Hello, I'm Joe from the USA! I'm a professional taiko drum artist and choreographer, and have recently moved to Sydney for a multiple month guest residency with Australia's premiere taiko drum ensemble, Taikoz. As a roommate, I am clean and am considerate of other people's privacy and preferences and lifestyles. I live a pretty clean lifestyle - no smoking, drugs, or any sort of hard partying. I am generally pretty busy with performing, teaching, or creating - so I suspect I would be out quite often (and when the job makes me work late, I keep it quiet when I return). I enjoy coffee (maybe way too much), cooking, reading, exercise, movies, music, dance, art, and generally learning cool things from people.
Hi there My name's Pasko and I'm from Sydney. I recently returned from Europe where I spent a year-and-a-half with family members and, when I had the chance, travelling through different countries - it was a lot of fun. Now that I'm back in Sydney, I'm on the job hunt - my background is in communications, and I've worked in various writing, editing and proofreading roles in the public and not-for-profit sectors - and am looking for someone to share a place with. A bit more about me... In my spare time I enjoy reading, catching a film at the cinema and live music, as well as cooking. On a more personal level, I clean up after myself and am fairly quiet, although I also enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine.
Moving from Melbourne to Sydney for permanent job role with Global Financial services company based in North Sydney. Mature with a good sense of humour, clean and tidy, respectful of others and their space, movie buff, loves AFL and the beach. Good with house chores, can BBQ....wanting to create a relaxed and positive shared living environment, will be commuting back and from Melbourne on some weekends for various family commitments. If you want to know more just ask.
Hi, I'm Jess! I am looking for somewhere to call home. I will be working full time in the city. I love the beach, fitness, photography, exploring and hiking. I am looking for somewhere to call home, close to the city. I am easy going, tidy, very sociable but also respectful of others space. During the week I enjoy exercising and relaxing, maybe with a vino and Netflix. I also enjoy quiet time for reading and studying.
Easy going, balanced, fun guy to be around. Work full time in the CBD as an engineer. Long hours so generally chill during the week and always busy on weekends. Currently live in the Inner West but have spent the last two years of my life constantly visiting Manly/northern beaches. Time to call the best place in Sydney home. Always pay rent and bills on time. Clean and tidy. Lived in shared accomodation since boarding school. Cool a mean breakfast. Enjoy a drink or two with the housemate at least. All round a perfect fit for a shared house
Hello, I'm an honest, kind and conscientious person. I'm also clean and tidy, and very respectful of other people. Sounds too good to be true, right? I have many years' experience of living with flatmates, and I have made some excellent friends in the process. I enjoy being social and meeting new people, but I respect privacy and space and know how to live with people harmoniously. I work full-time and am a master's student of creative writing, so quite busy really. I'm looking for a long term place with people who are considerate, fun-loving and good-natured. I love travelling, reading, discussing life and ideas, watching movies, being outdoors and moving - kayaking, swimming, squash, yoga, cycling etc. I definitely want a home rather than a house where people come and go. That's all well and good, but I'm looking to enjoy a warm and vibrant home experience with terrific people. I am not a smoker, but certainly enjoy the odd glass of wine. I tend to live a healthy life though, so am not a party animal anymore and wouldn't cause any trouble - it's not in my nature. I hope to meet some great flatmates through this site. Cheers, Keira
Seeking a room from 2 April. Heading home after spending 4 years in London. Originally from Perth and have lived in share houses for 7 years. Super tidy and considerate housemate. Work in marketing and dabble in netball. I've got a sense of humour and like to eat, talk about food, drink wine, feel bad about not exercising enough etc. New to Sydney so seeking housemates that are open to moonlighting as friends. I'm pretty normal so if your house is normal, please get in touch.
I am a British, easy going foodie working full time running an art gallery in Mosman. I am being sponsored by my director and am looking for a new home & some new flat mates. Im in no rush to move as I want to find the right place first. I'm a bit of a culture/adventure junkie who also loves the theater, clubbing, shopping and dining out. I don't drink but I love to party and am out a lot particularly on the weekend. I'm looking for people who also want to explore Australia and make a house a home. I'm up for drinks before we move in to make sure we are the best fit. Ideally, I am looking for housemates who are professional, who like their own space yet want to hang out occasionally to.
