Hey i'm Lilly and i'm 18 almost 19 in November and i'm planning on moving out early next year. I love animals and are a vegan. (i don't really care if you eat a steak in front of me) I'm from a small town called Narellan and i work at the Centenary Institute in Camperdown/Newtown. I'm friendly, out there and love to travel too. I play drums/ are in a band but i have an electric one so I'm not that loud. i typically just like bumming around or going for drinks on a Friday night unless there's something exciting to do. I'm not after a huge space, just looking to have my own little life near the city.
Hello potential roommate(s). My name is Taila, I am 25 and work your normal 9-5 gig in the CBD. I'm looking for a private, preferably furnished room in the Newtown(ish) area. I've rented for several years, have a squeaky clean rental history and I know how to cook/clean/pay rent on time/generally succeed at being an adult. I'm not the party type, with that said though, I'm not about to turn down a cheeky beer or glass of wine on a Friday night. I'm pretty relaxed, I won't lose my shit over a fork being left in the sink and I couldn't care less if you were staging a giant gang-bang in your bedroom; as long as communal areas are tidy and everyone chips in, I'm a happy customer. I also welcome the idea of having mates over, bring them, I have Cards Against Humanity; just no Project X level shit on a Wednesday night. I'm a pretty big music nut (Triple J for life), I think anything Ricky Gervais touches is gold, I love documentaries, Louis Theroux, binge-watching Parks & Recreation and eating delicious Asian food. My dream roommate is someone I can sit on the couch with and giggle at all the weirdos I find on tinder.
Hi, mi name is Norma post-student in my late twenties. Usually I spend weekdays at Uni but during evening at my place to relax and get ready for the next day. I like to spend my weekends away from the weekly routine, random nothing crazy. I have been living DownUnder since Feb and I have been in different shared places I am absolutely aware of the meaning "clean up after yourself ". I am looking for "The right place" somewhere I can call Home. I would like to find respectful but fun ppl who are up for a beer from time to time. I am available to move late November early December and willing to commit for long term. Let me know if you are interested!
I am an apprentice chef who has recently received a full time job at a restaurant in Potts Point so am looking to move up to Sydney. This also means I can cook family meals for my new housemates! I am very tidy and enjoy personal space but am also looking to make some new friends. I am pretty laid back and enjoy socialising on my days off
I am a very easy going, sociable and reliable 23 year old male. I work full time in Sydney Olympic Park for the NRL. I am looking for a private room in a share house. I currently live in Baulkham Hills but want to move closer to the city and work. I like going out on weekends, but during the week I keep to myself. I regularly have external commitments on weeknights such as meetings and training sessions. I love my sport, especially cricket, rugby league (GO THE EELS!), rugby and soccer. I am a very clean person and consider myself a bit of a clean freak.
Hi flatmates! I'm a easy going, friendly and funny person who is disposed to help anyone, I have an open mind and I love to meet new people from different country, to know about all the cultures. I love the nature, pets, music, netflix, nightlife, drink, eat and speak about anything! I can share some knowledge about computer's technology, teach a little about the Portuguese language, show the best side of culture from my country (Brazil), telling so many funny stories, besides tips about the best places to know in South America.... And of course, I can share and help with anything that comes up! After to meet all of South America, in November I will be in Sydney to study English for 6 months, and looking for a temporary job... PS. Organization, cleanliness and tidiness are essential things when you share a place with someone , don't worry , you can expect it from me. By the way, my english is not so good, that's why I will study it. Tell me if you know about somethig :) Um abraço! Gabriel Demasi
We are awesome 🙂 - a scientist and a musician! About me: I'm starting my new full-time Job as a molecular biologist at the University of Sydney. I'm 28 years old and from Germany (I speak with an slight irish accent tho 😉). I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I enjoy living with people that have a lot to tell. I love cooking, bbq and unfornunetly also eating a lot 🙂. I like to socalise but also respect everyones space. I have lived in share-houses for the past 9 years so I know how it's run 🙂. And I have lived with my boyfriend the last year. And I can tell you he is nice to live with too! He is a professional musician and photographer. You will see what I have been up to the past years (Basically studying hard and travelling far as street performers).

Hey, I'm Charles an outgoing young friendly full time IT Engineer moving down to Sydney from the Central Coast. I love to socialise and don't mind a chat but I'm happy to keep to myself too. I'll keep a tidy house and respect your privacy and lifestyle. I am very easy going and flexible so i don't mind adapting to your way of life. I enjoy tv and movies, music and catching up with friends. I also keep quiet and study often.
