I am a relaxed and fun guy. I enjoy exploring around the coast and being near the beach. I am respectable and will always clean up after myself. Im working at a coffee roastery full time and usually am out most nights. I have a girlfriend who will stay over every now and then but we are quiet and will keep clean.
Hi there, My partner and I are looking for a small flat to call home. We would preferably like our own place without any flat mates but is negotiatable. We are both full time workers who are respectful, clean and quiet people to live with. We have previously rented before with full bond back and no complaints. We are looking to move in asap and are looking from Maroochydore to birtiniya. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks a heap, Connor and Rachel
From Brisbane and just moved to the Sunny Coast. Do not know many people and looking to make friends but not a big party animal. Work full-time Mon-Fri and love being outdoors on the weekends, especially to hike, swim and play around with my camera. Enjoy good wine, cooking, and trying out all the local food and entertainment. At home I am very clean and organised, private and like my own space but wanting to get to know the people I live with.
Hi I'm James, I'm 21 and work part time in hospitality along with being in my third year of environmental science at USC Have been wanting to move closer to USC for a while now and have recently got a new job in Maroochydore looking for fun laid back people to live with I love music, beer and anything to do with our natural world. I am relatively tidy and tame, though I do like being in party mode once in a blue moon Looking for fun, laid back like minded people to live with :) My friend is also thinking about moving out with me, he is also 21 and studies design at USC. He is very laid back and tidy, swing me a message if you want to know more !
I am a 24 year old international student originally from Norway, studying Animal Ecology at USC. Beside my interests in animals and nature, I like sports, being active and living a healthy life. I am very clean and tidy , calm, not a party person and serious about my studies.
I’m easygoing, polite, respectful, Self sufficient. I’m up for a chat but also enjoy time to myself. I’m Respectful of other people’s boundaries and I’m tidy and love to cook. I love to paint and write, spend time at the beach expand my knowledge. I’d be a great housemate for most happy, positive minded people.
I´m from Sweden moving to Sunshine Coast in July to study one year at USC. Coming from full time work and living on my own since 17 y/o I´m a very responsible, quiet and tidy flatmate. Real granny on the inside, I rarely go out but enjoy a glass of wine occasionally. I love to cook and appreciate a clean and proper kitchen. My big passion in life is training, everything from weightlifitng to powerlifting and crossfit.
I am a relaxed, friendly person that love to adventure around and enjoys being at the beach. I have stable income and am currently studying a teacher aide course. I will clean up after myself and am respectful to others. I enjoy having conversations but also respect personal space.
Pretty laid back 21yo full-time social work student and part-time youth counsellor. I like to make the most of my spare time by getting out and about when I can. I'd call myself responsible and tidy and I won't breathe down your neck haha! I've got some furniture - everything I need for a bedroom - but also some decorative things too, like plenty of plants (slight plant freak). I would really like a bathroom of my own or an ensuite just so I don't have to worry about being a bathroom hog ha... I'm reasonably social, I do like to head out on the odd weekend but I like to keep the party out and about and wouldn't be bringing it back home. I love any pets so that'd be no dramas at all!
Hey, my name is Amanda, I’m 18 years old and studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sunshine Coast. I am currently living in Brisbane with my parents; however, due to their strict religious beliefs, I am unable to live there any longer. Additionally, living at the Sunshine Coast dramatically cuts travel time to Uni everyday. Due to this, I am looking to move in as soon as available. I work two jobs and play soccer professionally, thus I am financially supported by my sport and work. I am very laidback and enjoy company, but I also like my own space and I will respect yours.
Hey! I recently graduated as a Physiotherapist and currently looking for work on the Sunshine Coast and hoping to secure a full-time job. My boyfriend Bryce has been living and working on the Sunshine Coast for a year now. We are hoping to move in together. We both will be working full time and would like to come home watch TV and relax or go for walks/exercise in the evening. We are quite easy going and not much for parties but would not mind an occasional drink. We would prefer a room with an ensuite or 2 rooms with a shared bathroom and quite flexible with parking arrangements.
Looking to move in with some friendly girls anywhere within 30 minutes of the Uni. I am studying Nursing and Midwifery and I work part time in pharmacy. I am a Christian girl and I am hoping to find some people that respect my beliefs ☺️ I have lived in a few share houses and I understand the importance of being clean and tidy and respectful of people's space. Can't wait to hear from you!
I'm a rather quiet person who likes my own space and is peaceful and non-invasive regarding the space of others. Sometimes I cook, + gardening, reading, the great outdoors. Buddhist more than most other practices, preferring sustainable living and a light environmental footprint. Not currently up with arts trends but just practise my own thing there. I like clean and clear environments and can look after the house doggie/cat/bird quite happily ... Yes I keep things simple.
We are two very chilled out people that enjoy playing sport and staying fit and active. We are both last year university students. I am studying nursing about to start my internship at the end of June and Max is studying exercise physiology. We are not looking for a constant party house but are more than happy to socialise, have people over etc. We have some furniture and Max has a ute to make moving easy. We have been on several house inspections, so if you shoot me a message I will send you the information so you can have a look too. Depending on the house we are looking for around 3 or 4 more people to fill it. We are looking forward to meeting you!
I have lived on the Sunny Coast for 10 years, have recently gone from working full time as a dog trainer into full time study at USC (Bachelor of Animal Ecology) Interested in Team Ups to lease a house or townhouse as I have an 8 year old dog and and a 2 year old cat. Unfortunately my dog is not social with other dogs so looking for someone without pets. Tidy, social and easy going. Respectful of how others want to spend their down time at home. Looking to move early - mid August 2018.
I work as a waitress and I’m currently studying psychology at USC. super tidy and easy going. I like company and having a good friendship with my housemates but also like doing my own thing and keeping to myself a fair amount of the time. I like music and don’t mind a cheeky sesh on the weekend. Looking for cool likeminded people to live with 😌
I am transferring to Australia with my work, I play sports regularly and like to socialise on the weekend. I am a clean and conscientious housemate, I will pay bills on time and pitch in with housework. I will be on the Sunshine Coast May 27 - 29th and moving over in the first week of June. Would be keen to meet and check suitability on those days.
I'm relaxed, fit, young at heart, vegan/vegetarian, spiritual, conscious person. enjoy outdoors, walking, running, cycling; I have a road & mountain bike, ex pro racer ;) I'm interested in teaming up with another/others to start a new share house :) I have a unit size of furniture, could fit easily in a single garage if not needed, or could share things with flatmate :)
Hi our names are Milli and Bee, were both 26 and are looking for a room to rent together for around 3 months while we are looking for a permanent residence. We are honest, tidy and friendly ladies. We respect the space around us and we are looking for another easy going housemate in the maroochydore area. One of us is working full time and the other part time and have never had issues with budgeting for rent and living expenses. We have a male cat named Frank who is a lively people friendly guy. he's toilet trained to go outside and we would love to bring him with us knowing we would take full responsibility for him (we would never expect a housemate to pet sit or ask to feed). Please shoot us a message if you think we would be good candidates for your humble abode. THANKS! PEACE!
I'm a 23-year-old Swede looking for a place to stay for at least 1 semesters. Clean, friendly, and easy-going. Currently enrolled at USC, doing a bachelor of creative industries.
