$350/week•27 year old man
Hi! :) I'm 27 years old born and raised in Sydney, I work at Pedestrian Group fulltime managing digital advertising platforms (WFH 5 days so a quiet room is a must because I'm taking meetings), and I also do online freelancing work on Saturdays (on Saturday I don't mind if it's noisy). I went to Fort Street High School and studied Civil Engineering at USYD. Why I make a good tenant: -No pets -I have a perfect rental history and I have my previous landlord as a reference (I was at my previous place for 2 years and 3 months) -I'm single -Non smoker -I only drink socially -Looking to rent for at least one year, so I am also taking leasing options into consideration as well -If everything turns out perfectly after a year I'll be happy to take on the lease and potentially buy the furniture off you if you decide or need to leave Sydney -My friends describe me as pretty chill and easy to talk to About me: -Double vaxxed -I've been sharehousing for 4 years so I have clear expectations of what it is like. I'm aiming to move out anytime in the next 2 weeks -My schedule is mostly 6am - 10pm and I like to have the house strictly quiet after 10pm so that I can get to sleep because it's never fun being sleep deprived for work the next day. Also I'm aware that most people are still asleep at 6am, so I make an effort to keep quiet in the early hours of the morning. -I'm very organised and like to keep things the way that they were found, and for everyone to clean up after their mess no matter how small the mess. -Happy to do a rotating roster for cleaning -I'm respectful of other's privacy but also up for a quick chat on occasion. More than happy to have lunch or dinner together when first moving in (or even before moving in) to get to know each other a bit better. During the week I go to the gym, play computer games, binge Netflix and Kdramas, read, and I also do casual boxing with friends once a week. -In regards to electricity usage, I never use the heater, I always just put on extra layers when it's cold, and I do laundry once a week and always hang it outside unless it's raining. That being said, if you use the heater or drying machine excessively, we can discuss how we can split the utilities bill (have experienced this issue myself and some of my mates have had this issue before with their flatmates). My expectation for the utilities bill is around $250 per quarter

$320/week•34 year old woman
Hi there! My name is Arianna, I'm an Italian interpreter of 34 yr old. I've been in Australia for 5 years now and I’ll be moving to Sydney at the end of December. I'm looking for a clean and tidy apartment to share with people on their late-20's/mid-30's who enjoy sharing a meal (I love cooking!) or a glass of wine in good company, but are also respectful of each other’s space. I love travelling, watching good movies in good company and I love playing and watching tennis. There's nothing nicer than coming back home from work and finding people there waiting for you to share a beer and a laugh! ;) Having said that, I enjoy my alone time just as well. Ideally, I would look for a balance between the two. So that's how I I wish my flatshare would be. What about you? :) About the location, I’m looking for a place that is well connected to public transport and not excessively far from the city since I need to be able to travel in all directions for work. Please get in contact with me if you think we could be a good match and/or if you have any questions at all! Cheers, Arianna.

$350/week•22-30 year old woman and man
Hey there! Michael and Aisha here. We are a quiet couple looking for a modern one bedroom apartment, hopefully with a gym and a pool. My boyfriend works a 9 to 7, 6 days a week. So our hours at home are limited. We are looking to live with someone who shares similar values in being clean and tidy. We are looking forward to finding a lovely place to call home.

Hi, I’m a full time auditor doing some studies on the side and looking for an unfurnished en-suite room to rent. I generally do my own thing and respect others’ privacy, but still friendly. Busy with work and studies during the week, weekends either chilling or going out somewhere. I like drinking wine, reading and going to the gym. I’m also very clean and don’t throw parties (but am not opposed to my flatmates throwing them). Just looking for people who are relaxed and respectful as well. If this sounds like it works for you, please contact me.

I’m quite, friendly and tidy. Love a good meal and a laugh but I also respect personal space a little too much. Basketball and motorcycling are my go to on the weekends or just being a sloth watching Netflix in bed. I regularly eat out or have an occasional homemade meal when missing certain dishes. I appreciate people who are direct, honest, and with a sense of humour.
