Hi there! How’s it going? I hope well! I am a quite good Brazilian guy, 26 years old looking for a private room in this amazing city! First you need to know, I love cooking, although I usually do not do it too much because I hate doing the dishes (that’s terrible job), but if you have a dishwasher or do not mind doing this one, we have perfect match for special dinners! I work part-time as office cleaner at night and have some shifts as barista in a cafe shop. Coffee (another love). Honestly, I have a lot of loves, cooking, coffee, new food experiences, beer, spend time on the beach, brigadeiro, chocolate, etc. I am not such a fitness guy, although if I have a partner I can use to do any sports, I’d like to learn how to sky or surf, or simply to go to the gym together. Besides that, I’m studying a diploma in information technology, then Monday to Saturday I’m busy. During free time, I like cooking Brazilian foods, watching series (GOT, how to get away with a murder, sense8, the walking dead, etc), walking on the beach or just going out with friends to have some beers. I am not a huge party boy, I really enjoy taking a seat and talking to, drinking and eating anything. Although I often do not make my bad, I use to keep on the house tidy and clean, principally kitchen and bathroom, also I use to take shower every day (same in freezing days) and brush teeth 4 or 5 times a day (I am a bit paranoid about my teeth). I have visa until 19/01/2019, so I am looking for a place where a can call home for this long time and I want to move in the last week of September. Let’s catch up for drinks and talk about our future house? =D Have a wonderful week! See you soon!
Originally from Germany, Eike an is an Internet of Things Engineer and Social Entrepreneur. In his spare time, he does improv comedy, co-organises festivals, and runs his passion project, Lifegarten, (the kindergarten for grown-ups) or takes photos on Curiosity Walks. Via Quebec, Mexico and Spain, Emily is a French teacher originally from country Victoria. She enjoys reading, writing poetry, Op-Shopping, bike riding, dancing to Hip Hop, and getting amongst nature. We like space, so ideally would be looking to either inhabit two rooms in one share house, or one large room in a house that has a communal living/study space. We’re respectful, conscientious, ethically/enviro/community-minded people, and would be up for living with people who are equally interested in adventures and interesting conversation. We’ve been running a communal potluck dinner at our current place, so would love the opportunity to be able to continue this in whichever location we come to inhabit. We’re interested in the Inner West/North, so hit us up if you happen to be that cool person who is luckily looking for fun housemates! So...if that sounds remotely like anything you'd be interested in, send me a message and we'll work from there.
Hey! I'm a full-time employed part-time student studying biomedicine and exercise science (1 more year to go!) which keeps me pretty occupied Mon-Sat. When I get some free time I love heading out to the you yangs, the beach or anywhere outside if the suns shining! Sundays are usually a nice chill homely day with catching up on some study, brunch out somewhere nice and watching the footy if there's a good game on! I'm a big sports fan (NBA and AFL) but I definitely am not a fanatic you'll find kitted out in gear on the couch every Saturday (unless Richmond/OKC make the finals). I enjoy reading a great book, I'm slowly working towards a nice collection which will be coming along with me. I love a great binge on TV shows too (Friends, GOT, Suits & the list goes on) I guess what you get from me as a housemate is someone who's relaxed, clean, reliable, not home too often mon-fri! Only thing I'd really love is an ensuite/own bathroom! Feel free to give me a call/text to chat anymore. Cheers, James
Hey! I'm Lawrence. I'm from Hobart, now studying Screenwriting at VCA in the CBD. I'm tidy and quiet, but lots of fun. I like to cook and have a drink after work/uni/day off. I like my own space to do some uni work, but love to hang out as well. I work at a bottleshop which means the occasional cheap drinks, which is a big plus. Other than that I like football (soccer), writing, and weird movies. If you're still not sold, check out these testimonies from other people when I asked them what I'm like to live with! "Shut up, I'm watching this." -Narran, former housemate "Sorry, what did you say?" -Sam, current housemate "I've never lived with you, mate." -Nick, employer "I love you." -My mum, former housemate.
My name is Fletcher, I'm 23 years old and am originally from Adelaide but moved over to Melbourne to study. I graduated from Melbourne Uni in 2016 and will begin my masters at the beginning of 2018. I work as a bartender part-time so I enjoy partying and having fun regularly. The company I work for allows me discounted food and drink at various places in the city so I am definitely a very handy friend to have. In my spare time I volunteer at the RSPCA kennels because doggos are my true love (also have a soft spot for kitty kats). I also volunteer at the Cerebral Palsy Support Network taking kids out on excursions. I'm an active guy who enjoys going to parties and festivals but also knows when it's time to work and study hard.
