I'm 28, working in events, and looking for a private room! Love living in north Sydney area (Lane Cove, St Leonards, Crows Nest, Neutral Bay area) but open to other suburbs!

I have been living in the same flat for about 9 years, and have an excellent relationship with current landlord.

I'm clean and tidy person and have lived with other flatmates for the past 9 years. I'm down to earth and enjoy having a conversation/ dinner with flatmates but also love my alone time.
If I'm not at work you can find me at the gym, going on long walks, at the beach or being a couch potato. I am in Sydney almost every fortnight/ month to catch up with friends.

I'm looking for a room in preferably a 2-3 bedroom house/apartment, with flatmates that are clean, mature and respectful of each other space, and also working professionals. I'm not looking for a "party house" just somewhere clean and chill to live.

Ideally looking to live with women in their late 20's or early 30's
