Hi! We are looking for an accommodation for 4 pax preferably in Sydney. We are 4 young males from Philippines, early to mid 20's of age. We are planning to go to Australia by 1st week of September. We are very responsible young engineers/ professionals back in our country and like to take our careers in Australia. We are very clean. We are into sports most likely basketball but we could also go for a drink. We are very friendly, clean and respectful. Preferable max rent per person would be 150 AUD pw. It would be better if someone could offer a whole property for max 600 AUD pw inclusive of bills and internet and furnished accommodation.
Hi myself and my daughter is looking for something small. We are family orientated people, Very clean, but also love to travel. I have a little girl as she would stay with us 3 days a week when she goes day care but the other days she goes to my parents house. I more than happy to meet you in person and also if the timing is right too, also considering to check your place if we see any interest in it. If you give me a chance you won't regret it. Thanks kindly Regards Luma
i am 50 i have 5 adult children so not with me but i do have a puppy that is my companion dog so must be able to have her with me i am a clean medium noise person who likes my alone time i am very easy to get along with and enjoy a good chat
I work full time in Parramatta and am looking for somewhere that will improve my commute time. I'm a relatively quiet person, I spend a lot of time messing about on my laptop, I'm an introvert, but a friendly introvert! I really value and respect others privacy, space and belongings. I don't drink often, don't party, though have been known to stay up half the night watching YouTube and researching things. I'm a wash-my-dishes as I go kind of person but leaves it all to dry before bothering to put it away (who has time for hand drying dishes anyway) Happy to hang out/share a meal but I do tend to keep to myself and enjoy spending time alone. I wouldn't mind potentially finding a room mate and then looking for a potential flat. Otherwise preference is for an unfurnished room Open minded, easy-going
Im a genuine, laid back, quiet lad who is very friendly and likes to make people laugh. I like my own time but also to interact with others and get to know them. I work full time so will not be in the house during the day. Only here until mid october. Looking forward to meeting a new housemate for the last few months of my aussie adventure.
Im very down to earth Friendly Great sense of humour Can cook Can clean Can iron Im respectful Im a fair person If i use something i replace it I clean up after myself Pleasant to be around I love chatting Meeting new people is my thing Love trying new things and exploring I love travelling

Young couple looking for a granny flat too rent, both currently studying. We are very friendly and mature, we enjoy a nice simple quiet lifestyle, not the party type at all. We are very respectful we like our privacy and we respect the privacy of others and their property and will keep everything tidy at all times, we are looking to stay for 1year + we are not the type to stay short term nor do we like moving around, please let us know if we are a perfect fit & if you have a granny flat for rent! :)
I have recently relocated to Sydney, and currently live with my extended famiy. I am originally from Fiji, have lived in Auckland for 12 years, and in Melbourne for a year. I am quite sporty and spend most of time outdoors, either exploring new places, being adventurous or at gym doing functional training. If not doing the above, I am either catching up with family/friends, or kicking back at home. It will be fantastic to share a home with like minded individuals, so please feel free to get in touch to chat more about the idea of being flatmates.
