Hello! I am a full time health professional who is looking for a place in the east of Melbourne for my new job. I am clean and tidy, relatively quiet but know how to have fun as well. I love reading, cooking and recently started exercising again (would like to keep this up). I don’t smoke or do drugs. Definitely not a party animal and I’m usually out on weekends :) Would prefer my own bathroom but don’t mind sharing with one other person. Would prefer a team up over renting a room. PS: If you have a dog, that would be awesome.
Studying IT at Deakin. I am a clean and tidy person. I like living in a laid back environment, little fun on the side, love to watch films, listen to music, can cook some things too. I walk a lot, always up for hiking, camping out or playing any sport. I also have a musical instrument (Rabab) of Afghan origin which I play then and now, radiating good vibes only!
Hello, I'm an easy going trans woman. Clean and tidy looking for a settled environment. I work 2 jobs, presenting Medieval History and Funeral work. Currently I'm looking for regular full time work as I have just finished my degree in Drama and English Literature. I like movies and books as well as the occasionally computer game. I also have a mature cat called Nin.
I'm honest, respectful & considerate of others. Easy going. I care full time for my adult son. We need a wheel chair friendly home. Level access & a double walk in shower as my son needs to have room to put a shower chair. We are moving inter state from Hobart, Tasmania to Melbourne. We hope to find temporary home to stay until i find a suitable home for both of us. So much easier to be living in Melb so we can view properties as they come available for rent. Please feel free to message me for more info. Kind regards Kathryn & Jonathon. PS. We need a large enough room to fit 2 single beds. My son is physically/intellectually/hearing impaired/disabled. He is a joy to be around. Likes interacting with people. I like to exercise, walks/ gym and enjoy life and make the most of it. Spend a lot of time with my son getting outdoors and having fun.
Im very respectful of others and their space and just want a peaceful chill environment for me and my new pup to call home for a bit 😁 I just qualified as a nurse and am in the process of furthering my career! Im polite and friendly and can cook (to an extent) 😂 will bring happy positive vibes to the home.
Hi :) I’m Andy, in a nutshell: - Domesticaed Sound Engineer/Musician - Work full time, weird hours - Chipper, but introverted. - Coffee addict. - Funny, sacrcastic (but the good kind) caring, open minded politically lefty. - Non smoker/not into substances I once wrote on a job application that I could fit five marshmallows in my mouth. I once drew a cat on a VCE exam in an attempt to gain extra credit. I've lived out of home for about a year, so I know how to make my own toast. I pay my rent on time and as a techie I can fix your internet and tv when they break. If there's a message thread for house business I may flood it with cat and dog memes, fair warning. Move date and budget are somewhat flexible. Cheers :)
Ideally, I would love a studio or one-bedroom. Alternatively, I am looking for a room with an en suite or my own bathroom. I am quiet, neat and tidy. I am trustworthy and respectful and would treat the accommodation as if it were my own. I prefer to keep to myself although am friendly. I am respectful of others' privacy. I would require internet access. I can provide excellent references. I am happy to consider all areas. I am a non-smoker and have no pets.
I am taking a break from studying my masters in writing and literature to work on writing a novel. I have a lot of experience living in share houses and know how to be respectful of others needs and their desire for peace and quiet as well as being good company at the right time. I am financially sound, I will never be late with rent or bills. The NDIS provides a cleaner for me, she cleans all the communal areas of my house plus my bedroom, this will continue when I move. Next year I am hopefully getting a fully trained assistance dog, it will be legally allowed to go anywhere including in rental properties. The dog will accompany me everywhere, including when I go away. I am not a party animal and at the most may have a friend or two over for dinner or a glass of wine. I do not drink to excess or use any recreational drugs. I go away a lot, but as I do now I will continue to pay rent in my absence. I do appreciate it if I can be given a discount on utilities if I have been away for most of the billing cycle and therefore have not used much or any of them. I'm really just looking for friendly housemates, a reasonable house with some form of heating and at least one air conditioner (I really feel the heat!). I prefer to take baths than showers, so a nice bath would be good too. I attend St Alfred's Anglican Church, so housemates who aren't anti-Christian are a must. You don't have to be churchgoers your selves, I just don't want conflict at home.
Hi, I'm Olivia, 20. I'm coming from the US on a working holiday visa and wanted to stay in Melbourne for my base of operations in Australia. I'm pretty easy to get along with. I'm fairly quiet, but always up for a chat, and I'm pretty tidy. I like hanging out with friends, walking around and exploring, playing games of all kinds, experimenting in the kitchen, and finding strange, but good, shows to watch.
I work full time, play cricket/football on the weekends and also do some junior coaching. I am looking to move somewhere and have a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, 3 coaches, a dining table, 2 bookshelves and some desks in which I need to bring.
I'm calm person and like to keep busy in my own work without disturbing others privacy.
Quiet, clean and respectful. Strong rental history, current place 5+ years. I have a Jack Russell who is very quiet and stays outside.
Hi there, i would love to describe myself as a caring trustworthy person. I work part time (4 days/week) in health care field at Box-hill. respect other peoples privacy and space. Also very clean, nonsmoker and non drinker. not in to partying anymore.
PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
I am easy going ,work as a dj Weekends, I have an awesome 7mth old Frenchie pup. Great company, Not a massive partier, don't take drugs, rarely drink. I can keep to myself of be socially awkward

