Hi future roomie!

I'm on the lookout for a new home for me and my (almost) 2 year old Corgi, Kip.

We're keen for a large-ish room in a house with max. 3 people, in areas around the Lower North Shore or the Marrickville/Petersham/Leichardt areas of the Inner West. Ideally we'd be moving by the end of February but there's some wiggle room. Keen for somewhere to stay for 12+ months.

A bit about me:
- I work part-time for government in Policy. Usually this will be 1-2 days at home and 1-2 days in the office.
- I am also finishing my Masters in Exercise Physiology, so will be out on placement 2-3 days a week throughout the year.
- I'm a bit of a nerd and come with a reasonable sized board game collection. I'm also keen on cooking, coffee and sport (though I'm currently recovering from a knee operation)
- My weeks tend to follow a routine and I'll be out a couple nights/week. At home, I'm down for hanging out or playing a board game, or leaving you to yourself.
- I've lived in share houses for 10+ years and like to keep things clean - particularly in the bathroom and kitchen.

A bit about Kip:
- (Almost) 2-year old Corgi
- Super social and loves pats
- Loves to awoo at people when he's happy. But doesn't bark too much
- Sheds, particularly in summer months. I come with a vacuum cleaner
- Toilet-trained and house-trained

What we’re after:
- Clean, considerate person(s) who are down to have a chat or watch a show, but will also respect privacy when needed
- Not keen on a party house. But definitely down for friends to visit.
- Gotta be dog friendly! Sadly, Kip would need to be the only dog though - he can be a bit too social for other dogs to live with.
