I’m currently studying a dual degree of business and photography full time at Griffith, and work part-time in Chermside! My current schedule is uni three days a week, and I almost always will work the other four days of the week. My shifts vary between morning (9am starts) and nights, with some of my shifts finishing at 10pm. The biggest thing for me is that I appreciate a clean and tidy home, so I’m always making sure to pick up after myself in communal areas of the home, and hope for the same from others 😊 Ideally I’m looking for housemates around the same age who share similar interests! I love to be social and am always down for a chat, but also do love a bit of downtime, especially when uni starts to become stressful! My downtime usually includes watching Netflix/Stan, YouTube, or just chilling out and listening to some music. Don’t really mind if you like to have people come around to hangout as I also like to have the same! I am ideally looking to live with two other people (happy to live with a couple + one other) in a spacious home. I own a three-year-old cat named Eevee who I adopted a few years ago from AWLQ, who is very timid! 😸Unfortunately, she doesn’t get along well with other cats/animals as she doesn’t like it when they disrupt her living space (she came from a hoarder home which I think affected her a lot). I keep her litter very clean, which I try to locate somewhere in the house near a toilet and out of the way! She is very quiet and gentle, and tends to follow me around the house a fair bit or likes to hide away! I have a highlight of her on my IG if you want to sus her cuteness!
Busy professional and my long term roommates and I have had some life changes so I need to find a new place, I work Mon-Fri, and long hours and some weekends but I'm usually home at nights too chill-out. I'm extroverted and like getting out and about. I like checking out shows, music, good food and meeting new people. Any excuse to do something spontaneous that doesn't interrupt my career. I'm neat and tidy, creative, I like to have a chat but have plenty of my own things to do so I wont invade your space. I'm respectful to peoples property and don't need to eat your food. I like things tidy and clean. Preferably looking for open and easy-going roommates who can easily communicate and have a laugh. I get along with all ages and types, I like getting outdoors or just having a night out, I don't have any pets and own my own furniture, but am downsizing, less is more. I do want off street parking and like space to move.
Hey future flatmates! I’m currently studying nursing full time and working part time in retail. I love to keep fit and enjoy the outdoors. I’m looking for a place in and around the city, I’m clean and respectful, love to socialise but also love my own space. Just hoping to find a nice, friendly, clean place to live!
Canadian, Carpenter, clean, Quiet, not big on booze, but I don’t mind a casual drink once and a while. Not looking for a party house. I prefer to cook rather than order in. Relatively healthy eater. Dog lover, I have a Doberman (Zeus) that may need to stay home once and a while. He’s an inside dog at night. Super friendly and loves people and other dogs. Most days hes at work with me. I need somewhere safe to park and lock up a trailer on weekends. Must have off street parking available.
Hey guys my name is Stacey and I am a chilled out, clean, fun loving 34 year old. I love to have a chat but also like to keep to myself. I work for people with disability and love my job. I do night shifts as well so i am away sometimes. I have a beautiful small/medium cattle dog named Lucy who is 10, trained and loves animals and people. Hope to hear from you soon! Peace out!
Clean, love to socialise but need alone time and will usually spend time in the bedroom. I work nights and will occasionally have friends over for pre drinks and festivals. I always clean up after myself. I come with a 10kg French Bulldog who’s very well behaved and love meeting new people. Looking for 1or 2 people to live with.
Hello renters! My name is Natasha, currently I live and work in North Side of Brisbane, so looking at North side areas to rent. About me: I'm a 27 year old, female undergoing a traineeship in the construction industry. I work 5 days a week from 7.30am to 4pm, and am a non smoker, social drinker (sometimes). I have recently moved to Brisbane in the past 3 months and am an easy going outdoors kind of person, I do get on well with people and am also very neat, tidy and respectful of other peoples space and privacy. I enjoy the outdoors, nature, walking and spending time by the water making the most of my weekends by going away, going out, having coffee with friends.....occasionally I may just stay in with a read and listen to music to relax. It is said that I am an excellent housemate, clean, tidy, trustworthy and considerate. I hold a bluecard, white card and yellow card If you read through my profile please contact me if you feel I may be a good match for your house share.. I am happy to answer any questions and provide references if needed :) Thanks Natasha.