I am unemployed due to having two knee replacements for the past 10 months. Im still recovering with rehab for maybe one month more. I'm a single layed back easy kind of guy to get on with, with a sense of humour. Im very clean and tidy. I would prefer to be around positive mature happy people of similar age. Age group between 30 and 60 but not essential. I used to be a chicken farmer in Victoria and move to Sydney 7 months ago because I had to give up my job due to my physical health. Im currently on Centrelink New Start allowance. I'm currently looking for the right employment opportunities. Look forward to hearing for you.
I'm very laid back and have pretty much lived in shared accomodation ever since leaving school years ago so I'm all good and familiar with cleaning, respecting people's space, cooking and all the rest. I'm always up for a beer and some banter but just as much enjoy my own time working on my music or drawing. Pretty much up for any sort of beach adventure, catching gigs, dinners, hiking, jamming and what not. I play the keys and guitar and am currently in the works with writing some of my own music. My situation is I have just gotten back from living in London and have been staying in Surry hills in a sublet. I have a stable income and am working full time at the cafe Gratia on Bourke street and one or two nights a week at the live jazz and blues bar Venue 505. I am commencing study next year at UTS studying sound design and production so finding somewhere close to the city would be amazing.
Hi I'm Ronan, I'm a Sydney native that has lived overseas, but now lives and works in Sydney as a coffee roaster. I'm at work Monday to Friday 7 to 4. I'm also a qualified massage therapist doing further study and not working at the moment. I enjoy cooking, outdoor activities, travel, being out with friends and sometimes weekends away
Just looking for a sublet (preferably furnished) for about 2 months (somewhere between now and 6 december) its just me and my indoor kitty, were very quiet clean and friendly. looking somewhere around newtown/glebe area.
Hi Everyone 👋🏻 We are 3 international students ( two Canadians and one American) studying veterinary medicine at the University of Sydney. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom house, preferably furnished to live in starting December 1st for the 2017 school year. We are hoping to spend no more than $300/each for a room. If the house is not fully furnished we are at least hoping for it to have a fully functioning stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ideally the closer to the university the better as we would like to be able to walk to school. In our free time we like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and explore Australia. If you think you have the place for us shoot me a msg :)
My partner and I have recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and are looking for somewhere central to live. I'm a lawyer and he's in finance, but don't let that put you off! We're easy going, respectful and have lived together and separately in a number of sharehouses. We're open to joining an established house or teaming up to create one. We are active, friendly and are enjoying exploring Sydney.
Hello! I'm Monica, a spanish student, 24 years old. I'm a journalist and i would like to try my career in this country! I'm an easy going tidy girl, pretty sociable but also respectfull and independent. Please let me know if you would like to meet me for a chat! Here is my number:
Hey there, I'm a pretty chilled out 30 year old female. I work in media full time and have a fairly active lifestyle gym, dinners, beach etc. I'm very tidy and believe in everyone pulling their weight around the house, keen for a place that enjoys the odd dinner and drinks around the house, but not looking for a party house.
Tidy Kiwi looking for a humble abode, somewhere to lay my hat. Laidback, easy going. Recently transfered to the big smoke. Don't mind getting behind the local sports team amongst other interests.
