Josh 23 My current lease is ending in January, so looking to stay in a nice place at a good price with great people. Looking to rent with people close to my age. I'm flexible with length of stay. It'll be my first year out of uni commencing full time work as a radiographer, I'm also going to work a few extra hours as a pool lifeguard to earn some extra $$, I quite often go swimming and/or the gym, so ill be out of the house most of the day. I have previously rented with other people for over two years now. I'm respectful, fair, polite and considerate housemate. Im clean and tidy but not one of those people on your back if your not tidy. I'm relaxed, calm and easy to communicate with. I have a car so parking on the street or at the property would be great. Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Josh
Will and I are pretty easy going people, we like to have a fun time and a drink or two but we also can appreciate a quiet night in with a movie and a couple of friends. We are currently living in Wonthaggi, South Gippsland but are looking to relocate as I will be studying Wildlife and Conservation Biology at LaTrobe Bundoora come March and Will will be study with ACAP. I love love love to cook vegetarian/vegans meals (I am a transitioning vegan) and usually make way too much for the both of us, so if you like to share food then we are your people! Will loves his gardening and has developed a bit of a hobby with alcohol infusions. We both have no qualms with pets or smoking, essentially we will respect you if you respect us. Looking forward to hearing from any potential flatmates!
I pay my rent & bills. I cook, clean, and understand boundaries. I think, have some empathy, and fix things. I have renovated a house. I am good with tech. I have travelled far, and done many things. I have just finished a Masters Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I am fine with Rainbow people, but aren't one. . I am looking for a better place to live with my 13 year old daughter. She is a bilingual, 'A' student. This year she did circus, hockey, debating, singing, long distance running, and spent a month in Germany. She is Ace. I have her half the time, and is the reason this is so hard. . I need an appropriate place for her to live. I want a fellow parent, or maybe an Empty-nester, somewhere in the Inner-ish North. . Last time, we moved in with a man in his 60's. I slowly cleaned & fixed his big house, which has been great to live in. 3 years later, it is time for us to move on. I adore cats, and maybe a dog would be OK. I have a working station-wagon. I am used to living with difficult people. Someone easy to live with would be wonderful.
My name is Dino, I am a 31-year-old male Australian Citizen who works full-time in Fawkner, Victoria, Australia. I'm originally from Adelaide but have successfully worked and lived in Melbourne since 2015. I am always clean, tidy, professional, responsible, good listener, excellent rent and bill payer who pays on time, friendly, polite, happy-go-lucky and easy going. Always cool, calm and collected, anger is never part of my vocabulary and seeking a flatmate/s who has the same temperament. Knows how to adapt to the person next to me (ie when to be quiet and serious and when to have fun and be social). My closest friends tell me I'm successful, enthusiastic, generous person who makes them laugh. In my spare down time I love to swim, study, read books, play guitar, play basketball, gym, keep myself fit, and go out with best friends some weeknights and weekends. More than happy to meet in Fawkner on either: my lunch break, immediately after work or weekends. I'm the best flatmate you will ever have! :)
We are an easy going Brazilian couple that are working and studing in Australia for two months now. Currently we are living in a shared house in Balwyn North area but need to move to get closer to our work place. Don't have pets but would love help with a dog or cat if you have it. We enjoying talking and meeting new people, but most of time we will be working or studing inside the room, also we like cooking simple meals during week rather than buying food. Love going to parks and outside activities when have free time.
G'day everybody! My name is Kathleen and I'm a Hufflepuff. I'm 22 and I work full time in the western suburbs in admin. I pretty much live and breathe Harry Potter, Netflix and PlayStation. I am quiet and clean, mostly because I'm hardly home due to work. I'm looking for somewhere I can relax and put my feet up at the end of the day, preferably in the Northern Suburbs like Glenroy, Oak Park, Pascoe Vale, Essendon, Tullamarine or Greenvale. I'm looking to move in the new year, so I can start the year closer to work. If I sound like a fit for you, message me and we can talk! Cheers, Kathleen.
