pets as my own if there will be any in the house. All I am looking for is a place with friendly likely minded people. In my free time I like to go to the beach, ride my bike, spent some time with my friends, cook a dinner, hike or just chill out... Been living on the Coast close to 3 years, working schedule is very variable due to two different jobs. Send me a message if you wanna know anything more specific... Looking forward to meeting my new roomies :-)
Hey my name is Nathan and I am looking for a nice house share around the Sunshine Coast for a minimum of around 6 months. I am 26 and am originally from the UK. I have just recently moved up to the Sunshine coast from Brisbane. I am a full time restaurant manager who enjoys cycling, swimming and hanging out in my spare time. I am looking to move before the 28th January.
I'm a young 51 yo retired RN/Midwife of 25 yrs. I worked within the field of Pharmaceuticals for 13yrs. Am currently studying Counselling & am concurrently writing a book following studying an author's course. I've also worked in a Broadcasting capacity with a Sunshine Coast Radio Station 106.5 FM for 4 1/2 yrs till mid 2012. I was raised in Brisbane relocating to the Sunshine Coast in '94 till current, however, I've been studying in Brisbane for the last 4 mths & currently staying with friends there whilst I search for the right accommodation. I like to be & believe I am friendly & easy going; neat, tidy, clean & organized & would like to share with people who are similar. I am quiet but enjoy a good conversation. I'm respectful of others, responsible & reliable. I love gardening, cycling, swimming, walking, the beach, camping & basically anything outdoors... But I also enjoy a good novel, studying, tasteful & friendly social engagements, a good movie at home or at the cinemas, a nice coffee with the paper or with friends etc. Most of all, I love the beach!!! I'm looking to share with someone similar in an harmonious, peaceful environment that I can call 'home' for as long as is viable. I have a 17 yrs old purebred Burman cat that is currently with my cousin whilst I explore my future accommodation & would dearly love to have him with me. He is fully house-trained, predominantly indoors mainly due to his age but when outdoors is not a hunter...this part of his breed for which I researched & chose before having him bred for me. Should I be unable to have him with me, I have found a close friend who is prepared to look after him for me so long as I visit regularly. I'm from a large family of 7 children & many in-laws, niece's & nephew's & great niece's and nephew's. My family all professional in career choice so I'm very comfortable in numbers and within a wide range of interpersonal dynamics of both professional and social environments as my current study involves intensive hands on experience with the less fortunate in our society, especially those at high risk & need. I tend to feel comfortable in all situations. .
Hey! I’m a 26 year old doctor from the UK originally. I’m moving from the outback to work at SCUH in January, and am looking for somewhere to rent. My hours are pretty variable but I’m respectful of others with this, and could sleep through most things myself! I do smoke, but would only ever do this outside and away from any open doorways. I’m not looking just to move in and hide in my room- I’d like to get to know and socialise with my flat mates ideally! When I’m not working I like exploring, watching terrible television and the odd glass of wine (or 6!) Pretty much an open book, feel free to ask anything :)
Update: 12.01.2018 There is only one month left and I will be coming to Australia ! About me: My name is Maximilian and I am a 23-year old student from Germany. I am going to study for one semester at the University of the Sunshinecoast, semester 1 2018. I will be arriving in Mid-February 2018. I am looking for a room until the end of June 2018, so for around 5 months. It would be great to live in a place that welcomes international students. I like to play volleyball and skateboarding. I am a beginner in surfing and I can imagine to go on with surfing at the beaches of the Sunshine Coast. During the week-ends, it would be great to explore the Sunshine coast and its surrounding places. Looking for shared rooms with local Australians, internationals and open for Homestay. Personally, I would love to live in the neighbourhood of the university because I would like to take the chance to live together with local Australians, preferred location: beachside. If you are interest to welcome an international student, I am looking forward to hearing from you. I would love to have a room before arriving so a Skype call would be an option to get to know each other better ;) Maximilian
My name is Mandy i'm 31 and a working professional. Looking to move to the beautiful Sunshine Coast. I just spend some time in Alex over the Xmas period and have decided to make the move. The people are lovely and the lifestyle is so relaxed. I am into fitness and the outdoors. Love to laugh and joke around. Very relaxed and easy to get along with. I am clean and tidy and cook for myself (or order Youfoodz). I am currently working in commercial leasing. I hit the gym most days and would be home late most nights. Am looking for people around my age. I really need something furnished (light traveller lol) but can furnish my own room. Want someone like minded who likes their own space but is also keen to hit the markets/breaky/have a bevy/or series marathons haha. PS: not looking for team ups, just want to slide into something. Mandy
Hi there! I'm Sarah and I am currently looking for a room on the Sunshine Coast. I work full time as a physiotherapist in Kawana, am clean and considerate, easy to live with (6 years at boarding school and a couple on college has helped there!) and enjoy a wine or two. I love running, hiking, Pilates and generally keeping active. I'm quite social but also just as happy to chill out on my own. I can move in on short notice so please feel free to get in contact :) Strengths: can cook, I don't like mangoes (more for you), tall for reaching top cupboard. Weaknesses: yet to discover (just kidding it's puppies/Princess Diaries).
Hello, So I work as a rigger and am currently working on the Bruce Highway upgrade in Caloundra. I am an outdoorsy kind and spend all my spare time surfing, mountain biking and hiking. I am a very clean easy going person who doesn't smoke and enjoys a social drink with everyone when the time arises. During the week it's pretty much work and sleep as I do big hours. I'm very open minded and fun to be around. Hit me up for a chat and a catch up if you feel we would make good roomies. Cheers

