Recently returned from living abroad for a few years (Japan then London). Fairly clean and organised person. I work in community services, currently helping patients with post hospital case management. I'm an active person and like sports, running, and surfing but also enjoy movies and board games.
Hey, I am an international student from Germany and looking for a place to live in Wollongong preferably in a share house for the next 4/5 months. I am a clean and tidy person. I love to bake and cook. In my free time I like to do sports like running, climbing or hiking or just to go out with friends. So if you are looking for a flatmate, who is clean and nice and looking for a good living together, contact me :) Anka
Hi there, I'm returning to Australia after being overseas for a year. Originally from the Netherlands, but lived in Australia before for 8 years. I'm a down to earth, outdoorsy person, love love love the ocean :), social, but respectful of someone's space and privacy. Part-time student, finishing my MBA, and work part-time as an online marketing consultant. Looking for a 2 months stay at first, but probably a lot longer than that. Hope to meet you soon :) ?!
Hey guys! I am a pretty chilled girl looking to find a place to rent with some other like minded people, ideally hope to make some new friends along the way too :) I am clean, friendly and have lived in share houses before. I work full time as a childcare educator and I study part time by correspondence too. Im kept pretty busy on the weekdays with work/study, on the weekend I'm usually out seeing friends, going to the beach, music gigs, finding somewhere new to explore or down in Jervis Bay seeing family. I love getting outdoors but I can also smash out a good tv show on the couch and I'm always keen for a chat and casual wine! I'm flexible with moving dates and am happy to join an existing share house or organise a team up for a new place too.
I'm a student at UOW and working part-time as an assistant in nursing. I'm pretty relaxed and friendly, quite social on weekends. I'm reasonably tidy, definitely not a slob, happy to compromise and adapt! Would love a place a bit closer to the uni :)
I am studying full time and I'm currently working as a IT contractor but hoping to find a part time job. I have my own car so I don't need to be living near a bus stop or train station. Also I go to the gym around 6 am during the week. Don't mind hanging out or just chilling by myself.
I'm 25, studying full time and working part time both throughout the week and on weekends so I'm rarely home. The time that I am home I usually just like to spend recharging, though I do enjoy getting out and socialising when I can. I'm tidy, laid back, and respectful of others. And I'm hoping to find some like-minded housemates to take me in!
We are a professional couple in our mid twenties and have just moved to the Wollongong area from Melbourne! We enjoy socialising but also like our quiet time. Nelson works in Sydney Monday-Friday and I work in Austinmer, Tuesday-Saturday. On our Sunday's off together we like eating out, markets and the beach! We're happy with a furnished or unfurnished place but would prefer to bring our own bed :)
I'm fully employed and looking for a short to medium term accomodation. I'm a chef in the national park and love cooking at home. Other interests include surfing, tennis, yoga and recently painting. I reckon I'm on the acceptable side of OCD about tidyness and have no irritating habits I know about so far.
Hi there!! We are all active people, who love a good chat and some drinks as much as we respect your space. We are all pretty easy going people. Looking for another person or another couple to begin our share house with :) Myself and my boyfriend are both students but also work part-time, and my friend Lynette works full-time. Hope to hear from you soon.. Bec :)
Currently living in Brisbane but planning on moving down to Wollongong in March and I'm looking for an awesome person to room with! So the answer to the question "What makes me great to live with" is: I'm a clean and ordered person who is easy to get along with. I provide great banter and quality memes and a netflix account for anyone to use. Just looking for someone who is easy to get along with and that is reliable and can keep the space clean. Anything on top of that you can offer is a bonus I guess. Feel free to shoot me a message if you were interested!
Hi there. I'm Annette, I have two friendly desexed indoor/outdoor girl cats (they are sisters and super cute together). We are looking for a home for the coming 2 years whilst I finish my nursing degree. I am currently working as a carer, I've moved to Wollongong to be near my family and am a domesticated responsible adult. I'm not perfect but I believe in communication and resolution as I learn about the people I'm living with and we create a home that works for us all. I pay my bills, I own a car, I like to cook, I don't party much and I enjoy having a clean house and pull my weight chores wise. Hope to hear from you. ✌🏽
I'm a school learning support officer working full time at a high school, looking for somewhere relaxed and laid back to live. Into music, reading and trail running. Oh and I have a beautiful/friendly border collie x kelpie who lives outside.
