$180/week64 year old male

Hi everyone, as I have a house full of fairly nice furniture and other stuff, I'm looking for one or two other people to share a nice house with. I will settle for a two bedroom, two bathroom residence but what I really want is a fairly new 3×2×2 with a remote, double garage with interior access as they tend to cost no more to rent anyway. I can pay as much as $180 a week including utilities and it doesn't matter where I live. I would be fine with anywhere between Butler, Armadale or Mandurah but obviously, the further from Perth you're willing to live, the better the house you can rent for the same money. So getting to me, left to my own devices, I tend to be on the quieter side, usually watching a screen of one type or another but I'm pretty breezy with other people and somewhat of a chameleon. I tend to largely fit in with what other people do, to go with the flow so to speak but not to excess. Being either just quiet or non stop noisy, would get old after a while but I'm a big believer in people being considerate and socially oriented. My last few sets of housemates have been Irish, italian, Taiwanese and Kenyan, all of who I found good people to live with, if very different volume levels, lol. So I'm fine living with pretty much any normal, decent human being although I probably wouldn't like people to be older than I am as I'm just a younger thinking person for my age who doesn't really fit in to an older lifestyle. Anyone will do but the happiest houses I've lived in have been with college and university students from other countries, usually girls because while I'm happy living with anyone, I find that I do fairly well with living with girls in general. It's probably because I'm not a very blokey sort of guy and I prefer the female temperament in general. They usually end up calling me "dad" because they're comfortable living with me and I try to look after them, not sure how I feel about being called that though, lol. It's an Asian thing.
