Hi everyone. My name is Sergio, 35yo Italian guy. I am arriving to Melbourne on November 26th holding a student visa. I am looking for a long term room with quite and nice flatmates, I am NOT looking for a party house with unhealthy people, house for me is a great moment to relax and recharge myself. This does not mean that I am a cave man: I am sociable, respectful, very clean, I practice yoga and I love to talk about deep life topics with a glass of red wine. I like sports and nature and simple things of life. I already lived in Melbourne between 2014 and 2016. I do NOT smoke. If these informations suit you, I will be happy to hearing from you (WhatsApp ONLY because I am still in Italy)
We are both easy going mature minded people looking for somewhere suitable to work location. We are looking for a studio/Bungalow/ flat. We are both friendly and very considerate and enjoy making new friends.
I am a newly graduated nurse moving to Melbourne. Quiet, clean, friendly and open-minded. I'm vegan but don't mind living with people who aren't. Looking for a home, not just people who co-exist. & hoping to find a relaxed household that doesn't mind having people over - although I am not a big partyer. Currently teaching myself french, and into hiking, spontaneous adventures and circus arts :) (And I loveeee dogs and cats.)
Hi, I'm in Melbourne, arrived from France in the fall of August. I have an accommodation until November 15th, and I need an other one after that time. I'm here with a Working Holiday Visa to improve my English so I don't care where you come from but I would like to meet new people to speak with :) I am working in construction.
Hi, my name is Marina. I'm currently doing my PhD in microbiology at Adelaide uni and will be moving to Melbourne in January 2019 to continue my studies at the University of Melbourne. I'm flexible, but prefer female housemates. *Please only message me if there are two or less housemates!* Some things about me: 1. I am at the lab at least 9-5 Mon-Fri, with some experiments/assignments keeping me there 8am-8pm. 2. I grew up in North Haven, Adelaide, but I have been living out of home since July this year. 3. I am quiet (I'm not the party type nor a confrontational person), tidy (I don't leave mess for other people to clean, and I like being organised with storage) and respectful of other people's space and belongings. 4. I'm happy to split/rotate chores, and I'm easy to get along with (despite some innate awkwardness). 5. I value honesty and transparency, and I like to keep detailed documentation of all transactions (PhD scholarships aren't very generous!). When I'm not studying, I'm playing Pokémon on the 2DS, browsing cat pictures/videos, or blogging :)
My name is Mo, I’m 24 and I work full time as a physio in Footscray. I absolutely love my job and I usually work long days so am only really home weeknights and weekends. My previous house mates would likely describe me as clean and tidy. When I’m not working I love to exercise! Mainly so I can indulge in baked goods - usually the chocolate kind, without feeling guilty. I also love to bake said goods. On weekends I like to mix it up either go out for a coffee with friends, go to the beach or explore Melbourne and surrounds! And every once in a while, I love a good wine and cheese night! I’ve been living on my own for the last 6 months so have a house full of furniture that I am willing to bring with me or sell depending on what suits best. Looking to share a house with like minded people. I am able to move in the next 4 weeks depending on what works best with you.
A quiet couple (English and German) looking to get our heads down to work and save for the next 2 months. I have a construction job based in Deer Park and Lily will be looking to work in hospitality. We also have a car so would need space for parking. Both of us like cooking good food and relaxing
I have shared with other people while I was a Uni student. I understand the importance of respecting boundaries, keeping the place clean, paying bills on time, and working as a team. I would consider myself reliable and easy going.
Hi hi! I'm a student, studying to be a teacher (Indonesian, French, Humanities) so I'm predisposed to strong coffee, a decent glass of wine and a chat. I'm originally from Melbourne, just returned from teaching English in China for a few years, its good to be back! I'd like somewhere quiet since I've got a sizeable work-load on my hands but I'm also looking to make friends out of my roomies! I'm pretty low-maintenance, hobbies include and are limited to food and eating and social netball. For fun I hang out with someone who has a pet, watch bad TV, cook, read- the usual!
