Hi! I am a Filipino and an incoming student at Macquarie University (Masters in Public Health). I am looking for flatmates/ room for rent preferably walking distance to the train station. I am a very friendly person who enjoys conversations but also respects private time. I am very tidy especially in the kitchen. I dont smoke and usually workout after uni or work. I love dogs so it won't be an issue if you own one. On free days i enjoy staying in watching netflix/movies or go around sydney. Im not much into partying.
Clean and quiet movie and book-loving professional working in the healthcare industry. Love cooking keeping fit and being out doors. Currently on Northern Beaches. I do have a partner, but we live separately and have no plans to move in together at this stage. Two or three bedroom house or flat would be an ideal dwelling.
Moving to Sydney to study Clinical Neuropsychology full-time at Macquarie University. Hoping to find somewhere quiet to live in a convenient location. I currently work as a researcher for an insurance company, but will be looking for casual/part-time work when in Sydney when I move. I'm an easy person to live with, neat and tidy and generally keep to myself. My current housemates refer to me as the Dad of the house. Main interests are surfing, reading and spending time with my friends. Please note that I come with a dog - she's an 8 year old Pug X Jack Russell. The dog is well behaved, tends to sleep most of the day and unless you're anti-dog you'll probably fall in love with her.
Hi All, I am a cruise ship dancer between contracts looking for somewhere to stay for Feburary as I return to the ship in March. I am low maintainance and easy to get along with. Most days i will be out at work or classes. Very conscious and considerate of people i'm living with, happy to chat also happy enough keeping to myself.
24 yo male working full time, have lived with people before, looking for a couple of people to team up with and start a new share house, or a room in an established house with some nice housemates. Can cook - but only with frozen food and a microwave. Also have a decent amount of kitchen stuff that capable cooks might actually use. Capable of basic home maintenance and repair. I keep my mess to myself and common areas tidy. Generally happy to keep in my own company but comfortable being social with people too.
Clean, tidy and quiet. Super chill and easy to get along with. I am a registered nurse, but I don't do night shifts. I love pets and animals, and enjoy to cook. I attended church weekly and like to keep healthy and active. I'm looking for a small studio, granny flat, or for a house share with one other female.
About me: I am a recruiter . I work full-time in the City (Town Hall), I love my sports, and I will be going out regularly on weekends to attend Sydney FC/Sydney Swans games. I also go to the gym regularly. If I'm not out and about I'll usually be watching Netflix on the couch or in my room (I don't mind retreating to my room if you bring guests over!), playing Xbox or relaxing. I will be coming with a Laptop, Xbox One so hopefully you have a decent TV so I can plug my console in. (also have a Chromecast, which is super useful if you don't have one already). I consider myself a peaceful, quiet, tidy person. I will rarely bring any unwanted guests over and i will let you know in advance if i do. I don't smoke and i won't be able to live with someone who does as I have a medical condition. I don't have a car so i will require somewhere that is from walking distance to the train station or close enough to the City where i can catch the bus/walk. I absolutely love animals and in the long-term I intend on adopting a pet, so hopefully your place is pet-friendly, however if it isn't that is ok too. What I am looking for: I am looking for a fully furnished room preferably double bed size but single is okay as well, a good window that allows for plenty of sunlight and breeze, desk, chair, wardrobe and possibly a hanger where i can hang my clothes but not essential. The apartment will have a kitchen, microwave, laundry, lounge room, good internet (Prefer Cable/NBN). Location: I am happy with an apartment that is walking distance to a train station or bus stop to the City (Max 30 mins) and close proximity to shops where i can buy food, furniture, clothes etc. Last but not least i respect other people's personal space and i expect others to do the same for me.
hi, I’m looking to find people I can move into a place with. Preferably around Ryde or near abouts there. I work during the week and have weekends off. People who are easy going , laid back and don’t have any strict house rules. I’m a very tidy and organised person who enjoys their own space but is up for a chat.
I will be working full time for a media company in Macquarie Park, Currently in Canberra and will be relocating up for work which starts on the 14th of Jan. I’m a clean, tidy, easy going guy and tend to keep to myself. I like getting out on weekends and have friends in Sydney I’ll be spending time with as well. Also like going for walks and exploring new places. But more than happy to have chat or have a drink and watch a show at home too. Looking for a nice room in share house with great people!
I am originally from the US but have been in Sydney for work for the past year. I currently call Manly home but am looking for a place closer to work to lessen the commute. When I am not working I am usually out playing golf or rock climbing. I tend to be away from the house most of the time but am happy to have a chat or the occasional dinner.
Hello! My name is Brodie and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Music and also working in Sydney as a receptionist. I am neat and tidy and respectful of others space. Usually busy with work and uni but love to socialise, catch a movie or head to the beach in my free time.
