I am friendly, organised, I have a good sense of humour, I clean up after myself, and I am easy to get along with. I have a part time job and plan to study at Flinders University. Any location is fine, as long as it’s somewhat close to both Marion and Flinders. *The move date is a place holder, the sooner the better*
Hey! Just moved to Adelaide and planning on studying here..fun person, love to party but also Netflix and binge eating :). Looking for friendly younger people and cheap accommodation. Would be great if the accommodation is in the south, near Flinders university, but flexible:)
Hi, Josephine here, I am from India -Mumbai, and planning to move to Australia in Feb 2018. I am joining flinders in Feb 2018 for my masters in biomedical engineering. Looking forward for a good place to move in near to flinders university.I am a happy goal loving person. I love to hang out places and to cook.
Hi! I'm Ethan, I am 18 going on 19 in a month and I have been living in Adelaide for the past year. I really enjoy volunteering and i can be regularly found at my local Vinnies helping out in the kitchen (basic kitchen hand duties so you know i'll be helpful in the food space!). At the same time as volunteering i am also an active job seeker as i value paid work as well! I believe it is important to give back to the community, especially when you are in a position to do so. I also enjoy reading and writing stories, watching movies and gaming. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends when i can. I am looking for a place to call home. This might look like living with others around my age, not fussed on gender and am welcoming of all personalities. I am a pretty easy going guy and get along with everyone who is respectful and kind to others. Preferably a furnished room and am available to move ASAP. I look forward to hearing from you, Catchya! Ethan
Student moving to Adelaide from Singapore, to study in Flinders University in mid-Feb 2018! Planning to work part-time along with being a full-time student! Hoping to keep the rent with everything included to be $180 and below :) Will keep shared areas neat and tidy, and am responsible for my own stuffs and shared chores! During my free time, I enjoy watching comedies/drama, going to the movies or simply chilling at home! Friendly and easygoing :) Feel free to message me for more details :)
I am moving to Adelaide in 2018 to study medicine at Flinders University, and looking for a place to stay. I am a first-time renter, moving from Melbourne. I'm friendly, easygoing and social, but prefer to chill out and do my own thing most of the time, preferring my privacy. I'll most likely be working part-time on weekends, and studying full time during the week. I'm looking for a relaxed place to stay, with likeminded housemates, either studying or working, who do their own thing, but still happy to hang out. I'd prefer a non-smoking household.
Hi there, I am a 28 year old Korean. I mean, South Korean! I am a friendly and tidy person, and will be a nursing student in Flinders Uni. So, Id like to find a walk distance room to uni (or comfortable transportation) Please feel free to contact me :) Thanks!
Hi. My name is Joachim. Im 23 years old and i am from Norway. I study business in Norway, and i am taking an exchange semester at Flinders university. Im a social person and easy to hang around. So i hope we can make a nice flat during my stay in Australia. A few things about me. I love sports and to work out. I also enjoy a chill night in the flat with some good food and a movie. As a former backpacker i really love travelling, and can´t wait to explore Australia.
We are a friendly, fun loving, easy going couple who are tidy and enjoy socialising though we arent party animals and love a night in! We’re both new students at Flinders uni so it'd be amazing to find something close by, I study Social work and Daniel studies a bachelor in Arts (drama) though we both work part time. In our free time we both love to cook, watch movies, and both love animals, though do not have any.
I'm respectful, understanding, and non-judgmental of other peoples' living styles. I'm a people person and I'm used to sharing space after having lived in a shared house with 16 other people in Spain this past year, and after having grown up with brothers. I feel that I'm easy to get along with and I give people their space.
I'm a medical student, with an international background. I have good rental history. My fiance lives in Sydney and would like to visit on occasion, so I would hope that I can find an accommodation that would have the capability of staying a +1 for very short-term periods. Otherwise, I'm usually out on placement or studying at the library, and I rarely cook. I have a car and do groceries regularly, so if you're without a car we can arrange for a grocery day.
Hi there! We're pretty laid back to live with. We both enjoy gaming, a bit of netflix on lazy days and getting out to explore the city when the weathers nice. Bron is currently building a house and it's had some delays so it's all not lining up too well with her current lease. We are looking for somewhere somewhat short term. We can move in fairly soon, and currently would be looking to move out around march, assuming no more major building delays. We are both tidy people and are more than happy doing our fair share around the house, and we are looking for like minded people to live with. We don't need a furnished room as we have everything already, but if the room would be mostly furnished and it would be a pain to move we do have a storage unit too so wouldn't be a huge fuss to throw a few more things in there. I (Chris) currently work in mining on a 2:1 week roster so I'll only be around every third week until mid January when I will be starting a university degree in paramedic science. Bron works full time in the city as a dental assistant. If you have any further questions then feel free to send a message or give us a call, happy to clarify anything you need.
