Hey guys! I'm Ali and I'm 24! I'm looking for somewhere clean but easy going to live! I work at IGA in Leedy and love to socialise and kick back to watch a film! I'm not ready to move in for a little bit because I'm just finishing up where I live now but anywhere close to the city would suit me! I do have a getz so parking somewhere would be perfect and I have lil fish so he'd be making the move too! Send me a message :) Ali
I am a 20 year old nursing student, due to graduate at the end of 2018. I am very respectful and studious and i also love a wine at the end of the day and cooking healthy meals. i work part time at a winery and study full time. i am looking for somewhere with a big room, in a nice suburb which is not a party house and where the tenants are respectful of others space and down time.
Im easy going and friendly and will be a fantastic tenant as I am clean and tidy and will take care of your space as if it were my own. I love shopping and browsing the internet. I also love going out for dinner and trying new restaurants.
Hey guys! Self-introduction seems rather cringe-worthy but I’m going to try my best to introduce myself as realistically as possible. I’m Kiara; 25 and I’ve been in Perth for the past 4 years. I’m currently pursuing law at Murdoch and working as a professional at one of the CBD law firms. I’m pretty flexible with location and wouldn’t mind living closer to the city if it's with the right group of people. I would love a respectful, clean, place with open-minded, well-spirited company & groovy tunes. I’m happy to move in or team up with 1/2 people. I’m focusing on leasing decent sized house or apartment and I’m intending to stay longterm. I am keen to find like-minded individuals that I can hold stimulating conversations with as opposed to the obligatory hello at the corridor. A party house isn’t suitable for my needs as I start work really early and I would appreciate not having loud music while I’m trying to sleep. Clubbing isn’t really my scene as well but I wouldn’t mind having a night out at a cosy bar if I’m with the right crew. That’s right I just called you my crew. However, I’m willing to help if you guys need me to pick you up after a night out or be there for you when you’re having a crazy hangover the next morning while fixing brekkie for the both of us. I love cooking and baking - so I’d probably surprise you at times with muffins/cookies or even apple pies ** (my speciality) when I’m in the mood for it. I wouldn’t call myself a gym junkie but I enjoy cycling very much. When I’m not locked away in my cosy room punching out assignments like a machine, I’m curled up binge-watching Netflix in my room or heading to the beach to have coffee and watch the waves. My idea of a fun night probably entails stimulating conversations couple with wine/cocktails. I’m great with animals as I’ve had them all my life! I’m all for festivals and road trips so I’m hoping to meet like-minded individuals that I can form friendships with & engage in like-minded activities. If you’ve got up to this point -I’ve definitely not bored you to death and you may potentially be what I’m seeking in a housemate. Hit me up if possible :) Cheers x
Hi there, my name is Helene and I am looking for a nice place to stay and call home for 6 months to a year or so. I am very quiet to live with and also very sensitive to the space and respect of other people and their things. I love dogs, if you had a pooch perhaps i could look after him/her on the odd occasion you go away or help with the daily walks. I do have a bit of furniture so I was hoping to find somewhere that might accommodate perhaps or even if team up with someone to rent a place somewhere. I like a nice homely environment, I don't do drugs, I do have quite a busy social life, I quite often go out dancing so a lot of the time I'm out and about.
Clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. Value living in an organised and clean and tidy house, currently studying at Curtin Uni so I spend most of my time at uni / local library or in my room studying :( Night times I head to the gym and I also work part time as a barista. Keen to be social however uni does come first. I usually food prep twice a week so would appreciate some space in the fridge for my food... or room for my own fridge :) Rarely eat meat and eat predominately vegan diet (student life) - dont care how or what you eat, but I am quite healthy. non smoker, rare drinker.... who also rarely says no to a drop... Young at heart, don't act or look my age! YAY haha I’m interested in moving into an established household and not interested in student housing, additionally I am only interested in the suburbs I have listed on my profile, so please only contact me directly if you are offering a room in one of these locations. Thanks! If you think I would make a great fit to your abode, get in touch :)
Hi, looking for a share house or someone to start a new share house together. I am mainly looking in the West Perth/Leederville area and with people of a similar age. I'm not a huge animal person so not really looking to move into a place with animals. I am 27 years old and work full-time. Im tidy, like a good tv series and enjoy a social drink on the weekend :)
I enjoy making new friends and being sociable when possible. I have moved from the Wheatbelt to Perth in order to start the next chapter of my life in studying Vet Nursing at TAFE. Would be greatly appreciated to be given a room close to como/vic park area so my travel to state league netball programs are minimised and work is not that far of a travel!
Looking for a place around Como/South Perth. Needs to be close to Curtin University. I'm extremely easy going, however like my living space clean and tidy so want to live with people who also keep there living space the same. I'm sociable and enjoy going to events and gigs, however don't want to live in a party house. Hit me up if you think you would be a good fit, happy to team up with people to find a good place or happy to live in a share house that is already established!
Hey folks! I’m looking to rent out a medium - large sized unfurnished room or studio apartment /1 bedroom apartment/ granny flat with the following requirements: • LOCATION - South Perth / Como / East Victoria Park / Perth CBD area • UNFIRNISHED - I already have a few bits of bedroom furniture ( built in storage / wardrobes not essential as I already have enough to store my things! ) • ROOM SIZE - Medium to large sized room to fit all my stuff • Preferably NO CARPET in the bedroom! I am fine with floorboards / tiles though. • BUDGET - MAX $200 per week. • LEASE LENGTH - 12 month lease preferable, but happy to do 6 month lease to start off with and renew again later • I don’t have a car, so I don’t need a designated parking space - more space for you! About me! I work full-time in hospitality . If I’m not busy with work, I’m usually off doing something creative / artsy. I’ve previously studied arts and environmental biology, but not currently studying. I’m also pretty nerdy, so I’m down for board game nights and binging Netflix. I’m a friendly, responsible, clean housemate with no pets, but I’m cool with them. Let me know if you have anything that sounds like the above! Cheers, Kelsey.
Really respectful and always busy on the go. Working full time in the cbd. I would just love somewhere to call home that’s secure and a bit of a sanctuary. A granny flat or studio would be perfect and I need to find a place today! Have references and am ready to move. Looking ASAP please msg me if you can help! Thanks
Hi! I am a 24 year old student from Sweden going to Perth in the end of July for an exchange term at Curtin Business School. Looking for a shared accommodation, preferable with other students. Hi I’m 27 easy going and looking for a nice clean and comfortable place to rent I love a nice drink on weekend and I’m cleaned and respectful of others :) I also love a good laugh and keep to myself through the week as I’m veey busy with working pretty much full time and little home buisness at my mums house :)
Just finished traveling and visiting family over East and just looking for a new place at the moment. I'm studying and I work, I'm quiet and pretty much keep to myself I'm near and tidy.
Former Tasmanian, moved here from Melbourne 5 months ago for work and have been renting alone since. Hence why I would love a roommate or two in a modern environment to make my life here more social and exciting once my lease expires end April. I’m a very clean, respectful and overly organized person. Enjoy my personal space and alone time, however I'm very outgoing and energetic. Single. Non smoker. No pets. Always up for adventures and road trips. Spend around 80 percent of my time at the gym, the beach or flying for work on the occasional basis. Can also put together flat packs like a champion and if you like Pinot Noir we will get along great.
Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
