Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my 5th and final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house from 2017-onwards). Over the past 3 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I will be turning 23 in March 2017, which means I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for landlords. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv
Heyya! I'm looking for a place around West Ryde in Sydney as I am going to be working over the summer there for an internship! I'm a relaxed, talkative guy who cleans up after himself. I like to clean as procrastination, so don't worry about me leaving a mess. :D I'm looking to live with a relaxed person who can say hi and have a chat when we see each other, but you don't need to be super sociable or anything. I offer a Netflix account, a Playstation and a good chat to sweeten the deal too! If you are looking for someone who is sociable and friendly to live in your spare room over this Summer period (Late Nov to Mid Feb) then please hit me up and we can have a beer over a Skype chat. I'm originally from Melbourne but live in Canberra for uni right now, so that's the best I can do :P Looking forward to meeting you

I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and who needs to relocate from Brisbane to Sydney by Oct 2 due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence (TESOL, TEFL, TESL), and am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Would initially prefer the room to be furnished and would pay a little extra. Maximum of $250, including or excluding any outgoings. Due to the office relocating from Meadowbank to Rydalmere in Nov, I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs but am flexible with this. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. My intention is to drive down the week of 26 Sept to settle in by the weekend of 1st / 2nd Oct. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in a nice café on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities.

Hi, I'm Victoria! I'm 24 years old and a full-time professional. After living at home again for over a year now, I've decided it's time to leave the nest permanently. I'm clean, tidy, social and respectful of others' space :) All I'm looking for in a housemate is someone who is employed, cleans up after themselves and pays rent and bills on time with no fuss. Would preferably like to team up with one or two housemates and sign a lease together as opposed to moving into an established home :)
