Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden studying a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies and I'm arriving in Perth July 19. I'm really looking forward to study and live in Perth, but I do need a place to stay until around November 18. I'm easy to live with and I both like to hang out with friends and being on my own. I like to keep my room clean and organized and I always pay my rents on time. I'm a non smoking person and would like to live in a place where smoking is not allowed. In my sparetime I love to do sports and training and during my time in Perth I hope to be able to discover the city and it's surroundings and do a lot of fun activities. Best regards, Frida
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
Pls read before offering me a place, cheers: I am at uni so am away couple days a week n usually out with mates, preferably a home that doesn't mind me smoking outside and is up for a chat , I play piano a lot so if ya want music playin I am your gurrl , I'm pretty much OCD so I clean a lot but would like to live with other clean room mates so if you're messy pls don't bother contacting me haha. Somewhere near the CBD is great, I have been living in the central/northern suburbs and would prefer that but open to others as long as it's central-ish. Would prefer individuals around my age 18-late 20s and is down for a few bevys on the weekend 😊
Mid 20s. Engineering graduate from UWA and working full time. Neither a smoker nor a party person. Consider my self as a tidy person and respectful. Hobby including anything related to soccer, running, reading. Looking for a place to stay for 4 weeks. Currently, I can only allocate $140 budget per week including bills and internet. Ideally prefer not to live in crowded house, and not with couples. I also need a spot to park my car.

I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
Hi, I'm a friendly and easy going 19 year old student at UWA. On weekdays, after coming back from Uni I like to study in a quiet environment and on the weekends I like to bake and relax. I would prefer a house near the bus station.
Originally from Adelaide. Will move to Perth in Mid-August working full-time as a radiation therapist at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital. Friendly and outgoing person. I currently work full time and live in an apartment by myself. I am looking for another person who is interested in teaming up to find a new place for us to move into. I do have a dog (a mini dachshund) who I love to bits and will also be a roomie :) As I work full time I enjoy quiet and laid back week nights. I like watching shows on Netflix with a glass of wine and a couple of snackaroos. I love to socialise but am not a big partier. On the weekends I enjoy taking my dog for walks, going to breakfast or out for drinks with my friends, going to the movies and also just relaxing at home. I am also a very clean person.

Hello! I am a 24 year old Research Masters student coming to Perth for a 3-4 month placement at UWA as part of my program. I am originally from Sydney, but have been living and studying in the Netherlands for the past 2 and a half years, and travelling in Europe. Ideally I'd like to sublet a room for this period, but we will see how we go. I am a pretty easy going person to live with, not a neat-freak but also not a slob, I clean up after myself. I am looking forward to living in a warm climate again and going to the beach and park on the weekend. I am really into art, theatre and culture, my placement is related to this. I also love cooking with and for people, I think it can be a really nice way to get to know others. I will only be in Perth for a short amount of time, so I would love to find some fun, sociable housemates who could show me around and help me meet people while in there.
I´m a 31-year old student from Helsinki, Finland. I study education in the university of Helsinki and I also work as a paramedic. I´m in Perth to do my exchange studies and after that I want to travel the world for a while. I´m a laid back guy and usually get along with everybody. I´ve been working and studying for the last 10 years so you will not have to take care of me and I can respect your privacy. My hobbies are soccer and spending time with friends and family. I also like the beach :) I'm social and like to meet new people, but also need my own space, and can give that to flatmates aswell. My preferred length of stay is 4-5 months. I´m excited to explore a new city and meet new people and therefore need a place to stay :)
I'm bubbly and sociable. I also like my own space at times and can be respectful of other's people need for space. I'm clean and I like cooking and cooking for other people. I like going to the gym, going out with friends and trying new things. I'm open, honest and non judgemental. I like travelling. I'm a nurse and I'm family orientated. My family are all down south so I will make regular trips there in my time off! I love animals and people from all walks of life.
I'm a 19yr old student studying nursing in Fremantle. I am pretty relaxed and easy going but I am not a party animal and do enjoy maintaining a well-kept living space:) I love doggos, the beach, my fish and playing sport and am looking for friendly, like-minded individuals to live with:)
I'm a French post-graduate engineering student and I'm undertaking an internship with the UWA. I'm in Perth for 3 months and I really want to discover new people and the Australian culture. I'm easy-going and I know how to deal with the different aspects of daily life. I'm calm and I love to spend good time with friends so I will be very happy to share a flat with open-minded people with whom I could exchange and have a bit of fun sometimes.
we are both easy going, clean tidy and respectful. Punctual with paying rent. Christian works as a DJ on friday and saturday nights and i am currently looking for work locally. I am however on a fixed pension currently to ensure rent is paid on time. We love to socialise but are not big party goers or drinkers. I love to cook and Bake. Excited to meet new people and start a new adventure........
Hi everyone! So I'll start of with the things that make me a great housemate - I'm really laid back, enjoy a chat and a laugh, and enjoy being social when at home (I'm not the kind of person who'll hide in my room!) I am currently completing post graduate study full time (Psychology, at UWA), and working part time as a relief teacher (Secondary Science). I'm not much of a party animal any more, so I'm not the kind of gal who's going to be hosting rowdy parties or coming home at 4am in the morning and waking you up. These days I spend most of my time studying, working, and catching up with friends when time permits. Now the not so good stuff - I'm a clean freak. Not quite 'Monica' from Friends level, but pretty close. Yes, this makes me an ideal housemate in that I'm super tidy and clean up after myself, but it means I need to live with like minded housemates. If you don't think wiping down the kitchen bench after you've finished in the kitchen is is a must every time, then we're probably not going to get along too well! I am in no hurry to move, I am looking for the right place with the right flatmates that I can call home for at least the next year or two. I'd also be interested in teaming up with the right person/people and renting something together. Cheers, Jo.
Hey ! We are two French students spending a whole year in Perth, studying at the University of Western Australia. We would love to find roomates and live nearby the UWA. We are both good English speakers (so we can communicate normally :) ). We are both tidy and organized and are happy to help out. We like to chat and meet new people and are ready to enjoy Perth at its fullest ! (P.S. the rent maximum per week is per person, not total)
I am an Argentinean astronomer working in my PhD in Astrophysics. I'll be in Perth for about 5 months (from 20th July to 19th December) for a research program, so I will be working full time during week days. I have big respect for someone else's belongings, I keep my space and things clean and I am not a loud person. I have lived with other people before, so I have some experience with sharing spaces. I am not a party person, though once in a while I like to dance a bit. I prefer dinner with friends =) For fun, I like knowing new places, doing new stuff, hanging out with friends...and why not making new ones? Unfortunately I am not in Australia, and won't be until my arrival in July. However I have no trouble with a video call! Being that said, please take in mind that I'm like 11 hours delay! So arranging a time would be nice ^.^
