Hi! I'm Oliver, I'm 43, working Part-time/full time (shift work) @ Kewana. I’m looking to either move into a place with roommates or find people who would like to rent out a house/unit. And who work full time/part time as well. Am looking to rent a room preferably from 5 Dec 2017 for a 3-6 month period. And would prefer a large room with own bathroom access & with a reasonable car park space. Happy to negotiate. I am very clean and tidy, respectful, easy going, a non-smoker and love time to myself & with family. I am very rarely at home other than to sleep. I live a physically active lifestyle outside of my shift work, and on days off I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and spending time with like-minded people over a decent cup of coffee or a good beer. If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to email me directly. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Regards Oliver😊
27yr old that, works full time. I'm easy going, get along well with everyone, I have a indoor cat that is very friendly and loves everyone. I enjoy getting outside, especially to the beach so I'm not usually home an awful lot .
Hi my name is Sabastian! I am looking for a room to rent on the sunshine coast I work full time and Saturdays at a local car dealership I have just recently graduated from USC with a masters Degree in Accounting In my Spare time I like to relax and watch movies and read novels when I am not at work, I am a pretty quiet person I like to keep to myself. Im not interested in partying just looking for a nice home to live in :)
I currently live in a small town near Coffs Harbour doing part time work at a supermarket, I just want to move up to Queensland and start a new life and make new friends and find a career. I'm not looking to move until January-February next year as I'm saving as much money as I can to always be able to pay off my brand new car, rent and bills. I think I would be a great person to live with as Im respectable, I clean up after myself, I can socialise but always know when to give people their space. I don't party, I'd prefer making friends who like staying in or going out on adventures to make memories. I don't plan on going to uni, but I'm hoping to become an air hostess but in the meantime I'll do fulltime work anywhere till I reach my goals.
Hi there I am an easy going/respectful International Student, single person, studying full time at USC. I'm seeking accommodation (preferably master bedroom/ensuite and close to USC). I can pay up to $100-$150 per week including expenses. Move in: 29 Nov. I require a door lock, internet and a furnished room - double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair if possible. Artistic houses with paintings/bali gardens preferred. I rely on the bus to get around, so I need to live close to a bus stop. Sometimes, I also love to cook for myself and others. I like to live with happy/hygenic/peaceful/considerate/soft spoken well mannered people with a good sense of humour to create good memories of living together with mutual understanding/support. Like to be social sometimes without fuss. Sometimes i go to play golf but i like other outdoor/indoor activities too. Interior designing is one of my interests. I respect others' privacy and like the people who respect mine too. So, if you think, I would fit into your household especially this christmas season time, please get in touch at the earliest. Kind Regards Pankaj
Me and my friend Kristin (both students at USC) are looking for a place with two bedrooms available. We don't mind living with others so it doesn't have to be an appartment alone. Also, it would be great if someone is interested in teaming up and starting a share house. We are both very social and easy going people, love to be active, meet new people and going out occasionally. We are also clean and tidy when it comes to housework so there won't be any problems. Also, both me and Kristin won't be in Australia before around the 16th of February so it won't be possible for us to come by the place before for a look, but we are available on skype, so just contact me if anyone is interested.
Im very tidy and a very responsible person. Honest and reliable. I dont mind being social but also require/respect privacy. Dont mind a party but not all day everyday. Long term stay is deffo in the plans, if everything is working out, i however dont want to be tied to a contract before we know if it works or not, hence the 6months timeframe. Unlimited internet is a must, happy to discuss higher rate if provided.
Us- We both work a 7 on 7 off roster, both on the same swing, so you'll be getting the house to yourself for a week every other week. We are both sociable guys, enjoying bbq's, drinks by the pool etc. While we are social, we don't want a party house. I have a full house lot of furniture, but if you have furniture too that's great. So all you would need is your bedroom furniture, bed etc. We are looking at renting a house between the $500-700 mark, 4-5 bedroom and large with a pool. We are looking In the areas of Kawana through to Coolum, this is subject to the house we agree on. You- We want someone social, house trained, preferably a non smoker. Someone who will be happy to engage in bbq's, drinks and nights out. Please be house trained, i.e Not afraid of the vacuum cleaner! We have both owned houses and are house proud lads.
A bit about me..Im in my early thirties, I'm employed currently working two jobs, friendly, non smoker, respectful of others belongings and personal space. Up for a chat or happy to give you your personal space. Probably not seeking a party house :) Seeking a clean neat and tidy dwelling, furnished room preferred with ensuite or private bathroom.
