Hello!! Looking to move out to Neutral Bay or around there. I'm quite active and like to stay healthy, but I do love a wine (or 6) and a night out! Looking for someone who shares the same sort of lifestyle and who I can easily talk to. Can live with girls or guys, as long as the banter is there Preferably a maximum of $300 a week rent and an unfurnished bedroom. :) Can't wait to hear from you! x
Hi, I am Claudia and looking for a place long term. I work as a designer and love doing yoga in the morning.
I'm a veterinary surgeon moving to the area for at least 6 weeks from the 17th of July, I'll be working night shifts for the majority of the time that I'm there. Other than work I'll be in the gym or possibly playing rugby if I can find a team in the area.
If I open the dishwasher and it's clean, I won't close the door and pretend I didn't see it... If you go to bed earlier than me, I'll turn the TV volume down. If I am cooking, I'll offer you some of my food (no guarantees about taste!). My friends would describe me as caring, generous and considerate. Before we go any further though, please note that I need a carspace or secure parking - this is a must. Please don't contact me if you don't have parking available. I'm a very thoughtful person. As such, I am always mindful of my impact when living with others and do my best to keep it to a minimum. Like a mouse, you'll hardly hear me around the house. On the flip side, I am a warm and caring person, and will ask you how your day was. I don't shy away from conversation and would like to share more than just the same space with my flatmate(s). Not saying we have to be BFFs, but simply look out for each other. I don't have any pets but I grew up on a small property with plenty of animals, so naturally, I love pets! I work full time in marketing for a premium automotive brand based in North Sydney. My career is stable, approaching two years in this role. I have my own bedroom furniture and would prefer my own bathroom, but that's not a deal breaker. Looking for somewhere to settle with a minimum six month availability.
Hello there :) I am an easy going, friendly and open minded 33 years old guy originally from Switzerland living now in beautiful Sydney on a permanent residency visa. I am looking for a place to stay as of the 21 of July. I am flexible with the date and not in a rush, my priority is to find a place I can call home ideally for the next 6 months and longer. I work in North Sydney as a software engineer and some of my hobbies are travelling the world, exploring, photography, going out, gardening, reading and sports. Feel free to ask if you want to know more about me :-) Cheers Olivier
I'm from Korea and finishing uni soon. Currently looking for a place to stay after my contract at uni accommodation. :) Quiet couch-potato yet enjoys some exercise. I'll be mostly gone during afternoon to work.
I'm a friendly and outgoing guy who enjoys reading, red wine and Martin Scorsese films. I've lived in large share houses, by myself, and with a couple - so I'm pretty flexible. Ideally I'd like an unfurnished room, internal laundry and be close to transport. I tend to work long hours in the city. Love dogs but allergic to cats.
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
I am a single, non-smoker, professional, neat and clean, honest and reliable house mate. I work full-time in the city. I like to come home at the end of the working day and relax. I enjoy cooking, going to the movies, catching up with friends and family on the weekends. I'm looking for a little oasis.
Hey, I am Grace. I will soon relocate from Manchester to Sydney for a new role as Scientific Recruiter. I am looking for someone to either share with or start a new share house. I will work Monday to Friday ( 8am to 5pm). My work is located in Saint Leonard so I am hoping to find a place around this area. I am easy going, always up for a laugh and sociable. I don't like living in a mess so I am looking to share with someone tidy. Any thing else you want to know feel free to contact me
Easy going, neat and tidy and looking for somewhere long term - I'm a surveyor working full time. Relocated from Port Stephens to Sydney for work. I like a beer every so often but not a full on party goer. Can cook amazing two minute noodles!!! Love watching sport and Xbox. Soccer player so hoping to get a game with a local club.
I am an extremely light sleeper so I am very respectful of noise in that regard. Im clean, tidy, allways pay rent on time. I keep to myself alot but can be sociable aswell (with a great sense of humor). Hope to meet someone who is interested in starting a team share together and making a new friendship. I also work from home with a studio/pc setup. I am a aerial photographer/editor. See you soon!
Working professional in a large financial services group in Sydney CBD, regularly train at the gym weekdays, run/brunch/socialising on weekends, love the sun, outdoor and water activities, travelling , attend music festivals and events, enjoy dining out, follow fashion/arts/entertainment. Living-wise: clean, tidy and organised, healthy diet, can cook pretty well, very reliable, respectful, and always up for a chat, a beer, movie, sports game, chilled out sessions and some laughs.
Looking to move any time around mid July 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I am a happy, friendly, kind and considerate entrepreneur who loves dancing, playing tennis, meditating, music, healthy eating, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love. I am currently writing a book and beginning some new ventures that will require me to spend a large amount of time at my computer so I am hoping to find somewhere I can set up a desk which enjoys a beautiful inspiring view. My favourite views being boats bobbling on the harbour, surrounded by nature and rooftops. If you have the perfect space for me please get in contact. Can not wait to connect :)
Pretty funny, bit of a talker once started. Capable of self-entertaining but not allergic to company for beer, music or fun. Clean(ish), neat(ish) and consider housework part of the norm and help out with yard work if it's there. Looking for long term if possible, minimum of six months would be nice. Working in North Sydney, looking anywhere North Shore.
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people other notes. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm kind, caring and respectful, mature and a great listener. I'm right into health and fitness, don't smoke, drink occasionally, single, love reading and writing all round good egg 🙏🏼💕💃🏻
