Hey! 23, Full-time bartender, Part-time student, actively looking for places and also people to room with, ideally one person but will room with 2. Looking for a modern decor place that's pet friendly as I have a 1-yr old kitten who is super playful and affectionate. I'm very active and go to the gym frequently, very sporty, easy to get along with and is willing to cook and share meals whenever. Don't smoke Enjoy the occasional drink and a night out but can also love staying in and chilling out. Usually work weekends but can work day or night shifts. Let me know if you're interested in looking for places or have an offer for me Kindly appreciated. Cheers.
I am a Civil Engineer, aiming for a Master's degree in Sydney. Working part-time and studying, but very neat. I like running, and eventually I go to the beach. I don't mind sharing bathrooms and groceries, and I am a very social person, still I know when to stay quiet in my room watching my series. Hoping to find some good flatmates to share a good experience with. Looking for something long-term, but it could be as short as 3 months, or up to one year (more than that is too much to commit with random people, but who knows...). Arriving in Sydney at the 8th of February, and looking for a place to stay, hopefully by the 13th I'll be set.
Im a 26 year old from Far North Queensland who has been living in Sydney for the last 8 years. I am ideally looking for an apartment with 1-3 other people who are friendly and sociable like myself. Im not looking for a 24 hour party house but im also not looking for a convent either - people who are up for a couple of drinks and a meal at the pub or the occasional weekend exploring is what im looking for. I work full time at a professional role in Rydalmere and am generally leaving the house by 7:00am and getting back at 4:30/5:00pm Monday to Friday. When im not working im generally cooking, travelling, scuba diving, going on eating and/or drinking adventures, playing computer games, going to the gym (buddies welcome) or some combination of all of the above.
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv
Hi! I am a student in my final year of study at Western Sydney University. Looking to team up with someone to get our own place. before uni resumes on 20 Feb. Hi, my name's Kayla, I'm a 23 y/o born and bred Sydney sider. I work a full time in Property Consulting Firm as an Operations Coordinator Monday - Friday, and I'm looking at finding a room in the eastern suburbs, that's close to public transport to the CBD. I love to keep active during the week, but i do love my Netflix when needed. I’m pretty laid back – Spend most of my weekends out and about . Loves a good chat and some dinners together, but does also respect down time and privacy! I am very organised, tidy, laid back and do like to have a laugh here and there. Looking for room that is around $200-$240 inc bills. Looking to move out end of January 2017 Looking forward to hearing from you!
I get along with all sorts of people. I'm relaxed and realise there are really no big deals in life. My work is IT, but I'm also active in sport in my free time. I have 3 gorgeous kids, but they are building their own succesful lives, I often visit them...I love kids! Importantly I'm exceptionally tidy and love a neat home, but without being the tidy 'policeman' ;) I'm certain you know what I mean. I'm a quiet person by nature, and am comfortable on my own, but that doesn't mean I don't like to see others have fun - and maybe, you might want me to join the party. Living with someone is just so easy, and so relaxed if people talk, compromise, and...chill. ;)
I work in the disability field. I work full time. I go fishing occassionally. I like music but not loud , I enjoy play station, some television and internet.I don't smoke, drink very occassionally, don't do drugs. I don't have a lady friend at the moment. I also like to go on bush walks.
Hi, I'm Yave. Hard to pronounce? replace D with Y in Dave and u'll make it. After I was given Subclass 476 visa (Skilled qualified graduate visa) around 4 months ago, made it to this lovely country as fast as possible and now I'm happy. 4 months of both happy and sad days and having some experience in a country in which I knew no one then when I moved has been amazing. This country helped me feel ALIVE again. I'm a 32 yo Environmental Engineer and specialized in Air Quality Engineering in the best university in my country: University of Tehran A few words might describe me more easily (as a flatmate): Experience: 8 years experience living in shared accommodations of different types Personal Characteristics: caring, tidy, clean, sometimes talkative n sometimes quiet (depends to others), Job: 1) installing automated irrigation systems 2) Kitchen hand 3) semi-pro Poker player Appearance: black hair, black eyes, 5' 5'', slim Hobbies: Hanging around, watching films, listening to music. I might start surfing or Kayaking as well. I wanna: find flatmates who feel happy and comfortable with each other. I don't wanna: waste time finding another place only cuz my mates can't understand and respect each other enough. Things I cannot tolerate: - Know-it-all / sarcastic / illogical / sexist / racist / impolite people - any messy shared area specially the kitchen - dirty bathtub and toilet - people who either DO NOT TALK or TALK RUDELY when they have any problem with something related to me
Hi my name is Briony and I'm moving to Sydney from Brisbane at the end of January. A little about me I'm 23 years old and I'm starting a full-time graduate position in Buying. Outside of work I love to catch up with friends, exercise, shop and eat great food. I'm tidy, can cook (the basics) and if you ever need to share a wine with someone I'm your girl! Looking to share an apartment with one or two female (preferably but not necessary) or happy to move into an existing household with some cool people.
I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
I am an older (40+) quiet reliable and clean flatmate. I generally like to keep to myself but can socialise as well. Sometimes I am at home during the day and back at work in the late afternoon and evening. I am happy to share cleaning chores. I like to keep fit by playing squash and swimming.