I'm 26. I'm very easy going, friendly and try to lead a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy my own space but I like to socialise often. I enjoy being outdoors and exploring nature. I like reading, yoga, hiking, riding my bike, going to gigs, red wine on a Friday night and meeting new people. I work for government and I do voluntary work for a NGO. I am very neat and tidy and I'm always on time with paying bills and rent. I look forward to hearing from you :D
Hey!! My name is Mitch, moving to Melbourne in August! work full time - looking for a friendly household to move into. People with similar interests and active lifestyles. When not working I will be exercising, socialising and exploring the area. Enjoy a night out on the town but respectful of everyone's space. Would rather live in a friendly household, prefer not to hide away in my room.
**HELP REHOME MY LOVABLE CAT AND I** Hello future roomie(s)! Work: I work full-time Mon-Fri. I'm up early so I tend to keep it low-key on school nights but never say no to a wine and a chat. Personal stuff: I love cooking, reading, binge-watching TV series, documentaries, hiking, eating out, going to the gym. Will occasionally bunker down in my room for my own space but otherwise consider myself pretty social. I'm also clean, but not anal. Sort of person that cleans up after them self as they go, and would enjoy a general house clean once a week. You don't need to ask me to buy stuff for the house, and I always pay bills on time. The little dude: I come with a very affectionate, one-eyed cat called Mike. He's very well-behaved and comes with good references. He will bully you for pats and has a weird obsession with feet. Ideally I'd like a place on the GF, or a house. He usually spends his time outdoors, which means no gross kitty litter. You: Clean, mature, responsible adult. Can communicate calmly. Respectful of shared space. You know, generally housebroken! I'm easy going with all kinds of people, but would love to live with people who are open to becoming friends as well.
Hello :) I'm Corey...! I'm 25, I'm gay, I'm a chef, I'm a bartender. I like wine, I like rum, I like food, I like music, I like to cook, I like to sleep, I like to chat, I like to chill. I don't like messy houses, I don't like rude people, I don't like prejudice, I don't like petty bullshit. Hopefully you like me :)
Adaptive. I fit the house rather than the house fits me. I've lived in many situations, with many types of people. Just back to Melbourne after living in Beijing and Manila.
I'm 20, currently in my second year studying a Bachelor of Youth Work at VU Footscray Park. I want to move a bit closer to the uni as I currently live in Geelong :). I love travel and being spontaneous. I love trying new things and meeting great people. :) I also work casually at Bunnings.
I am from England, here on a working holiday visa but looking to extend for as long as possible. I am a pretty easy going person. I'd like to say I'm funny but again, British haha. I am a pastry chef so take my stresses out at work on bread dough. I am into sports, any really. I am sociable but don't don't go partying till the small hours anymore. I like to go to festivals and concerts whenever the bank balance allows and just exploring. I am quite into health and nutrition and try and get to the gym as much as I can be bothered haha.
IM SEEKING 1 BEDROOM UNIT / STUDIO / FLAT /APPARTMENT ETC. Hi there I'm 24 years old . I work from home doing admin and will be starting a course online in the next month. I'm outgoing . Chilled . Love my own space but love socialising just as much :) . I'm not like most 24 years. I don't go clubbing or anything like that. Maybe once in a blue moon. I love spending time with family and friends in my spare time. Love going to evens , the beach , long walks . And chilling out with my feet up of the evening :)
Hi there, Just moved down from Brisbane, where I've willingly chosen to give up the endless sunshine for the freezing cold and rainy days of Melbourne. I'm very passionate about a clean kitchen and paying bills on time as I like being organised. I work part time and study part time. My professional background is in start up management and software services. Not really into partying but I am always up for some few bevs after work. I am also a non-smoker. I don't think I'll be home too much in my spare time as I'll be out getting to know Melbourne. Other interests include making Simpsons references whenever possible and following sports, especially cricket and NFL. Yet to pick a footy team though, so I'll need some guidance on who not to follow!
I respect my own and other people's privacy and take that very seriously. I love helping people out with their cooking or laundry and even cleaning. I would also love to team up for a flat if I found someone with similar interests as me. I am a uni student and also work part time.
Hi, I'm an easy going young professional looking for a nice comfortable house share situation. I am clean, respectful and quiet (although always happy to have a chat, share a dinner, have a drink or watch TV together). I work fulltime and like to get out and about on the weekend. My hobbies include running, yoga, gym and general outdoor activities. I am looking for a furnished room. I have been transferred temporarily for work and will be finishing my contact in Geelong in late September. Looking forward to hearing from you Cheers, Caitlin
I'm from Ballarat, I've been studying full time for the past 18 months and hoping to cut down my commute time from 5 hours per day. I'm always down for a couple of bevs on Friday nights and have a passion for cocktails making. I clean up after myself and I'm pretty easy going.
I'm an easygoing person who loves a laugh, a coffee/glass of wine or two and an episode of Seinfeld/The Bach 🌹 ... or something less embarrassing like the footy (#dons). I'm studying physiology at Melbourne Uni but I've taken this semester off as I've just returned from Europe.
