Looking for a room big enough for a king size bed and preferably with an ensuite/ own bathroom. I'm friendly, a non-smoker, hardly drink, work full-time and am tidy around the house. I don't usually have people over as I prefer socialising outside and keeping home as a place to relax and escape from all the noise and daily demands. I also speak Spanish and dance salsa and am more than happy to teach a little if you're interested 😄 Send me a message if you have a room available and we can have a chat.
I'm from Japan. I came here as an exchange student. I'm currently studying at Deakin University. I'm looking for a private room with furnished. I need to stay by the end of February or beginning of March.
We are easy going and helpful guys. Being students, we tend to be occupied for the most of our time in our academic courses. We like to live in peace and we always enjoy a good company. We look forward to having a great time with our mates!
Personally: Easygoing, friendly considerate guy, moving back to Melbourne permanently (to be closer to my intellectually disabled sister + launch my online business back in my hometown). Happen to be neat too 😀. Anything tech, talk to me. Gardens, talk to me. Galleries, talk to me. Food, talk to me. I have an adorable, friendly short-hair cat, who is clean + trained along with being no trouble (he is cheeky though). Business: Stellarpaths (a start-up). Founder and developer of an information, tools + services hub that benefits business, career + life through matching occupations, skills, business types, outcomes + more to suited solutions. Former corporate based Global Project Manager, Head Of Knowledge and Assistant Company Secretary. My work arrangements are flexible as I tend to work from co-working spaces, cafes and home.
I'm a single woman in my mid 20's who's friendly, reliable, clean, tidy, independent, responsible, honest, mature, social, will treat any house like my own and a non-smoker. I pay bills and rent on time AND CAN AFFORD TO PAY FOR RENT AND BILLS LONG-TERM. Respectful of other people's privacy, space and property, I'm quiet and NOT A PARTY PERSON!! I'm currently unemployed but am actively looking for work and have a stable income. I also study full-time and volunteer as well. Looking for a place to call home with drama-free housemates. I'm also looking for a bungalow or granny flat, which is my preference but I'm happy as long as I have a room. PREFERRABLY BILLS AND INTERNET INCLUDED. In my spare time I like to go out and go to the beach, read books, watch movies, play on my devices and colour in my adult colouring book. I want to upgrade my Certificate 3 in Aged care and start a career in Aged care.
Hey guys! I'm looking to move somewhere with 2-3 people where I can meet new people and enjoy everyone’s company. I'm 27 years old and working full time with quite long work days during the week, but i enjoy a chat and contributing around the house. I'm a pretty tidy person and i'm really easy going. I enjoy outdoor activities on the weekend whether its going to the beach, playing sports or having a few drinks and relaxing. Have a little bit of household furniture but i'm open to furnished places as it would be convenient. I also have a car and I’m really looking for somewhere that either has a car spot or some sort of off street parking.
Hey all, my name is Dushan. A friendly guy from Sri Lanka. I'm following a postgrad in Swinburne and completed my first year just recently. I love doing outdoor activities, a huge sports fan, a big time comic book fan, loves gaming and working on my cookery skills these days. So anyways I'm looking for a friendly household with some cool people to hang out with. Cheers!
I am currently living with my parents but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am looking at moving out to a place more suitable, that'll bring a sense of security and safety for me. I am clean and tidy, relatively quiet and lacking in drama and stress. I am happy to alter the location of where I reside, however I do not want anything towards Hawthorn or the CBD. I'm currently working casually at McDonalds, however in January I begin full time work.
Hi, I'm Raghav Bhatia from India. Will start going to Deakin University in March to study Business. I like to play tennis and also play rhythm guitar. I like to clean up after myself, can cook a bit of Indian food and basic meals. I like to think of myself as a good listener and organizer.
We're a fun couple from India with great taste in cinema, sitcoms, culture and good food. We're also particular about cleanliness (almost OCD) in the house. Extra brownie points for housemates who have a dog or a cat at home! We are currently post-grad students, who moved to Melbourne six months ago.
Heya 🙋♂️🙋♂️ I'm a super laid back and chilled person, and that's what I like to be around as well. I love to live comfortably, and will always opt for comfort over money, so no stingy short showers or a freezing house with me 😂 a super high-speed internet connection is also a must 😁 but whatever. I'm big into my training, boxing, BJJ, yoga, surfing, tv series' and music so if you also like or love any of those things we will have a mad time. I also HATE 'A Current Affair' and 60 Minutes, and any other stupid ass show. I'm 23 years old and studying Psychology at Deakin Burwood, so I'm a mature age student this time around. I'm starting my second year and I am hella into it and serious about it, so if you're also super serious about your studies that would be awesome. Maybe we can set up a study hub inside our house 🤔 My ideal roommates would be similar to me and love learning new things. I'm super clean, organized, practical, caring and most of all considerate. I sleep with earplugs so do whatever you want whenever you want 😂. If you're passionate about something, chances are I'll get right into it with ya. I think one girl and one guy plus myself would be a good dynamic?? (ha ha haaaa). I'm from Melbourne, and I'm Australian. Give me a holla if you're interested in getting a house. I wanna do a team up 👍 xoxo Mango Man
Heya, I'm a 2nd year student at Deakin uni. Sri Lankan, raised and schooled in Kuwait. I am a quiet, clean and easy going person who keeps to himself. I love dogs, binging tv shows occasionally playing video games. Also flexible and open minded. Just looking for a cozy and quiet place with friendly and like-minded people.
