Hello there, im looking for a studio / space to rent close to public transport and amenities. I'll be going back to school though this time in Sydney and will need a room just for me. Friendly, responsible and trustworthy are just some of the qualities i have as a person. If you have a space do let me know asap via message. Thanks and have a nice day.
I'm a full time student at Macquarie University and work part time as a Math tutor for school kids. I don't drink or smoke and rarely have friends over at my place. I am away from my room for most of the time either in Uni or at work. I am respectful of others and also their privacy and expect the same from others. I have a motorbike and a bicycle and enjoy long rides on both. I prefer to cook most of the times rather than eat out however I do enjoy the occasional pizza. I enjoy listening to music on my 5.1 system but Im happy to keep it down if others have an issue with that.
Hi! I’m a newly registered nurse from Wollongong. I’m currently working in Sydney looking for a temporary place for 2months before I move away again for work :) I’m open for a social household but also love my downtime too! It’s a bit of a random length of time so open to taking over someone’s room if they are away etc
I'm an 22-year old international student from Belgium, who will study at Macquarie University between the end of July until the first half of December. I am an easy-going, tidy and sociable person who enjoys having dinner together and maybe going on little getaways during the weekend. I am not a hardcore party-goer, but do enjoy a night out every once in a while. I like a rather quiet environment and would love to have flatmates that are students too. I prefer to share a house with at least two other people, but you can also contact me if you are alone and looking for a flatmate. I'd like to have a private room, but would not mind sharing the bathroom with a tidy person.
Hi, I am a 23 Year old professional who is going back to work in Rhodes after doing a graduate rotation interstate! I love to have a chat with my room mates but also do enjoy some privacy. I work a standard 9-5 job and enjoy going out every once in a while :)
Very organized, friendly, easygoing and a person who likes to keep her surroundings clean and tidy. Looking for a female only house/apartment near Macquarie Uni.
I am a student studying at Cheltenham Girl's High School. I am a relatively clean, quiet and easy-going person to be around and I enjoy music and art a lot. Right now I am looking for a place to live that's close to my school.
I am Chaitanya and I am 24 years old. I am from New Delhi, India. I'm pretty tidy, amicable and agreeable, and respect the privacy of everyone. I will be studying Management at Macquarie University and would be looking for a property within a close proximity, say Marsfield or even Epping or Ryde. I like to socialize with people. My favorite pastime is watching football (Soccer) or movies or explore nearby places. I would be looking to move in quite soon.
Friendly, very empathetic, clean, organized, quiet, private, lived with others long enough to know what it takes to keep the peace. Work in IT and frequently travel overseas for work. Would love to have a pet dog someday. Into Japanese culture so I do not wear foot wear at home. Love cooking that is simple, neat and small. Have a car that needs to be driven more often.Traveled and lived abroad in a few countries before.Looking fro a medium to large room with an en-suite. Would rather pay my rent monthly by auto deduction.Need to be walking distance or at least cycling distance to the T8 train stations.
Hi I m Nabil. I am an international student from Bangladesh, studying at Macquarie. I am a very social guy. Love to meet people from different countries. I can speak multiple languages! I love watching movies and travelling. I also love to read books.
I am an easy going person, don't smoke, don't drink, no pets, originally from Egypt, christian, and been working in Dubai for the last 4 years as a civil engineer, and now I'm living in Sydney and working full time.
I'm just a young Canadian guy, standing in front of a bunch of strangers, asking them to love him...If you get that reference, then please live with me. What can I say. As far as I've been told, I'm the perfect flatmate. No one has ever raised any issues with me. I'm a level-headed and mature young professional working full-time in Sydney. I work in IT at a Fortune 100 company up in Macquarie Park and officially I'm a 'backpacker'. However for the time being I'm just on my grind trying to save money. For the most part I like to stay in and watch movies or TV, play nintendo or play guitar. I also occasionally like to go running or do yoga. I don't drink very often, as I don't have many friends in Sydney yet (been here a month). My min. stay is 2 months, but I might be able to extend my current contract, so that could change. Cheers!
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I am currently working P/T in retail and studying full time at Macquarie Uni, so I am rarely at home and when I am I study or disappear in my room. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and I am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
Hello ! I'm a 28 y/o Filo and I'll be starting a job in Information Technology mid May 2018. I'm looking for a place to rent which is clean, secure and accessible to public transport. I will mainly be out on 8-5 on weekdays As a flatmate: I'm clean, tidy, a non smoker. Easygoing and respectful and sensitive to others' preferences. I enjoy personal time on the weekends and occasional mingling with housemates over food. I enjoy the simple things in life such as travelling, cooking, reading a new book, watching series, exploring new hobbies! What I'm looking for places to rent: - furnished - budget inclusive of bills and internet - near the city or accessible to public transport, ideally ~30 mins or less to get to the city - 1-2 housemates max (preferrably females) - ensuite / own bathroom - can accommodate occasional visits from my partner :) (usually he only just visits on a 1-2 month duration in a year. I'm willing to pay more during the times of his visit to cover for additional usage on common spaces and utilities!)
I'm super laid back and like to keep to myself. I love watching movies/TV shows, listening to music and playing video games/board games. I work full time and I like to keep fit so most evenings I'll be at the gym and when I'm back I'm most likely playing video games. Big lover of food so if you love to cook, I'll taste test everything you make! Very clean and I respect everyone's space.
Hi i’m From India and planning to study in Sydney . I love dancing around , singing and always there to help you . I’m looking for an affordable place with somebody with whom I can gel well .
Hi! I’m a full time primary teacher looking for a quiet housemate from the end of June onwards.
My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room either on the north shore or around Ryde as these are central to our daily lives between the two of us. We are both working (him full-time in a dock yard and myself part time in retail) with me also studying at WSU. We are both fairly neat people and clean up after ourselves and keep to ourselves however can be social if we get along with people well. He is into gym, motorcycles and cars while I am into anything creative whether it be books, drawing or music. Internet is the biggest necessity as I am studying currently. Of course it would be nice to have our own bathroom however we are not fussed. A parking spot would be ideal however a motorbike is fairly easy to park on the street. Thanks for the consideration! - Ruby and Rory
I am Jing. I am on working holiday visa at this moment and I really like Australia so I decide to apply the student visa and stay here.I like cooking and baking. I am a friendly and tidy.
Hi, Before anything I should probably mention that I won't be in Sydney until about the 24th of June...haha.... quite silly of me not to mention it from the beginning. I'm a Korean and Scottish mix and was practically raised in China. I went to an international school and I am incredibly sociable. I speak 3 languages; English, Korean and Chinese and I would love to have flatmates with an international background like me :) if not, that's okay as well ^^ I'm going to be taking a course of culinary arts in the future, soooooo if you enjoy eating potentially good food then you know where to find me xD I'm just an overall easy and out-going person, I love sports and everything active. I love pets, so I wouldn't mind having a flatmate with one... or however many you have :) Currently I have a snake, spider, turtles and two cats. But don't worry, they won't be coming to Australia hehe. Okayyy, thank youuuu. I hope you consider me as a potential flatmate :)
Happy/bubbly, extremely friendly, keep to myself, very relaxed, low maintenance.
