Hi! My name's Katrina. I'm in my mid twenties and manage a ceramics gallery part time, while also teaching and practicing ceramics. As you can probably tell, I'm a pretty creative person! I love to play soccer and hang outdoors in my spare time, and spend quite a bit of time out of the house catching up with friends and family. I've lived in sharehouses for the last few years but have recently found myself living alone for the first time. I'm friendly and love to have a chat while cooking or eating dinner, but also enjoy my own space quite a bit. I'm neat and tidy and do like a clean household, but nothing crazy, I promise!
Hello! Currently I'm in Europe returning to Aus in early Sept! I am a 24 year old male looking for a new place in Canberra. I'll lived in Braddon since January but have moved out as my roommate's lease expired. I'm a relaxed, relatively introverted person, tidy and clean, enjoy time by myself but am usually down to hang out or go do something fun. I prefer a quiter living environment usually. I like staying active at the gym or hiking around, exploring new places, travel, etc. I'm a public servant and am at a minimum committing to being in Canberra until August or so 2020. I have a bunch of furniture but could make any arrangements necessary.
Hi Im Gabi. Full time public servant (typical), I’m originally from Melbourne and have settled in Canberra via Townsville, Germany and Thursday Island. I’m currently living in Watson and am looking to move closer to the city. I am an easy going house mate, can clean, can cook, can chat, will share wine/food and happy to give personal space! I have most furniture having kitted out a place, a small urban jungle and a tiny inside cat. If you want to know more just ask!
Hi everyone. I am a graduate moving to a full-time work position in December, I'm looking for a nice place to live close to Civic that is insulated enough to survive the long Canberra winters. I have communal furniture I will happily contribute to a place (TV, dining room table, coffee table, chair). I am a sociable person (I think) and am always happy to chat with anyone especially all things parks and recreation, AFL, stranger things and game of thrones (and its awful last season). Having said that I enjoy privacy and will be very respectful of your privacy. I am a reliable housemate and have always been on time with bills and rent, am a non-smoker, have no pets and my only need is off-street parking (I will happily volunteer to drive housemates around and pick you up places). I enjoy quiet nights watching TV or reading a book, I am a sociable person and am always happy to have a chat with anyone especially about all things harry potter, parks and recreation and game of thrones, but I also fully respect everyone's privacy. My current lease ends December 13 so I am hoping to secure something before then. :)
My name is Augusta but everyone calls me Gus or Gussy! I'm studying Science (ecology and bio) and Development studies full time at ANU, huge animal and environment lover, great listener and love a bit of sarcastic banter. Trying my best to reduce plastic from my life! From Goulburn, currently working in retail. Very tidy and respectful of other peoples' belongings and space. Looking to move to Canberra some time this year, would like a quiet but social atmosphere, but very tolerant to anything! Love to be outdoors and explore Canberra, but uni takes a lot of my time so I would be pretty quiet studying a lot. I love baking and cooking and will happily share! Grew up with 3 older siblings so I am very good at sharing spaces, and I guarantee that I will beat you in Gran Turismo or Crash Team Racing.
I’m clean, tidy and very respectful of others and their belongings. I’m a homebody and like to spend my spare time at home relaxing. Always up for a glass of wine and a friendly chat. I’m a part time professional looking into study options.
Toni, 23. I am a young working professional looking to relocate back to Canberra. Am easy going, friendly and tidy. In my spare time I love watching the footy, going bushwalking, meeting new people and I am often volunteering. Am looking for a room in Canberra, preferably north side but either is good for me. Am very chill and easy to get along with :)
hey I'm a 20-year-old uni student looking for a new place to live, I am friendly, outgoing, fun, polite and clean, I am currently studying social work and work as a bartender. Love to have a drink and chill, happy to stay quiet and chill but also keen for dinners and boardgames
I'm from Melbourne, moving to Canberra for a grad program in February 2020. I'm friendly, easygoing, tidy and independent. I'm happy doing my own thing but also hope to make new friends (as I don't know many people in Canberra), and am down to hang out/shared dinners/movies/bevs etc. I lived in a 12-person sharehouse in Switzerland for 6 months, so I'm used to sharing my space and contributing to chores etc., and enjoy living in a place where there is plenty going on (but also need my downtime). A bit about me: I love to travel, and have lived in France, Switzerland and Canada. I love animals (but am sadly allergic to cats) and sometimes look after Guide Dog puppies in training. I'm a keen skier and am looking forward to being close to the slopes in Canberra next year. I'm a non-smoker. I'm looking to find other young professionals or students to share a centrally located house or apartment in 2020. I hope to be able to cycle to work, so would like to be less than 7km from Parliament. Feel free to get in touch if you are also in the same boat! Cheers.