Hi, I am Danny. I am 32 years old and single male. I am an accountant. I work full-time near the city. I am looking for an accommodation all for myself or TEAM-UP/SHARE near city. Any train station at walking distance, and parking for a large sedan is a MUST. I have a notice period of 3 weeks at my current accommodation which I will execute once I have found somewhere to move into, also, I can only move after 28th October 2016, so whichever is later. :) I like cleanliness around the house. I am a very easy going person. I am usually on the go at the weekends which would include going to a pub/club/restaurant or a meetup, playing pool, staying out the whole night or just stay at home and read a book or watch YouTube videos or a movie or marathon of any sitcom with a pizza and beer or whatever the mood is... I go well with people from all backgrounds. I respect privacy but also like to have a good chat (who doesn't?) and keen on doing joint activities with my roommate(s) like barbecue, groceries, shopping, gym, movies, sports or whatever they like. I am always open to doing new things. I have a new found love in karaoke lol. Not sure how long it will last before I hop onto some other interesting activity. I am very punctual about paying my rent and would want a roommate (in case sharing the rent) who always pays the rent on time. I am not looking for just another human being living in the same house who I barely talk to, unless they have a touring job or something that keeps them out for productive reasons. I look forward do build friendship with the people I live with. I am a vegetarian (not a vegan). I cook (not bad actually), and I love to cook for others too as long as it does not involve meat. I make my own cheese. :) I have no problem whatsoever if you eat meats. I do have problem with the smell of some sea foods though, like dried prawns. I volunteer with a food charity. Food is my passion. IMPORTANT: I have a queen size bed, an entertainment unit, a buffet table, a coffee table, a six seat dining table (BYO chair, LOL), a 3+2(recliner) lounge, a 3 door (385 Ltr) fridge, a big ass 65" 4K TV, home theater and a microwave, all of which I am happy to share. I do not have a washing machine. Depending on the rent and space I am happy to move a few things to storage. I do not have any pets. I love dogs though. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Danny
I have a huge passion for life, travel, food & people. Currently working with struggling families as part of a government funded programme, I am compassionate & love to laugh. I love a good chin-wag, being Irish I will always be there to make a cuppa or have a wee chilled beer with you. Have my many beautiful friends from all over the world in this amazing city & there is always room for more...... (",) Also sponsered & a keen cyclist.!
Hey! I'm a graphic designer, looking to move somewhere inner-city / inner-west Sydney. Currently living in Canterbury, I grew up around Kogarah and have also lived out west and up north of Sydney. My lease is about to end and I want some good old fashioned change. I keep it clean and tidy & am super chill. I can keep to myself but I also like just hanging out. I love reading, writing, travel, movies, videogames, comedy, arty stuff & a good drink! Let's make this the best sitcom ever.
We are both here with a Work and Holiday visa, working in Luna Park. We are very friendly people, quiet and clean. We also love to go out whenever we have free time and meet new people. I am from Argentina but lived in Barcelona for 3 years, and Priscilla is from Brazil. We would like to live in a place where we can share with other people and make new friends.
Hey there! I am Jelte from The Netherlands and I am looking for a room to stay for around 6 months from 20th of January near Camperdown area. As I will be working in Camperdown, I am looking for a room preferably around that region. The room itself does not matter too much except for the fact that it must be completely furnished! Myself, I am studying a masters Biopharmaceutical sciences programme and I will do a research traineeship at the Centenary Institute located in Camperdown. Probably I am in the lab every day except for weekends, so that will be the time to go on adventures. \ö/ I am a very clean and tidy person (I know everyone basically says that on here!) who likes sports, music, movies and fun times (like hanging out and grab a beer and stuff). I think I can cook quite reasonably! Actually I am very easygoing, incredibly laidback and up for anything new! The period I will be staying is from somewhere about 20-31th of January and lasts for 6 months, but that also depends on the traineeship. Thank you for taking your time reading this! :D Cheers! Jelte
My name is Christina, I’m 25yo, and I’m from California. My boyfriend’s name is Stefano, he’s 27, and he’s from Italy. We just started our working holiday here in Sydney! We are looking for a nice place to stay for at least 6 months. We are very chill people that love to cook, chill at home have some wine, but we also love adventures and meeting new people. I hope to hear from you soon!
Hey! I'm originally a country girl who moved to Sydney 4 years ago, I moved to innerwest this year after living in Bondi for 3 years and I've defiently have fallen in love with the inner west vibes. I'm currently working part time in hospo. I'm a bit of social butterfly but enjoy spending time by myself. I'm looking for a place to call home.
Hi, my name is Annie. I love music and making things. I work as a sound designer and creative technologist. I work full-time on contract work, often from home. I also hold a research position at UTS and work as a tutor at UNSW. I love to smile and meet people. I love good conversations, bbqs, sunny afternoons, and a quiet drink. I am not after a party house, I want a relaxed space shared with other young professionals. I grew up in the country in a small town called Coonabarabran. I moved to Sydney in 2010, then in 2015 I moved to Canberra. Now I am looking for a place back in Sydney after a stint in the nation's capital ;). I want to be close to friends in the inner-west, and work. I am very tidy and conscious of others personal space. I am also happy to fix furniture/electronic equipment for my future housemates - or even make new furniture if needed. I am looking forward to meeting new people and to feeling at home again.
