I currently work in Paddington full time in the corporate construction industry and am also continuing my studies. I am also trying to start up my own business online with the eventual dream of being able to do contract (6 months) construction work and travel in between once i graduate. As such, I am a busy person although I do love to pause my day and have a good chat. I love to listen to people's stories and learn about other cultures, lives and subjects that I don't necessarily have a personal interest in. I am often attending seemingly random events or activities, such as this past week I went to a lecture at the powerhouse museum about Egyptian Mummies. I will not be finishing my studies until next year and will be around until at least May 2019 when I graduate, therefore I am looking for something long term. I am very clean and think mutual respect is so important in shared accommodation. I have no issues with guests and believe the place you reside should be your home where you are comfortable to do as you please. The reason I am looking to move is my housemates cousin has nowhere to live and they need my room for her.
Hey! I'm Jakob, originally from Munich now starting my PhD here in Sydney at UNSW. Since I'm new to the city, it would be cool to live with active people that want to do stuff together once in a while - having a drink or two, hanging out at a nearby beach or music event, anything really. I'd say I'm pretty easy to get along with (ok, I guess everybody says that). I’ve been living in a student dorm for the last 5 years, i.e., I’ve been living together with loads of different kinds of folks which was a nice experience since there was always something going on in the flat. I don’t smoke and hence probably would appreciate flatmates that either don’t smoke or smoke outside. I also play acoustic guitar once in a while – so it would be nice if you guys have no major aversion to some (quiet) music coming from the room next to you =). Looking forward to hearing from you! Jakob
Model and Veterinary student from the US I will be doing my last and clinical year as a practicing veterinarian at the University of Sydney Veterinary Hospital. Financially stable, clean and hard working person. I am looking for a nice place to live for 6mo-1year.
Hello I'm Hannah, I'm 25 years old. I have just moved to Sydney and I work full time. I would say I'm a pretty chatty and social person. But I also value down time. I think it is good to have a mix of both in a shared living arrangement. I clean up after myself and know how to respect shared common areas. Looking for a place I can be comfortable in to call home.

Hey! My name is Mustafa. I am an Indian citizen although I have lived in Dubai for about 15 years. I am a student and will be studying structural engineering at UNSW. I will probably work part time later on. I am quiet, honest, clean, sociable and respectful. I enjoy swimming, long walks and enjoy watching cricket occasionally. I am looking for a friendly environment to live in, honest and open communication with my flatmates while respecting everyone's opinion. I look forward to meeting you.
My dog Chewie (Chewbacca) and I are looking for a new place to call home. I work full time at UNSW doing a PhD investigating metabolism in health and disease, and part time in the army reserve doing my officer training. That keeps me busy, but with the time I have left I like to get up early to train and take any chance to head outside for a walk, hike, or grab a coffee. I’m very professional and respectful towards others, and I like to keep a clean and tidy house – although of course we do inevitably come with a little bit of fur. Chewie is dedicated to his work in the lifestyle services and pampering industry, very professional, neat and tidy, incredibly friendly and well-mannered. He does tend to melt hearts though… We love parks, the beach, and healthy people that love getting outside.
Norwegian exchange student about to study business and administration for one semester at the UNSW. Would like to find a place close to the university, but also close to the coast and the beaches.

Hi there, thanks a lot for stopping by. I am a full-time PhD student from the U.S. I am currently searching for an accommodation near UNSW sometime between now and 8 July (for approx. 6 weeks). I am a clean and quiet roommate and I happily respect others' boundaries. I live a very healthy lifestyle and workout every day. I can be very sociable given the right circumstances and I am looking forward to meeting new people in Australia; however, I am more than happy to give you space and do my own thing. If you are interested in renting to me, please let me know!
Hi. My name is Toby and I am a post graduate student at UNSW, who is friendly and considerate. I am non smoker or drinker. arriving Sydney around mid july. A peaceful place with a walking distance to the University is preferred.
I am here to do my Masters @UNSW and make the most of my time in Australia. Ideally, looking for a private room but won't shy from sharing a good space with a chill roommate. I am a reasonable guy. I like to keep things organised at my end. I consider myself to be friendly, at the same time I respect people's boundaries and would expect the same. I love Debating [Its an Obsession] and Chess. While doing my Bachelor's I lived in a shared accommodation so I understand the etiquettes. I don't cosume alcohol and am a non-smoker. That doesn't mean I am not a fun guy and look down upon people who do, it's their personal choice. I am always up for adventures, outing, giving company with the occasional beer and when it escalates, get my friends back home. Feel free to ask anything, I rarely take offence. Listed a couple of stuff I am into, not in any particular order of precedence. Master's in Information Technology. Parliamentary Debate. Swimming. Noam Chomsky. Quora. Sarcasm. Indian. Counter-Strike. Non-fiction. John Oliver. IMDb250. You don't have to like the same things I like, you just gotta be reasonable. That's all folks.
