Affable, easy-going, respectful English guy. Active, simple living, looking to share empty 2 bed/ own bath near water/inner west. Hi, I’m Tim, I’ve been in Sydney for nearly 8 years. Into my health and fitness stuff; bootcamp, swimming, mountain biking, SUPing, as well as hibernating in front of Netflix for a dose of sit-com, docco and indie film. Passionate about all kinds of music be-it discovering new stuff, gigs, playing myself or going for a boogie, and football (aka soccer). Also interested in science/tech stuff, self-dev, life drawing, nutrition and cooking (mostly plant based). I work in the city 8:30am - 5pm in digital marketing (web, online advertising, UX, social stuff) for an adult education provider which i enjoy as i’m a bit of a tech nerd:) I’m looking for someone similar to me; clean, tidy-as-you-go, considerate and house proud for the place i like to call home. Not into partying much at home anymore but would be good to socialise with you occasionally sharing a drink/meal whilst chatting about the days comical nuances …or the wonders of the universe, equally cool to disappear into your room all week as I’m very respectful of your privacy and space. I’ll be out a couple of evenings doing stuff in the city (fitness/socialising/show/talk). I have a dry sarcastic sense of humour and like a bit of banter. Looking for a clean minimal apartment with own bathroom and parking either near beach/water or in a complex which has everything (gym, pool etc.) around the inner west. I'll bring; big smiles, no dramas, proper non-ikea furniture, big plants, small herb garden, cool looking fish bowl and kitchenware & white goods etc. i can keep or sell. I'd look to get NBN fast internet too. If this sounds like your kind of housemate give me a shout, tell me what you're into/watching at the moment! :)
I'm a friendly, easy going and tidy female who enjoys outdoors sports. I'm not after a party house. I'm on a 6 month contract for work in sydney with the possibility of extension and I'm keen to rent first to check out the area. I enjoy cycling, mountain biking and skiing.

I would prefer to team up with someone for a new place and I have some furniture which I can bring along. I will also need an off street car space. Looking for 12 months stay around $300-350 per week. I also have a 5 year old cat that I have had since she was a kitten, she is house trained and used to living in an apartment.

Like most outdoors activities, and I'd like to try some snowboarding this year. Other interests involves watching movies, good TV, listening to music (try to get to a few gigs a month if i can), going to comedy shows, trivia nights - anything and everything really. I also try to catch up with friends too whether it be for a drink, a meal, tea/coffee. I'm an easy going guy, don't take myself too seriously and always up for a laugh. Some evenings would be nice to catch up at home over a meal and/or a wine/beer. I'm an easygoing guy so looking for housemates similar. They like to live in a home and not just a place to sleep. I like to have a chat after work when i get home, maybe share a meal. People who are tidy, clean and look after their home. They dont have to be Monica from Friends tidy but just able to clean up after themselves. (Can't believe I used a Friends reference...the shame !) The people dont have to share the same interests, just have to be interesting. They can hold a good conversation and respect each other.
I am a Dutch guy looking to team up with a housemate during my 7 months of residency in the Royal North Shore Hospital. I am an outgoing person, love to cook and like to have a neat place to spend my time during my stay Down Under. In my free time I like to sport, travel and make fun with friends. However, I expect that I will spend the majority of my time in Sydney in the hospital for work. Are you the housemate I am looking for? Please let me know and send me a message! I expect to arrive in Sydney before the first of august.

