Iain, 29, British. Here working as a bricklayer. Just been sponsored by my firm so looking to spend the next couple of years at least out here in Australia.
I'm a 28 year old male working professional, Territory manager for a hydraulic engineering company. I'm easy going and laid back from the country, clean, tidy, respectful. Love to socialise, don't mind a beer or wine, love sport, I travel a lot with work which I love.
I'm a fun-loving, but reasonably quiet young professional (female) that's moved to Sydney from New Zealand. I work in consulting. Of Indian origin, I've grown up/lived in NZ for the past 16 years (for those who like to know this sort of info!!). I love to explore, learn (proud geek!), love food - eating and cooking, keen to know about different cultures. Honest, fun, outgoing, easy to get along with, clean & tidy and I know that rent and bills need to be paid on time! :) While I am not a party animal, I love to get out. Certainly not the 'always in my room' kind of person, but I do enjoy quiet time as I will be working from home on occasion! I have a mature outlook on life, can get a bit philosophical (!!), can chat about most topics, enjoy healthy discussion, but definitely respect others' views and privacy. Happy to kickback with TV or a book or just music and a chat! I intend to make Sydney my home for the foreseeable future. Keen to find like-minded people who are welcoming, friendly and keen to meet someone new!
I'm a HR/Training professional working full time in North Ryde and a Pilot for an aerial advertising company on the weekends. I like to keep fit and healthy and I'm always busy! I love good food, wine & beer and am equally happy socialising or doing my own thing. I'm clean, reliable and friendly and like to have similar people around me.
*** NB NOT MOVING OUT UNTIL NOVEMBER *** Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I'm a very laid back person who enjoys both a quiet relaxed place or fits well with outgoing flatmates as well. I keep common areas very neat (kitchen/bathrooms) and love to cook meals. I also love baking! I'm from the US and currently in the process of getting my work visa as a dance teacher. I will have a steady income and am very reliable with payments. I don't have pets as of right now, but I am very keen on having a cat in the future. I also love dogs! And all other fuzzy animals!
Hi, I'm Shannon, 24 and originally from Adelaide but have been in Sydney for about 3 months. I'm currently working fulltime in Media and am looking to find somewhere to settle into with some great housemates! I consider myself to be pretty neat and tidy and respectful. I'm looking to find somewhere where I can have my downtime alone when I need it, but equally can come home to people that I can have a laugh and chat with over a meal or some trashy TV (bachelorette anyone?). Overall I'm pretty friendly and easy to get along with, hope to find somewhere that feels like a home and not just a place to live. I've put down 6 months but looking to stay longer if I find the right people :) Just a few prefrences to note for those who are seeking roomates, I ideally am after a place with no more then 3 other flatmates (no couples sorry!), and no inside cats/dogs. Look forward to meeting you!
Easy-going, bubbly, loves to have a chat but also respects one another's privacy. Clean & tidy. Love the outdoors, fitness and healthy lifestyle. Always up for a conversation over wine with a fellow flatmate :)
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane in January 2017 for work. I have run my own share house in Brisbane for the last 6 years so I completely understand the consideration and respect required when sharing a house. I also have two pets, an indoor cat and a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, so I will be looking for a place with a yard (can be small) and that will allow my dog to be inside when I am home (I am willing to pay a pet bond if required). I am happy to team up with anyone else looking to rent a place as I already have all furniture and utensils necessary. In the case of finding a room in an existing share house I will have all my own bedroom furniture (and can bring other things if needed). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but can be flexible on that in the right share house. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in having me and my beautiful pets as roomies :-).
I believe i'm very easy going and respectful of other people. I enjoy a healthy active lifestyle, travelling, cooking and spending time catching up with friends and family. I work as a designer, so i love anything creative also.
I am a 27 year old Australian PhD student who loves travelling, music, reading, and socialising! I love meeting new people but also enjoy alone time. I am considerate and clean, and am looking for a nice relaxed person to share an apartment/house with. I play guitar and ukulele, and am studying music and language psychology. - I am currently living in Canada, and will move back to Australia on the 2nd November. I am hoping to move into a new place shortly afterwards, so will ideally view houses on the 2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th November.
I recently relocated to Sydney after studying and working in Los Angeles for the past 5 years. Originally, I am New Delhi born and raised (yes, if we become friends and should you visit India, I'll show you the Taj Mahal). I work as a Management Consultant at a reputed firm, and relocated with them from Los Angeles to Sydney. I am looking for a room in a shared accommodation. Ideal flatmates would be clean, tidy, friendly, and fun to live/hang out with. I like to go out occasionally, but also don't mind kicking in and chilling at home. I drink socially and don't smoke (although I am fine if others do, living in California didn't give me much of a choice if you catch my drift...). My interests include playing tennis/golf, swimming, hanging out with friends, watching movies/tv shows, even reading (yes, in this century, I know). Looking to move in as soon as possible, preferably Oct 7 or onward. Look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Krishna
I'm a clean, friendly professional guy who doesn't mind socialising but also appreciates some time to do our own thing. I'm an Aussie who had been living in Sydney the past 7 years, qualified chef and just finishing my Paramedics degree (2 weeks left). Looking for 3 months accom before I start a job in the UK. (On that note, happy to help look for a replacement before I go if necessary too). Hoping for something within 10km of central Sydney, looking to move ASAP. I love going to live music, the beach, diving, riding my motorbike and bush walking. Don't mind the occasional drink but am a non-smoker.
Hi! I'm Stacey, a 25 year old female working in North Sydney as an Account Manager at a Data Analytic company. During the week I am very much a routine person, and consider myself quiet and respectful but open to socializing with flatmates as well. A BBQ or quiet drink in the evening or on weekends is great! I love music (my piano is back home in New Zealand) and art (I love to paint). Weekends are typically spent with friends. I enjoy getting outdoors and going for a drive and a hike, or heading to the beach in summer to read; swim and relax. I'm currently living in Wollstonecraft with one female and two males. We've been here for two years and everyone has recently decided to split up the flat. I have my own bedroom furniture, but no large white wear or common furniture. I'm also looking for parking either off-street, or residential street parking. I need to be out of my current place by Monday 7th of November, so am looking for something within the next 2 weeks.
Moving to Sydney for a paid 10 week legal internship in Crows Nest. 21 year old university student. Very easy going. Non smoker. Clean. Friendly. Love travelling, sport, food and music. Not a huge party animal, but don't mind a fun night out.
Hi future flat mate or mates :) I've recently moved from Perth to Sydney. I got an exciting job transfer with the company I was working for in Perth. I am an accountant by trade (but not by nature haha). I am originally from South Africa and moved to Perth in 2013 with my family. It has been a big life and career move for me but I'm ready for my next adventure here in Sydney! I am easy going and I can get along with most people. In my spare time I'll be exploring the city and I'm a keen surfer so I'll hopefully catching some waves up and down the coast. I'm super keen on getting out and about and meeting people and discovering all which Sydney has to offer. Please feel free to contact me if you'd think that I am a suitable flatmate. Feel free to ask for references etc. Thanks, Jaryd PS: If you're and AFL fan...I will continue supporting the Fremantle Dockers but may consider going to a few Swans games.
My name is La Toya and I'm 23 years old working full time in the fashion industry. I love to be social and am always up for a glass of wine or a cocktail. I am looking for an unfurnished large room without a private bathroom and maybe even study nook so I can work from home. I am keen on another executive who is just as busy as I am. I am a marathon runner, singer and actress with a Senior Sales Executive position for a software company. I am about to run the New York Marathon and plan some more big adventures in the future. In meantime, I am extraverted, fun and warm, but also reliable, responsible , very clean and respectful of people's environments. I like to be helpful but it would be fair to say that I need my space given my lifestyle, so only want to live with 1 other person. I am an early riser for training so keen to have a space that is quiet at night.
Hello housemate hunters. Age 22 -Easy going to the point where anything goes. Hardworking (full time) respectful, Love to have a beer and appreciate music. Been successfully sharing my room for the past 6 months, now it's time to find my own space. love to hear from you if you are looking for a down to earth housemate. Thanks
I recently moved to Australia from South Africa. I'm easy to get along with and I'm looking for a place to make me feel more at home in Sydney. I keep my house clean and tidy, however, there might be a few pairs of shoes on the ground in my room which won't impact you at all.
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv
We are a fun, outgoing couple who enjoy meeting new people and exploring. I work in finance and my girlfriend Saatchi studied film-making and media. Our interests include cooking, bush-walking, fitness and spirituality.
Looking to relocate either between NSW / Sydney or Brisbane or Gold Coast. Formally worked at Crown Casino, in food and beverage, and will be finding work once I settle in.. Bubbly, tidy person.. (Bit of OCD in that department) Reliable and understand privacy when needy, but generally keep to myself. Bit of a gamer and movie freak, so that's pretty much me. Would love to chat more, if you have a place suitable for myself, I'd prefer furnished and around $200 / $300 a week) Bills preferred! Thank you.

