I have just finished my honours thesis at UYSD and currently work at Red Eye Records casually three days a week as well as a weekly trivia host at the Chippo Hotel on Monday nights. I am a relaxed, laid-back guy who enjoys chill hangouts with board games, video games or going out to pub trivia. I am an avid gym-goer and have been really getting into doing more physical activities such as running and hiking. Otherwise, I spend my time playing game or reading. I am also a fan of comedy although I haven't performed in a while. I am respectful of people's spaces and will tidy up after myself as well as keep the room today (I am a fan of chore rosters for structure). I have a cat named Pudda who can be a bit grumpy at first (especially against other cats but dogs he is better with) but is a sweetheart once he gets to know you. I am looking for a nice, chill house that isn't too rowdy and is keen to hang out on weekends (beach days, grabbing food/drinks, hiking etc) or weeknights with board games but also is respectful of each other's spaces and time. I have listed my budget as $250 but am open to extending it upwards if needed.

Hi! I am Ashleigh. I am clean, tidy, and are easy to get along with, I like to have fun so are looking to meet people who like to have a social life and enjoy meeting new people. I also understand the importance of alone chill time so will not intrude on anyones personal space either. I will carry my weight around the living space in terms of cleaning and cooking etc. I have a very broad range of interests and love both exploring outdoors, movie nights in, or going out for a drink and chat. 😄

Hello! I'm Claudia (Italian pronunciation), I'm 27 and I'm from Melbourne. I'm moving up to Sydney for uni in the new year! I've been unemployed for several months due to COVID-19, and I am actually enjoying the break after a string of stressful hospitality jobs. I am spending my spare time cooking, baking, making bread, fermenting, pickling, gardening, reading, op shopping, listening to podcasts, going on long walks and bike rides, embroidering, sewing and trying to raise houseplants. I alternate between watching long, dark films and Rupaul's Drag Race. I'm a vegetarian who eats anchovies and I try to compost and minimise using plastic where I can. I use my vegetable scraps to make stock and my sourdough discard to make pancakes. I prefer to get household staples in bulk or packaging-free to minimise waste. I like growing herbs and the odd tomato or rocket plant. When I'm not salvaging Italian leftovers from my grandparents, I love visiting farmers markets for produce or eating out with friends. I cycle, do pilates and yoga and swim (and therefore tan) semi-regularly. I get almost all my clothes second hand, and most of my books and bric a brac too. On my weird side, I tend to talk to myself, sing to myself, leave teabags in the sink for a bit too long and argue about salvaging food that is probably past it. I'm a very clean and tidy housemate. I've worked in hospitality for 10+ years, therefore I have high cleaning standards. I'm the kind of housemate who sings to herself as she double-sweeps, scrubs the gas burners from black to silver and Jiffs the bathroom walls with vigour. I am a considerate, generous, thoughtful, easygoing and respectful housemate. I love cooking and baking for others, and having guests around! I am looking for a supportive, warm, homely sharehouse. It's important to me to find a living environment that is relaxed and open as I move to a new city and get back into studying. I value companionship from my housemates, and love being spontaneously social. I'm also looking for somewhere that is study-friendly as I go back to uni. I am mindful of other peoples' working from home or studying arrangements, too. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey there! I’m 21 and working full time for a strata managing agency - I’m usually busy on weekends so I will most likely just be home after work throughout the week. I’ve lived in my own apartment with my previous partner for the past 6 months so I’m no stranger to bills, cleaning and living with others. I’m very tidy and respectful of other people’s space but also very friendly and keen for a chat! I’m looking to move into the city since that’s where I spend most of my weekends, and I love being in the midst of all the fun. Since I’m coming from my own apartment I'd prefer to have no furnishings and move my own things in - if you have nowhere to put existing furnishings I can arrange storage for them & return them upon move out. I love heading out to bars on the weekends, shopping at markets and heading to the beach. I’m looking for a minimum 3 months stay but very happy to stay for longer if it’s a good fit!

Work in hospo so very good at keeping things clean and bring home random beers and cocktails. Give great tips on travel destinations, both from studying tourism and doing a lot of it. Have a very chill cat, Atticus. Very chill to the point where he’s sometime not seen by others other than me, but if you’re nice to him he’ll ditch me and go straight to you. Grown up with brothers so used to a messy household. Love to make mates and have fam dinners but often won’t be at home in the evenings because of my bar work. I would say I’m 60% introvert and 40% extrovert. Trying to be as sustainable and zero waste as I can!

I am looking for a private room in an existing share house. I am young professionals and hoping to find a home with likeminded people! I am clean, organised, respectful and social. I would ideally like a clean place with a social and friendly atmosphere. I enjoy surfing, Mexican food and live music. After doing a short stint in Port Macquarie for work, I’m moving back to Syd. I’m a psyc grad that is starting a job in finance in Dec. I’m friendly and chilled. About the house: I would like a room with build ins and a bit of space - budget $300 (preferably less). Because I surf, extra storage (under house/shed) would be ideal. I’m after an unfurnished room. I have a car so accessibility to parking is needed (however on the street is fine). Move in date: Early Jan

I am a young professional beginning a new role in Sydney halfway through February. I'm ideally looking for a room in a share house of similarly minded young professionals somewhere close to transport and not too far from the city. I am working in the legal industry so my hours are generally quite long - you might not see me much after 7 am or before 7 pm during the week! I will not need space to work from home. All I'm really looking for is a share house with down to earth and friendly individuals. I'm a pretty social person but I also appreciate the importance of respecting privacy and other people's boundaries. I take pride in where I live and like to keep my living area tidy and clean. As for me, I enjoy attempting to live a healthy lifestyle and eating well. Unfortunately, I don't have any hobbies that are super interesting - I'm not a juggler or a glassblower or anything like that. I don't mind the odd tipple on weekends.
