So I'm a Full time Plaster and a Part time RAAR (Royal Australian Army Reserve). Ive lived in shared accommodation for 2 years so I know what common courtesy is. My lease is up so I gotta move quick smart. I have have a 2 year old ex racing greyhound that would love to move with me she is well manned loves people and Is 100% Inside trained. But unfortunately Its gonna be hard to find a place to have her, so if need be I will give her up. I'm a Gamer so I will hibernate. Haha I would like to move I WANT NBN HAHA Needs: Room Internet That's about it haha I have a dryer and washing machine. Hell I've got everything that you would have in a house.
I am a very easy going guy, hate everyone equally so I don't offend anyone in particular...;-) I'm 40, work at QUT doing my Mres in applied science, I'm well trained, clean and tidy, and I'm a chef so I can cook pretty Ok. happy to do so most nights depending on due dates of course. Always pay my bills before the due date, makes life easier that way I have two big dogs, but they are house trained, obedient and gorgeous, and can help keep you fit. This does mean I need a good sized & fenced yard. I need someone to either join me in the place I'm currently in or I can join a place to help pay the bills. A longer stay is what I want, I will be an eternal renter, can't help that these days, so if you need someone to help pay the mortgage. I have a full house set up in Wacol, you check my other ad we moved here in January, and its been a great neighbourhood, 15-20 mins from the city by car, 25mins by train to central, a brisk 5 min walk down hill Surrounded by Kangaroos, saw 8 driving down our St tonight (31st-may), seen mobs of 40+ around the corner. Even closer than the train is the Gailes golf course (very nice) and Wolsten Park golf course next to that, the Goodna RSL is 5mins via back roads. its a very safe and friendly neighbourhood, we've only been here 5 months, but it feels safe and homely So, I have a Master bedroom with walk-in robe and a brand new AC, so check out my other as for more details. thanks and I hope to hear from you shortly.
*Very neat and tidy *Into healthy food and exercise *Non-smoker, very-occasional drinker *I don't pirate crap, have a netflix account *Generous, sharing culture (food, friends etc.) *Would prefer to be friends instead of just flatmates *Quiet, will very rarely have visitors (immediate family and closest friends) *Full time study, part time work *Would prefer to share with creative/academic types who can hold a conversation and share their ideas -As opposed to closed-minded, self-absorbed individuals who prefer gossip I have all the furniture and appliances we need but would like to rid myself of as much of it as possible before moving: leather couches, fridge, new washing machine, futon, antique desk and bookcases, microwave, high-speed wifi, cable router (with pay-by-month plan), huge tv, coffee table, the list goes on...
A writing student nearing the end of his poor life choice of getting a writing degree. Extraordinarily quiet for the most part, you could probably go the entire day without seeing me if you check your corners correctly. But that's most likely the result of me trying to be considerate and not cause any fuss. If you need to talk to me about anything, I'm almost definitely going to be happy to do so. I consider myself a kitchen ghost. Meaning, if I do things right, you won't even know I've been there. I like to clean as I go, and anything I leave out will be gone as soon as I'm finished with it. I love my computer like most people love their limbs. I take him everywhere, and he is unfortunately forced to come with me everywhere even though he could almost definitely do better. Looking to move as soon as possible, but the real final day I have is 18th of July before my current lease ends, which is convenient for this site's whole '30 day plan', so if you're in no hurry, I'm not really in a huge one either, although I do like jumping on things sooner rather than later. I'm not sure what else to say here, honestly. Last housemates I've had have had pretty much no bad experiences with me. You can talk to them if you really want. I mean, I won't leave their numbers here in this box, but if you want them you can totally have them. I know I have at least one of them still. I like video games sometimes. Movies are pretty cool, I guess. These are very general mediums that everyone likes, so I don't know why I'm mentioning them. Just gonna stop talking now. You have yourself a super good day. Additional comments regarding the profile picture: I'm a writer, not a photographer.
I'm relatively new to Brisbane. I'm 32, originally from the Philippines and moved to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.
I moved to Brisbane a couple of years ago from Toowoomba, I'm a full time nurse, clean and tidy, non-smoker. I am quite social but enjoy my own space. My lease will be coming up at the end of August and am looking for a housemate to start a share house with. I am quite an active person so ideally looking for someone who might want to come for walks or even just coffee.
Well, Hi! Mostly a single Dad working full time with a 10yr old daughter. My 2 x Retrievers can stay at my parents house if fencing is inadequate. Looking for a fun place to live whilst my daughter is overseas for 1 month. We're 100% sustainable on our our own. Thanks!
Hello, I am looking to move close to the city. I am a student studying nutrition and also work part time. Looking to share with one other person. I am neat, tidy and quiet.