Hey guys! I'm from India. Pursuing my Post Graduate studies at Deakin University. I'm a Crazy, Funny & Adventurous person. I like tidiness with a healthy surrounding . I'm a big time Music & Sports lover. So looking out for a decent furnished & clean house nearby good transport facilities. Preferably looking in suburbs nearby the city. Waiting to hear soon =))
I am moving from Bendigo back to Melbourne for work. I work as an allied health professional (Occupational Therapist), I will be working at Vision Australia in Kooyong. I’ve been living in sharehouse in Bendigo with 1-2 other housemates. Happy to live with both guys and girls. Looking for a friendly, relaxed, smoke free home. I love a wine here and there, enjoy going to gym and dog walks to the park. Needing a pet friendly home as I have a pet/foster greyhound 😊
Hi my name is Mitch, I will be commencing full time study in Psychology in March 2018. I am a neat and quiet person to live with but do enjoy going out as much as I do binge watching Netflix. I have a mild addiction to caffeine so regular outings for coffee is a must. I have a 5 year old cat who mostly stays in doors so if you love cats that's a bonus. Would be willing to live with other animals too as I there is a dog in my current place. I am looking to relocate back into the south eastern area which could be anywhere between Melbourne and Springvale. Anytime between now and March 2018. Coming from a regional area is a massive step. So finding somewhere secure to live and work is my top priority. A minimum of 6-12 months is preferred. I'm not looking for a party house but I do enjoy socialising and don't mind doing my own thing either. I quit my retail job to take up full time study in early education which I have now completed. So I am applying for careers in that field around the south eastern area.
Hi guys! My name is Lara :) I'm a 21 year old uni student, currently studying a Bachelor of Arts (Film and Television) & hoping to apply for a Graduate Certificate in Marketing later this year! I'm a really keen musician- i love performing and going to gigs, I also love photography, campaigning, writing poetry, filmmaking, photography, blogging and checking out cool brunch places in the city. I'm looking to move into a new place at the end of January, preferably in the Eastern suburbs, close to public transport and a reasonable distance from Deakin University. I'm super laid back and looking for a place with chill vibes, I would love to move into a place where there's a good social atmosphere, but I also have my introverted ness tendencies too. I've had experience living in two share houses before in my undergrad, I'm reasonably clean, keep the house tidy and stay up to date on rent/bill payments. Please message me if you have a suitable place on offer or otherwise I'm totally keen on teaming up to start up a new share house too. I look forward to hearing from you soon! :) Lara
A little about me, I graduated high school in 2016 and am currently studying an Associate Degree Of Arts at Deakin University Burwood, majoring in Media and Public Relations. I also work at Zing Pop Culture which is basically any Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pokemon, DC/Marvel fans dream. Me myself, Marvel all the way. I love music, to the point where its over the top. I love concerts and going to live gigs. I love YouTube, in fact I even have a mediocre channel myself. Huge movie/tv show buff! As a roommate, I am tidy, fun, down-to-earth, kind, supportive, a great listener, a little introverted but extroverted when I want to be. I am a little shy at first, but once I get to know people I definitely am not shy. I accept boundaries and respect other peoples opinions, morals and values. I also do not judge and try to keep an open mind as much as is humanly possible in today's day and age! If you think I'm a great suit for your flat, place message me. I'm sure if text/call isn't enough, one of the thousands of social media platforms will suffice. I hope to hear from you soon!
I'm a student at Swinburne in my 2nd year doing my Bachelor of Busines, but I've recently started full-time work and taking a year off study. I'm a clean and tidy person but not too fussy about it. I keep to myself most of the time but I'm can also be sociable and don't mind sharing a drink or a meal and having a chat. Also, I can cook and do so most nights and I'm pretty good at it so I don't mind cooking for the house. I'm also pretty big into photography and like to go and find cool spots of nature to take photos of. I'm not a party-er, although I don't mind catching up with friends at a bar or having a glass of wine while watching trashy relative tv. I'm also vegan, so it would also be really cool to share a place with another vegan or vegetarian, if you're not that's also cool I don't mind. I'm looking preferably for an all-female flat, and I also don't do well with animals, I could deal with like a fish, I'm just not a huge animal person. Also, I love houseplants just don't expect me to keep yours alive, I've killed cactuses and succulents before. Overall I think I would make a pretty good flatmate
Hey! I m 20 years old, seriously easy person to get along with, comfortable around all kinds of people/communities and i pride myself on being an extremely happy, upbeat and friendly person. I am quite interested in live music and a chilled social scene so i would prefer to share accommodation with like minded people however i don't mind making compromises in terms of house rules and the environment that people would care to live in. Currently seeking temporary housing whilst taking a year off between studying before heading overseas for a little while. I work 2 jobs, 1 casual and 1 part-time so i probably wouldn't be around the house a whole deal and i have a somewhat reliable income. Rest assured i understand the necessity for personal space whilst i also enjoy lots of company/ socializing all days of the week so i wont shy away from "me" time but i'll be keen for a wine (or 5) if you want drinking company! I am studying nutrition so i am very interested in a healthy lifestyle and i adore animals so i am open to any accommodation that has pre-existing animals (also i am vegan but will respect everyone beliefs and opinions). My hobbies include surfing (when i can), hockey, gym and live music. I consider myself a somewhat tidy person but i am not super strict so people who are like-minded in terms of cleanliness would be ideal however i am of course open to changing this. i would prefer to move around late feb/early march but if the right opportunity comes along then i am open to moving sooner. LGBT friendly, happy to share housing with smokers but would prefer not to. Im not really great with bios/ telling people about myself and what im looking for so feel free to message me with any questions about me or what i maybe be looking for! cheers :)
