Hey! I will be moving to Sydney in July. I will be attending USYD. I am also planning to work part-time along with my studies. Basically, I am looking for an affordable place near my uni. I am looking for a place which will be 5-10 mins walking distance to the station and near to other local amenities like gym, local stores, etc. About me? I am an outgoing person who likes to socialize but enjoy my privacy and space. But, I would definitely take my housemates' comfort into consideration too. Very friendly and I believe I can adjust to any situation. And of course, I am a very organized person. I'm open to people from all nationalities. Lastly, I am not a pet friendly person at all and I would like to invite my friends over sometimes for a nice chat or few drinks. Drop me a message if you think my criteria matches to yours! xx
Hi everyone! I've teamed up with another girl & guy from flatmates.com and we are looking to start a teamup to find a 4 bedroom house in the Inner West. We are hoping to move around late July although dates are a little flexible. A little about me... I finished my social work degree about 2 years ago and I've been working in the homelessness sector since then. I've shared places before, but I'm currently living alone in my own apartment. I'm now looking to return to study to complete a Bachelor's degree in Criminology which means my income is going to skydive, so I'm keen to share again! I'll still be working as well though, so don't worry - I can pay rent hahaha. I'm pretty relaxed about things and don't mind loud music or friends coming over. Im happy to move to a party house, quiet house, creative house... whatever, im adaptable, as long as I can get my privacy too. I can become a bit of a hermit, but definitely enjoy a board games night or a few drinks. I'm vegan - I don't care what you eat at all, get the BBQ out! But if you want to share any meals... I only eat the veggies. I really like The Office (and other shows), I have a bicycle, I love cooking and I really like learning. Please feel free to send me a message if you'd like to team up! (Also, fyi our crew has a dog so you must love dogs (please))

Hi, I'm Shehan:) I am moving from Melbourne to Sydney this week. I've just got a job offer in Sydney CBD and would love to move closer. I'm an easygoing, neat, sociable but also happy to keep to myself and respect your space.
Hi, I've relocated from Melbourne to Sydney as my work has offered me a position in Paddington. I'm an easy going relaxed male. I work in the women's footwear industry. I also do a number of things that are creatively inspired, mainly behind the scenes as a project manager/producer. Whilst my daily professional life out of the home is very people focused, therefore requiring me to be 'UP' all of the time, my home life is about being relaxed and taking time out, but don't get me wrong a G & T from time to time wouldn't go a miss. Being clean, tidy and respectful of people's space is part of the course. My actions speak louder then words! I love the outdoors, especially being by rivers and lakes - It's the perfect escape from the concrete jungle! Whilst looking to share with one or two others, I'm also looking to find a house and have one or two people come and join me in creating a relaxed, clean and peaceful home. Where required, I'm happy to provide a police check (I know us Melburnians are feared in Sydney - Don't worry, I'm a good one!) Drop me a line if you'd like to have a chat about teaming up. The areas are as mentioned in my profile.
Hi there. My name is Robyn and I'm a 25 year old Veterinary Nurse, working part time (26 - 33 hrs a week) in Summer Hill. I have a dog and a rainbow lorikeet, both of whom are lovely. The bird can sometimes squawk and the dog is a medium sized inside dog. I am respectful, quiet, tidy and I pick up after myself and my animals. I enjoy my personal space and will always respect yours, but I am happy to share a wine or chat over coffee. If you'd like to meet with me, I'd love to hear back from you. I am available to move in a few weeks. I hope to hear from you soon Robyn
Hi we are looking for a granny flat, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and kitchen. Areas surrounding Bankstown train lines (due to commuting to work to Marrickville). But also happy to consider other surrounding areas that has access to train and/or buses. We are a couple aged in the late 20s. We are careful and tidy people. Semi furnished would be handy but unfurnished is manageable. We are looking for long term but short term 4-6 month can also be considered. Looking to move in immediately, may 31 or June 1 at the latest.
I am a quite but fun person, I always like to have a great time with friends, I'm not exactly a party animal but wouldn't mind a casual wine and cheese night or a casual movie night :) I work at Le Montage causally do the hours of 8.30am - 10pm most days so I wouldn't be to annoying.
