Hi, I’m Naomi! I’ll be studying first year Psychology (Hons) at Macquarie and working part time at The NRMA. My passions are art, interior design, cooking, psychology (surprise), animals, music and sightseeing. I am very tidy and enjoy a bit of cleaning, too. Being around positive people is important to me and I’m excited to meet my new housemates sometime soon. I’m looking to move out between now and Term 1 break (April) ☺️ Please let me know if you would like to meet up to discuss options further!
Clean, tidy and quiet. Super chill and easy to get along with. I am a registered nurse, but I don't do night shifts. I love pets and animals, and enjoy to cook. I attended church weekly and like to keep healthy and active. I'm looking for a small studio, granny flat, or for a house share with one other female.
Hello protentional new flatmate! My name is Herbert an I'm looking for a nice studentflat for my spring semester 2019 at the Western Sydney University. I am from Germany at looking for a great time in Australia. Besides studying Engineering (making my postgraduate now), I like playing the drums (I won't bring some with me :D ), playing tennis and going out with friends for dinner or party. In general, I am a very active person and like to talk about great story from the past or future plans. I hope I'll see a lot from the city, the landscapes and the culture besides my stay of 6 months. Of course, I'm used to take care of my own stuff and keep my environment clean. For me that's normally not a big deal, but if so, I always have an open ear for problems and a working brain to solve them. I hope you consider me as a flatmate, see you soon!
hi, I’m looking to find people I can move into a place with. Preferably around Ryde or near abouts there. I work during the week and have weekends off. People who are easy going , laid back and don’t have any strict house rules. I’m a very tidy and organised person who enjoys their own space but is up for a chat.
I am currently looking for a place to stay more with individuals; I’d like to say I’m quite talkative and up for conversation but also respect people’s privacy and down time and expect the same in return. Not so much of a party animal, non smoker.

Hi there. I am an Indian doctor. I will be pursuing my masters in western sydney university, Paramatta Campus. I would like to move in at the beginning of February 2019 to start my semester. I am an adjusting, fairly neat and tidy person. I am sociable although I respect everybody's personal space. A big movie buff and love watching Netflix. Looking forward to staying with someone who is like minded.
24 yo male working full time, have lived with people before, looking for a couple of people to team up with and start a new share house, or a room in an established house with some nice housemates. Can cook - but only with frozen food and a microwave. Also have a decent amount of kitchen stuff that capable cooks might actually use. Capable of basic home maintenance and repair. I keep my mess to myself and common areas tidy. Generally happy to keep in my own company but comfortable being social with people too.
I am a PhD candidate of geography at the university while working as a researcher and lecturer. Unfortunately I did not arrive in Australia by birth but I've been here for nearly a decade. Formally did sub-letting and Airbnb few years ago so I am a respectful tenant as well as observant to house rule. At this stage, I am quite busying with my teaching and research. I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 3 months. Longer term preferable if we get along well. I am a healthy eater, non-smoker, social drinker, theatre buff, never used drug in my life, open-minded but with my own principles.
I'm currently looking for a double/queen private room in the Ryde area that is big enough for a bed and desk (preferably furnished) but you probably won't see too much of me. Most likely it would be a short term stay (2 to 6 months) however I would give plenty of notice of my intentions. My fiancee and I have been living in West Ryde for the last 2 years and we recently moved to Newcastle. For now I'm still at my same job working as a Business Analyst in Bella Vista and so I do the long commute during the week. Right now I usually drive down from Newcastle early on a Monday morning, stay 3 nights a week in Sydney and drive back home to Newcastle on a Thursday evening. I then work from home on a Friday so I probably won't be around that much. It would be rare for me to be staying on the weekends but I would just like somewhere to base myself in Sydney and I want to set up a computer to undertake some studies in the evening. On the odd occasion my Fiancee might stay a night or two as well. She works from home but she has a few clients in Sydney and it's easier just to stay with me when she has early/late meetings. We're both 30year old professionals, own our home in Newcastle and we own an investment property and understand the importance of respectful and clean tenants. We're very down to earth, respect privacy but also happy to have a chat and be social. We're really into travel and we've recently come back from finishing the Camino de Santiago in Spain. Hoping to find something in the Ryda area and close to a train station if possible. I'm hoping to keep my membership going at F45 West Ryde/Macquarie Park.
29 Years Old, corporate female in senior level management, working full time. Would be out of the house from 8am-7pm and I work out in the evenings. Very easy going, open minded, I am a foodie and enjoy a glass of wine. I am a social person but am also mindful of keeping space. I also come with a very cute furbaby 3 yr old shih tzu / maltese, fully toilet & house trained. I have lived on my own for a while, my place is well kept, everything has its place and put away. Unfortunately as my mum became ill, I moved home to care for her but she has since recovered now and my sister and her son have also moved in so its just a bit too crowded for me! Lol so off I go again :) I do like peace and quiet in my downtime but I also love my music and being at the beach. Would like to live with someone that I can become mates with but not have to live in each others back pockets, would be nice to share a meal and a glass of wine or tea occasionally - I come with a huge T2 selection and tea solves everything! Haha I travel often so I will be in the Maldives and Bali from mid Dec to mid Jan. So looking at moving towards end of Jan. Thanks for reading my bio! Hope to become flatmates with an awesome person / bunch x
I'm an easy going, adaptable, free spirited young 27 year old and I am from the north end of Sydney originally, looking for some well needed scenery change. I like and actually know how to cook, and I also enjoy doing household duties whilst I'm not at work. I am looking for any private room, shared bathrooms and all the little things are negotiable, I just need a safer place to sleep than than outside in the weather. Thank you for considering me as an applicable candidate, Kind regards, Jed.
Hi All, I am a cruise ship dancer between contracts looking for somewhere to stay for Feburary as I return to the ship in March. I am low maintainance and easy to get along with. I will be working full time for a media company in Macquarie Park, Currently in Canberra and will be relocating up for work which starts on the 14th of Jan. I’m a clean, tidy, easy going guy and tend to keep to myself. I like getting out on weekends and have friends in Sydney I’ll be spending time with as well. Also like going for walks and exploring new places. But more than happy to have chat or have a drink and watch a show at home too. Looking for a nice room in share house with great people!