I keep to myself most of the time but don’t mind to be a bit social, just a little quiet! I currently work full time and if I’m not working I’m with friends, I’m looking for a room where I’m able to have my time but who also would like a chat from time to time If I sound like a good fit please don’t hesitate to get in contact :)
Hi there, We are looking for two rooms in a shared house. Liam - I currently study psychology and tend to live quietly as I spending most of my time working in a bar and focusing on my studies while chilling with housemates where I can. I'm very clean and clean up as I make a mess so you won't have to worry about dishes lying around. I am a very chill person, but also can speak my mind when needed, meaning I'm never passive aggressive and reach fair agreements quickly. Irfan- I currently study biomedical science and tend to live quietly as I spend most of my time working in cafes. I am very clean and chill and get along with others well. So, you would not have any issues living with me.
Hi, I am 27 turning 28 later this month. I work full time in the manufacturing industry. I am very focused on my job most of the time. When I am not working I like to use my time in exercising or relaxing. I am pretty good at cleaning up after myself. I am happy to discuss anything I may have left out here. Further via phone or interview.
Hi! I'm Beth. I'm 20 years old and currently studying my Master of Teaching for Secondary School. I'm an American, but live here permanently in Australia. I've been told my accent makes me sound like I've just come off the plane! I'm a massive book nerd and Netflix fiend. I enjoy my space, but don't mind a cheeky drink once in a while. I'm very low key and like my space to reflect chill vibes. Therefore, I'm not interested in a party house. I'm not an obsessive clean freak. But I am tidy and respectful of the communal areas. I am VERY allergic to cats, therefore I cannot live in a house with cats, regardless of if I keep my door closed. I am looking at adding a member of the dog variety to my family, and someone who would be open to loving a doggo would be a massive bonus.
im a chilled out guy was a chef now a tradie so i can cook i clean up after my self and i like to keep tidy i do smoke but would never smoke in a house i love my cars and own a classic car my only car that will require off street parking i dont have much stuff besides me and my car, some tools, bed, pc and tv
Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen. My work schedule is Sunday to Thursday at this stage, just your standard 9 to 5 deal. Flick me a message if you would like to know more or to organise a catch up! Cheers! Ryan.
I’m very quiet and tidy and mostly keep to myself. I’m a diploma qualified early childhood educator that works in before and after school care. I own a 1yr old Groodle (golden retriever x poodle) that is house trained and friendly towards people and other animals. I’m artsy and like to explore different types of crafts.

I cook during the week, nothing amazing just quick healthy meals. I usually eat out on weekends since I try to get out and about, but def down for movie night or social drink. I am friendly, quiet and work full-time (office hours). I love cooking and sharing my cooking :) I enjoy creative activities, reading and spending time with my family, friends and church community. I am looking for a room with an en suite for myself and my 2 cats - both are older, indoor-only girls who sleep a lot and don't need to leave my room/ensuite or be in anyone's way. I have been renting on my own for years and have decided I would love a housemate who is independent (like me) but is up for a chat or a meal sometimes. I look forward to hearing from you :)

Hi there 😊 so I’m 35 and currently back with my parents after a separation. Was meant to be 3 months and has turned into 3 years. Ha 😯 life gets in the way I guess. I’m a nurse but also a florist. I make up full time hours by doing both. I’m very keen to have a 2-3 bedroom house that may have an area such as a studio for my Floristry. I’m clean, well mannered and believe that if you made the mess, you clean it up. I am an extrovert but also an empath. Love socialising but also time to myself. If you bring out the wine, it will be a good time ha 😂 but also need time to just Netflix and do nothing (classic Gemini). Have a washing machine and fridge in storage plus a lot of other bits and pieces. I have lived out of home since I was 18 so I know the process. I should also say I have a boyfriend who I’m very much in love with so he would be around a bit.
I'm very clean person, I respect.others and ask the same in reply, I'm part time worker, don't have pet, want to live by myself, working as a part timecleaner.
