I am looking to move with someone to save some money for the future. I am an honest responsible and respectful hard working person who likes to have walks around the park or the beach, meet friends for coffee or a meal outside and like Pilates. I like wine but I do not like to get drunk :). I work in the IT Software Industry and I am starting a new job in a couple of weeks. I am allergic to animals unfortunately even when I think they are lovely. I have been living in Australia for 10 years but I am from Venezuela. I speak Spanish :) I live on my own at the moment so I have pretty much everything. If you think I can fit something in your apartment that would be great. Basically, a red 2 sit sofa, TV and medium fridge. My ideal flatmate is someone who is also professional, honest, reliable, reasonably clean and tidy, respectful and non-smoker person.
I work full-time at an IT firm in the city. Looking for a furnished private room with own bathroom in apartments with no more than 3 people living in it. Area of particular interest is in lower North Shore (St Leonards, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Artarmon and Chatswood). Ideally would prefer the apartment unit to be north-facing with air-con outlet in the room (sorry won't consider west-facing units), must have easy access to public transport (preferably train) and excellent amenities (walking distance to decent sized supermarket, shops, etc.). My budget is $350/wk including bills (water, electricity, gas and wifi). I am a 40-year-old professional, mature and responsible, at the same time, respectful, friendly and easy-going. I am meticulous to cleanliness and would do everything to look after the property as it is my own. I need my own privacy and will definitely respect yours. Would love to share flat with someone who is like-minded. If you're looking for a responsible long-term flatmate/tenant, you won't be disappointed with me. NOTE: I need to give my current landlord 3 weeks notice upon deciding to move, therefore I cannot move immediately.
Enjoy being social, watch and play sports, like live bands and exploring new places. Non smoker and I am a clean and tidy housemate that doesn't leave mess. Looking for a minimum stay of 6 months but ideally long term is preferred. I am a school teacher and usually spend any chance I can get travelling.
Hello I'm an easy going and tidy 26f professional who is looking for a furnished private room with internal washing machine, dryer (or a corridor/backyard where I can hang clothes) and wifi. I work as a nurse in a hospital so I will have shift work but no graveyard and rarely weekends. I enjoy having my own privacy, I can be fun but can also be very quiet as I do respect other people's space. I love listening music and sometimes singing. The main thing that I am looking for is the location. If possible a close walking distance only to work. I hope I find a convenient place and friendly housemates here preferably female, or mixed gender in the apartment. Feel free to message me! Thank you! :) - Vee
Hi all, I'm Emma, 26 and working full time in media. Sociable, enjoy a glass of wine and checking out local bars and cafes. Equally enjoy unwinding at home and having some alone time. Have been living in flatshare for over four years now, so am well versed in living with housemates! Clean and tidy, respect privacy, not a loud party animal. Looking for a room with built ins and ensuite, double size min.
Im working full time as data consultant in circular quay and looking for a place of my own or share a 2bed 2bath apartment with maximum one other female (no couple) in suburbs with easy access to circular quay.
Chilled and easy going. Working full time and studying part time. I am respectful, clean and drama free and I'm seeking to share accommodation with someone similar. Bonus points if we share interests but otherwise I can have quite a minimal footprint in the house with my already busy life :)

Hi! Good day. I'm Dex, a 24 y/o software engineer, looking for a place to rent for a year. I usually spend my time on my laptop learning about new technologies. On my free time, I workout, go on food trips, take long walks, and have occasional beers with friends. I always keep my living space clean and am respectful of others' spaces. I am planning on staying in Sydney for a year or two. Looking for a place I can call home and pretty chill flatmates who interact and I can befriend, and not just lock themselves on their rooms. Thank you! :)
I am a 23 year old female from England, currently working full time as a Claims Consultant at Allianz. I would like to have a roommate who is very understanding and trustworthy, and someone who I can really get along with but also respects privacy. I like to spend my evenings relaxing, and am by no means a party animal. I would far rather cosy up on the sofa or go out for a coffee/quite drink with my friends or partner.

Hi I'm Abeer, I'm an MBA student at Macquerie University. Have been in Sydney for a bit more than a year enjoying all the sights & adventures the city has to offer :). I'm quite easygoing, neat, considerate (in terms of flatmates & noise), a foodie who loves trying out new cuisines, and enjoy meeting new people and building connections. I am fond of Newtown and the nearby suburbs, where I am looking to settle down for at least the next 6 months.
Hi, my name is Chris. I'm 29 years old, full time digital marketer. I'm very friendly and outgoing. I want my flatmate(s) to be my friends as well, not just a hello/good bye thing. I do need my space, I guess like everyone else. I have a rock band, I play football and I like to watch TV shows (Narcos, Vikings, etc) and movies. Anything else... just ask.