20, studying Journalism at UTS and working part-time. Looking for accommodation close to campus with some friendly people. I enjoy socialising but also keep to myself when I have uni work to do.
Hey hola! I'm friendly, tidy and respectful. I’ve recently moved from Auckland and I work full time for Saatchi Sydney as a Front End Developer. On the weekends I want nothing to do with computers so I'm usually keen to head outside to find something to do in the sunshine. Thanks! Steven.
Hi guys, im a bubbly, easy going creative type that laughs a good laugh and conversations that dive a little deeper than surface level. Im all about that old school respect and kindness, especially when it comes to a shared space situation. Im looking for a nice place that is a real home to rest my weary head as i tend to be a busy bee most of the time. Are we a good match? Swipe right by emailing or calling and lets find out.
Hellllooo :) I'm looking for a place to stay from around the 24th Oct although I can sort out temporary accomodation for a week or so if the right place comes available a little later. About me.. Well I grew up in Malta and have been in Aus a year so far but am intending to stick around for at least another full year .. Longer if some wonderful design company would like to sponsor me eventually. I'm house trained so won't leave a trail of destruction and share house trained so will pay my bills on time and all that. I smoke but not too much and wouldn't ever do that inside anyway I'm chatty and social but not loud and don't get offended whenever anyone tells me to stop talking.. Which after a little wine you will most definitely feel the need to.. But have my quiet days where I'll retreat to my room and read/paint/watch wierd documentaries about things I never thought I wanted to learn about.. I'm also attempting to learn to hula hoop so feel free to point and laugh when I ungracefully wobble around I'm 29 and 3/4s and an Interior Architect so can understand quite a bit about houses should anything go wrong and need fixing.. Thought I'd throw that in as its something I can bring to the table.. Also love cooking and have been raised on some lovely Mediterranean dishes which I'll happily cook up for everyone once in a while :)
I work as a karaoke/trivia host four nights a week.I'm also a freelance video editor and comedy writer. I'm clean, quiet and pay rent on time. I mostly keep to myself but also enjoy a good chat over a coffee or beer with my flatmates. I smoke but only outside. I also have a gorgeous, fluffy 6yo cat named Edith Piaf who loves a good cuddle. Pick me and you won't be disappointed!
Easy going, chatty Irish girl, with a great sense of humour, so never a dull moment! Clean and tidy, and I enjoy a few drinks at the weekends. Like to keep fit, so busy during the week.
Hi there, I am a 43 year old woman, am house trained, friendly, considerate and easy going. I enjoy healthy living and am a Disability Support Worker. I am looking for 3 weeks accommodation between 23rd November 2016 to the 14th of December 2016. Would loved to hear form you!
Looking for a room preferably furnished (at least with a bed) and has a built-in :) I'm friendly, neat, and respect other people's boundaries. I don't hang out in large groups so don't worry about me bringing home some friends and be noisy; I do go out at night on weekends but I don't take the party home where I want to chill. A late riser so your mornings are guaranteed quiet! I have a boyfriend that would like to stay over a few times a week, so we can work out an arrangement about that. Don't worry, he's a hoot. p.s. I'm confident in my baking skillz, will be responsible for the constant awesome fragrance throughout the house/flat.
Angus and I are a vibrant and fun young couple who are keen to find a place in Sydney. I am studying at Sydney University while Angus is a full-time musician. I have an Italian background so I might cook you some yummy Italian food while Angus plays you some awesome tunes. We love to kick back and watch Netflix as well as work. We are clean and responsible and wouldn't leave a mess around the house, so we'd be a great addition to your place!
I am a Mexican-Canadian studying a Master's program at the University in Sydney. Looking to stay with other respectful and clean students or professionals of a similar age. Looking for a private, furnished room close to a train station.
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with social and considerate housemates. I'm easy-going, social and considerate. I work full time in the CBD. I like traveling, reading, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. During my free time, I like catching up with friends and trying new restaurants, bars and cafes. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
I'm very easy going, relaxed and tidy. I'm moving to Sydney from Canberra for uni and for sport. I'm a very active person, and I also work in hospitality, so I love food. I like meeting new people, and I'm very open minded when it comes to living situations and house rules. I'm moving to Sydney at the start of 2017, and I'm looking for somewhere in Sydney's inner west I would prefer to stay with people who are a similar age, but I get along with most people any way. I'm not fussy on the gender, and would love to find a nice share house with other relaxed flatmates.