Easy going and don't mind the odd house party, BBQ or music festival ;) Just want to find some equally laid back individuals who might like the company of another housemate and her dogs.
Pros; I like to keep to myself, I work a lot and am house trained. I can also be quite personable when required, enjoy a good chat and a nice meal. Pretty open minded and tolerant. Good at cooking, though seldom have time to do it. I like to read. Cons; not really a morning person, can become grumpy if I haven't eaten or am grossly under-slept, extremely ticklish, very light sleeper who wakes easily (unless it's my alarm to go to work). As I am moving out of my apartment I have lot of house hold items. On the chance that you need to replace anything I may have what you need. I work a lot so will be out a fair bit. Rarely have mates over. I am good for a chat but due to my routine am not in a very social phase of my life. Going overseas in mid 2018. Would love to brush up on my Spanish and Portuguese so if you happen to speak either of those two languages I would be delighted to hear from you. Until we speak. Ciao.
I'm 18 currently studying and working part-time as a barista / bartender. I'm a young bubbly personality and am overall a very reliable clean person. I do smoke but I'm happy to smoke outside or somewhere other than on your premises. I do have one pet that I love very much and I'm hoping on becoming a vet in the future. I'm a very artistic person I love art and also am self employed getting paid for makeup application. I am a very friendly approachable person and always enjoy some down time watching movies or having a drink and a chat (Also obsessed with coffee)

Netflix, and good conversation, but I respect every ones privacy, looking for a place to call home, I love animals, but don't have any, as I said really easy going so contact me if it sounds like it could be a good fit- Vic
I make the world's best meatballs. Always up for a glass of wine or a netflix sesh on the couch. I enjoy weekly trivia at the pub, cooking for friends, and exploring Melbourne on my days off. The boring stuff- Im 29, a non smoker, American, work full time on nightshift. I'm reliable, tidy, and friendly!
I am clean and tidy individual travelling to Melbourne on 7th of December 2017 on a temporary skilled graduate subclass 476 visa valid for 18 months. I am a non-smoker and a friendly person. I will be looking for a professional job as a Civil/Structural Engineer, so I may stay longer if the job location is close-by. I love having a coffee talks with just anyone.
I am clean, tidy and very respectful. I am a social person who loves cooking and physical activity, very well rounded, knowledgable and very easy going. I have a large respect for personal space, and consider myself very easy to live with :)
Hi, we are both overseas doctors, doing our qualifying exams here so we'll be ready to start working in the healthcare system soon, hopefully! We are both obsessively clean, friendly and respectful. Both non-smokers and nor drinkers. We like having good socialising time, share a meal and hanging out a bit, but most of the time we'll be studying and attending training courses full time. I play soccer on a weekly basis. Zaydoon enjoys going to movies and playing console games! Drop us a message if you think we're good candidates for your place! Cheers, Ahmed
Hi my name's Teresa, I'm 28yrs, Kiwi and working full time in aviation as a trainer. My personality can easily be described as positive, approachable and friendly. I love the outdoors and adventure, mountain biking, skiing, random adventures, travel, Netflix, brunch and hanging out with friends. Looking for like minded friendly flatmates.
My name is Lauren and I’m an occupational therapist working full time. I have an extremely friendly Cat named Bowie who will gladly keep you company or happily chill out on his own. I enjoy cooking healthy food and going to the gym, but I am happy to laze on the couch and eat some junk while watching Netflix every now and again. I don’t mind having a drink but I’m not a huge partier, looking for someone to have a quiet wine with some nights but also happy to have personal space. I am planning to move out mid-late next year and just wanted to get organised early and hopefully make a cool new friend and roomie!
