Hey guys, I’m a full time consultant working in Barangaroo and also studying accounting at Macquarie. I’ll be going to classes after I come back from work so you guys probably won’t see me that often. I don’t usually cook as I’ll be getting meal preps (your fridge might be full). On the weekends I’ll be studying, at the gym or occasionally going out for a couple of drinks.
I'm a first year education student at Macquarie University looking for accommodation close-ish to the uni. I play a bit of netball, do a bit of swimming and do a lot of study at the moment. I'm easy-going, neat and tidy, good fun and easy to live with. I have most of my own furniture so looking for mostly un-furnished rooms, maybe with a single bed. I have my own car so good parking is a MUST, and would prefer off-street. I'm probably looking to live with other uni students, or young professionals, as I would like to be able to become proper friends with my flatmates.
I'm a neat and quiet, reliable person to live with. I work full time and I don't smoke. I'm no party animal but I still like to be social. I want to live with people around my age who aren't just looking for a roof over their head but actually want to be friends with their roommates. I would rather not live with just one couple as the third wheel =) I enjoy spending my free time split between relaxing at home and going out. I like to go shopping, to the movies, out for brunch or dinner and to markets. I love travelling and I'm obsessed with dogs (although I do not have a pet). Initially I would only like to rent somewhere for six months, which could be extended to another six months if all goes well. I'm flexible on the move date but I'd want at least a few weeks to organise everything. I would ideally like a room with a built-in wardrobe and possibly a private bathroom/ensuite in a place that is close to public transport and shops.
Hi there, I'm looking for an place to stay for the next 4 months by 15th may. I'm french, i'm working 5 or 6 days a week in a building at Maquarie Park. It will the 3rd times for me to live in a sharehouse so i know everything about live in society ! I love gym, music and cooking. I want to improve my english. If you guys are interested, let me know for an inspection ! Cheers Tony
Hello :) My name is Simon. I have recently completed my bachelor's degree and looking to move out of the university accommodation. I enjoy cooking, reading, and listening to music. I'm respectful of personal space and clean up after myself.
I'm meticulously tidy and hate mess, and I tend to keep to myself, I'm very busy with working as a swimming teacher 5-7 days a week, teacher's aide work one day a week and part time study. I love music, sailing, reading and gaming. I will have my young cat in tow as she is an emotional support animal, but can keep her within my own space.
I am a friendly and happy person to be around. I enjoy meeting new people and a great conversation starter. I am organised and am looking for a warm and friendly place. I like a clean area and I like to read, go out to different places and enjoy nature.
French intern looking for a new family in Australia.
I am a full-time Dance Instructor and I spend most of my time at work. My limited free time is spent with my friends, going out and having fun, so I am rarely at home. I keep a clean and tidy space, I am organised and straight forward. I'm looking for a relatively big bedroom and furnishing is not required.
Hey, my next potential flatmate(s)! Social, tidy, friendly, responsible and discreet, I am a UK-based graduate student who have lived in multicultural flats in Ireland, Czech Republic, Malaysia and the UK. A head of completing my 2nd MSc in International Security at the University of Glasgow, I will be a visiting researcher at Macquarie University for nearly 2 months, to complete a collaborative research project on Military Alliances in the Pacific. I am interested in a 7-week single room or ensuite in a flat share, preferably student-like environment close to uni, or at least transportation, to build new friendships and make memorable stories. I am into night outs on weekends, gym, walks and jogging on weekdays and exploratory travelling whenever possible. Language-wise, I pretend to speak a few languages, most notably English, Arabic, Malay and French. If you have any offer, pitch it. What are you waiting : ) Chao!
Hi, I'm Alex, formerly a software engineer, now I work in recruitment. I grew up in Perth and just moved to Sydney in October. Please note that I'm a devout Christian and only looking to live in a Christian home where everyone is a practising Christian. I'm currently blessed to live in a Christian home in Kensington, but would prefer to live closer to my church in North Ryde. I strive to always speak truth and be responsible. My rent is always going to be paid on time, if I break something I'll let you know about it, and I won't eat your food in the night. I'm an orderly guy and prefer things to be neat and clean. I have plenty of experience sharehousing, I know the drill. My typical weekly schedule: * Work Mon-Fri 8ish to 6ish * Bible study Monday and Wednesday evenings * Saturday morning chores * Church commitments most of Sunday Things I will happily do with you: * Help you out with stuff * Watch Japanese pro wrestling * Study sessions * Go for a walk in the evening * Talk about stuff that you find interesting or important. I don't tell people they can't talk about certain things with me * Be included in a cleaning roster or pitch in for a cleaner * Regular housemate dinner night for bonding I won't be a good fit if: * You're lazy and irresponsible * You're frequently up late making lots of noise (I hit the sack around 10pm most nights, and wake at 6:30am most mornings) * You want someone to hang out with every day. I'll make time to listen about your day and talk through day-to-day challenges, but I will be busy or out most of the time * You want to share cooking duties on weekdays (weekends are a different story). I eat strictly during the week so I can reward myself with delicious carbs on the weekend * You don't want meat cooked in the house * You think it's ok to lie * You have a problem living with a practicing Christian Benefits of living with me: * No stress about not receiving rent money * The house will be as neat and tidy as you want it to be * Can approach me about investing money to make the house nicer (professional cleaner, better internet, nicer furniture, adding artwork, etc.) * I keep emergency funds and can afford to replace your things if I break them * I will help you solve most of your IT issues * No obligation to keep me entertained as I have enough commitments, friends, and interests to keep myself busy
Hi there, My name is Ange, and I’m looking for a half house or some type of shared accomodation where I am able to have a part of the house to myself but share the cost of the overall property. I would need at least a single garage that I’m happy to pay for. **Please note that I’m not looking for a room with an en-suite to rent, I have my own furniture and white goods that I want to use in my area of the house.** I am a very friendly, clean and tidy person who keeps to myself but I am also happy to socialise too! I respect privacy to others, I’m single, I don’t smoke or drink, I’m on a clean diet and will cook my own food always! I work full time plus I have other part time jobs that keep me super busy and I am rarely home. If you like my profile, please reach out and let’s catch up for a coffee! Ange ;))
I'm 46 yr old water engineer. I need a place while I plan care for my elderly parents and disabled sister.