Hiya. Myself and my best friend are seeking a third housemate to start a sharehouse with. we’re looking for places south of the city. My pal works at colonnades and will be studying education at flinders next year. I work in Rundle mall and study psychology at Magill. We’re both pretty easy going, super friendly, and clean. We hardly party, and if we do, it’s generally not at home. We have three very cute cats that love attention from anyone and are super friendly, we would prefer to find someone who doesn’t have any other fur babes. Our current budget is $140 each including bills and electricity. This would allow for a three bedroom place max $350. We won’t be looking to move til early December :)
Hey! My name is Catherine. I'm 21 and have just recently finished my undergrad in science, specialising in animal behaviour. I'm planning on taking the next 7 months off to work before beginning my honours year in July. Apart from studying and working, I also volunteer so I am pretty busy. I like to spend my free time cooking, spending time at the beach, with friends or bingeing Netflix. I've spent the last two years renting my own place and previously lived on campus at Flinders. I am quiet, tidy and respectful.
I'm friendly, courteous, and respectful of my fellow housemates. I'm quiet, but will always say hi and socialise when suitable. I do enjoy going to the movies and gym a couple of times a week.
I am from Singapore and a psychologist by training. Will be coming over to the flinders to study medicine in 2018. I am a pretty good cook and can whip up very decent South East Asian and Chinese cuisines. Recently picked up some Korean cooking as well - I guess that is the reason for my growing tummy. :D I love nature and orchids. If you love gardening as well we will most probably get along well. Hope to find a pleasant home for 4 years- a place in which I can unwind after a whole day of studying.
Hello prospective housemate and friend. Im at flinders doing a double degree in primary ed and arts (philosophy and french) I also train in karate. I enjoy bookbinding, a bit of woodwork, rick and morty, vikings etc. I'm a bit of a hippy, but also a bit of a nerd and geek and dork, probably a bit of a hipster too if I'm honest. I'm really community minded, I'm looking for a house that can be a bit of a family, my last share house ran really smoothly so I have experience in helping to make share houses run well. So I'm looking for a good share house, not just a room. Looking for a place anywhere between seaford and bedford park :) F B = Patch Elliott
Studying at Finders. PhD and academic tutor. Female, tidy and considerate ect looking for something self contained with bill inclusions. I spend the first half of each year teaching and the second on my own research, for which I receive a modest scholarship salary. I have two dwarf rabbits which I'd prefer to take with me (hutched, outdoor) but they can stay with my fam if the place/price is ideal. Not big on socialising, hence looking for a granny flat or similar where I have adequate privacy to do my study.
Currently studying early childhood care and education at tafe. Looking to move out between December and March, preferably for 3 to 6 months or possibly longer depending on if I decide to move again mid to late 2018. Friendly, tidy, always looking to meet new people. Feel free to contact me and let's make something happen! :)
I am a chef working with ALH Hotel group I have full time job so I will be moving to Adelaide from Newcastle in Feb 2018. And my wife is Nurse but she will be studying in Flinders University for some time period.
Hey there, I'm from Singapore, currently doing my master in Speech Pathology at Flinders University . I love outdoors and water sports especially diving and underwater rugby, I'm considerate, clean, and sociable. Looking for a private room, great house/housemates. Love to watch movie/dinner/chill with the housemates but do respect individual relaxing time. Drop me a message if there is a perfect house!
quiet, considerate, friendly. I am looking for a quiet place with good vibes. I am a non-drinker, so I'll be happy to share a cup of tea at the end of the day. I am sociable, up for having a chat but not as a must. I like to live in a clean environment, but don't keep tidying up obsessively. I like to do quiet things in my spare time, like reading, meditating, watching films with my headset on, so places where the TV is the central 'altar piece' in the house and is always on, don't really suit me.
I am looking for a decent place to live in for atleast two years, near Flinders University. I am an international student from India who doesn't have any preferred gender to be their house mate as long as they are understanding and decent. My expected month of arrival is in July. I am a clean and organised person who respects other people's privacy and in return asking the same. I am okay with pets.
I'm an older student who'll be finishing my medical degree in 2018. I'm looking for somewhere close to Flinders to live for the first half of 2018. I'm easy to live with and pretty quiet. I won't be home a lot because of uni, but I love cooking, and I have a great espresso machine I'm happy to put at everyone's disposal! Drop me a line if that sounds like it could suit you, and I'll get in touch straight away.
(Only looking for new team ups, not existing room shares) Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
Hey friends! Luke and I are looking for a friendly rental or team up. We’re a down to earth duo with a nice mix of chill, cleanliness and respect. Both of us have a good sense of humour, like to cook, play guitar, game and do artsy stuff at home. Luke is a student and works in hospitality and Jess works in media. We love animals and if you’ve got a garden we’d be delighted to help out. We also have a friendly adult cat. We’re looking at paying around $120-$200 for the both of us. Central ‘burbs would be great but open to suggestions. Thanks for reading! Get in touch if you think we'd vibe well together
Hey folks! I'm looking for a sharehouse that's chill, clean and respectful. I'm a vegetarian, bit of a creative, enjoy reading and making music and consider myself an extroverted introvert. I love a biting wit and have a good sense of humour. My cat is part and parcel with me so I hope you like a fluffy, moving heatbag. I work part time in media and will be studying photography and design on the side next year. I originally started out looking for a place for my partner in crime too, however I believe I may find what I'm looking for if I fly solo too! If you think we could live together, get in touch!
