Hi! I'm Ashleigh, though I prefer the nickname Ash. I'm 17, so it's been a bit difficult finding a place to take me. The current place I live at isn't very pleasant and I'd really like to get away from it :( I work at Big W at least 25+ hours a week, although I am a casual worker (I am attempting to get a more stable contract however). I like writing, playing video games, psychology, philosophy, cats, going for walks, and music! And just about anything creative really :) I'm extroverted and friendly, with a potential bizarre sense of humour, and I'm a little bit of a people pleaser sometimes. Luckily, I'm also quite self sufficient! I'm looking for somewhere to live that's hopefully well connected by public transport as I can't yet drive. I'm also looking for a moderate amount of space, nothing too grand, but hopefully better than the tiny room I'm currently in. I'd also prefer to room with younger people (17 to 25-ish years old), and preferably female like me, but I'm not overly picky. I'm a strong believer in everyone pulling their weight and contributing equally, and no one should ever be left behind. I'll often be away at my partner's place for the weekend too btw :)

I am a quite person, but wouldn't mind interacting or catching up with the housemates on my off days. I work from home most of the time on the telephone and occasionally in the city and enjoy training at Goodlife Health Clubs, Corporate Box Gyms and Taekwondo classes. Will need private bathroom and prefer two bedrooms. I would like my gorgeous daughter to be able to visit every second weekend when I have her. Airconditioning is a must in the bedrooms and would be nice throughout the home, though not a must. I am a non-smoker and would prefer to not live with with smokers. I have two full size shelve units, two smaller ones, a Queen Bed and heat pump condenser clothes dryer (7 Star energy rating) and that’s about all my furniture. Somewhere to store spare stuff, fishing gear, etc on site is important in either a basement or a shed. As a student Massage Therapist I sometimes need space to have clients visit to receive a quality massage as part of the hours for my Diploma. As I work from home I need to be able to have the understanding of my fellow housemates that when I’m working (inbound call centre for a bank) I need pretty good peace and quiet. I work full time 8am start every day (unless doing overtime) and finish early or mid arvo. I am in no big rush and just want to find the right place for me to live, WFH & have my lovely daughter visit. Seeking to move by 1st week in August.