Looking to move to Chermside in the next 2 or 3 weeks. I have a 13 year old cat who will be coming with me - she doesn't like loud people or other animals so someone quiet and pet-less is what I'm looking for. I am really looking for someone who will respect space but will also respect the few rules that I need to have to keep my cat safe in an apartment (small things like leaving any fly-screen-less windows closed, keeping the door to the balcony closed too and not bringing in any strangers without letting me know first). I work casually in a department store but always get enough hours to be able to pay for rent. I am usually at work 4 - 6 times a week - so on my days off I am basically just sleeping and watching some of The Office or Parks and Rec with my cat. I like to keep things clean and tidy - though I expect that you will clean your areas of the apartment yourself. I like to cook a lot so you will most likely find me in the kitchen if I am not on the couch or in my room. I am definitely more of a cup of tea person than someone who goes out clubbing or to bars, so I am happy to sit down and have a cuppa and chat if you're up for it - though probably not all the time because I spend all day at work talking to strangers and sometimes I just want to come home and sit in silence. I am basically looking for a chill human being who is happy to hang out with a girl and her cat.
I am a 24yr old female working in the Veterinary industry. I have two dogs and a cat. I live a relatively active life style and I love to be outdoors. I also appreciate time relaxing reading a book and watching Netflix. I consider myself a social person and love to meet new people :)
G'day, my name is Matthew, but like all Matthew's you can call me Matt Unfortunately I have just had a long term relationship end, so now I am looking for a new place to call home. My ex partner and I were home owners, so I can say from my own experiences that I certainly can understand and appreciate taking care of the house I am living in, and like to maintain a clean and tidy household. With that said, I'm not an OCD neat freak. I do appreciate my own space, and having a decent amount of it. As such, I would prefer the master and ensuite, and will happily pay extra for it. I work anywhere from 45-65 hours a week (average about 55) including most Saturdays, with my latest start time at woek being 0630. As such I'm often up before the sun is in the morning, so appreciate a housemate who doesnt make too much noise late into the night and wont mind leaving me to enjoy my downtime. I do enjoy having a couple of drinks on occasion, or even just a few after work beers if its been a hard day, however you will usually find by the time Saturday night rolls around that I have little energy left for a "big night". I'm more than happy to chill out and do my own thing, but thats not to say I'm not a sociable person - far from it! I can be quite talkative, especially about a topic I am passionate about. Ideally I would like to live with another single person that works full time. I pretty much have a full house worth of furnishings, so happy to team up with someone who doesn't have much of their own. If so would be looking for a 2 bedroom apartment around the city/South Brisbane area. Open to other areas close to the city such as Bulimba, Windsor, Hamilton, and townhouses are equally attractive as long as they are reasonable modern and low maintenance. Unfortunately I do not have a set move in date, as when I am looking to move is pending the sale of my house. With that said, I do currently have a furnished spare room, with a garage space and your own bathroom that I would happily rent out to the right person until the house sells. Ideally I will only be in my current house for another 4-6 weeks.
I'm a 25 yo mec. eng. grad working full time, Mon-Fri. Originally from Nepal, but been in Brisbane for nearly 6 years now and still can't handle the heat. I am pretty neat and prefer others to be the same. If I'm home you'll find me cooking, sleeping or just drinking and catching up on some series. If I'm not home, I'm either playing soccer/tennis, out for drinks/dumpings, working or travelling. I'm travelling for 4-5 weeks at the end of this year, so might move out then or not depending on how the new place goes. I'm looking for peeps who are easy to live with and are not afraid to clean up after themselves. Don't like it when it's too noisy or too quiet so would prefer a balance between the two. Also, I work hospo (bartender) sometimes on the weekends.
Hi I'm looking for a place closer to work as my lease is almost up. Preferably wanting to move out mid August I do shift work that rotates every week so you won't see me much. I'm a pretty laid back chilled person very clean and respectful to others and there privacy. like to have a beer in the weekends, would be great to find someone similar :)