Hey All, Looking for a room to rent or to start a new share house. I work full time 5 days a week as an Estimator for a small business in Bellambi. My hobbies include playing & watching sports of all types, mainly soccer and golf, video games, riding my motorbike on weekends and road trips to check out new places. I'm a very easy going room mate and like things to be tidy and clean. I intend to contribute to household chores such as washing dishes, vacuuming, dusting and keeping the place tidy and expect the same in a room mate. I'm always up for a chat and a beer and hanging out and forming a friendship. I also enjoy some alone time every now and then and respect others personal space. A room big enough for a queen bed, desk and closet or a built in wardrobe would be preferred but I am flexible for the right place or right room mate. A secure garage or covered car space would also be ideal but not essential. I am in a long term relationship of almost 4 years so my girlfriend will stay over a couple nights a week, mainly on weekends. There will also be a couple nights a week that I will stay at her place. If you are similarly easy going and friendly and are looking for a team-up or have an available room please don't hesitate to contact me as I'm extremely easy to get along with.
Hey! Im Adrian and Im 25 years old. I work full time training to be a psychologist. I am pretty easy going, clean and respectful of other’s space, however am happy to share dinner or a drink from time to time. Ideally looking for a share house in Wollongong or North Wollongong , but would also be open to starting a place with some one else. Looking for somewhere available ASAP as current lease is not getting renewed, so need to vacate within the next month.
I am a friendly, easygoing, trustworthy and tidy 18 year old starting a Bachelor of Creative Arts at UOW in February 2017. I am looking to rent a room or team up with others to find a place anywhere in Wollongong. I am considerate and respectful of others privacy and alone time and enjoy my own company occasionally, but I also love to chat and interact with other housemates. I'm a pretty adaptable person so I'm happy to live anywhere and with any gender and age. I am tidy and clean up after myself and am more than willing to include myself in all household duties. I enjoy catching up with my friends and meeting new people. I'm from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains so I love to spend time in the snow but I am also excited to move to Wollongong and be close to the beach. I'm also super relaxed and enjoy just hanging at home, sitting down with a red wine and having a good chat. I am wanting to move as soon as possible so please feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
G'day, I'm Dylan! I'll be moving down from Port Macquarie to Wollongong in a couple weeks to start Uni, and I'm looking for, ideally, a self contained granny flat/unit or a share house with a few like minded people. I'll be continuing my work as a web developer part time in between study, and if I'm not working or studying I'll probably be surfing or playing music (how clichè). I've been living in shared accomodation for over 2 years now so I'm not new to the ideas of cleaning up after myself, chipping in for chores/expenses and being respectful of other's property & space. I'm not fussed about age, gender, race or sexual orientation.. Just want a place either by myself or with people who have their heads screwed on :-) If you think you can help me out or need a room filled, feel free to swing me a message. Cheers!
Kickstarting my first year at UOW, living in Sydney at the moment and would like to look for a place a little closer to campus. I'm a pretty tidy person, and am working part time at KFC, which means discounted chicken so, if that's not reason enough to bring me on board, then my wit and humour might. I kid, but yeah, looking for some relaxed people to share a little while with. I can also bring netflix so i'll be keen to hear from you all.
Hi future house mate : ) My name is Nikki and I just turned 30. I live with my boyfriend, Daniel who is 35. (Both yoing at heart though : ) ) We were both born in Australia but have extensively travelled through Europe, Asia and America. I have worked at Shellharbour Hospital for 13 years & Dan is a professional Cameraman for FOX SPORTS and has worked here for 15 years. I also have a Bachelor of Science from UOW and am about to commence my PhD in Psychology. We both can provide several tenancy references and anything else you require. We are currently renting through a real estate and have lived in this flat in Oak Flats for 2 years. Our 2 other house mates have moved on this year so we are looking for something more suitable to our budget. We have both lived in share accommodation before with no dramas whatsoever. We consider ourselves easy going, respectful, clean, intelligent, educated, extremely happy and have a great sense of humour. We love food and cooking, music, photography, film, travel and going for long drives. Our strong frIendships and family are very important to us. We own our own appliances and furniture including a brand new washer and dryer and top of the line Tvs. What is not needed can easily be put in storage. Cleaning up after ourselves is something we take pride in. We really hope someone out there gives us a chance as you won't regret it.
I am a 26 year old professional male, currently working in the Education Industry. Looking for a very clean, well - organised housemate (prefer to share with an older male 30+) in a quiet neighbourhood, prefer the top floor of a unit / house, with trees surrounding a quiet - street property. My current rental lease finishes towards the end of June 2017, but am willing to move anytime sooner for the right match. For fun in my spare time, I enjoy playing chess, cleaning the house and engaging in deeper conversations.
My names Jack, I'm 25 years old and looking to relocate back to Wollongong after living in Canberra for the past 2.5 years in Canberra. I will be commuting for work up to our Sydney head office from Wollongong. I previously lived in Wollongong for 18 months and loved it and can't wait to get back to the beach! I enjoy reading, music and staying active. I'll be up the weekend of the 25th February for inspections. Jack
I am easygoing person and usually do not interrupt others. I am currently studying Uow and spend much time at uni.
