just looking for a groovy bunch of people to live with really
I am a quiet respectful easy - going person and I am good at repairing/building varied things. I will need a decent area/shed/garage for my bicycle collection (50) and my tools. I can also do most vehicle repairs. I am supporting my wife and step-daughter so I cannot afford more and I would be willing to work part-time in lieu of rent if possible. I will explain my situation to anyone who considers my need for accommodation.
Please consider what accomodation I need - I need 2 rooms, 1 for a bed, and the second for my office desk and filing cabinet - as well as 'secure' covered off street parking for my quiet small M-bike. Spent most of my working life working all around Australia - tolerant and used to living with other people. Clean, tidy and organised. Very 'handy' and used to fixing things - (it was part of my work). Don't smoke, have pets and drink very little alcohol. No legal problems.
72 year old male very active person, go to pool and gym 3 days a week, stay at home most of the time reading and doing crosswords and puzzles. Very tidy and clean up after myself. Do not mind sharing work inside or out.
Hey there! My name is Monique. I’m a third year hairdressing apprentice looking for a stable household and a reliable house mate to share with. I work minimum of 38 hours per week, so I’m barely home. I’ve lived and rented a place on my own so you can trust that I’m very responsible when it comes to looking after myself and staying out of everyone’s way, but I’m always up for friendly chats and hang outs, but majority of the time I’ll be in my room watching t.v and chilling out after work from standing on my feet all day.
Different, nerdy, reliable and clean. LGBT Couple. We have a small short haired cat. More looking for something private. Originally did not want to have to share but might have to. Need enough space to put 2 pc's either in the room or in another location and need decent internet. A bonus as well is aircon in the room.
I am currently looking for two or three house mates to start a lease at a new property. I study full-time, am very quiet and I like to keep to myself. I also like being very social so there is a good chance of movie nights, bbqs or other various activities. I like to keep my space very clean and tidy My current lease doesn’t end until February the 23rd, so move in date is anywhere from the 15th of January to the 15th of February. If you’re interested in starting a share house please send me a message, I’m excited to hear from you 😊
Hello! I am quiet, tidy, work full time during the day, and student at night. I don't particularly like having people visit me, and my favourite hobbies are reading and listening to audiobooks (with my headphones).
Hey! So, i've bought a house in morayfield. Its a single storey, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 lounge room house so quite large. I'm essentially trying to see if there is anyone else on here interested in a team-up or moving in when it's ready. I'm happy to do you up a proper rental contract for your room as I am a qualified real estate agent, but also if you would prefer not to that's fine as well. I have 3 cats, so pets are absolutely welcome. I'm a very clean person and have lived in share houses for the last 4 years. I prefer to divide up cleaning duties to ensure everything is done. I want to live with people I can be friends with, I enjoy having friends over and having drinks on occasion so someone who also enjoys this would be awesome. I've roughly worked out the costs (including split of rent, ALL bills like water, gas, electricity and unlimited NBN) it would work out at $150 a week for 4 housemates (including me!) or $200 for 3 housemates. So far there will be me and my boyfriend moving in. So would like to find another 2 people. I will have photos up of the house over the next 3 weeks or so as i'll have the keys soon! Please feel free to message me and as any questions! :)
Hi all, myself and my 2 year old son haven't recently moved down up here from 16 hours down south. Where we are currently living is not working and need to find somewhere asap. I'm clean, I pay my bills on time, I've got a bubbly personality ans am all around an easy going chick! My son is also a cool little dude who goes to daycare 2 days a week. Maddy xo
Hey, I'm on the hunt for a room or team up preferably on some acreage (but happy with just a house) based on the north side. I have a dog and a cat and if able to find somewhere on acreage, I would also bring 1-2 horses with me. About me: I'm 27 years old, work full time (Mon to Fri) and generally compete with my horses nearly every weekend. I'm neat and tidy and rarely ever home. I'm looking to move back to the north side in the new year when my lease is up, wanting a minimum of 3 months rental agreement. Keen on chatting with anyone wanting to do a team up, but would prefer to live with only 1 or 2 other people.
I work full time during the week and am a part-time student, but don’t mind the quiet or some noise. I am social. Very tidy. Love animals, although I don’t currently have any of my own. If I am not out, I am generally studying, watching Netflix or playing games. I’m easy going, love motorbikes and being happy.
I am a 36-year old female from Melbourne who is moving to Queensland for 6 months to study to be a helicopter pilot - study is based in Caboolture. I am presently working full time in aviation operations but with studies, I will be looking to get a part-time job when I move over. I am clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of the space that I live in. I am easy going, friendly and am used to living with others as I have quite a large family. I love travelling and keeping active. I am a non-smoker and relax with the quiet enjoyment of music and movies.