We're a Finnish couple living on the Sunny Coast since August 2017. We're both full-time workers, reliable and keen on sports and pretty much any outdoor activities! We enjoy the occasional social drink or night out, but are not big on house parties. Looking for a place to stay at and drink in everything the coast has to offer!
I am a fun, loving, bubble person. I like my space but i also am keen for a beer or two. im not a big party person. im clean and love to cook. moving back down from Darwin in early March if not before hand. i hope to already have a job, however im an out going person and will pick up any work to tie me over until i get the job i want. i also come with two loving cats. they are both toilet trained. i love bike riding, going to the gym and running/walking. the beach is my safe place. please message me if you would like any other information. thanks.
Hi my name is Taylor I am a 22 year old nurse originally from the Gold Coast but my job has brought me to the sunny coast. As a shift worker I am not home a lot and when I am I prefer to relax. I am away most weekends so won’t be a hassle, I don’t mind a party every now and then and would never say no to a drink and a cheese platter!
Would love to live in a place with good vibes and with like minded people! I’ll be starting my third year of psychology so I would love to have a place where I can really zen out, but also focus when I need too (for the days, I disappear in to my room to finish an essay). I’m spontaneous and would love to live with people who are keen on adventures to waterfalls, mountain hikes and beaches. I am comfortable paying $150 a week, could do more for water, electricity and internet too :) I somehow ended up living in Chermside (life right?) and going to university on the Sunshine Coast, so I'm very keen to move back to the gorgeous, chilled out coast. I’m honestly in love with the atmosphere of Buderim especially, but I'm honestly just after a place where there's still some nature in the backyard! ~ super tidy and respectful of space ~ enjoys a beer or wine ~ always up for socialising
Hi. Im 29 new to sunny coast been here for 3 months, im pretty chill easy going person. Im very clean and respectful!! And hope to find similar roomies ☺ Happy bubbly person but also need my own space at home at times when i need some me time. Only looking to live with people between 25-35 give or take. I spend alot of time at the beach or out doing nature walks. I love to have a drink and chat. ☺☺
I am a hard working, healthy and extremely friendly person. I like to keep things tidy, I'm very relaxed and become friends with literally anyone I meet. My mate and I have started a clothing business so I would need a little bit of storage space whether there is an office or garage that could be used potentially. I work full time, go to the gym 4-5 times a week and enjoy having a couple of drinks on the weekends (nothing crazy). Feel free to ask me any questions! Kind Regards, Trav
Hi there, I am looking for a room in share accommodation. I am from Brisbane and moved to Sunshine Coast due to work. I work full time from Monday to Friday. I am pretty social, friendly and enjoy company. I am a easy going, mature, clean person who is more than welcome to have a chat with companies at the flat and also would like to respect individuals' private space and time :)
I am a friendly, fun, likeable person and I am looking for a place to rent when my current lease runs out in January, 2018. I am neat, love to clean (laundry, dishes, the house) and am great to live with (I believe)! I love the healthy lifestyle I lead, and enjoy being active! I am quiet, I don't party or drink .. so no raging parties from me ;) (no noise)
g'day! Looking to sign my first lease somewhere on the Sunshine Coast (preferably within a 30min drive to Beerwah, which is where i work) around $120/week is preferred, but can go to $150ish for the right place :) i'm a respectful person and generally keep to myself. I work in a pub so my hours tend to vary; and i usually work late nights Friday and Saturday, averaging around 30hrs/week. So ill most likely be at work when you get home from your job I'm fairly active, so it would be nice living with people of similar interests. I enjoy going to the beach, fishing checking out different pubs and i love live music (gigs/festivals). Adventures and checking out cool places! I dont mind cooking at all and will always clean up after myself. If the house happens to not have much furniture, this is fine because i have a fair bit of stuff furniture and other items that i'm more than happy to share with respectful people if we happen to find a place together. I'm really just looking to move forward in life, and moving out again seems like a pretty solid start. I'm happy with share accom, single bedroom flats, or to simply get in contact with one or two more people looking to rent and we can find our own rental property to best suit :) 6 month lease seems best suited for me at this time, but being my first time on a lease, it's fine if we arrange a 3 month 'trial' lease to see if i am a suitable tennent Cheers, Jake
We're both really happy bubbly people and love to work hard. We're clean, quiet and work a lot. Just needing somewhere as our lease is ending super soon! So unfortunately the pressure is on for us as real estates are a slow process so we're giving flatmates a try! We both look forward to hearing from you!

Am happy to team up with someone also if suitable. I am looking to move in by 30th of December at the earliest. Cheers Sheree 😊