Hey everyone, I'm moving back to the Wollongong area after two years living in London! I'm a happy, sociable person. I'm an early years teacher so fun to be around, I like the outdoors, going on hikes and eating, having drinks...just normal stuff! I'm looking for a place with sociable housemates (not a party house) and thats generally tidy. Hope to hear from you soon! :)
I would be a good room mate im not a party animal but i like to go out sometimes. I have a boyfriend that i would like to stay sometimes and i also have a large family that may visit sometimes but not often.
I am a Vietnamese student and I am going to do my master at the University of Wollongong. I am very friendly, open-minded and tidy. I always keep the kitchen and toilet clean. I can cook pretty well and I sometimes invite my friends for dinner at home. I am also very friendly with pets, especially cats. I used to have 5 of them. I love watching movies, traveling and taking photos. and playing badminton.
I start at UOW this year and work part time in Wollongong. I'm hoping to find a place with people who like a good chat and are easy going.
Looking for a un-furnished room to rent. I am very laid back and love spending time at the beach! i work 5 days a week and like to relax and catch up with friends over the weekend. Can't stand mess and am very clean. I'm happy to keep to myself and make friends. I also have a very well behaved and toilet trained Maltese/Shih-tzu called Lucy, she loves to play ball outside, sunbake or sleep in my room as shes not very active and 10yrs old. I'd be very easy to live with :)
I'm looking for a legend (guy/gal doesnt matter) to rent a decent 2/3 br. Willing to increase the budget if we find an awesome place. Move-out date can be quite flexible. Not to brag but I'm friendly, social, tidy, clean, easy-going and adaptable. Full-time professional. Wouldnt mind a drink or two some weekends. If mutually agreed, maybe invite a few friends once in a while. If my profile sounds interesting or if you have more questions, feel free to hit me up.
Hey I'm Will. I'm studying a Bachelor of Science at UOW. I'm easygoing, considerate, can clean up after myself and keep the place in order, and in general always happy to have a chat over a cuppa if you like. Probably preferable for people living together. :) I'm actually more of a reserved person, but I need to find some people on here willing to put up with me, so that's going on hold for now. I'm more for a quiet lifestyle usually and I never get in other people's space. Quite happy sitting back watching TV in my room or living room chatting with others. I like to head out to the beach now and again. One of the reasons why I wanted to go to UOW. Just to be near the ocean. :) I don't mind drinking socially and am partial to a good whiskey. Although you wouldn't guess it. Not a big party-going person though. If you choose to live with me I promise to crack a few jokes now and again! No promises you'll laugh. If you're still a fan of Twilight we can't be friends. I have three budgies I need to bring along however. I would like to keep them away from the kitchen cause birds can't tolerate smoke and let them out of the cage to free fly once a day so they can get some exercise and mental stimulation. Let me know if you have any questions or have a place in mind you think would suit please. Thanks!
Hi, my name is Benny, I am a full-time student. Hobbies and Interests: Going to the beach; swimming; movies; reading; playing cards; travel; and learning foreign languages. I am sociable - I like to have a bit of a laugh. I am respectful, friendly, clean and tidy.
We are Indonesian couple, Ridho have been living in Australia for over 4 years whilst I just came here as we got married in 2015. We are pretty relaxing and reliable couple, we look after ourselves and make sure everything is clean and tidy after we use common area. Ridho finished his study at UQ last year and travelling a little bit with over 20 reviews coming from Australian east coast hosts can be seen on Air BnB too. However, we are now about to settle down here in one small beautiful town that got our heart. We moved down here and Ridho started working since last week and we are staying in another Air BnB accommodation right now but willing to find a more settle place and save some cost instead of paying holiday kinda accommodation. We are able to pay rent on time either weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis you decide. And looking forward to hear from you. Cheers Carissa and Ridho
Kody: Makes terrible puns, I am organised, and a neat freak, I spew random facts ;) Will be studying in 2017 at the UOW so I may be a little internal because I can be a stresshead. Ethan is a second year apprentice chef, who will be working up to five days a week, and is a quality music enthusiast who enjoys strumming on the guitar and making crazy flavours. Pets preferable, otherwise it can be managed without.
Hey, We are a couple looking to find an available house or team up with someone or another couple and lease a property around Jan-Feb 2017. We'd be looking for something for 6-12 months If you have something available or are looking to team up send us a message :)

hello random person who's thinking why i would be a good person to live with, well their a lot of reasons the generic one are i'm clean, kind and easy going but everyone says that the reason why i think i would be a good person to live with is because i'm reliable, i give free advice and plus god banter and you'll always have a hanging out buddy and i'm really flexible i would share more but i think somethings should be mystery.
