I am relocating from the Gold Coast to Canberra in mid November to start full-time work. A couple of years ago I moved over from Colombia and I recently finished my Masters in Accounting at Bond University. I’m a clean and friendly person that respects each other’s space. In my spare time, I enjoy walking along the beach (which I will miss), going on hikes, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places.
Hey! I'm looking for a place! I'm working full time in Gov, and have heaps of sharehouse experience. I'm social but like my own space, and into sport and fitness, and watching stuff on my big (communal) tv. My current place is being demolished soon. I'm looking for a place inner north or inner south! I'd be most keen to just meet up and get a feel for each other and go from there. I'm keen to act straight away :)
Couple looking for a sharehouse. Tyler is a full time worker in the fitness industry. Usually keep relatively busy and don't tend to spend much time at home. My job takes me away interstate or overseas every second week, and I rarely spend weekends at home. Stuart is a public servant moving to Canberra in January. We both enjoy socialising and travelling, but have lived in sharehouses before. Clean, quiet, enjoy hanging around the home sometimes and occasionally spending a disproportionate amount of money on brunch.
Hi there! I’m Lisa. I work full time in the environment and social justice sector, and lead a busy, healthy lifestyle. I’m looking for another friendly, clean and mature person to move in with, or to team up to find an apartment or townhouse with in the inner north. Being in my thirties, I’m always happy to have a glass of wine and a chat at home - equally happy to take some time out to chill separately. I love cooking, yoga, music, cycling and films. I live with a beautiful senior Burmese cat, who loves people and cuddles. Cat lovers, please hit me up!
Hi there! I'm moving down to Canberra from Brisbane at the beginning of next year to start full-time work. I'm a positive, friendly and active person who loves to explore in my spare time, whether that's a new food joint, a hiking spot or some local markets and music. I would love to move in with like-minded individuals who would also enjoy adventuring throughout Canberra on the weekends or bonding over some wine, cheese and the latest netflix episode. However, I can definitely respect the balance between socialising and alone time. I am a clean and respectful person who takes pride in their home. Ideally, I'm looking to move sometime at the beginning of January.
Hey guys! I’m a 25 year old full-time APS worker who is moving to Canberra from the Gong in January 2020! I’m pretty easygoing and like to cook, go to the gym, read, get outdoors and taste plenty of good food/coffee. I’m hoping to find a house that is clean and tidy, with people that enjoy having a good chat and maybe a casual wine while watching The Bachelor (or a really shit show like Antiques Roadshow). I like my own space also and a bit of peace and quiet most weeknights. I’ve been living in share houses for the past four years and consider myself to be a pretty decent housemate. Always keen to clean and chip in on household items. I always pay rent and bills on time too. Hoping to find some people with the same vibes! Shoot me a message if I sound like a good fit for you! ☺️
Hi! I am a friendly 24 year old female athlete, training and working at the Australian Institute of Sport. I am quiet and very clean. Looking for some easy going & sociable housemates, with a budget of $250/week plus utilities. Move date can be flexible in late January-early February
Full time news camera operator Wont be around often but when I am I should have a few good stories From the sunshine coast and looking for a relatively calm and clean environment close to work
I am moving to Canberra (from Brisbane) in Jan 2020 to start a full-time position in the public service, having just completed my PhD. I like to keep a clean and tidy house and am keen to live with people that feel the same. I'm a bit of an introvert but also looking for housemates I can be friends with. I'm probably going to freeze my butt off in winter so any assurance that your house will be warm will be looked upon very favourably. Car parking, especially off street, would be great. I can be a little bit flexible on budget but anything around or below $200/week is what I'm looking for.
I work in the public service as a research assistant. I work full-time hours Monday-Friday and study/train during nights and weekends so I'll likely be out most of the time. I'm pretty laid back and sociable but also appreciate having my own space. I'm fairly tidy and clean up after myself - I like to keep my space squared away. I'm mainly interested in longer-term rentals as I hate moving. My moving date is flexible, though I'd like to be into a place before the New Year. I have a car so I need a parking space, either on/off street parking is fine. Decent internet/Wi-Fi and heating/cooling is ideal.
