Hi There! I’m Alessandra. I’m 35 years old. I’m studying at TAFE higher education in Meadowbank and I work part time. I’m looking for a nice and clean place to live around the Uni.
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying a Bachelor of Ancient History full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in late April/early May, until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Am happy to wander down the street to do it if smoking on the property isn’t permitted. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)
Quite busy during the day on weekdays and would love to have a chat or drink in evenings with people around. Respect and appreciate privacy. Selectively social and adjusting.
G’day, my name is Mark, I am 44yr old single gentleman from the UK. I have been residing in Oz for 17yrs and have a long history of renting share accommodation across Australia. I am easy going, clean, considerate, respectful and social. My hobbies include tennis, fishing, swimming & watching English football. I don’t party and I am not looking for that type of environment on an ongoing basis. I am home 60-70% of the time, so from a home security perspective, I am your man! Saying that, the majority of the time you will not even notice that I’m at home. I consider myself a proud and happy father whom is down to earth. I have 4 children, 3 of which live with their mother in Dundas & my eldest son William whom is 20 also lives with his Mother in Maroubra. I would like to have 1 child stay over from time to time, on the weekend maybe once a month, either Victoria 9 or Harry 6. That’s if convenient, however not essential. My youngest is Charlie who is 2! I have been separated after 10yrs of marriage, since December 2016. With both mothers I have a healthy co-parent relationship. I have been on the Centrelink Disability Support Pension for a couple of years & therefore you will never have any issues with me paying rent, or on time! I am currently in the process of seeking employment on a casual basis. I do sincerely hope that you would consider me as a suitable applicant for your accommodation. I am happy to answer any further questions that you may have. Many thanks in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon, Cheers Mark

24 yo male working full time, have lived with people before, looking for a couple of people to team up with and start a new share house, or a room in an established house with some nice housemates. Can cook - but only with frozen food and a microwave. Also have a decent amount of kitchen stuff that capable cooks might actually use. Capable of basic home maintenance and repair. I keep my mess to myself and common areas tidy. Generally happy to keep in my own company but comfortable being social with people too.
I am a PhD candidate of geography at the university while working as a tutor and lecturer. Unfortunately I did not arrive in Australia by birth but I've been here for nearly a decade. Formally did sub-letting and Airbnb few years ago so I am a respectful tenant as well as observant to house rule. At this stage, I am quite busying with my teaching and research. I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 3 months. Longer term preferable if we get along well. I am a healthy eater, non-smoker, social drinker, theatre buff, never used drug in my life, open-minded but with my own principles.
I have just returned to Australia after several months travelling Asia and Europe, and I have just moved to Sydney from Adelaide to study arboriculture. I am looking for a fun and friendly sharehouse around Eastwood. I am polite, tidy, and sociable. I love nature, gardening, cooking, hiking, hanging out and watching some films or listening to vinyls. I am respectful of space and privacy but I am also usually up for a chat and a casual beer or glass of wine. I look forward to meeting some like minded folk and exploring what Sydney can offer.
Hi All, I am a 23 year old full-time worker from New Zealand. Looking for a flat with others also in their 20's who enjoy hanging out and having a social beer in the weekends. Not too concerned with the area, as long as its with people with similar interests.
Hi, I'm Georgina and I just started a full time job in Sydney and am looking for somewhere to move in asap. I'm from Newcastle and am a down to earth person who doesn't mind having a drink or two with mates. I like going out on the weekends, but also enjoy sleep ins. I have a one year old cat who I'd love to bring to Sydney with me, but I'm also ok with just visiting her on weekends in Newcastle. I'm a clean person who loves animals and going to the beach, drop me a line!
Hi its Apo from Istanbul Turkey. I studied Mechanical Engineering in university but worked as a private tutor for 5 years and as a Human Resources Consultant for 6 years. I decided to have a break from corporate life for masters degree and I will start to study Master of Commerce in Finance at Macquarie University on 26th of February. I'm tidy, easygoing, open-minded, responsible person who enjoys listening music and intellectual conversations about life. Also, I like to party once or twice in a week but not necessarily at home. I prefer a place with clean kitchen and bathroom and that I can stay until the end of the first semester (to the end of June) but if I like the house I can sign for 10 month lease.
Hi, I'm currently living in Melbourne but am relocating to Sydney to work full-time at a job I commence in April. I'm looking to move and get settled in prior to starting my job - so ideally I'm looking to move in March. I'm largely a people person. I'm respectful of those around me. I enjoy being socially and also my own time. In my spare time I enjoy: - Going to the gym, - Going for a run (rarely), - Watching a movie or light reading - I sometimes cook I enjoy the occasional drink, going out into the city and socialising with new people. In terms of length of stay I'm looking more long term, rather than short term.
I work away and am only here for weekends mostly. I'm respectful, polite, hygienic and clean up after myself. I am a supervisor for a landscaping company and work full time and have my personal vehicle and a dual cab work ute. I'm not particularly fussy with the location especially if the room is nice and has an ensuite but ensuite not essential. Team ups are very welcome. I'm looking for a place that has internet and bills included in the rent and is quiet and clean. No drugs As I work away mostly I can only view properties on weekends unless I'm in town. I look forward to hearing from you
Hiya! I’m Harmony :) About me: I’m 24. I work full-time as a Marketing Coordinator in Real Estate. I can be a bit of a social butterfly but also value my downtime. It’s not uncommon to find me in my room watching documentaries on Netflix. I'd like to find a home where it won't be an issue I have friends visit occasionally, so long we respect the peace of the house. Friend 1 describes me as: Inquisitive, nurturing and candid. Friend 2: Honest, supportive and ambitious. I’ve lived in share accommodation for many years, so understand the boundaries, respect and courtesy that come with sharing a home and would like to live with housemates close to my age. I have my own furniture and as a self confessed shopaholic, I’ve collected a generous amount of shoes and clothes that would like a built in wardrobe to call home. I’d ideally like a space where I can fit my queen bed, dresser and remaining belongings. Need to stay close to Epping for work since I don't drive.
I am a health-conscious and hygienic person and always prefer to keep my living space clean to bring positive energy in the house. I am an IT professional who is easy-going, friendly person who can easily make friends wherever I go with people of different languages and culture at the same time i respect others privacy.
Hello ! I am Patricia , I am a international student studying make up and special effect in Central. I will be graduating in May. I am working in David Jones at Town Hall. I am looking for a room near Epping area. I am friendly to everyone and sometimes I get a little too chatty. I like to clean and tidy up, so there won't be problems with me messing the flat. I stay home most of the time unless going out with friends. I am not a party person, but enjoy glasses of wine at home. I love animals so having pet is also ok for me :)
My brother and I are looking for a new Home because the owner of the house we living now will sell the house. So we have to find something new! But first of all something about us: We both were born and grown up in a small city in the north of Germany. Jonas is 28 years old and Mechanic in a Truck Workshop and nearly 3 years in Australia. He is insterested in cars, car tuning, the nature and computer. He is a very friendly, helpful guy. Theresa (thats me!) 31 years old and Function and Boardroom Waiter and since the end of december in Australia. I´m interested in Hospitality, Design, love to build my own furniture, like to hike and cooking. Both of us are very tidy and always well organized and we are smoking but never inside. Jonas and I are good friends and try to share most of the time together. We are very affable, friendly, helpful, quiet guys looking for a new Home.
