Prepared to spend more for the right space. 35 years young, single, simple respectful gentleman. Easy going and able to get along with people of all ages. I'd love to team up with someone clean and hygienic to rent a place as I am relocating for work. I exercise regularly (trying to get rid of this spare tyre) at the gym, I'm a professional in the property industry and find Krispy Kreme doughnuts ironically liberating. I'd prefer to live with a female mainly for hormone balance. I do try to eat well and am an amazing cook. I respect privacy, can take a joke, occasionally smoke (never inside) and maintain a clean criminal record for security vetting reasons. I have a kind heart and believe in being fair to my fellow humans. Don't do drugs or party hard so prefer that sort of behavior be kept away from our home, am totally up for socialising though. Would be awesome to make a new friend and hang out during mutual down time. I'm reliable and respect privacy so looking for the same. A secure parking space would be ideal. Oh, and I cannot stand when something smells in the fridge, if it's rotting, lets chuck it out shall we?! Best of luck to you all. Cheers :)
I keep pretty busy working 30+ hours a week and studying at mac uni, pretty tidy and considerate, have been living in a sharehouse
Hey future housemates! We're looking for a room anywhere from Parramatta to Gladesville. Basically between/within 30 minutes of WSU Parramatta and Top Ryde City would be ideal. Please be within walking distance of pubic transport. Drew is a full time professional and Kim is a full time student working part time. We are both in our very late twenties (haha). We have a cat who is friendly and wouldn't mind some human or furry friends to talk to. She is offering to pay a little more rent if you would allow her to stay :) P.s we need the room unfurnished as we have our own furniture and access to (street) parking for our car.
Hi! I am a professional educator, with a PhD from UTS, and B(Ed) from USyd. On occasion, I undertake short-term contract work and like to stay as close to my workplace as possible, in order to focus on the new role. While I work hard during these roles, I always ensure I stay balanced with a host of other interests and hobbies. For example, I'm currently in the final stages of writing a full theatrical production and am getting into trail mountain bike riding. I am naturally very tidy and sensitive to the needs of others. I'm also very flexible and can adapt to a range of living environments. Age isn't an issue for me, as I have good friends who are of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. Please let me know if you think I may be suitable for your place. I'm happy to provide more details on request. Thanks!
I have a very good but somewhat bent english sense of humour, I'm very young at heart and am really easy going and easy to get along with. I am very clean and tidy - I even put the garbage out without being asked ;o) I fancy myself as a bit of a handyman and love to fix things, even if they're not broken :o) I am a non-drinker except for on the rare social occasion. My interests include spending time with my two sons who I am very close to, going to karaoke and having the occasional game of pool. I really enjoy going out to a good restaurant, Italian, Chinese, especially Indian. I enjoy watching sport and can even stay awake watching cricket! I am very responsible financially and always ensure that my bills are paid by the due date.
I cook I like a clean house especially the kitchen, though not a clean freak. I am also happy to do garden chores (even a vege' patch) I work as a Sydney Harbour Tallships "Pirate actor" (yes I have been doing a pirate show for the last three years) Also as a tour guide and other side work. I love the smell of Real Coffee anytime of the day ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education.

I'm pretty quiet and calm, and I like to keep my space clean and tidy. I enjoy making music as a hobby (usually with headphones on) and evenings usually involve pyjamas and Netflix, maybe the odd video game. Hi! I am a student in my final year of study at Western Sydney University. Looking to team up with someone to get our own place. before uni resumes on 20 Feb. Preferably a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with parking which is fairly new in Wentworth point/ Sydney Olympic park / Ermington area. Moving out of home as my parents are moving interstate. I am a clean and tidy person, friendly and easy to get along with. If you're keen to team up and find a place, I'd love to hear from you :)
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.

Will venture out on weekends to do fun things weather permitting. Currently living in West Pennant Hills with my sister and brother in-law, but now have to move out as they are downsizing and there new house is smaller. Matt.
I am an older (40+) quiet reliable and clean flatmate. I generally like to keep to myself but can socialise as well. Sometimes I am at home during the day and back at work in the late afternoon and evening. I am happy to share cleaning chores. I like to keep fit by playing squash and swimming.

Hi! We're a newly wed couple, both engineering/IT professionals in their late 20s from the Philippines. We're easy going, friendly, and totally respect the privacy of others. We're looking for a tidy room with heating and air conditioning. Preferred to have our own bathroom/ensuite but it's not a deal breaker. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.

I keep to myself a lot, but am not a complete introvert. I am not one to party or bring people home, and stay up late. I am a student at Meadowbank TAFE, studying Hairdressing (Salon assistant) I have lived in the Ryde area before (I have Taekwondo in West Ryde), and want to live closer to both TAFE and Taekwondo. I work full time for Miele, based out at Rosehill, and travel a bit for work at times as well. Play Ice Hockey, Soccer and other sports. Pretty relaxed guy, done a bit of travelling in my time as well!
Ok so I'm getting ahead of myself here and putting my ad on two months ahead of when I want to move. I just want to put some feelers out and get an idea of what I want and hopefully get something figured out. I'm intending to start uni for mid-year intake so from July I'll be a full time student but also hoping to have a part time job. I'm not much of a party chick, although I do enjoy a good cider or three every so often. I like to think I'm fairly healthy, I enjoy working out so it'd be nice to be around like-minded people as it's always a good motivator. I am alright at cooking and can always chuck something together- but not desserts I'd rather buy them! I'm a qualified makeup artist and beauty therapist so I'm handy to have around to make you look good! At the same time my favourite outfit is my pj's. Pretty chilled out and enjoy life.
Hi! I'm a fully qualified structural engineer working out of an office in Silverwater. I work 8-6. I've been out of uni for two years now. I've been living out of home, West Pennant Hills for the last six months temporarily with a friend in Carlingford but they now have to move on. Have also lived overseas on exchange in Denmark. I'm a pretty social person in the fact I'm happy to have a chat with someone I've never met and try new things, I won't be hiding away in my room the whole time. I'm pretty active with my soccer, playing three times a week and coaching as well. I also like to cook, play golf, gym and some solid Netflix sessions.
Hey! I'm a uni student studying English, modern history and education and I'm looking for great people and a new place to call home. I love movies, good food, games nights and housemate adventures. I am an IT Professional, Very easy going and not bugging at all kind of person. My wife is a pharmacist and we both are Australian Residents. I offer consultancies so I am working part time and sometimes only travelling in Australia. I love playing and watching cricket. Also like playing badminton and squash. I like to watch TV Shows and Movies. I mostly travel casually and dress formal only for occasion but I do not backpack. I am friendly but I try to be in limits and respect other people's limits as well. Life is all about trying to be happy and putting smiles on other people's faces. Looking for a good place for a couple. We will be requiring daily use of the kitchen with facilities and access to bathroom as well. If bathroom is independent along with bedroom than it would be a great plus. Internet facility is also required but we will not be requiring any laptop/computer as we have our own with us. We have stayed with different Aussies previously and had wonderful times so looking forward to that again. * *I might be travelling because of New year holidays between 1st January 2017 and 29th January 2017 so mobile contact may not be possible but you can always drop me an sms or e-message and I will reach back.

I am a 27 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture but not much else. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy. When I'm home, I'm sociable and chilled. I verge on the OCD side of cleanliness for my own spaces, but can be more tolerant when it comes to shared spaces if needed. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I am able to move in straight away, but not in any rush either. Hope to hear from you!
I am a friendly person but will not intrude in anyone's space. Like to have a few beers on the weekends, would love to spend time with people i am living with. I am not a smoker.
