Warm and friendly Immaculately clean and organised Very busy so won't be in someone's space all the time as work Professionally and train every day eg run, swim, yoga, etc. Marathon runner. Also singer and actress so I'm a bit creative.
I like keeping fit and healthy and being outdoors. I am friendly, sociable, polite, respectful and responsible. I'm currently working part-time and studying a bachelor of health science, so between those two things I am very busy and try and stay focused on my studies. However, I still like to have fun.
We're a couple - Cameron, M, 28, Kiwi & Nicola, F, 25, Brit - who have recently moved to Sydney from Auckland. We both have full time work already (electrician & journalist). We're pretty social but also enjoy doing our own thing too. Typically, we'd have fun at gigs and bars but we also like getting out of the city and finding new places to visit for the weekend. We've lived together in a shared house for years (without any problems!) so we know what to expect and how to be good flatmates.
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hey, im a pretty easy going guy, pretty sociable. Spend most my weeknights doing some kind of physical activity (soccer/gym) and then open to most things on a weekend. From England, working in Crows Nest for a Media Agency. So looking for somewhere close enough that I could walk if i wanted (open to 30 mins walk haha).
Hi! I am a friendly and independent person who is able to clean up after myself and be self sufficient. I am currently studying nursing and i have two casual jobs one being at a cafe and the other a receptionist on the weekend. I play heaps of sport and live an active lifestyle but i also like to nap and have a bit of fun haha.
Hey potential flatmates! I'm a working professional in the engineering industry, moving to Sydney for work and looking to share long term accommodation in Sydney with laid back, like minded people. I keep my living space clean and tidy and enjoy socializing with members of house. I'm into health and fitness, sports, gaming and the occasional friday beer.
I'm a easy going and relaxed person, who enjoys cooking. I've travelled extensively around Australia and the world, and like catching up with my family down the South Coast (where I grew up). I am looking for a 1 bedroom granny-flat to rent on my own.
Hey guys and gals Moving to Sydney on really short notice for work and am chasing a place to stay. Gotta be honest, I know absolutely no one in Sydney but hey I guess that proves I'm a risky kind of girl that loves adventures. So if you're about that and you like someone that's easy to get along with, clean, respectful and follows house rules then you've come to the right place. Changing gears to a bit about me... I love a red wine, warm weather and the beach, animals are life, food (can eat) and as I've already stated - love an adventure. Look forward to becoming someone's newest housemate. Amy 😊😊
Moving to Sydney from Orpheus Island to work as a captain on the ferries. I enjoy water based activities, the gym, and a drink after work. I'm polite and clean, a non smoker, and I don't have pets. I'm flexible with my length of stay, as a short term rental gives me a chance to sort something else in the future, and I'm willing to sign a longer term lease for the right spot. Driveways preferred for a 4x4 and a small ski boat.
Considerate, peaceful and enjoy my quiet space and yoga. I'm a working professional and looking to share with someone pleasant and respectful.
Hello! I'm a laid back Brit who moved to Sydney a year ago and is looking for a new flat as my current housemates are leaving. I'm clean and tidy, like to cook and keep myself busy (rugby/soccer/tennis) most evenings I usually work 8-6 and am looking for a friendly flat for a place that I can call home. Keen to chill out, chat and have a few drinks with housemates and the occasional meal - though totally appreciate the need for everyones own space
Hey I am looking for some fun, friendly and clean housemates to live with. I'm happy, outgoing, house-trained and well travelled, I also lived in Melbourne previously for two years and now in Sydney . I'm working full time in Sydney CBD and I like to keep fit and eat healthy but everything in moderation. It'd be great if we could share a glass of wine/watch a movie/cook dinner/all that kind of stuff, but I am also busy doing my own thing sometimes and respect privacy of the housemates. Let me know if you think we could get along. Cheers , Dee
Easy going, bubbly and always up for an adventure:) I work full time as a nurse and study part-time so I'm always busy but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine. I am clean (at times OCD), organised and considerate. I enjoy, food, fitness, travel, reading, trashy tv and tbh sometimes just being a sloth in bed (we all have those days).
Easy going, sociable housemate. Im clean and respect peoples personal space and belongings. Im very reliable with rent and bills. I work full time as a dog groomer and from the uk. I love going to food and wine events, movies, beach, walking and reading
Hi there! I'm currently looking for a new place to call home along with my fur babies 1 x Kitty and 1 x pup. However the pup won't be around all the time as I will be sharing her with my ex-partner. The pets are fully house trained. They sleep in my room of the night but are outdoors during the day. I have a fun bubbly nature, and I love to have a chat but I also need my alone time and am very respectful of others privacy. I'm very tidy, and when I'm bored I cook and clean :) (also 420 friendly) I work full time as a receptionist for Channel 9, so i get a bunch of free tickets to things which is a fun perk! Anything else you want to know just ask :)
👌🏼👋🏼✌🏼️.......…… Looking for a cool roommate(s) WITH A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOUR. lover(s) of partying and chilling down. A "workaholics" or "broad city" relationship experience is a dream of mine if you think you can turn this into a reality message me :) also don't know why it says non smoker? I smoke.
I'm an easy going, friendly, low-maintenance housemate offering good banter and social company when the time is right, but also completely understand the need for personal space and those times when you're busy or just don't feel like talking. I'm neat and tidy, I eat healthy, like to keep fit at the gym and love yoga. I am also vegan-ish (the transition takes a little getting used to!) but I completely respect viewpoints different to my own :) I am a freelance graphic designer, working from home most of the time but often at the office or out and about for photoshoots, meetings etc. I'm looking for likeminded housemates to share a positive and harmonious home with. If this sounds like you, I'd love to hear from you! Oh, I should also mention that I have a king size bed and a small desk that I need to fit in my room, so I'm looking for a large space with built in wardrobes if possible.