Hey, I'm a uni student currently on my second year studying criminology and criminal justice and I work at a bottle shop part time. I'm really easy going and neat and I'm always happy to help out around the house whenever needed. I'm pretty social and I'm always keen for a drink or a chat. I'm currently in a long term relationship, I'm a big fan of music and I love outdoor ed activities like hiking and camping. Looking forward to finding a cool group of people to share a place with.
Moving out at the end of July/early August. Will be starting full time work in the city shortly. I'm not very rowdy but do enjoy a few beverages on the weekend! Love to cook and am a bit of a clean freak.
Can move in asap and pay 2 weeks rent. (and bond if needed) I am super chill and a wizz at cleaning up after myself. I'm a second year science student at QUT, though I try and spend most of my spare time being creative and making things. I enjoy gardening, gaming, music, sci-fi and the beach. While I like my thinking space as much as anybody I'm always up for a good conversation about the world around us. Looking for somewhere clean and easy going, with public transport close by and preferably built in wardrobes/storage space. Rent ideally between $110 - $160 including bills.
Heyo, moving to Brisbane for full time work at the Enoggera Barracks late june. Not too picky myself, I am somewhat social yet private who enjoys good banter and is highly respectful of peoples privacy. Disciplined, clean and detail orientated. Always down for a chat if you would like to know more. In a De-Facto relationship and my girlfriend is likely to come up to visit from time to time.
I have found a brilliant place in Mitchelton. It is brand new with air con, fantastic kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is also a washing machine and dryer provided. There is a large deck which overlooks a large pool. It also has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets! If you are NRAS approved, there is an inspection on Saturday! The amazing price is only $360! Please contact me urgently if you're interested and qualify! 🤗 I'm easygoing. I manage to get on with all personality types. I love to chat but am respectful of everyone and their space. I also have an adorable Toy Poodle who goes pretty much every where with me he can. He's housetrained and very friendly, affectionate and amazingly placid and great with kids. Please pick me as I am desperately trying to find a place to move asap. I need a housemate who is available to move right away. I am also approved for NRAS properties and ideally would love to find someone who is also approved.
Hi, I am urgently looking for someone to rent a house with. I have a labrador and have all the furnishings of a house as I rent at the moment and due to a job I have to move down to Brisbane. I am laid back, love animals and food haha I am really hoping to find someone like minded and keen to rent a new house with me! I am super excited but I only have about two weeks to get a place, so please send me a message! Thanks! :-)
Hi, Our lovely house at Alderley is being sold so we have 2 months to find a new home. I would love to stay in the same area as we've grown accustomed to the beautiful parks, creeks and walking tracks. About me - I've not long moved from Mackay (October last year) and straight away scored a job at Hastings Deering. In my spare time I'll be hanging with mates, at the markets, yoga, ballet and spending time with my beautiful girl Tori. About Tori - She's 16, she's respectful, if you ignore her she will do the same. She's gotten along great with my current housemates. She's happy with her own company but when I'm home she expects a big play and walks. She takes a while to warm to other dogs as she hasnt had much interaction with other dogs. Who I'm looking for - I'm just after a housemate I can feel comfortable around. I'd love to be able to have my friends over and for them to feel comfortable.
I am a female Singaporean student, tidy and will always clean up after, and considerate towards people I live with (read: no loud noises or messes). I'm generally friendly but also enjoy my own personal time. My studies are pretty intensive so I may not be around that much. If anything crops up, I'm pretty easy-going so am open to discussions. Not a smoker and enjoys a good work out or sports. I don't have pets but I love animals and can live with most i.e. preferably not something like a python or tarantulas(: Am looking for a place preferably near a train station as I need to commute a fair bit! And also looking for a furnished room as I don't come with much furniture.
Why hello there! I am a theatre director/producer and nightfiller by trade. Rather independent and like my personal space, but I'm more than happy to have a few beers and be a wonderful social creature at the drop of a hat. Pretty diverse in interests, so I'm sure we can get along. If you have any questions/queries/concerns, please feel free to ask.
Immaculate professional seeks granny flat or similar. preferably completely separate unit as I value my quiet time, when I am not at work. Excellent references and full time professional worker in the Legal Profession.
I have been living happily with my bestie for the last 3 years, but work is taking her elsewhere unfortunately! I have my beautiful German sheperd Denzel, he is 1 and very well trained. I am with him most of the time so would prefer someone who will love Denzel like I do. He has never dug holes or chewed anything. I work casually at Lorna Jane and do volunteer work on a daily basis. Im quiet and respectful, tidy, clean and love to cook! I am at the gym nearly every day!
Fairly relaxed and easy going. I like to go fishing, camping, kayaking and generally get out but always keen to laze around on the couch otherwise. Need a bit of storage space for camping, fishing gear and a kayak. Also have a boat that I would like to keep off the street, undercover if possible.