I am an easy going, well traveled, and likable person. I am very young at heart and get along swimmingly with people of all ages. I have spent time in the Army, finished a masters degree, and am coming home from 18 months teaching english in China and Vietnam. I work as an English teacher online as well and am an aspiring cartoonist and freelance illustrator. I am also an experienced bartender and have worked all around Melbourne in the past making cocktails for the cities social elite! I have consistent and fulfilling work but allow myself enough free time to pursue what I love, drawing and creativity. I love books and am willing to share my collection of 300+ with my housemates. I am a huge sports fan and lover of music and coffee. I lead a fit and healthy lifestyle but am not judgmental of anyone. I am 100% 420 friendly, LGBT friendly, and just generally pretty friendly. I will be available to move in at the start of December, and as a dedicated minimalist I do not require much space (other than the books!). I'd like to have somewhere to live upon my arrival back in melbourne so I am open to talking via skype or something if you would like to meet me! look forward to meeting you!
I'm moving to Melbourne from London on a WHV, looking for somewhere for around 3 months and would love to find likeminded people to live with! Here in London I spend my free time going to gigs, bars/clubs, trying new restaurants. I plan to be working and exploring a lot while living in Melbourne. I'm sociable and really easy going.
I am looking for an an unfurnished room in a clean house, flat, apartment, etc. I work full time and often spend weekends away. I am clean, quiet and respectful of my flat mates space. I require that in return. I have unlimited wifi. Happy to share a wine and have a chat but I like my space too. My own en-suite bathroom would be GREAT! As would a/c 😁
Hi there! I'm 24, work full time as an architect and I'd like to think that I'm pretty good at keeping my mess contained and clean. I like my personal space but also enjoy some company. When I'm out of the house, I usually go climbing/camping/hiking/exercise, gigs, galleries, bars. When I am in the house, I usually read most of the time, draw, watch things, cook, drinks and chats as well. I value sustainable practice, not very fond of over consumption, have been attempting to grow things without killing them (though it's been more of the latter). I'e got a fair bit of furniture (dining table & chair, fridge, couch, TV etc). Oh, and I have a furry friend that acts like a dog, kinda looks like a rat but is a cat. She likes to sit on things including some people (mostly me) but is generally chilled and likes company.
I am down to earth ,easy going guy looking for similar minds
Hi I'm Angad, I'm a 25 year old student currently completing my diploma in Community Services. I am in the middle of doing my placements which sees me out the house 3 days a week. However, I will be looking for a part time job when I'm settled. My cat Laz and I are in need of a room to call home as my current lease is ending. I'm an Australian born, chilled guy who spends his free time smoking, being a hermit and being overly affectionate with my cat. I enjoy watching horror movies, and failing to be funny but trying anyway, among other human activities such as drinking water and walking with my legs. In all honesty I'm a pretty chill and low maintenance guy, you may occasionally hear me screeching autistically if I'm playing games, or hear me talking to my cat like he's a person. I'm looking to be out in about two weeks so please don't hesitate the awkward icebreaker of inviting a stranger to live with you..
I am a mature, bubbly and easy going person. Always happy to socialise but I also enjoy some of my own down time. I am looking to move interstate from South Australia to experience more and see more. I have been renting for 10 months, my current lease holder would be happy to provide a reference if wished. Please don’t hesitate to ask any more questions. :)
Hi! I'm actually not looking for a flatshare but rather a garage for my car which I use once a month! I already have a house in Yarraville and work full time in the city. If you're teaming up for a share house, why not rent out the garage to me and save a little on rent all around? Let me know if you're interested :) Cheers, Jens
Hi, I am Khoan, I currently working part-time and will have a full-time job at the end of December. I have a motorcycle. I am currently looking for a place to shelter myself and protect my books on rainy days. I like reading books and submerge in my own inner peace, but it doesn't mean I am not sociable. I also do photography, cooking and aquascaping. It's good to know you.
Hi Flatmates! I'm 19, from Hobart, and I have lived out of home for 8 months in student accomodation while I complete my Music Industry course. I'm looking for a long term place to call home in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. I'm very friendly but a little quiet at first until I come out of my shell, I like to keep things clean and tidy, I love my me time and respect other peoples needs for privacy. I love going out for bevs when I can, hanging out and seeing friends, and discovering more of Melbourne. I'm definitely looking to potentially move in with people around my age group, who are quite chill like I am and are just genuine, honest, kind people. :)
