I will be studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I have a part time job working as a nanny. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a TV and playstation. I have been living out of my parents house in student accommodation for the past few years. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I also love watching tv series like Friends and How I met your mother (I own both of these on boxed sets plus lots of other DVDs!) I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and have dinner/BBQ’s together and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
I've lived in shared accommodation for many years in NZ and Aus as well as army barracks and university dormitories in other countries. I'm tidy, quiet, and considerate of others. I'm originally from S. Korea and have worked in a public sector as a social worker for last decade in NZ and Aus after completing my second degree. I've moved back to Sydney for a different work opportunity. I'm an ambivert; I enjoy medium-level outdoor activities (e.g. trekking, team sports) as well as having downtime at home.
I am a friendly and kind person. I am capable of adjusting with new people and surroundings easily. Generally, punctual, clean and tidy and responsible.
21, female. Been living in shared accommodation for 2 years. Looking for an unfurnished studio bedroom or granny flat for myself. I pay my rent on time and clean up after myself. I'm not loud. I avoid wasting electricity/using the dryer and leaving lights on (I hate wasting electricity).
Hi there, we are financially stable and generally easy to get along with you. Studying at Usyd and working in the city.
My name is John , I am a student at Macquarie looking in the same areas, this is the first time using this site so not sure how details are shared, I am studying Arts with Science Double major., happy for you to touch base this way is fine. I enjoy keeping fit, and I am normally up early for a run or something, I am looking for relaxing home to make study more comfortable, which takes up most of my time. Friendly, clean and respectful with a sense of humour.
Early Childhood Teacher, thinking about moving into a share house and just want to see what is out there. I like to socialise a bit but also like my own space. It'd be nice to hang out with flat mates with a glass of wine at the end of the week. Sorry but the maximum rent I'm looking to pay is $300. I also have all my own furniture and am looking for an unfurnished space. Please message me if your place fills the criteria. I probably won't respond if it is a shared room or over $300 etc.
Recently finished my MBA from Macquarie University and currently employed with Macquarie University. Have been living in Cremorne for the past two years. I'm looking for a place within 10 mins walk to a train station. I am a huge TV show fan, love plants, cooking (I do a fair bit of Indian food), reading and boardgames. Will always be up for a Netflix marathon/pizza and some Catan. Am very clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. Non smoker.
Hi I'm Zac, I've been sharing different places with different people for years now so I'm quite used to the lifestyle. I'm currently studying full-time so that generally keeps me pretty busy day-to-day. I generally keep to myself but am always up for a chat. When I'm not at uni I'll probably be at home reading or wasting time on my laptop. I'm pretty easy going and am more than happy to just have fun and relax.
Hi, I'm Tiffany from Taiwan. I'll be starting my graduate study of speech pathology at Macquarie University in February 2018. For the time being, I'm a secondary teacher and still in Taiwan. I'm looking for a cozy and clean place that isn't too far away from the uni since I want to ride a bicycle to school. I'm a pretty laid-back person who enjoys traveling, movies, novels, and cooking. I also like animals a lot though I won't bring a pet with me, so no worries :P Let me know if you think I might be a great housemate:D Cheers!
I'm friendly, clean, and tidy. I am currently writing a postgraduate thesis so during the day I'll either be holed up at Macquarie or in my room. Though, university isn't my whole life and I do enjoy a wine or three. :) I am looking for a furnished bedroom as I’ve left all my furniture in Brisbane. Would love to share a house with friendly, virbrant individuals who love a chat at the end of the day.
My name is Tariq and I recently graduated from the University of Richmond in the United States where I am from. I will be moving to Sydney during the first week of February in order to pursue my Masters of International Trade and Commerce Law at Macquarie University. I am looking for a room to rent near the University or somewhere close to a bus/train route to the University. I prefer to have a room with my own bathroom but that is not a must as long as the bathroom is kept clean. I like to read, run and listen to music in my spare time when I am not working. Other than that I am a pretty reserved person unless I am with my friends then I will become talkative. If you have a room that is fit for me please do not hesitate to contact me.
I love travelling and meeting people from all over the world. I have lived in 5 countries so far and I am moving to Australia for a research fellowship at MQ University. I am sociable but also attached to my privacy and believe that others are also entitled to theirs. I am primarily clean and tidy and always look after the room/house that I'm in. I am also very respectful of those I live with.
We are a friendly couple. I work with NAB and Katie is photographer and does some work with bunnings. Most of the time we are in the room netflixing. We would cook for a few days and mind our own business. We also love working out. So if youve got any room or granny flat or studio near those areas, please message me.
Working full time at a printing company in North Rocks with a bit of graphic design on the side. Easy going, tidy, respectful of other's space. Love relaxing with a beer after work, watching TV/Movies and occasionally fixing/building things.
Either looking to share a modern 2 bedroom flat with someone or a 3 bedroom and both use the 2nd bedroom as a study/home office. I have until Feb 23 to find another place, but might just find a place and offer the spare bedroom between then. Minimum of 2 bathrooms so we can have one each. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. Happy find a place where I pay higher %age rent for Master Bed + Garage I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere near a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
21 years old Malaysian studying in Macquarie for degree. Currently in Malaysia for holiday, I will be back to Sydney at the end of February so I'm hoping I'm able to find a nice and friendly place to stay nearby there. It will be best if its fully furnished with bills included in rent. I like to watch Korean drama which is why wifi is a must for me hahah and I go for a jog sometimes. I like to keep my things clean and tidy. I'm a lazy person when it comes to cooking, so I always make something easy like pasta, congee or maybe bake once in awhile only. I super adore dogs! <3

Hello, I am an Electrical engineer and I am doing my Masters in Electronics at Macquarie University. I am a fun loving person and friendly in nature. Also, I keep my stuff clean and can be adaptable to a new environment.
Hi future roommate person/s! How weird is it to write about yourself? I'm a 25 year-old male slave working and studying full-time. I’ve just moved up from Melbourne to Sydney to study at USYD. With whatever time I have spare I love to chill with video games, watching anime and having the odd Mario Kart competition to assert my dominance (Fkn shotgun Peach bruh). I also part take in the masochistic activity of learning Japanese 😭. I'm a bit of a dork, love to make people laugh and find the humour in almost anything. The more dark and sarcastic your humour, the more we'll get along swimmingly. I’m pretty flexible with locations, so open to anywhere in the city (though, I’m not keen on moving to Penrith).
