Considerate flatmate, busy with life and work but enjoy a bit of down time at night - cooking and a bit of netflix/reading.
Hey! My name's Hayley, I'm 29, non-smoker, originally from Canberra, but have lived in Dubai, and most recently Bali. I'm now looking to make Sydney home! I run my own online marketing business which keeps me busy during the week. This means I work a couple of days a week from home, and the rest from cafes/libraries (I like to mix it up!). I love to keep my home tidy and clean, but I'm not a neat freak. And I love a glass or two with dinner but I'm not a huge drinker/party person. Looking forward to hearing from you!
If you’re looking for a housemate who is tidy/ clean, considerate and bubbly- then that’s me! I’m currently studying marketing and communication in central whilst also working. I’m looking for a nice place that I can call home for the remainder of my visa :) I enjoy being active, I go to the gym, take dance classes and try to get out exploring on the weekends. Easy-going and not a party animal. Enjoy socialising with housemates but equally like my own space.
Hi Guys, I’m new to Sydney... I have relocated from Melbourne for work and I’m looking to either team up with someone for a rental property or look into shared accommodation. I work in the Property industry so I am fairly outgoing and quite talkative, however I don't mind my own time and space and respect others. In my spare time I enjoy beach scene, outdoor activities, brunching weekends, explore new places. My role at work requires a bit of interstate travel. I am not familiar at all with Sydney locations, open to suggestions. I am looking for somewhere costal, close to the CBD and a friendly area. I do have furniture if that’ll help, happy to share if that’s on the table. I have a place I am currently renting short term with room to extend another year if that’s an option in doubke bay. If I sound like a good fit for you please reach out happy to have a chat and answer any questions you have. Thanks. 🥂
I am 6 months away from finishing a Combined Laws degree at University. I currently live in Double Bay, have two hospitality jobs and am a fun, outgoing and confident individual who is always up for a glass of wine and a good catch-up when i'm not working or studying. However, I am a very busy person who is not home very often. I love travelling, going to the beach, exercising and cooking. I have been renting for a while and understand how important it is to get along with your housemates. I am a very personable, understanding and easygoing person and a very relaxed housemate who is merely looking to live with people who are similarly easy to get along with.
Hi there, my name's Rob. I'm looking for some kewel people to live with who have a similar take on life to me. Born in the UK but have lived in Australia for 16 years so i'm fully on board with Vegemite and the Aussie version of Weetbix. I'm co-owner of a restaurant, a small bar and a food delivery business, all Sydney based so I'm at work a few nights a week. Before you recoil at the prospect of living with a restaurant owner, here's some info to put your mind at ease - I'm a non-drinker and I'm a pretty quiet, considerate type when at home. I've been living alone for the last 3 years but I'm looking to reduce my outgoings as I'm saving for investment property (I'm a recent convertee to The Barefoot Investor). Things that I think are important for a happy co-habit environment: I'm a big believer in communication between all housemates. I like to be transparent and honest with my housemates and whilst I'm not a neat freak I love to take pride in where I live and I'm compelled to have a spotless kitchen and bathroom. When I'm not working I spend my time at the gym, furniture making classes, live music, theatre and reading at home. I'm an unashamed eastern suburbs leftie so expect me to be watching abc & sbs if the TV's on! Love movie nights, I love to cook (although I'm no Jamie Oliver) and I'm looking for a living environment that full of respect, laughter, shared dinners with fully functioning adults who have their shit together.
Hello everyone, I’m Valentina from Chile. I’m looking for a nice place to rent (private room). I’m friendly, easygoing, tidy and clean. Hi! My name is Ingunn and I am looking for a place to live. I'm an easygoing and social working professional. I love traveling and trying out new things. Hi, I'm Hannah, I have been in Sydney for nearly a year, currently living in Surry Hills and working in the CBD. I am Marketing and Communications Manager for a global company, work the standard 9 till 5 most days. I love meeting new friends, socialising, hitting the beach but also love chilling out and quiet nights in with cheese, wine and a good film.