I am originally from the US but have been in Sydney for work for the past year. I currently call Manly home but am looking for a place closer to work to lessen the commute. When I am not working I am usually out playing golf or rock climbing. I tend to be away from the house most of the time but am happy to have a chat or the occasional dinner.

Hi, I am a 30 year old IT professional working full time in North Sydney. Looking for a nice & clean place with reasonable public transport options to North Sydney. I do have a car so parking will be required. I am mostly busy with work. If possible, would prefer to have not more than 1 other flat mate. Thanks Saad
Hey! I'm working at The Star right now as a table games dealer, but would love to soon get into the creative entertainment business (ideally 3D animation right now). This means that generally when I'm at home I'll be making animations or other types of creative content. So a private and quiet space where I can get good recordings and concentrate would be preferable. But besides that I'll be playing games and chatting to friends online. I know that finding a private quiet space with flatmates may be unreasonable, but thought I'd take a look anyway. Hopefully I can be your ideal flatmate and any other questions I'd be glad to answer. Thanks, Shaun
Hey I'm Jacky Full time employed looking for someone +12 months around Parramatta. Easy going and tidy , love trivia and on my motorbike most weekends and would love to cook together Looking to start a new lease with you , probably 2 bedroom unit with aircon, i've got heaps of appliances and furniture and been out of home for a few years now Thanks for reading Hear from you soon !
Hi there, I'm Bart, a digital marketing professional working between Brisbane and Sydney until late February (I'll still be working after that, just almost exclusively from Sydney). I'm looking at moving to Sydney for postgraduate studies at Macquarie Uni where I have just been offered a place. My work is part remote and I often have to fly between the two states. I am generally too busy with work or studying to be interested in social houses. At 34, I am NOT after a share house for 'fun'. I just need a place to sleep, keep my stuff and make my meals. I am very quiet, private and super tidy, things will work out best if you are the same way. Non-smoker, non-drinker. If you prefer headphones to speakers, clean kitchen and a spotless bathroom, are respectful of other's privacy etc I could be a good match for you, because that is exactly what I am like. I prefer to keep to myself and my work, things will work out best if you are a either a white collar professional or another postgrad student serious about their academic career, and have a room to spare to help pick-up the cost of studying. If you love playing your 'chunes' on a big set of speakers, play Modern Warfare on your 7.1 surround, practice guitar / drums or make me listen to your music because "It's The Beatles, man, they're a classic" (look, I know they are, I still don't care, I don't care if it's Bach himself playing harpsichord in the living room, I don't want to hear it in my bedroom), have a habit of leaving piles of dishes in the sink and love having food scraps all over your kitchen floor. Have constant stream of people or your exes kids through the place all the time. Or if my food starts to disappear from the fridge. If any of that sounds anally retentive to you then I'm probably not a good match for you. I'd like to move in on the 23rd of February (could be late January or early February if you are pressed for help with paying rent though) and stay for 6 - 12 months. I am keen to fly down from BNE late January to meet the prospective flatmates (I'm stuck here for work until the 21st), if everything seems right paying the bond at moving in asap is also an option. I am looking for places in the broad vicinity of Mac Uni. Thanks for reading. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Easy going, open to 97.5% of things in this world, clean, outdoor activities and indoor Netflix-es, never let paying rent. Part time language teacher, will go for an audiology degree from 2019