Quiet natured, trustworthy, dependable and easy going. I'm a single professional. I have lived around the Manly area and Lower North Shore for 12 years, I respect and value where I live as my own home and enjoy a quiet sanctuary away from the busy lifestyle. I love the active outdoor lifestyle the area has to offer. I am an interior designer working on the nth shore, I work Monday to Friday and try to be active after work. I enjoy fitness and health, socialising with friends and family, travelling. I am very considerate of who I live with, I clean up after myself, I love to cook. Happy to have a wine and chat if your around. I'd rather wake up fresh for a walk than to party and if I am to socialise I usually go out. Hard to say how long I would want to stay, I am looking for a home and not 'a place to stay', if we feel its working than I would be happy to stay on.
Hi I'm Sam, from England and I'm 30. I work full-time within Cardiology. I'm social and easy to get along with and enjoy getting out for a run, something gym related a few days of the week, exploring and the occasional beer or 2. I also like watching a few sports either at the game or on the tv and going to a few gigs when time permits. I'm clean, tidy and reliable. I'm looking for someone/people who are laid back, sociable, have a sense of humour, like getting outdoors but also respect people's space.
Easy going, neat and tidy. Enjoy interaction with those I’m living with, whether it’s wine, dinner or Netflix. That said, have a busy work schedule so down time is also important. Generally leave for work 7am weekdays and Home around 7ish after gym/dinners etc. enjoy beach, outdoors and socializing on the weekends.
Hey I’m Brooke :) I moved here from the Gold Coast in late 2017 for work. Currently working in finance full time in North Sydney. I’m a pretty open minded, chill person and like to live in a positive environment. I enjoy travel, exploring, yoga, running, film, photography, etc. Prefer an early morning over a night out partying but don’t mind a drink or two every now and again ... I’m no prude. Happy to socialise with housemates but also like to keep to myself. Tidy but not OCD, understanding and pretty busy most of the time. Looking for a room with other chill housemates that don't mind a bit of banter but also do their own thing. Anything else you may want to know, just shoot me a message. Cheers, Brooke :)
Working full-time in television, so I keep busy with my work. I'm friendly and reliable. On the weekends you can find me outdoors cycling, running and generally enjoying what Sydney has to offer.
Hi, I'm pretty cruisy and as much as I like my own quiet time, enjoy hanging out for a chat and drink. Love food, live music, travel, being active outdoors, tech/innovation stuff, hanging out with mates. I keep things clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces and respect other people's property and privacy. Stable, long-term job so I'm good for my share of the bills!
Hi I'm Kat, Aussie nutrition student who works in the health industry, chilled and easygoing, looking to live with like-minded people :) I am a bit of a foodie/health nut, love going on walks, yoga, having a few social drinks on weekends and most of all, cooking! I am not looking to move into a party house, just somewhere I know will be a good, quiet environment for studying and working (I work from home occasionally). I do enjoy a good Netflix binge and a glass of wine at night, and plan little trips away with friends. Looking forward to living with someone equally chilled with a positive outlook on life :)
Sociable outgoing outdoorsy guy. Looking to make the most of a 12 month secondment in Sydney from my home town of London UK. Looking for housemates to enjoy good times with, chill/cook/exercise etc with rather than just filling a room. Will be working in Circular Quay, in finance but not too long hours. Interested in nightlife, but mostly in living a more outdoors active lifestyle than is possible back in London. P.S: clean, self-sufficient and happy to pitch in with cleaning and maintenance. Loves dogs.