I am a 27 years old professional working full time in digital marketing and have recently relocated from London. I previously spent a year in Sydney on a working holiday visa (so it already feels like a second home!) and enjoyed the work life balance that this city offers! I enjoy being out and about meeting new people but can also appreciate winding down after a long week with a glass of wine! Looking for a flat share of people who are on a similar vibe :)
Currently on the lookout for accommodation preferably within 15 mins from Sydney CBD I am clean, courteous, love being social, outgoing and having fun yet also understand the importance of privacy when needed. I am currently living 3 hours north of Sydney and have just left my bank job and looking to make the move, just need to find the right place. I am so easy-going and love meeting new people, I am very organised and being clean, well-presented and independent is a very big part of who I am. Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks!! [+10 points if you love binge watching RuPaul and KUWTK] P.S. if you couldn't already tell, I'm gay - so being LGBT+ friendly is probably essential
Hi there, I’m Kat! I’m relocating from Brisbane to Sydney, and looking for a place to call home. I work full time in media and advertising, which means I sometimes work crazy hours. When I’m not at work I enjoy staying active, catching up with friends, cooking, watching Netflix, going to beach and dining out. I’m a very easy going, reliable, sociable and drama-free person. I am always considerate of others and respectful of their privacy. I take pride of where I live and like to keep tidy and clean. I’m also a mum to a fur baby. He’s almost 8 years old, long haired chihuahua. He is house trained and I take him out 2-3 times a day. He’s friendly, quiet and lived in an apartment building most of his life. I am happy to negotiate a pet bond if required, as well as provide references from my previous house mates. I'm looking to relocate sometime between 28th of April and 5th May as I start in my new job on 7th of May. Cheers, Kat

Hey! We are Elif and Alican, a couple in our mid-twenties who came Sydney to work as an Engineer. We are pretty easy going and optimistic, love both chatting and sharing the silence with the person we live. We respect and care about our flatmate. We would enjoy sharing a flat if everyone in the place enjoys it. We keep the place we live clean and neat all the time, so we would be happy if our flatmates also cares this. We are non-smokers. At the weekends, we love hanging out with our friends and exploring new places. We also love enjoying some good wines and food :) Cheers, Elif & Alican
I’m a personal trainer, returning to Austrlaia after living 18 years in Europe. Should be in Sydney early/mid May. I would say I’m pretty easy going, very much into health, sports and fitness, not much of party person, I’m social but definitely like relaxing at home.
Hey everyone! After spending two wonderful years in Manly, it's time for a change. I'm 32, Sydney born-and-bred, raised in the South (Cronulla), spent my 20's in the Inner-West, have done my dash in the North (Dee Why, Manly), and now it's time to find a new perch to roost. Having lived with many people over the years, I think I've discovered the ingredients for the perfect house mate: - Moral compass (right vs wrong). - Clean and tidy (without becoming imposing). - A sense of humor and friendly personality (it is a home after all). - Boundaries (it's a shared home). - Cooking (with a glass of wine). - No drama (that's what TV is for). Happy to say I possess all of these (#humblebrag) and looking to live with someone similar. Full-time employed as finance professional in the CBD. I work regular hours, with evenings and weekends available at my leisure. I'm pet friendly, drug free, allergy free, and hassle free (that's a lot of free)! Pass times include health and fitness, attending events, socializing, and reading. I'm quite tall at 198 cm (6'6"), so I'm pretty good at dusting those high places and changing the odd light bulb. My worst enemy is the combined shower / bathtub. They're not built for tall people. As a consequence, looking for a medium size room as a minimum, otherwise ... I won't fit. I'm a very open person (maybe a little too open), so please feel free to ask any questions. Thank you for reading my lil spiel. It's so much fun advertising yourself ... My current lease ends in mid-May, but I can be flexible and move earlier if it works with the right place. Do you know what the sneaky knight on King Arthur's Round-Table was called? ... Sir-Prise (if you don't get this, it's not going to work).
Hi! Looking to find one or maybe two people for a share place in the Eastern Suburbs. I'm interested in anywhere from Edgecliff to Bondi. I'm Australian and have lived in Sydney for just over one year. I work long hours in investment banking in the CBD but am social, respectful and very easy going. Always up for an activity, a meal or a drink. I have some of my own furniture I'd be happy to share. Ideally we could both contribute some items to the house. My only must is a lockup garage as I have a classic car which I spend a lot of my free time working on. Looking to move in early to mid June and I look forward to hearing from you.
Having lived in about a dozen different flats with flatmates of many nationalities - I know what makes people tick, and pride myself on being the ultimate housemate. I am neat, tidy, self-aware, and love having a laugh with my housemates but keen to spend some time in my room unwinding, as well. Previous flatties have appreciated my taste in wine, as well as my passion for baking and creating cheese boards. I'm a 'girls girl' but I've found my favourite living situations tended to be when there was a balance of genders. I also come with an incredible DVD collection and have been told I'm a great listener with a silly laugh.
