I am a student came from Japan. But I don't have to go to school everyday. I am also planing to find a job as a part timer so I won't stay house whole day. I am looking for a private room placed up to 45mins away from the city by transportation. Less than 30mins is perfect. I am okay to share bathroom, kitchen of course.
Hi there :) My name is Jordyn and I am a 22 year old female. I am an absolute animal lover, whoever I end up with needs to be willing to accept my two rabbits and snake alongside me (don't worry, you won't even know the snake is there). The rabbits can either be confined to my room, a small courtyard or a balcony. They are very friendly and litter trained. I am studying to be a vet nurse and currently work at a well known dog rescue in Sydney. I am looking to move out in mid September this year. I do have a long term boyfriend who will also be hanging around occasionally (he is nice though, you'll like him). I am not fussed about the location as I am used to driving. I am social but I also do like my own space. I love wine and a good chat over dinner or Netflix :)
I work full-time in Sydney CBD at a global IT firm. I am very tidy, considerate, friendly, respectful and honest. I work quite long hours, so I hope my home is somewhere I can totally relax and enjoy some quiet time to wind down. No parties please. I'm looking for a fully furnished room with own bathroom, max. budget is $350/wk inc. bills & utilities. Ideally north-facing unit so it doesn't get too hot in summer. Must be close to public transport and shops. My home is my sanctuary so I do everything to keep my living space tidy and look after it as it is my own property and I'm hoping to flat with another like-minded person, preferably a mature professional.
Hi there, My name is Jasmin and I am a student at uni, I also work a causal job about 5 days per week to support myself. My partner Josh and I have been together for almost 4 years and are looking to move out to gain independence and our own space. Josh also studies at Uni and has a part time job. We both like to have some drinks, cheese, watch some Netflix occasionally and board games! Josh is into sports, and I'm into makeup and being positive. We also have a tiny poodle called mocha. She is about 4 years old and is quiet. She will sit on your lap and snuggle for hours if she could but she can also be a little silly. We are moving out into a place with other people so we can save a bit of money. Contact me if we sound like good candidates for you!!
My name is Clare, I am a 21 year old English female and I'm friendly and enjoy socialising with new people. I have recently graduated from Essex University in England, having studied Marine Biology for 3 years and I am now travelling around Australia, New Zealand and Asia. I will be working for 2 months in Sydney at ARN (start date - beginning of October) and am looking to find accommodation nearby.
I come from Thailand and I will be working in company in Australia at Epping Road so I am a friendly, tidy, clean, don't smoke and no pet. and like to exercise like running, play badminton or play table tennis. I can a little bit cook.
I work full time as an insurance broker in Chatswood, and Oscar is a DJ (so works from home during the week) and snowboard instructor. We have two friendly dogs - a staffy/ridgeback and a pomeranian so are looking for a place of our own or a place with a yard. Our staffy can be funny with other dogs and cats, so a pet friendly place without other animals would be a plus. We are both super social/friendly and up for a chat, but also like our alone/quiet time and can respect everyone's need for privacy/peace and quiet! We are also happy to share food or do our own thing, we are not fussy at all when it comes down to the little details :) During the week we are usually in for home cooked meals and pretty quiet, and on the weekends we like to get out and about during the day and at nights! We would love a room with an ensuite if possible and also parking for one or two cars (ensuite and parking preferred but not essential). We are both super easy to get along with and would love to find a home where we are all mates that can hang out as opposed to strangers who retreat to our rooms all the time :)
Hi! I'm an easy-going guy working as an IT professional who is also tidy and organized. I'm LOOKING for a houseshare in and around St. Leonards and ready to start from 21st Aug 17. Please feel free to message me if you have any specific questions and I'll be happy to answer them. Please excuse me in case this ad shows up in the "Offered" section since I'm not offering but WANT a houseshare. Cheers! Inde
I work in research support in a local university and I'm looking for a short-term stay (12 Nov - 23 Dec 2017). I'm very outgoing, considerate and friendly. I enjoy my job because I work with researchers and academics and it's an absolutely interesting and eye-opening environment to be in. At home, I'm very neat, tidy and clean. I clean up immediately after cooking, and clean the house and bathroom every weekend. I teach English as a second language on the side. I also love languages. I speak Bahasa Indonesia, French, Mandarin and Welsh. I absolutely love cats! In my pastime, I play music and read.