Ello! :-) You can call me Majed or Camino if it's easier. I'm a 31 year old engineer working full time for a telecom company. I'm pretty chilled, neat, clean, super considerate, outgoing and love interacting with people although I also tend to have my quite me time to recharge and work on the things I like. Speaking of which, my likes vary from practicing yoga, going to the gym, watching kick-ass movies, having a boogie, making deli food, eating the deli food I prepared and listening to awesome music. Oh and I do certainly enjoy a drink or a couple but mainly on weekend as I rarely drink on weekdays. Oh and I come with a mind blowing fully automatic Bosch washing machine and a medium size Samsung fridge. We can use them to split the load ;). Let's have some fun times together! Cheers.
We are pretty easy going, fun and open minded Individuals. I'm working Full-time and Rachel is working part time on a Working Holiday Visa. We like travelling, nature, hiking, films, sci-fi, relaxing and chilling out! We are clean and tidy and understand the importance of others space and privacy. Easy to chat to and get along with, hope we can become good roomies!
Laid back 22 year old looking for a place to call home. Born and raised in Brisbane, looking for work as a Cardiac Scientist however, predominantly work in the Aquatic Industry as a Learn to Swim Instructor. Love being social so am eager to be in a house where common areas are a place to hang out together. However, understand personal space and enjoy the odd time alone to myself to read a good book and unwind with a glass of wine after a long day. Love going out to have a drink with friends on the weekends but not a late night partier. Love my swimming, surfing and gym and am always looking for a fitness buddy. I love AFL and enjoy getting to as many local games as I can per season as well as finding a local club to play in. Adore dogs! Grew up with them as a kid so more than happy to live with one as well as help walk and play with.
My names Emile, I'm from the central coast and I'm looking for some short term accomadation in a share house up untill the end of January. I've been back packing for the last 6 months and am I'm now moving to the area as I am starting a new full-time job as a youth worker in marrickville. Being new to the inner west, I'm keen to explore and get to know the area. I'm easy going and hope live in a nice home with other young friendly social people. Outside of work, I like surfing, getting away camping and catching up with friends for a few drinks over the weekend. I'm open to negotiating a short term lease and move in and out dates to suit us both. I'd also be happy to sublet a room if your moving away short term. Let me know if have anything available. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Mine and Lizzy's lease is up in Feb 2017 so we thought we'd just make a profile to get the feelers out there as a lot of people will be looking for accommodation at this time. We're still not 100% on where we would prefer to live so we've put a variety of places down as options. In 2017 Lizzy will be in her last year of Law at Macquarie University and working part-time as a Court Officer. I will be starting my Masters of Public Policy at USYD and working part time in the public sector and also nannying. Ideally, we'd like a place in Kirribilli/North Sydney close to the trains, as Lizzy is tired of the bridge tolls lol. But also we've been living in the inner west for 2 years and are in love with it so we're open to continue living here if the right place comes up. A bit about us, we're both originally from the Central Coast and are really easygoing, fun housemates. We generally keep to ourselves during the week because of our busy schedules but do enjoy partaking in a few casual bevvies and going to gigs and bars on the weekends. We're also really into food and eating out so a house full of foodies who would join us would be so great! However we are both mature and respectful and are down with the whole sharehouse etiquette as we've been living in them for 3 years now. We are tidy and clean and are dedicated to keep common areas nice and welcoming. We are both very social but respect others privacy. We're also willing to team up with others to find the perfect place and start a new share house full of likeminded and fun people! So hit us up if you have two private rooms available or are interested in teaming up X
I am 30 and an architect, therefore my wardrobe is astonishingly monochrome and I am pretty bound to standard office hours. I impulse buy stuff at the post office... Latest acquisition was a veggettie maker ( if that does't make me a good house mate, I don't know what does...) Otherwise, I keep busy with areal silks, rock climbing, Netflix, cooking (not saying that I am any good, just that I like to do it...) and I would never, never say no to a glass of wine.