I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite and balcony. I am a full time working professional with a strong background in the entertainment industry. I am low key and easy to live with. I enjoy a house mate dinner, drinks or DVD every now and then but i generally like to entertain myself. I have a small, friendly cat who mostly just sleeps in my room and waits for me to get home. Kitty litter tray will stay in my bathroom. I am quite house proud and like to keep a clean home. I am not a big cooker so I wont use the kitchen much at all. I prefer honest and open communication amongst house mates. Better to address any problems head on instead of letting things boil over. I'm a glass half full kinda gal...I like to keep positive and enjoy life.
I am fairly a quiet person and don't party at all and like to live in a peaceful and quiet place for studying as well as having a rest. I'm not fussed with anything as long as the place is clean, no smoking, having my own privacy.
I'm a very clean, tidy, organized and quiet guy. I have a full-time job and would spend most of the rest of my time roaming around and discovering places. I'm interested in travel, photography, and fitness activities such as running, walking, crossfit, and yoga. I try to live a healthy life as much as possible. Professionally, I'm in the IT domain working in the software development industry as a Technical Architect. I'm looking for a place around Macquarie Park, or with easy access to Macquarie park. I care mostly about having my own room, bathroom, internet connection, and overall quiet and clean environment.

We are a laidback young couple. We're at work a fair bit, and when we're at home we like to play board games or just veg out with some Netflix. One of us is still studying, but I usually do my study at a library so I won't be at home shushing everyone :) We have lots of books and a small collection of board games you can borrow! We don't operate on weird hours (however we occasionally have early morning work starts during a particular season). We are saving up to take a little holiday so we don't go out as much atm, but usually we like to go to the movies, go out to eat, go to comedy shows or even go on a long drive/day trips. We are not "model home" tidy, but we do love to keep our home clean (sweeping/vaccuming, mopping etc.). We mostly keep any clutter contained to our room though (this usually happens during exams! D:). Free to a good home!
I am looking for the studio, granny flat or 1 bedroom accomodation for a couple. We are both students and very quiet and tidy. If I can find the right place, I would like to stay at least more than 3 months. Prefer the furnished room and include bills. (Electricity and internet)
Hi! We're a newly wed couple, both engineering/IT professionals in their late 20s from the Philippines. We're easy going, friendly, and totally respect the privacy of others. We're looking for a tidy room with heating and air conditioning. Preferred to have our own bathroom/ensuite but it's not a deal breaker. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.
I'm a very easy going and an open minded person. I'm always there to help with what I can. Clean and tidy. Friendly and a comfortable person to be around. I am half Ethiopian and half Australia. Enjoys watching movies/tv and having a chat. I mostly work nights shift during the weekends and study during the week days.
Working in regulatory affairs in Epping. Looking for a houseshare without many rules or restrictions with relaxed cool people
Hi we're four girls looking for a house/flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a year. We are students here, doing our post graduation. We keep the place clean and are accommodative. The accomodation should preferably be near the train station ( max walk of 12 mins ). Please message if you have a suitable furnished place with bills included in the rent. Thank you :)
I am a 26 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy, who's clean and tidy. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture. When I'm home, I'm sociable and very relaxed. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am away in Wellington until about early to mid February, and will be looking to move in then. Hope to hear from you!
Am clean and tidy, can keep to myself or be sociable. Try to keep busy so am not home till 10pm most nights of the week and therefore you will most likely have the kitchen / cupboards all to yourself. Non-smoker, only drink sociably and not a lot. Currently renting 2 bdr old apartment by myself in Meadowbank and am looking to upgrade to a newer style apartment. Am therefore not fussed about moving date and can supply furniture if required.
Jonty works as a bartender, Meg works in retail and studies at Macquarie Uni. We are looking for a share house/apartment that has easy access to public transport. Meg has an interest in screen production and enjoys watching films, divulging in new foods whether it be cooking of eating out, taking part in outdoor activity and is first up for a dance or karaoke sesh (at home or otherwise)! Jonty also shares an interest in food, spends time gaming, listening to music and playing guitar. He continuously looks for good burger joints and craft beer (without the attitude). Both enjoy having friends over for the occasional BBQ, going out or just a night of Netflix. All in all, we are down to earth very sociable, outgoing people capable of keeping both personal and mutual living spaces tidy and respecting the need for privacy.
I'm an easy going, clean and quiet guy with a steady income (work + scholarship). Currently I'm studying a PhD at Macquarie University and am looking to move in closer for the final year of my degree (currently living way out West!). Work aside I really enjoy just chilling right out by myself or with mates =)

Looking for a room or granny flat that is a convenient distance to a train station. I have a car but sometimes require the train for work, so a car space or free street parking is needed. Air con is also a must....it is the main reason I need to move out of my current share house after 18 months as I cannot stand this summer heat at night! Long term is ideal but will consider short term spaces if the place has what I require to be comfortable.
Hi there! We are both responsible, friendly and tidy individuals who are looking for a room large enough to fit a double bed, desk and a wardrobe (built ins and an ensuite are major bonuses!). We are both very easy going and we can be roommates who keep to themselves or roommates to have dinner with! However, we will always be respectful and reliable. We also are both vegetarian but it wouldn't bother us in the slightest if you're not! We would be looking to move early to mid February, but are flexible with the dates! Our ideal place: -close to public transport (walking distance) and shops -laundry -not more than $160 per person per week -bills and internet included (that would be super ideal!) If you need us to bring any furniture, pots and pans or other items to your household just let us know, we'd be happy to help! Relocating from Perth to Sydney for work. Easy going lad. I will be spending weekdays working in North Ryde starting a new job. I'm pretty social and have lots of interests. Weekends I'm usually out and about/partying. Weeknights I keep it pretty tame and spend a lot of time on Netflix/Gaming. Very clean and respectful of house mates privacy. I don't know a lot of people in Sydney so if there is some social house mates willing to show me around the city that would be a bonus. I'm a home owner myself and handy with maintenance etc. Currently living in a Perth sharehouse with 3 under 24's and have lived in many share houses in the past. Flying to Sydney on the 1st Feb and looking for accommodation as close to this date as possible. I'm a car guy and usually have 2 cars so need somewhere that can accommodate that. Chow. this is the bump line with useless information used to bump me to the top of searches :)