We love sport, eating healthy, staying fit, going on outdoor adventures and exploring (especially being in a new country). We love having a great laugh especially over a causal beer or two. Jasmin will be flying in/out every alternate week basing herself in Sydney until she's able to find a fulltime job, and is also looking at doing some study once settled. Jasmin is much the same as me, enjoys a drink and also loves her food, keeping fit and looking forward to having fun in the sun on the weekend in Sydney. Like most West Australian's, I'm pretty laid back and don't take life too seriously. I've been in Sydney since November, so would love a housemate that I can also be really good friends with. I like getting to the gym in my spare time, and keen to get back playing football (AFL) next winter. Keen to enjoy life, so eating good food and drinking nice beer/wine is a must. Let me know if you're keen to catch up. Cheers, Gav

Hey potential roomie! I'm a graphic designer from Queensland, and I've been in Sydney since December living in Erskineville. I love the area but I'm ready for a move and I'm happy to live anywhere. I work in Surry Hills near Museum station so anywhere close to the trains will be great for me! I'm bubbly and outgoing, as well as extremely clean and considerate of other peoples' space and privacy. I would like to live with people who have the same values and will pull their weight around the house with cleaning. I'm extremely house proud and would suit living with someone with the same ideals. Ideally I'd love my own bathroom after previous bad experiences with sharing. I work out everyday at 6am, so ideally I'd love to live within walking distance of an F45 gym. I'm not a party animal, but I'd love to share with someone who likes to have fun and will have a wine or two with me on occasion! I work out everyday and live a healthy lifestyle, I also love to cook, travel and be creative.

I am open and communicative man with good manners and tidy habits. The major part of the day I am spending on work outside the flat. Afternoons and nights, if I'm not outside, I will probably spend reading books and listening to music. The next period until the arrival of my family (July/August 2017) I would like to share flat expenses with a flatmate with whom I can achieve good communication. During daytime over some weekend I wish if there are a possibility to host my friends (everything would be previously agreed).