Full time employee in a hair salon located in bondi junction, work 5 days a week, friendly, reasonable, clean and tidy housemate, looking for long period stay have 1 cat and snake pets
Hi my name is Tiffany! I'm a student from UNSW and I'm also an academic tutor. I am currently looking for a STUDIO or 1 BEDROOM GRANNY FLAT to move into in early November as my current lease is about to end. I have been a tenant for the past 3 years and have never received any complaints from my landlords.
I work full time in digital content in the media industry. I'm also a freelance journalist. I am a casual dog sitter (away from home), too. I like to go away and travel occasionally. I enjoy cooking, though do it infrequently and I'm incredibly clean and considerate. I don't have people over often, keep my belongings to myself and keep things relaxed. I don't like drama, I'm accommodating and personable. I love a party, but not during the week and rarely host any. Home is a place of quiet living for me. I prefer to spend most time in the living spaces than locked away in my room. I also prefer honesty and being upfront. I work a lot and quite hard, so often busy. I never miss a payment on rent or bills, do my fair share of the cleaning and maintenance and expect the same. Happy to share things where needed. I love dogs (don't have one) and wine and long, flash dinners, too. Looking for no more than two housemates. Need my own bathroom. Please don't contact me if you're looking for someone to fill a room in a house of students. LGBTIQA+.
Moving from Perth. Finance professional working full time in the Sydney CBD so would consider living 5km to 10km out of the city (close to the train station). Need a car space, own room and bath. Definitely clean and neat. I would usually keep to myself but happy to hang out as well!
Hi, I am french, 26yo, I graduated few months ago from Tafe QLD and am now doing the big leap: moving to Sydney to try and kick off my career within my industry. I am looking for a place ideally located not too far from a train or bus station with some rather chilled out flatmate to share the accommodation with and where I could stay at least three months. I am active, quiet but always love a bit of a chat, very tidy, love sport (I often go a lot of early morning running), love cooking, vegetarian (but not crazy about it!), non-smoker.
Hello Everyone, My Name is Rebel leigh Hogarth. I am a 24 year old Australian female. I have spent the last 3.5 years of my life travelling Europe and now i am back studying full time. I am looking at accommodation close to my campus as i am quite new to Sydney and need that convenience. I am a Nutrition Coach and studying with the Australian Institute of fitness for my Masters in personal training. I don't smoke and i only drink on rare occasions, though i love being social and eating out etc with friends. I go to the gym daily and work mostly of a weekend. I am clean and reliable. I think id make a great house mate.
Tidy, warm, organised. I am a Professional Psychotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist. I have a 14 year old little cat named Kiera who is a well behaved lap cat. I love a little cooking with flatmates or to have a chat over a cup of coffee. Love to meditate and to relax. Best flatmate. Ever.
Moving to Sydney from Canberra, starting a new job at St. Leonards by September. I might look for something relatively permanent, but short-term stays are fine too. I'm looking to adopt a (relatively) minimalist lifestyle as I make the move so staying neat and clean should be with less effort. I can be relied on keeping the rest of the flat/house clean as well. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer meeting my friends outside rather than do house parties. In my spare time I usually try to be active - I'm looking into joining a badminton club and possibly have an indoor road cycling setup with Zwift (not brave enough to ride on Sydney's roads lol). I'm also keen to learn new sports/activities and join any after hours/weekend clubs. I also game on PC a little bit and a huge fan of the NBA. I'm still learning how to cook more food, but am keen to share whenever I make something nice. I'm pretty social and keen to meet new people, so I'd be down for a few drinks (in a relaxed environment) once in a while to unwind.
I'm from the UK on a working holiday visa. I have been travelling since last October and Love meeting new people and experiencing different things. I love dogs and have a huge passion for animals. If I could I would spend the rest of my life living in the beach. I'm clean, tidy and quiet. As much as I love meeting people I'm also happy to spend time by myself.
I am great to live with because I am a great cook, very clean and enjoy being around people. I am fun loving, caring and love helping people. I have for the last 2 years share accommodation with young students and they have enjoyed my company. I am always very missed when I go away.
We do not have any kids or pets. We do not smoke. We have an excellent tenancy record. We pay the rents on time, keep the house clean, and get along very well with our neighbours. We both work full time.