Gday future housemates, Moving from Melbourne in search of a Job (have few leads and references) . My current contract as a software engineer (IT) is over in Melbourne and since there are plenty of opportunities available in Sydney I will like to try my luck. I have recently finished my Masters Of IT and have been working ever since, enjoy my time cooking, working and keeping fit. I like to party and would consider myself fairly social but do not bring parties back home. I always clean up after cooking and do my best to keep the community areas neat and tidy. I have been living in a shared arrangement for over 12 years with all kinds of people, never had trouble with landlord or housemates, so you can say I am well trained and friendly. I love computers far more than I should as it's my job but I wouldn't consider myself as a geek (ok, maybe a bit). I do not watch TV (occasionally Rick and Morty or Mr Robot) so you get the couch to yourself. You can talk to me about anything: Music, Politics, cooking, Work, relationships.. anything. I love wine and beer but all in moderation. I love coffee science, you would often see me make good brews. Love a good run and often sweat it out in the gym. I stay up till late so I get up late ( that's life of an engineer) but don't worry I am very quiet. I will be your good friend but also make sure you get your space when needed. Cheers, Kal
Hi, I'm looking for a place to live on the North shore. I work full time hours Monday - Friday for a construction company. I like to socialise on the weekends, I'm an active person and love the beach, and I also like to cook. I'm tidy and respectful of personal space, but I am also happy to have a glass of wine/ beer and chat or watch a good movie.
Hi, I am a young Dutch student coming to Sydney for a fulltime internship of 5 to 6 months, starting from February 2018. During this time I am looking for a cheap place, preferably in Mosman or surroundings. Back in the Dutchlands, I'm in my final year of my zoology bachelor. I have been living in a studio apartment for the past 3 years so I know how to keep tidy and I'm even known to try my luck in the kitchen from time to time. I'm not opposed to heading out to a bar every now and then but I like staying home just as much. I am into sports, especially basketball, as well but aggressively mediocre at them most of the time. I am open to exercising together outside of working hours and in weekends. Looking for a sociable, organized and fun guy or group of people to share a room and/or apartment with? I am available from February 2018.
I'll be working full time and very professional, very tidy I love keeping my area real clean and organized and happy to be with.

Hi I am a looking for a private room in a flatshare environment. Mid 40's working Professional, mature and have respect for home. Easy going and friendly, looking to share with similar housemates. I enjoy most ball sports, Soccer, AFL, League, watching not playing these days, lol. Too many footy war - injuries. I am a contract Project Manager that is currently working in the CBD for a large corporate client and looking for a place within a 5km radius of the CBD so that I don't have to commute to far or too long. I am typically out of the house around 7:30am and return around 6:30- 7pm most weeknights. Weekends, I am pretty much away every weekend up the coast in QLD, sun and surf. I am from QLD and travel regularly most weekends up and down the coast Fly-in, Fly-out, typically fly-out on a Friday night and fly-in back either Sunday night or Monday morning, depending on work schedule. I'm pretty quiet, very easy to get along with and don't mind a social chat after work. I can cook, have been doing it for years actually, and keep my place and surrounds clean. Don't mind going out for dinner or getting some takeaway, with a glass of wine and good banter about nothing in particular, good social chat after work. I am currently sharing a house in the south western suburbs and want to move closer to the CBD to reduce my commute time. I will require some form of parking, either off street or on street (not metered). Ideally off street if possible. I am looking for a private room, ideally with a Queen or Double bed, in the following areas which include: Inner Sydney areas : Balmain, Rozelle, Lilyfield, Annandale, Petersham, Stanmore, Newtown, Glebe, Ultimo, Pyrmont, Surry Hills. Easy walking distance to CBD or short trip on public transport. North Sydney areas: Milsons Point, North Sydney, Kirribilli, Cremorne, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Cammeray, Wollstonecraft and Mosman as a my preferred locations. I don't have any furniture, so I prefer a furnished place to share. Just me, my clothes, a couple of bags, my car and my charming humour, lol. Happy to chat and share a wine after work. Drop me a line if you have a room for a fair price. I do have a budget which I am trying to stick to. Talk soon. Regards Eddie
We are a clean, polite and friendly couple (Australian male 38, Japanese female 30) moving to Sydney from Tokyo. I am a designer with a background dealing with startups, she is a photographer. We’re both pretty quiet and respectful but still sociable. We both enjoy exploring, finding new places to go. It’s been a while since I have lived in Sydney so I am excited to explore it once again. We hope to meet our new flatmates soon!
