I am looking for a clean place with good people I can bond with. I like partying, exploring new places and trying new things. But I also like some space sometimes. I am a good listener and a kind person.
I'm an easy going 21 year old Deakin University student. Currently I'm working part-time. I am a soccer player. I like to watch movies and TV shows in my free time. I'm good with household chores. I'm organised, tidy and I respect other people's space and time. I can cook a few recipes. Looking for long term accommodation.
Hi Im looking for a drama free home where housemates respect privacy but also have the occasional banter. Im a very private ,fastidious, laid back person. Im looking for a place where i will have space to work on my paintings as i am an artist.I cannot live with untidy individuals who donot clean up after themselves or who donot respect the space they reside within.I tend to do alot of the cleaning as i enjoy it. I am looking for a furnished room, and i also have other furniture,i would love it if it could be utilised or if not ,then space to store it in.I also am a night owl ,so would like housemates who are similar or who atleast dont mind. I would like to learn more about sustainable living and perhaps one day be part of creating an old school community valued tiny house village.

I spend most of my free time in the gym and in outdoor activities so scarcely at home. Please do advise if I can have a look at the room advertised any time when you are free. Thanks.
Hey i’m Amy - i’m a young independent female who has lived out of home for the last two years. - I work in hospitality and i am studying health science at Deakin uni - sociable and will respect your privacy - like keeping things organised but i’m not anal about it - Prefer a young (<30) living environment - Prefer a clean and tidy environment and i would aim to keep it that way. - Prefer bills included as i manage my use of utilities and expenses carefully
Im straight forward, easy to get along with, neat, reliable, enjoy being on own tho don't mind socialising, I'm nothing like most 27year Olds, I don't like parties or things like that, I enjoy reading ,painting , wood work, landscaping, an studying. I have a year n a half old support dog whom is well trained n a complete goof, I'm looking for stability n long term rental, from the age of 16 I was my mother's carer till I was 23, I have no problem in paying rent on time, Im always willing to pitch in n do my share, I would very like to start University and commence a bachelor of arts degree, but it seems so far away without somewhere I can call home n finally feel secure n stable... If you have any questions I'm happy to answer them..
Hi everyone, I’m a casual Primary School Teacher and a Tutor. I am looking for a clean, quiet and peaceful home. Morning person - cleaning roster. I have a bunch of hobbies: going to the markets & museums with my friends, cooking, keeping fit, playing board games, meditating, yoga, reading and watching shows. Sometimes I even like making mood boards. I generally like being out of my room and I think it’s important to be friendly and to respect each other’s alone time. I am a quiet and independent person who likes to keep busy. I am from Melbourne originally and I’ve just graduated from La Trobe Uni as of last year. I want to move into a place where I would have a bit more room :) Having open communication is important. I have furniture that I’m holding onto (washing machine, fridge, couch, tv) which means there would have to be room for them in the house or garage. Reason for moving out: Overcrowding (there will be six of us in a four bedroom home in a few weeks time because and I’d just prefer having more room. I graduated from uni last year and so I would like to be closer to the city/friends and other amenities. I want housemates who clean up after themselves and who are neat and tidy and a house that’s more of a home.
Hello and welcome to my ad! I'm Tahlia, and I'm a film student at JMC Academy. I started studying there in February 2019 and aspire to be the next Christopher Nolan (But obviously female and Australian). I love movies, in fact streaming and going to the cinema are two of my favourite pass times - the third being music. I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to superheroes and the long list of tv shows I watch, you have been warned. I'm fun, energetic and very easy to get along with. I'm honest, and although a little shy at first, can talk a leg off a chair if the opportunity arises. I'm neat, tidy and organised (most of the time). I am independent minded and highly respectful of each and every person. I do tend to have a busy schedule, but I'm always up for a chat and housemate bonding when I don't have 4 film assignments due at once. Trust me, it's tougher than it looks. I'm currently residing in Blackburn South and am looking to move closer to the city OR near a train station so that my 80min journeys don't become longer. I've lived in share houses before, so I'm not completely new to the idea of sharing with others. I know the responsibilities and I understand what is expected. I can afford up to $600 a month, but anything higher will be taken into consideration depending on circumstances (eg. bills). If I sound like a good match for your place, or you’d like to team up, please don’t be afraid to send me a message! I look forward to hearing from you :)
I am a student moving into Melbourne newly. I was in Canberra with my sister for Holiday Visa before getting admission into Deakin for Masters. Am a very clean and easy going person hoping to meet the same kind of people that understand and respect people.
Looking for a place to settle peacefully, preferably in a place with few stairs as I have a hip issue. Enjoy company, love dogs but don't have any, clean, neat & tidy but not obsessive, have lived in the south-east & eastern suburbs of Melbourne all my life. Separated for 10 years, have 2 children, one living overseas, the other lives locally.
Heyo, I'm Farrel! I'm literally just an average person. I'm easy to get along with, scrumptiously neat, and I don't take up much space. I'm currently studying Criminal Justice and Working part time at a Spudbar. I'm Mcloving it. I really am. If you're planning on murdering me in my sleep, that would be quite convenient, as it will literally solve all my life problems. Looking forward to meeting you and seeing you now and again at our future home to talk to you about your life story and crappy ex's. That's not sarcasm. I will genuinely roast him/her with you. Cya then xo
PhD student and casual academic at Deakin University! I am from Oman (YouTube/Google it and you will love it) I finished my bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now doing my PhD in Australia. My brother Ahmed will be living with me during his language course I love coffee and hangout specifically next to the beaches. I like to share meals with my flatmates. I like walking, running, swimming, boxing, spinning and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week and hang out at the weekends. I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. My flatmates must be: - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area, toilets, and kitchen clean and tidy) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each, and I want to practice them in our free time)
I work full time as a store manager in a kids toy shop and dedicate a lot of time to my work. When I’m not working I am often with my mother, who is currently undergoing chemo. I am very busy and rarely at home for anything but sleep. Sunday is the only day I’ll be in pjs past 7am, it’s a very important day for me to rest and rewire! I love music and reading and a bit of socialising but generally keep to myself throughout the week :)
