Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy, pet friendly place. I'm a mature, employed, single male, house trained, social drinker, outdoor smoker. I Love my footy (Rugby League). I'm a Saints supporter (St.George illawara Dragons), and in soccer I'm a die hard Liverpool fan (EPL). I work hard during the week and on the weekends I like to chill out with my dog 'Buddy', on the beach or at the dog park. 'Buddy' is a three years old 'Jug' - Jack Russell Cross Pug - He's super friendly and very cheeky. He's trained, vaccinated, wormed, and desexed. BTW 'Buddy' is an outdoor dog .ie. He sleeps and plays in the backyard. He's a champion dog, with a small dog Syndrome, although he only weighs 8 kgms on the scale, he thinks he's a Great Dane or an American Staffie... ... Bless his heart ...
Hi there, I’m Luke and I’m a backpacker from England. I’m due to head home in August and I’m looking for a cheaper accommodation option so I can save money. I work full time in Campsie so the inner western suburbs are preferred. I’m outgoing, clean and always up for a laugh. Like I say I’m trying to save money so I won’t be out partying or socialising very often. I’m looking for a nice quiet place with some nice housemates to make my remaining months worthwhile.
I am a kind, clean and considerate individual. I lead quite a busy life in terms of working two jobs and studying full-time, therefore, it’s likely that I would hardly be around. I am easy to get along with and usually great at negotiation.
I'm an Architecture Student, currently in my final year and will soon be looking into starting full time work. I've been in Sydney for about three years now and will hopefully be here for a couple more! I love film, design and can talk can go on about cooking for some time before I'm asked to stop. I'm just looking for a relatively quiet place and a nice place to hang around in to unwind after a long day (which I've been having too many of). I look forward to meeting you, potential flatmate, sooner rather than later.
I am from Canberra originally, I am friendly and approachable but also like my alone time, tidy and love to cook. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, cook, catch up with friends and family and love a wine or two whilst watching a great show. I am looking to share with someone like minded who I can have a laugh with and potentially even team up with :)
We are two actors doing a travelling kids show. We are clean and tidy, and we are always up for a good chat. As we are working full time and early morning, it will be quite nights for us. We are after two rooms, or a shared room if we have to. From the 27th of May til about the 5th of July. If you can help us out. Send us a message. Guy
Hi, I'm Melissa. Born and raised in Sydney, I've lived in the Inner West (Summer Hill, now Strathfield) for the past 6 years and am now looking for somewhere new to call home. I'm ideally looking at Strathfield, Ashfield, Burwood, Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, but an open to other areas. About me: I've just finished an Arts degree at MQ uni (graduating in April) and have started pursuing acting and modeling, whilst looking for a day job to support myself (for the time being this means I'll be relying on Centrelink to pay rent and will be home a fair bit, so please bear this in mind). I'd love to travel more and have been to the South Pacific and Portugal, with brief stopovers in Spain, Abu Dhabi and Germany. I am absolutely fascinated with psychology and why people do what they do, but I'm also equally fascinated with spirituality and all things woo-woo. (I have crystals and card decks for every mood and occasion). I love arts and crafts, although procrastinate actually doing anything with that, and keep telling myself I'll start writing again, but it hasn't happened yet. I consider myself to be intelligent, witty, fluent in sarcasm and smartassery, but also a sincere, loving, genuine, caring and supportive friend. What I'm looking for: Preferably female and no more than 2, but I'm open and flexible, depending on the vibe of the place and the people. Not fussed about employment status, although we might have more to talk about if you're a student/professional or both. Ideally non-smoker. Pet friendly. Like-minded. I love to have a chat at the end of the day and hang out, but also really enjoy my own private time and space. I'm very sensitive to energy and have lived by myself for over a year, so I have my own way of doing things, but can easily adapt to a new environment, so long as there's communication. I am very respectful and considerate of others and will always keep any mess I make to my room, and clean up after myself. I'm looking for somewhere that's quite spacious and secure, with plenty of light, separate internal laundry (preferred), balcony, lock up garage would be great, but parking close by is fine too, separate shower and bath also preferred, relatively short walk to the station and bus stop (5-10 mins), quiet tree-lined street with parks within walking distance, about 15 mins to the CBD, city/park views would be amazing. Modern and spacious kitchen (I have lots of my own bits and pieces I can bring, or just leave in storage depending on space), less than 10 mins walk to supermarket/shopping centre, close to bike/walking track, unfurnished (I have a queen bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and filing cabinet), good quality unlimited internet and utilities. I'd love for the bills to be included, but it's not necessary. Ideally I was looking to find someone/s to start a team up with as I've got a fairly solid idea of what I want in a place, I just need to find it and flatmate/s to share with. I'm open to sharing in an already established flat share if your place sounds like what I've described above and you feel like I would be a good fit/someone you'd like to share with. I'm very easy-going and self-aware, so I'm looking for the same in people that I live with. I'm hoping to be out of my current place by the end of March, although I've been given the weekend before 15th April as absolute last date. Feel free to contact me either way to discuss further. Thanks. :-)
Hello everyone, I am new to Sydney and I am studying my masters here in a college. I do not smoke, drink or party. I am looking for a decent room where I could focus on my studies. Also, I have a thing to keep my room and place clean. (Expect the same from my roommates). I so much like different cultures around the world. So my main priority is to live with people from different cultures.
Hi im a easy going guy who loves the outdoors, cooking, backpacking, animals, art and architecture. Just looking for a place with chill housemates 😃 i work in facility management so im good at maintaining/fixing/upgrading spaces
Looking for a place to stay and travel to Sydney CBD where my college is. I know how to cook which is a plus. I am fun loving and I also have a good sense of humor. Looking forward to meeting my "Flatmate" ;)
Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