Looking to live with a positive and friendly person who I can share a meal or glass of wine with on the odd occasion, but who can also respect giving some space. I like to keep things clean, neat and tidy. I'm currently working full time as a workplace relations advisor and studying law part time, so I'm usually busy balancing the two. On weekends I like doing something active and being outdoors (mostly the beach!) or I'll be out catching up with friends and family. I also like quiet weekends too to recharge. Any questions, please don't hesitate ask!
Hi! I’m easy going, chill, socialable, but also like time to myself and respect others space. I like my place to be very clean, but am not extremely strict on tideness. I sometimes work long hours as I work in hospitality so if you work 9-5 you may not see me too often. On weekends I like to go out for drinks, to eat or socialise with friends. All female flat wanted.
Hi, My name is Robbie, just moved here from Perth. I am a very social guy, love a beer or 7 on the weekend and love getting away for an adventure. Hey there, my name's Ben and I want to tell you a little about myself, mid-20s guy currently working full time; I like to spend my spare time during the week training, watching a movie or even having a cheeky drink, I like to keep it low key and save my fun mostly for the weekend. I consider myself pretty clean, sociable, relaxed and easy to get along with but definitely respect peoples privacy. Looking for somewhere that is relaxed, clean and a place I can call home within walking distance of a train or bus. Cheers
What makes us eligible to live on their property, is that we are a very quiet couple but at the same time we are very friendly.
Hey I’m Aimee, I’ve moved to Sydney to experience all it has to offer, I like going to brunches with my friends, keeping fit and being social exploring new places to eat. I would love to live near the beach. I’m fun and light hearted, and like meeting new people. I love fashion, traveling and keeping fit and being outdoors.
I'm an easy going, tidy and active guy. I work full time as an IT professional and looking for a place closer to work. I enjoy being up early and going for a morning run. I'm sociable, don't mind having a chat, but also enjoy my quiet time. I like movies, music, travel and reading. I'm also pretty good at fixing computers and tech things!
I've just returned to Sydney after 10+ years of working overseas. On any other day, I'm a lawyer ( hold the lawyer jokes until we meet, the you can let them fly :) ), however I've decided to do a 6 month full-time post-grad course in the CBD. Having said that I am happy to socialise when not up to my eyeballs in books - here's hoping that's move often than not! The important things: I like good coffee (and have a coffee grinder and espresso machine to prove it), like a glass of wine, love good food, try to go jogging when I can (not often enough!). I've lived all over the world, consider myself tidy (not manic). I'm a mature-minded, professional guy but happily I still wake up every morning with the attitude that I'm twenty-something. Self reliant, agreeable and easy going.
Hi, I'm a local. I work full time as an english tutor. I'm a clean, respectful person and I like to participate in the household. My passions are writing and drawing and I enjoy watch movies with friends and conversation and cooking. I'm looking for a positive, social environment. It would be wonderful to join a home with a sense of camaraderie. I'm looking for a short to medium term lease (three to nine months) and I intend to stay in Sydney throughout 2018.
Me and my partner Phil are both from the UK. We are looking for a room in Sydney. We are both really clean and tidy. We love to socialise but we are not party animals. Enjoy a beer/glass of wine after a long day and a chat over dinner.
👋 Hi! I am 26yo Visual Designer who works in the city. I am friendly and easy going, loves some good discussions and am looking for a positive home to live in :) I have a fairly busy lifestyle - I’d be out half of the time during the weeknights, normally out and about with the boyfriend on the weekends, and my work requires me to travel insterstate every now and then. When home, I love to catch up, (sometimes) cook... or have night in with the Netflix :) I love plants and will be bringing in a couple of them. I also have a couple of furniture (including a really comfy sofa from Matt Blatt), so let me know if you’d need them otherwise I will be selling them off. Hope to talk soon!
