Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the sydney wildlife Zoo end). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Bonus points for a location that has a fish shop nearby. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has some form of outdoor area that gets sunlight. (balcony, courtyard, garden etc.) Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm brazilian student. I like the clean and tidy apartment. I'm friendly, clean and quiet. I would prefer female housemates. Please contact me if you think I'd be a good fit!
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
Hi there, I'm Anna. I'm in my mid twenties and work full time in Macquarie Park. I'm a self confessed food and I got to Messina at least once a week. I'd love to share a home with people who enjoy a beer and a laugh but who also respect each others space. I'm ready to move in from 4-June but am flexible with the date. Looking forward to hearing for you!
Fluent in French, Spanish and English. Don't really cook.... Don't smoke, no drugs- although I do enjoy a glass of wine after work. Or an espresso martini on week ends! Want a cosy and relaxed place to live in, not a party house. No pets. Slightly addicted to Netflix and can't for GOT S7 to start!
Hi, We've lived for 4 / 10 years in Mosman until our landlord decided to renovate and sell, so here we are looking for a new place to call home! Just: - creative - kind hearted - works in aged care - good with cooking and cleaning - social bug - enjoys learning instruments Seb: - creative, also - gets down and dirty - works at Luna Park - good at fixing just about anything, OCD with cleaning - reserved - rides motorcycle everywhere Currently we are staying with friends until the end of June, so fairly flexible with moving dates.
Aloha! Eve here. If you are looking for a clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, conscious, considerate roommate then look no further. I'm ideally looking for a furnished granny flat or share house with good vibes. I work in the education, research and holistic healing fields. I'm friendly but also like my own space so if living in a share house like to have a harmonious balance of privacy yet good connection and communication with roomies. I enjoy a glass of wine and a nice laugh like most, however will not fit into a party house even though I am still very young at heart. If this resonates please feel free to contact me. Gracias xx
Hey I'm Matt, I'm currently working as a cafe manager, I've always been involved in food and beverage and I am hoping to open my own place soon. I grew up in Sydney and have lived in Cammeray for the last 12 years. I'm keen on finding a social place to call home but as I am someone who works long hours I'm respectful of everyone being entitled to their piece and quiet. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment and I love cooking, which I'm always more than happy to do for others. In my spare time I love going to bars and restaurants with friends, live music, travelling, being active and watching sports. Look forward to hopefully meeting you!

Hey there! I'm working and studying nutrition full-time at Nature Care College; Looking for a place to call home for the rest of the year (flexible). I'm respectful and understanding of people's space, my home is a sanctuary. I prefer a night in over a wild night of partying, so I keep to myself but love a good banter every now and then. Hi! Looking for somewhere to move as my lease is almost up! I work in the city full time so don't spend too much time at home but try and keep quiet when I am :)
I love the beach and am leading a relatively active life. I enjoy talking with people, but at the same time I would like some quiet moments.
Currently work part time and studying a masters in conservation biology. I'm a neat individual who respects people's private space. I'm also always up for a catch up over dinner or a few drinks.
I'm a middle aged "young at heart" man who is respectful and friendly, tidy, house trained, and likes to cook. I also like to socialize, but need some quiet time as well. I have my own business in the window film industry, so I'm busy during the week working in Sydney. I generally try to maintain a healthy lifestyle; which includes eating and sleeping well, exercise - gym and yoga, cycling, swimmming, time in the great outdoors. I love the beach, so ideally would like to live as close as I can. Looking to either share in an existing house, or for someone who is working, responsible, and in a similar position regarding finding new accommodation. Happy to meet you beforehand to discuss possibilities. Phillip