We are respectful, well-mannered, non smoking persons. We like to live in harmony with people, respecting others is essential. We are very open minded and enjoy sharing a drink :) But as we'll work, we need to find a place where we can rest and be peaceful when needed. Searching for roommate(s) that is/are also working and share the same open minded attitude! Looking for a fully furnished private room for 2 with own bathroom and wooden floor. It must located where it's convenient to commute to Macquarie park and CBD. Ideally, a view on the bay from the apartment! Up to 700$ budget ALL BILLS INCLUDED. I am a Veterinarian from Colombia, in Sydney i am studying English, i am a friendly person, responsable, reliable, honest and clean, i am quiet, and is easy living with me
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. Therefor I won't be able to do an inspection before moving in I will go by photos/videos and contact with the owner (ideally phone call). If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people other notes. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm an easy going person who loves cooking, travelling and shopping. I'm working full time, so you wont see me around much but i'm really enjoy some talk and good wine with nice flatmates. Im usually out weekend as well: biking, bush walk or anything similar, sometime stuck in the office for extra boring job :'( Looking for a long term rent with clean, tidy and non smokers
My name is Magnus and I'm from the cold north, more specifically Denmark. I'm studying Risk and Emergency Management and I'm moving to Sydney in the beginning of November to do an internship at a consultant company in CBD. Therefore, I am looking for a place to stay and perhaps one or two awesome roommates, to share the place with. I am very easy going and social, but I respect one's privacy and do enjoy a clean an (relatively) tidy place 👍 I'm used to having roommates back in Denmark and I will enjoy hanging out, getting a few beers and exploring Sydney and the surroundings. 🕺 In my free time I like to hang with friends (and roommates), doing sports, hanging out in the sun or what ever the day (and nights) bring. 🍻☀️
Hi all, Looking to move closer to work/transport. Have been living with couples since I was 20, so very well attuned to this arrangement. Very easy going and love to socialise within reasons. I am very active and general out and about with work or play. I also have an obsession with pets if there are to be any within the house. Love to catch up for a chat/meet... Joel
Hey there. I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon. I'm a social guy and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I'm the adventurous kind and to keep my work weeks from getting too monotonous I try to get out for a walk / bike ride / roadtrip when possible. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have an 11 year old dog called Otto who is very friendly - he loves people and other animals too. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. I'm moving from a terrace in Kirribilli so he is used to being inside during the day while I'm out / at work. Looking to move now-ish but I'm not cemented on a date at present so taking my time to choose a nice place with people I click with.
Hi my name is Telma, I'm 28 years old. I'm a Chef working part-time/ full-time a restaurant in North Sydney. Currently studying Hospitality Management. I'm clean and tidy person looking for a place to share with chill out people. The most of my time I'm working or studying, I'm looking for a place to rest and to called home. I respect the others privacy but I'm also happy to chat and share a glass of wine sometimes. I don't have pets but I'm an animal lover so I don't mind if you have your own... If this fits for you please contact me. Cheers
We are a young couple looking to find a place to rent in Sydney. We are both working professionals (A project manager/UX Designer and Veterinary Scientist) and are very tidy and polite.
Hi everyone :) My name's Emily, I'm 27, English, and a children's book editor currently based in London. Having previously lived in Sydney, I'm very excited to be returning long term, and am looking for a lovely place on the Lower North Shore to call home from home. A bit more about me: Originally from Shropshire, on the English/Welsh border, I'm a big fan of the great outdoors, and enjoy going for walks and runs (when I can muster the courage) and any opportunity to go kayaking or horse riding. During the week, I will be working full-time, but in the evenings and at the weekends I tend to keep things pretty low key, with most activities centred around eating and drinking outside (picnics, BBQs etc), or chilling with a movie, maybe catching some live comedy or just hanging out in the local park with a coffee and a book, seeing how many dogs I can lure over to me! I like to think I am a very considerate and easy-going housemate, and I enjoy living in a relaxed, but clean and homely space with likeminded, friendly housemates. Over the years, I have lived in quite a few flatshares across the UK, France and Australia, with housemates from all background and walks of life, so I'm pretty well versed in shared living! As well as human housemates, I've also lived in flatshares with dogs, and as a huge dog-lover (and general animal-lover) I'm totally fine with this! I'm also a non-smoker and would prefer a non-smoking flat if possible :) I will be moving out to Sydney some time in August (fixed date TBC) and am ideally looking for a double room, either short term or long term (I'm pretty flexible!). If you think I sound like I'd fit into your place, I'd love to hear from you! Also, if there's anything else you'd like to know please don't hesitate to get in touch :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Em
Hi, I am from Perth and my girlfriend is from Sweden. We met last year when I was travelling the world. We are moving to Sydney because I have a job opportunity there. We are outdoorsie kind of people who like adventure, however when at home we just like to cook a meal and watch movies.

I must move on the 5th of August! Not earlier or too much later due to current lease. I'm pretty easy to live with. I am a nerd and love movies, tv shows, games and comics. I'm single, not particularly fussed about relationships. I'm religious but my thing is that it's to each their own so don't worry if you're not or a different faith, I don't care. I work full time in north Sydney. I love a good laugh and a good book. My current ambition is to learn Auslan. Want to know anything else, just ask!
I'm 33 years old and really into self development, health, spirituality, travel, reading, gardening and love to cook and be homely. I'm out a lot exploring new things. I'm a project coordinator in the rail industry and begin a new job with Transport of NSW beginning July 24 so am looking to move closer to work. I arrived back in Melbourne in October for 6 months and was in London for a few years prior to that. I've been on the Northern Beaches for 3 months doing some courses. I need somewhere quiet as I am a light sleeper with greenery and nature. I am very respectful and take pride in my home. I am hoping to move on the 21/22 July ideally. If interested please let me know :) Talia