Hello! My name is Sandy. I'm from Canada and studied medicine at UQ. I'll be heading up to the Sunny Coast to start working as an intern doctor. I'm super neat and tidy. I've been living with others for over 10 years now, so I'm a veteran housemate. I'm happy to chat with my housemates and hang out. However, I also like having alone time in my room. I try to eat healthy and I love to run. I also love the beach and attempting to surf. I'm thinking about getting a cat. :)
Respectful, clean and trustworthy. I'm a full-time student and part-time worker (including night shift). Looking for a quiet place that's close to SCUH (short bike ride) and conducive to study and sleep. I don't mind socialising with housemates as long as we remain respectful of each others quiet time. A party house won't suit me. I would prefer a long-term agreement if possible. Rental references available. Granny flats, studios or share house with 2-3 residents :-) Please message me if you think your place is suitable. Thanks

Heya! I'm studying business full-time at USC, I also work part-time when I'm not at uni. I'm a super chill, easy going kind of gal. I like to maintain a clean and tidy home. I often tend to keep to myself a bit, so I value personal space, although I'm always up for a chat. I enjoy the outdoors and exploring what the coast has to offer, as this has only been my home for a year. I love to play sports and cook when I'm not busy.
I'm currently studying full time at USC and working part time. I'm looking to either move into a place with roommates or find people who would like to rent out a home/apartment. Must be clean and tidy, either be studying or work full/part time.

Needs to be somewhere pet friendly as I have a small indoor dog who's house trained and well behaved. I'm very clean and quiet, looking for someone who is similar. -CLEAN, QUIET AND TIDY are the 3 adjectives that would summarize myself- Hi Guys, Thanks for stopping by my profile My name is Tychus and I am a junior doctor who will be working at the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. I am originally from Indonesia but have been in Australia since the age of 19. Currently 28 y.o and have practically lived in share houses since the age of 19 – therefore I definitely am aware of the ins and outs of living with other people and more than happy to share house works. Other things about me: - Friendly and considerate - Respect others’ privacy - Predictable schedule (Sleep, Work, Exercise, Study / except on Saturday and Sunday where I’d go to Brisbane to do my research) - Definitely not a party person. I enjoy a quiet peaceful home and a friendly housemate. - I don’t really invite people home but not because I am arrogant! It is because I am currently focusing on my research. =) - Don’t drink nor smoke I do not have pet. I have a bike. I will be getting a car. I am looking for a long term accommodation (9 months minimum) and would really love to live with people with the similar attributes. If you think that id fit into your lovely home, please do let me know and I would love to arrange a meet up. Thanks for reading guys and I would love to hear back from you. Kind regards, Tychus