Hi lovely people! I'm looking for somewhere fun to stay for an indeterminate amount of time. For the right place, that may be a long time, hopefully with the option of subletting the room when I run off to europe or wherever else. Otherwise, short term works well. Ideal would be month to month. I've lived in everything from a tent in a backyard, a car, a shed, and a place flush with fancy modern amenities like dishwashers. More important is who lives there! About me: I'm a very active and outdoorsy person, I cycle, climb, play tennis and a bit of soccer and other activity I can join. I also like time indoors, with board games, a doco or movie, books or practising spanish. I've lived in share houses before and know how to be clean, tidy and respectful, and can be handy when it comes to fixing things or gardening. It would be nice if the house is a friendly one where there are (ideally meat free) shared meals and other social time and where the occasional visitor or couchsurfer is welcome. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers :) Ideal housemates would be active and happy people who like to socialise, have a few drinks, that join and suggest activities, and who are responsible enough to clean up any mess they make.
I am a quiet, easy going person who loves to read and watch marvel movies. I enjoy going for runs and meeting new people. I am a responsible and clean person. I currently work full-time and plan on travelling in the near future, hopefully.
Hey, I am looking to move in somewhere suitable for me. I wouldn't mind doing teamups as well. I really respect and value privacy and take that very seriously. I love helping out with the house chores and cooking. Hit me up if you wanna know more.
I am a quiet 23 years old intl student, I am clean and respectful, shy at first but love to chat, no party girl, Netflix and coffee lover. I like to spend time on my bycicle, and my daily must is going to church. As my church is in Coburg, I am looking for a private room over there, the ideal home would be sharing with just another single person, maybe a cat, and being able to start a flatmates friendship (this includes having coffee together in the mornings and cooking sometimes (:
Looking for a nice place with like-minded people. Originally from country Victoria. I’m early 30s just left a production management role with Fox FM to work with a US production company, I've got my own offie in the city and work there most the time, I’m easy going, love footy, bbq's snowboarding and hiking.
Hi everyone! I am an Electrical Engineer working in a manufacturing company close to Campbellfield and I am looking for private room ensuite accommodation in Strathmore, Pascoe Vale or Essendon. I am friendly, easygoing and tidy. I am usually quite busy with work on weekdays but always up for a chat and a very outgoing person. I love working out and a big foodie who always likes to experiment with different cooking styles :)
- Health/Educational Professional - Relocating for work from country Vic - The very lovable 'Miss Ellie' (4 yr old golden retriever) comes as part of the package - Like expanding my mind while walking listening to podcasts, reading, cooking, wine, coffee & social catch ups with friends and family - Ideally hoping to secure a room in a pet friendly sharehouse
I'm the kind of housemate who... ...You might encounter in the kitchen whipping up her latest creation whilst sipping a glass (or 3) of red wine.... ...works full time, and sometimes out for random hobbies (at the moment its rock climbing). ...will tend to socialise outside of the house, and come home to veg and relax. ...keeps things clean and tidy. ... loves to cook, eat, drink, garden, sail and travel... ...is a human slave to Coco, a cute and very shy little cat. She's housetrained, and so am I! And that you can come home to have a chat about your day (possibly over a glass of wine).
I am a 19 year old female, about to commence my final year on an undergraduate degree. I am currently working 25-40 hours a week between two retail jobs as well as study. I currently live approximately 60km from the CBD so am looking for a place closer to uni and will hopefully be able to transfer to stores closer to the city for work. In my spare time I like to relax and watch my favourite shows. I will be a kind and considerate housemate who would respect other people's space but also always be up for a chat.

Hi! I am a 20+ female from Malaysia and have been residing in Australia for many years, currently pursuing a Master degree in Landscape Architecture and will be working and studying in Melbourne starting next year. From my past 6 times of house sharing experience, and several times of sharing rooms at hostels, I have a reputation of being a clean, tidy, and responsible house/roommate. I speak 4 languages, namely English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay and Spanish; and I am an avid traveler. I have just done a big backpack round tour in Europe, had traveled to Japan, and did work and study in China, Ireland and Spain. I consider myself to be an open-minded and mature person, also should be fun to be with as told by my friends. I enjoy cooking and baking, which I don't mind sharing the food with my future flatmates. I am also into arts and design, photography, books, linguistic, culture and history, plants, fitness and DIY. Happy with locations within an hour public transport time distance from city center, even if not listed in my "Preferred location" section below. Please drop me a message if you think I sound like a friend-to-have / someone who should be living at your flat right now! I don't mind teaming up with like-minded people to rent a property too.
