I have a casual position job and am currently studying a certificate 3 in patisserie. I love to bake. I am kind and friendly, I enjoy listening to music. I am a tidy person and am easy to get along with. I was born and raised here in Australia.
Hi, it's Iqbal. I'm a lawyer. I need a room. Do you have one to rent out? If so, plz call me :) I used to live in shared houses and student accomodations. I know what it's like to live in these sorts of accomodations. I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person. I have a balanced lifestyle. During business hours I'll be focused on my work. After-hours and on weekends, I like walking, camping, fishing, hiking, music and watching movies.
I am a registered nurse, working with Monash health. I am looking for a clean, quiet and safe place to live. I am looking in areas around Dandenong as I will be working at Dandy Hospital. I am VERY clean and respect personal space. I love socializing and making new friends, sharing a bottle of wine once in a while, relaxing after a hard day's work with movies and good food, easy to live with and down to earth. I love cooking and living in a homely environment.
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
Hi I'm Kaitlyn, I'm currently renting in the latrobe valley paying $125p/w, I have been living and renting this property for approx 6 years. I don't have a a definite move date so the date I have chosen is flexible, I am looking to relocate to Melbourne preferably the outer eastern or south eastern suburbs. I am consciencious, friendly, polite, neat and I pick up after myself. I keep to myself and I'm quiet but I open up to people once I get to know them and I'm always up for a chat if you would like one. I am looking to pay rent with utilities included in the rent price. I love anything artsy from origami to card making and most recently VERY amateur embroidery, I enjoy watching movies especially comedy and I am an avid reader, especially of non fiction. I'm not employed currently however I do receive money indepedently of a job so I can focus solely on my mental health and I am currently completing two day groups; one half day on fridays and one full day on Thursdays, I am also looking into starting another day group on Mondays. Don't hesitate to ask me anything, Thanks for your time :)
I'm a clean and tidy 18 yr old student who has applied to study Nursing or Paramedical this year. I am currently on Centrelink benefits, but want to get into a part time job or apprenticeship once my living situation becomes more stable. I am generally quiet and easygoing, and would love to find accom somewhere in the Dandenong area. My max rent budget is $130 or $150 with bills and internet included.
Hey everyone! My name is Rachel and I'm 24 years old. I'm looking for a Christian female sharehouse with 2-3 people or happy to teamup and start a new house as well. Looking in the south east suburbs please. I work 6 days a week as a teacher/playgroup coordinator and Kids assistant for my church so I'm fairly busy. In my spare time I'm either watching netflix (full house and harry potter addict), at the gym or hanging out with friends/boyfriend. I have all my bedroom furniture so looking for somewhere unfurnished. Shoot me a message if you're interested!

Hey everyone, I'm Michael, 27 and am currently looking to find an awesome new place to live in! I'm currently working as a firefighter with Parks Victoria (well, in 3 weeks anyway!) and am based at Lysterfield Lake Park. Basically involves normal days work wise but can also involve weeks away at a time depending on bush fires across the state. I am currently in the process of getting back into the gym (just been in Darwin for 4 months) so I'm really into my health and fitness. As well as cooking and coming up with new meal ideas. I love the outdoors and spending time in the sun so a backyard would be a massive preference. Not big into partying and going out atm so I wouldn't be too keen on a party house. Mostly looking for a chilled out place with some laid back people. I also have two bearded dragons who come with their own f foot enclosures. They use a bit of power to keep their lights on but I'm happy to pay extra on the bill to make up. If you would like to know more, feel free to ask! :)
Me and my partner Malou have a three month old baby named Iziah. We need accommodation as our current living space isn’t ideal for our baby. We are trying to sort out our finances to be able to afford a house so we can live as a family. At the moment we are restricted to a very small room that is barely big enough for one person. And although we have made do for some time we really need a bigger room so our son can roll and crawl around. My name is Joelle and I’m 25 years old before my son I worked in retail for 6+ years I’ve also done childcare work and been in the beauty industry. My partner Malou is from America and is now working full time in a factory. In America he was a teacher and loves working with children. Our son Iziah is such a good baby he cry’s for maybe 1 hour max a day and sleeps really good at night and doesn’t cry at all durning the night. He is such a happy smiling baby I’m sure anyone willing to have us as a guest in there house/flat would fall inlove with him. We are really trustworthy people very honest and respectful. We are also very clean and would always be willing to lend a hand. If you would consider us you wouldn’t be disappointed and we would be very grateful.
Hey I'm Chris, I work full time between Pakenham and Melbourne. I'm from Tassie originally but I've been in Melbourne the last few years. I like to do metalworking or go diving/snowboarding when I get the chance but work keeps me pretty busy. I have a few items of furniture already, I'm clean and I have a car. I'd prefer to live somewhere in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs 6mths-->1yr.
I am a full-time worker who likes to spend a quiet time after work or dine out/socialise on weekends. I like to play sports, read, go for a swim or just stay at home for a relaxing quiet time....
I'm currently a nurse student, studying in the city three days a week and looking for part time employment. I also have a 1 year old french mastiff who is very friendly and loveable, if you're okay with pets. I'm also independent, tidy, clean, approachable and very friendly! Always up for a chat and an outing, but also like those quiet nights in!
A bit about us BELINDA Currently searching for full time work but have a fortnightly income, also have my own business doing pet sitting. MATT Currently looking for full time work, has a fortnightly income also. Smoker, smokes outdoors or off the property as respect to non smokers. Ideally we'd like somewhere long term, but we can do short term. Our budget is $300 a week including or not including bills. That would be between the two of us, not each. We're quiet but like to be social too. Like having communal dinners and such, but respect peoples privacy and wishes. Neat and tidy, happy to help with household chores, inside and outside. Will come with all bedroom furniture (except a bed base so if a queen bed base is available we'd happily take it) and a couple of things for the kitchen too. If you have a room that you think would suit us then please let me know!
Easy going mature guy, happy to muck in and do garden chores handyman etc. I like to cook and don't mind sharing my cooked food.