I'm a Arts/Law Student at USYD, currently living at home but looking to move out around or before September when my family's current lease runs out. I study three days a week, work retail part-time and am also looking for a night job a couple of nights a week so I keep pretty busy, but I love relaxing at home or going out with friends whenever I get the chance! I don't smoke, I like to cook, and I come with a flatscreen and a Netflix password :) I would love to live with someone friendly and clean who would be down for movie nights or drinks but also likes their own space occasionally, just like I do :)
Hey, I'm a 32 y/o Sydney native, looking to start a new flat-share with a friendly flatmate. I work as a support worker in mental health four days a week, and then I like to enjoy my down time. I'm interested in literature, music, culture and writing poetry in my free time. I'm pretty quiet and like to have a calm place to live, but also like to share a drink/a meal with my flatmate and develop a good relationship so it's easy sailing and positive vibes. I am a pretty conscientious person and appreciate living with others who are as well. I'll bring your clothes in off the line when it's raining and I won't steal the last tim-tam. I'll rock-paper-scissors you for it :) I currently live in Canterbury close to the Cooks River, and love to go walking there, so would love to stay close by it (eg. Dulwich Hill, Hurlstone Park), but am also open to other suburbs in the Inner West. My partner stays over sometimes, and I'll be staying at his sometimes, so then you'll get the place to yourself. I have furniture for our common areas. I don't have a date I have to move by, I'm currently on a rolling lease and will give notice on my current place when I find the right flat (and flat mate!). If you're interested in finding a flat to live in together, please get in touch, it would be great to meet up and get to know each other a bit! Cheers.
Hi my name is Tom, I am 31y old, working full time, part time studying, responsible, respectfull, tidy. I am easy going and friendly, rent paying ahead.
The move date I've given is not fixed; it was suggested by my flatmate. We have been given notice to be out of our present flat by June 21 ("no grounds"), but I'll move before then if things fall into place sooner, which I hope they will. I've been living in Canterbury since May 2014, and I'd prefer to stay near here. I've grown a little attached to it. Although I can just afford $290 per week, provided other bills are not too high, it cramps my style, and I'd really rather pay no more than $260 per week. I need a large, unfurnished room (at least 12 square metres) to use as office as well as bedroom, and, ideally, a lot of storage space outside the room (depending on the size of room). The age I've given is a joke 😜. I'd prefer that people assess me without reference to my age, as I attempt to do with others. I earn a living working in a library, and have an IT past, but I'm a frustrated practical logician / philosopher / inventor / public intellectual / writer. This is not to big-note myself, just a guessed self-assessment. I'm exceptional – strange even, perhaps scarily strange to some, though I'm sorry if I am. I think and feel deeply. I've also studied philosophy – as academia understands the term – at UNSW and did pretty well. I'm interested in everything as a whole, as well as world affairs, human nature, society, physics, astronomy, geography, geology, economics, politics, photography, languages, cognition, consciousness, anthropology, political theory, and a whole lot more. My mind is a sponge for knowledge. My biggest pastimes are probably learning, whether from the Internet or printed material, and discussions on and browsing social media, but I also enjoy relaxed company, photography, videography, and the natural environment, when it's friendly. In mid-2016 I started learning Spanish using Duolingo. I was born in the UK but have spent most of my life in Australia. I also lived in the German-speaking world for five years and still speak, understand, read, and write German pretty well.
My name is Haseena. I am in my mid 30's. I am a working in the Media industry. My working hours are Mon - Fri and I have weekend offs. I can be busy but when I am free, I need a little 'ME' time and usually enjoy spending time at home watching TV, curling up with a book, or cooking a nice meal. I am looking for a place walking distance to the train station. I also have my own bed, tallboy and buffet table.
Moved to Sydney from Melbourne 10 months ago to work full time in the events industry. Looking to share a place with preferably 1 or 2 others who are clean & tidy, respect other peoples privacy but willing to have a chat.
I am easy going, work full time Monday to Friday as an Account Executive. I've been flate sharing for many years. I am respectful of others, tidy and don't bring the party home. I tend to just chill after a long day at work but I am keen to share a wine or two with flatemates. During the week, I am busy with work,go the gym and try to eat healthy. However, on the weekends, I like to get out and about or catch up with friends. I love travelling so often I am away either overseas or a long weekend getaway. I am looking for a queen size room with my own bathroom. Either an ensuite or a separate bathroom. Thanks
I am moving from India to Australia. I keep to myself and mind my own business, so like to live in a quite place that reciprocates my way of living. I have worked in IT for more than 15 years. Plan to find an employment in similar field in Australia; but also inclined to change my career. Have plans to take up uber driving, until I find a steady job. I am looking for a studio or a one bed apartment. It should be self-contained, in the sense; have a private bathroom and kitchen. Washer / dryer for the cloths is also required.
I like to relax after work and to have a peaceful place to call home, like to do a bit of cooking and also like to eat out, i am sociable and i also like my own space and respect that of others to. Not looking for a party place but dont mind having a beer now and then, i am clean and tidy and respectful