Hi, my name is Rhiannon and I am looking for a large room to rent in the Eastwood, Epping, West Ryde and surrounding suburbs. I am 28 years old and work as a Natural Resource Officer full time . I am a vegetarian, and am passionate about the environment, animals and social justice. My hobbies include art, sewing, music, snorkelling, diving, bushwalking and leading a healthy and happy lifestyle. I also come with a cute pet gecko (he stays in his enclosure) and some plants which I am trying hard to keep alive lol. I am looking for a place where I can feel comfortable. A clean environment where everyone shares in caring for the property. I am a very easy going person - who is happy both keeping to myself and socialising with housemates , I am friendly and will always greet you with a smile. If there is an issue in the house I will work with you to fix it. I want to be able to speak freely with my housemates and be able to discuss things which affect the way we feel living in our home. I am looking for mature, considerate housemates who are also easy going. I would like the freedom to invite guests over (Friends and boyfriend) for drinks, dinner and to stay overnight on occasion. Ideally i would like a large room - big enough for a queen bed, with built in wardrobe and space for a TV and desk. I also have a car and will be soon getting a moped- so a place with off street parking (at least for the scooter) would be great. I would like to be able to set up space to do some sewing either in my room (if it is large enough), in the living area or in a spare room. If you are an easy going, friendly and considerate person who thinks they may have a space in their home which would suit my needs please get in touch :).
Hi, I am a 30 year old IT professional working full time in North Sydney. Looking for a nice & clean place with reasonable public transport options to North Sydney. I do have a car so parking will be required (Garage or Street, anything is fine). I am mostly busy with work. If possible, would prefer to have not more than 1 other flat mate. Thanks Saad

I'm quiet, considerate, polite, respectful, honest and clean. I'm looking for somewhere to hopefully stay long term until I save up enough to buy a house. I'm easy to get along with, mind my own business and clean up after myself. I generally keep to myself and play games, watch movies or work on my business but can be social too. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink, have parties or have people over often. I don't have any pets and I work full time Monday to Friday. On top of working full time during the week, I also run a small online retail business! This means I have a decent amount of stock that I need to keep with me and therefore need a bit of room for the crates. I'm looking for somewhere that has the following: - Housemates who are CLEAN and TIDY in common areas - Housemates who are considerate and sane - A large bedroom (I have a queen size mattress that I would like to bring with me) - Somewhere to park my car, happy to be on the street out the front, even better in a driveway or something though - Fast internet - Housemates who are CLEAN and TIDY in common areas - Housemates who are considerate and sane - I know I've listed the above points twice, just want to stress it haha Other than that I'm good. I would absolutely love a granny flat or unit but might be a stretch given my price range. Thanks for your time, have a great day! :)
Hello there. My name is Le Anh Pham. My friends usually call me Austin. I was born in Vietnam and I have been in love with Australia for 2 years. I am currently studying master of accounting and also work roughly 32- 35 hours per week. I am clean, tidy, kind of a friendly guy. I love making new friends, travelling and playing board games. I also respect other privacy because as a human being I understand we all need quiet times for ourselves. I am looking for friendly housemates who want to build great living quality together. My ideal place would be less than 30 minutes by train to CBD, and less than 10 mins walking to neareast station. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks a lot. Cheers!
Working full time in Sydney and looking for a room with own bathroom(preferably) . I am looking from 31st January 2019 and for two to three months . I am from India and would prefer max 15 minutes walking.
I'm Ingrid, 25, a postgrad student at Macquarie University. I'm easy going, peace-loving, considerate and responsible. I'm a little reserved but I'm quite friendly once I get comfortable. I value my own space but also find joy in chatting, family dinners, outings etc with everyone in the house.
Hi! My name is James and I am currently studying Paramedicine. I work part time at a child care centre where I have been for 8 years. I'm a Sydney native and am looking for affordable housing whilst I study and work.
Hi there, I'm Bart, a digital marketing professional working between Brisbane and Sydney until late February (I'll still be working after that, just almost exclusively from Sydney). I'm looking at moving to Sydney for postgraduate studies at Macquarie Uni where I have just been offered a place. My work is part remote and I often have to fly between the two states. I am generally too busy with work or studying to be interested in social houses. At 34, I am NOT after a share house for 'fun'. I just need a place to sleep, keep my stuff and make my meals. I am very quiet, private and super tidy, things will work out best if you are the same way. Non-smoker, non-drinker. If you prefer headphones to speakers, clean kitchen and a spotless bathroom, are respectful of other's privacy etc I could be a good match for you, because that is exactly what I am like. I prefer to keep to myself and my work, things will work out best if you are a either a white collar professional or another postgrad student serious about their academic career, and have a room to spare to help pick-up the cost of studying. If you love playing your 'chunes' on a big set of speakers, play Modern Warfare on your 7.1 surround, practice guitar / drums or make me listen to your music because "It's The Beatles, man, they're a classic" (look, I know they are, I still don't care, I don't care if it's Bach himself playing harpsichord in the living room, I don't want to hear it in my bedroom), have a habit of leaving piles of dishes in the sink and love having food scraps all over your kitchen floor. Have constant stream of people or your exes kids through the place all the time. Or if my food starts to disappear from the fridge. If any of that sounds anally retentive to you then I'm probably not a good match for you. I'd like to move in on the 23rd of February (could be late January or early February if you are pressed for help with paying rent though) and stay for 6 - 12 months. I am keen to fly down from BNE late January to meet the prospective flatmates (I'm stuck here for work until the 21st), if everything seems right paying the bond at moving in asap is also an option. I am looking for places in the broad vicinity of Mac Uni. Thanks for reading. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Myself Tully, and one of our best mates are all looking for a place to rent as we are all starting our studies at Macquarie Uni in February. We all came from the same high school , located in the Northern Rivers area and we are all excited to start our new path in Sydney. All of us are quiet and amicable individuals with a lot of personality. We all get on well with others and love meeting new people. Thank you!