Alexia is Australian (with Italian heritage) and Akiho is Japanese. We are both professional ballet dancers. We are always good for a hang-out and chat, but also respect each other's space. We both like to explore Melbourne but also appreciate a quiet night-in. We are super clean & tidy, pet-friendly, non-smokers & LGBTIQ+ friendly!
Hi! My name's Kristy, I've been living in Melbourne for about 5 months now and my lease is about to end around mid January so I will be needing a place quite soon. A bit about me: I work full time as a receptionist and an online customer service consultant. I'm into fitness (I'm a qualified PT but have done nothing with that qualification haha!), I love yoga and meditation - keeps me zen! I play a bit of guitar, just as a hobby, nothing worth pursuing. I'd like to think of myself as being an "extroverted introvert", there's a word for people like that but have no idea what it is. Basically, I love socialising but love my down time and am respectful of those who prefer a bit of space. I think it'd be cool to be friends with my housemates, making dinner for each other, have some drinks, go on adventures etc. but if you're not into that, that's totally okay! I'm pretty independent and I'm fine with going on my own little adventures and making myself dinner. I'm also a tidy person but definitely not a clean freak! Honestly, I just want some chill people to live with for a good while. Feel free to send me a message if you think I'd be a good roomie!!
Im a clean, reliable person I love a good night in cooking, relaxed and love classical music as well as reading. I love to go fishing when i can, im working my way through uni to become a cardiac surgeon so ill be staying for a while. I love the atmosphere Melbourne has to offer.
TL;DR; Come with a coffee machine, friendly cat, cleanliness and smiles :) Very friendly, quiet but sociable software developer, moved from Brazil 12 years ago. I'm clean but won't freak out if the place gets a little messy from time to time, love to play games, watch Netflix, read, exercise and hang out with peeps. I come with a super friendly cat 😸 you'll never have to worry about computer problems with me in the house, I've got you covered!
I am looking to sharehouse from January next year as my lease is up soon. I am a full time, 34yo professional who wants a back yard for cooking bbq in. I've been living in sharehouses since I was 18 and am clean, tidy and considerate. I get out and about camping, snowboarding and visiting family down the coast and play volleyball on Wednesdays. I also bake really good choc chip cookies.
Hello stranger! Have a self indulgent list about me: • Melbourne born and bred, but a recently ended visa has sent me back from London where I lived for 2 years painting murals in offices and straightening postcards at the Tate. • My main interests are David Bowie and drawing a whole bunch. The twin disciplines. I combine them which might sound like i spend all my time making Bowie fan art, which isn't far from the truth. • Currently work full time telling old people why their dvds won't play at JB hifi, and I freelance as an illustrator when the opportunity arises. • Bonus stuff I like too much: Back to The Future II, cheese, dull history podcasts, my guitar (for someone who poorly taught themselves off the internet), wine, and making ponchos with felt shapes hot-glued onto them out of old blankets with a head hole cut in. • I'm incredibly easy going with my living arrangements but have a few more facts while we're here that may or may not matter: - I'm vegetarian who'd happily live with omnivores/carnivores. - I don't have any myself, but I'd already love your cat/dog/etc. Not spiders though, they can jog on. - Not a smoker, but I'd live in a tobacco field if it felt right. - LGBTQ+ friendly •I can move in ANYTIME (please help, I must get out of Rowville before I find myself with a four wheel drive)
Hi, I'm Simon. I'm 29, currently studying teaching at Melbourne Uni, and work 2 days a week as an ICT manager in a school. I'm looking to move up because the trek from Geelong has gotten old. I am passionate about science, tech, and learning new things. I enjoy cooking, and sharing the results; I'm also quite handy at repair and fixing computer problems. I'm not a partier, but do enjoy socialising with a good group of friends.