Cameron and I have just finished 2 and halfish year stint in the UK and looking to settle back into everyday lifestyle. Always up for a beer and chat, especially at a pub. I'm originally from Melbourne and Cameron from Sydney/NSW. Both working in hospitality
Hi, I’m an easy going and friendly person looking for a place to stay. I’m from Norway and I’m in Australia on a Working Holiday visa, so be ready for a Scandinavian accent. After having a roommate who was a clean freak, I pride my self on being clean, respectful and trustworthy, but it took a lot of learning (not the trustworthy part), so I might forget to fold my clothes every once in a while. I’m a horrible cook (don’t eat my food no matter what i say), but great at washing dishes. I am terrified of insects, so I will kill them.. kill them ALL. Honestly its just really awkward writing stuff about myself, so i am going to stop.. Tigers love pepper... they hate cinnamon. :) That picture though, lol ignore it
Hello! My name is Caitlin and I am a responsible, clean and tidy 22-year-old, with a great sense of humour to boot. I am coming to Sydney for the whole summer to live and work full-time, and to get a chance to explore the city. I am from New Zealand, and am currently mid-way through an undergraduate degree in Law and Psychology. I am notoriously tidy and I take pride in keeping a house clean (I can thank my mother for that trait). I am also reliable and responsible with all things financial (never a late rent payment). Around the house, I enjoy cooking and I adore music – listening to it, making it, and singing a bit here and there. In my spare time, you’ll usually catch me doing one of these things, or going for a run, exploring the city, or reading a good book. On weekends (provided I am not working) I want to explore the local drinking holes, and especially find a great live music bar. My slightly nerdy indulgences include: musical theatre, Doctor Who, and law and politics. I also love animals, if they are part of your flat family already. So if I sound like someone you might click with, then please get in touch!
Easy going 23 year old looking for a room in the inner west. I work full time in North Sydney so I have a pretty busy schedule, though I'm definitely up for nights out. Interests are music production, sports, concerts and I love cooking as well. I don't smoke and like to keep my stuff organised.
I've lived in Sydney for two months so far and am looking for another awesome share house to live in as my initial place was only for two months. I am studying to become a Naturopath and love healthy cooking, yoga and exercising. I run my own business, Mother Nature's Alchemist. I also work part time as a medical receptionist at the Mater Hospital in North Sydney. I am clean and tidy, pay bills on time, am a good communicator and I respect a good balance of socialising and alone time in a house. I'm not opposed to parties though!
Hey! I'm 24 and work full-time in media. I enjoy keeping active, exploring markets on the weekends and the occasional Netflix binge. I'm very easy going, tidy and don't mind a wine or two after a long week at work. Hoping to find similar people to live with, who are happy to let me do my own thing, but also down for a drink or Sunday brunch. Please get in contact if you think I could be the right fit for your home! Cheers.
Little bit about myself - I’m a 24 y.o. caffeine-addicted animator / illustrator at a design agency in Surry Hills, doing the standard Monday to Friday. Always enjoy a solid house Netflix binge with cheeky cider, and may or may not have a slight geek streak as well (nothing wrong with a bit of friendly Nintendo). I also enjoy indulging my green thumb here and there in the yard too (bit of a fiend for succulents). I’m very much looking for a sociable house that strikes a nice balance - up for the occasional shindig or house dinner/movie, but also respect everyone having their own quiet time too. If it sounds like we could be a good fit then please don't hesitate to drop me a line. Cheers! -Ben
Hi, I'm looking for a new, long term place to hang my hat. Hopefully in or near the inner-west. In the last 6 years I've only lived in two different sharehouses, so I like to think that speaks alot for how I get along with others. I'm a 29 year old in my 2nd year of a PhD in music psychology research. I have a wage from this job to pay all my bills, don't worry about that. I also work freelance as a guitarist playing soul, blues, jazz, funk, etc. I am super respectful with noise levels and have never had a complaint from a housemate. Most of my practice is done with headphones, which is completely silent, and anything other than that would be gentle, soft acoustic guitar during the day time only. I am a clean guy, and its important to me that the place I live in isn't in shambles. If you live in a messy house, lets stop this right here. I'm not saying anal-retentive clean, but you know, the acceptable level for people in their late twenties and thirties. I'm also looking for a friendly place where we can all hang out in front of the TV or cook some communal meals when everyone's schedules line up. If you have an animal pal at the house, that's a total bonus for me. Both of the sharehouses I've lived in had live-in landlords, and both will give me excellent references. I always paid on time, got on with others, did more than my fair share of house work. My moving date is pretty flexible. I'm a straight male, but I am happy live with anyone regardless of their preferences N.B. I am looking for a house or townhouse. Guys and Ladies messaging me about apartments: thanks, but no thanks :) Also not interested in room share.
