I have a roofing job waiting for me I have already signed my contract I only need a house. I took a hotel while waiting to find a roommate I am available for visits and I do not mind waiting for 2 or 3 weeks hostel if the roommate is nice. I like nature, sport and socialization. If you have any more questions about me, do not hesitate. See you soon jordan
I'm an easygoing 29-year-old woman looking for a female-only share-house/apartment with some friendly and laid-back flatmates. Flexible with the suburb, but hoping to move somewhere with an easy commute to Brookvale/Warringah Mall, as that's where I work - preferably around Brookvale, Manly or Mosman. I'm a big reader and tv watcher, and love to travel. I'm a full-time professional in the book industry, currently as a buyer at a library supplier. When I'm not working I'm at the gym or hanging out with friends, but on the weekend love to chill at home watching tv or reading. I've lived in Sydney for over three years (plus my first ten years growing up) and I love it, so definitely looking for a long-term place. I'm quiet at first but once I'm comfortable I get pretty chatty. I can get messy through the week but clean my room every weekend, and keep the kitchen spotless. Happy to do my part in all the cleaning and chores. I'd also love to be able to do some share cooking - which can be tricky as I'm a vegetarian (the non-preachy kind). Looking for a female-only apartment, preferably with only one or two other girls - who I would love to become friends with. My current roommate is moving out with her fiance, and my last day in my current place is the 16th of December, but happy to delay move-in until the 2nd of January at the latest, as I'll be away over Christmas.
29 years old from Taiwan, working as a freelancer journalist/ writer and full time Master psychology student, I usually work outside of the house, I do Pilates, yoga, bouldering, surf, frisbee and lover of all sorts of outdoor activities and nature. I have travelled and lived at different countries for work or school since 19, but I have completely fallen in love since I came to Northern Beaches, planning to become a Pilates instructor and stay for good. Due to my graduated school, looking for sub-lease from mid-Dec to end-Jan. Then I need to be away for a while, but looking for a flatshare starting from end-June 2018 hopefully for at least 1-2 years.
Studying a masters of forensic science. Been in share housing for the last 4 years. Super into health and fitness. Also bake and binge eat cupcakes and other amazing things that I am willing to share. Pretty chilled out, rather quiet. Neat and tidy person. Love being outdoors and being at the beach. Love going out to see bands and live music Preferred: unfurnished private room large enough to fit a queen bed and desk. Built in wardrobe. Off street parking for car, or unrestricted street parking. Please don’t harass me with phone calls, it’s getting a little out of hand :/
I’m an easygoing and clean person who works as a high school teacher. I love to make new friends and have a good time with my flatmates as well as spending time by myself. (I recently rescued a cute tabby kitten called Porkins. He’s well trained and loves a belly scratch plus a big purrer. So, we are kind of a package now)
Hello!!! I am a brazilian guy, 26yo, looking for a place to move in the northern beaches because got a new job in the area. I work full time, 8am to 4pm, as a game developer. Very much into games, tech, geek stuff and chilling. Im also musician, so you might hear me singing and playing often :D. Im very clean, tidy and easy going, and love to get together to grab dinner or some drinks.
I am looking for a furnished studio / granny flat to rent close to Brookvale. Currently living in Dee Why so anywhere along the Beaches would be ideal. I do drive so open to other areas. I am a 28 y/o male from UK working full time in marketing. Ideally I would like somewhere with a flexible length of stay.
Looking for a double furnished room. I've budgeted $350 pw including bills. I'm very clean and respectful. I like my own company as much as I like to socialise, so I do tend to do my own thing in my own space (Netflix), but I do like to socialise amongst my house mates. I'm not looking for a party house, but somewhere quiet and calm. I won't be having regular visitors, if any. I'll mostly be spending my time at work, at the gym, exploring, or on the beach, I also may have the odd night out with friends for dinner and drinks. To note, I do have a partner that currently lives away, and he will be staying with me over Christmas 22nd-27th, and possibly for a few days near easter. I hope that wouldn't be a problem for my future house mate.
We are a professional couple wanting a self-contained accommodation from middle February! We are very clean, responsible and easy going but we are not looking for a sharing place! We are both working full time and we just want to have a place to relax, so we are not party persons! If you need more informations don't hesitate to contact me! Andrea
I'm personable, easy to live with and neat. I keep to my own and keep myself busy. I am out and about a lot of the time busy with work, gym and socialising. I am looking for a flat mate that is easy to live with, on the same wave length and neat :)

I'm relaxed, talkative (ramble friendly :), mature and am into my music, surfing and marshal arts. Looking for a place ideally with a group of like minded, relaxed and fun people. Oh yeah.
I'm Adrienne, I'm from the UK but I'm here in Sydney for a year working in the fashion and textile industry. I'm having to move around a little for the jobs I have secured, meaning my length of stay is around 3 months. I'm friendly, outgoing, tidy, always up for a laugh, but love my own space from time to time and understand people need theirs too. I enjoy casual drinks, BBQ's, visiting new places and meeting new people.
I (Sarah) am Canadian and have been granted a residency visa sponsored by my partner, Charlie. We are currently living with his family in Newcastle but want to find a place in Sydney to live for a few months while we search for permanent jobs. I have my masters in conservation so will be looking for work in that field but am planning to get a bar job in the meantime. Charlie is going back to uni on the central coast so wont be around as much. We love the beach and and going for weekend trips exploring new places. I would love to find a share house with a group who enjoys a glass of wine on the weekends while getting to know each other.
Hey :) We are an easy going couple from the UK working full-time in Manly. We are clean, tidy, friendly and enjoy outdoor activities. We are very fond of trying our culinary skills out in the kitchen too. We like to socialise over a nice glass of wine with friends but also love to wind down after a day at work with a good film and treats. If you are looking for two easy going and respectful roomies then please feel free to get in touch :)
