I am a 23 year old female. I am looking to find a new place to live and move out of home and Iam looking for a flatmate or two so live with. I do have a cat who likes to keep to herself and she is super clean so won't be a bother to anyone - but she must come with me. I am organised, clean and I respect space. I’m super easy going too. I have a horse too so I’m always out and about.
I’m a 25 year old female looking for a room to rent around end of November or start of December with my two beautiful well behaved dogs, my 5 and a half year old border collie Amarni and 5 year old Kelpie Vinnie who cherish their indoor time a lot more then their outside time! I work full time with a casual job on top of that mostly on weekends and enjoy the quiet life however, I can be social when it requires. I’m a home body so most of my free time is either spent at the gym or at home on the couch living my best life. I like to keep my house/area clean and tidy, (I’m a house cleaner) so maybe that’s where I get it from! I am happy to jump on the lease after a couple months if it’s something we agree on.
Hello! We are Danielle and Adam. I’m Danielle, I’m 23 and I have my certificate in Animal Studies and am planning to begin a vet nursing certificate soon. I currently work as the senior manager at a Cattery in Mount Eliza. I’m also a vegetarian, but it’s fine if you are not. I am a happy, positive person who loves trying new things. Adam is currently a third year nursing student at Monash University. He currently does night shifts for a nursing agency when he isn’t studying at uni or playing tennis. He is outgoing and social, always up for a chat and enjoys baking. We are both massive animal lovers, we have 2 quiet, lovely inside cats, 3 clean litter trained house rabbits (in a pen) and we also have 5 lizards and a small snake in 6 stackable enclosures. (all desexed) Neither of us drink, smoke or party. We are both quiet, considerate, polite, neat, tidy and LGBT+ friendly! Some of our hobbies include gaming, watching movies or tv, cooking/baking and tennis. Wouldn't mind someone we can have dinner at home or go out for dinner on occasion with, but it's ok if you'd rather not. We are open to Roomate’s of any age, race, gender, sexuality, if you are a couple, have kids or pets too that’s no problem as long as they will get along with my cats and leave my rabbits peacefully in their pen. Thank you very much for reading about us and we hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi, I'm seeking a long-term setup that's quiet, clean, and in the Chelsea-Seaford location. Closer to the river the better. I have my own belongings to set up a lovely and civilised home with a team-mate that is also seeking similar. A garage is highly valued for bike and other outdoor storage. I can negotiate on price, all depending. Either you have a place, or are looking to team up with another mature person seeking a lovely, long-term home that's tastefully furnished and cared for. I'm a great housemate because you don't have to think about money coming from me. I'm financially secure, organised and focused, with a range of interests. I keep to myself mostly, and my life is drama free. I study and read a lot as part of my science degree. Otherwise, I'm at work, the gym/swim, skiing, or bike. Looking for someone pretty clean, independent, and who has interests of their own. Maybe you have kids that need to stay with you sometimes, which is fine with me also. Thanks.
My name's Matthew, 22 years old and work full time in aromatherapy in Hallam, looking for a room to rent as the share house I'm living in now is coming to an end. It is a work share house from the company I work for. Rent is taken out of my account before I get paid and work will continue to do that with where I move to so save any hassel. Rent would never be late. I enjoy art and wood turning, still getting a few things together though. Some keys things I've been afraid to add I'm now going to tell you. I do suffer from depression and anexity so finding a place that will feel like a home is number one. I need an area to be able to work and do things, I also don't want it to feel like I'm just renting a room. Because of my battle with mental health I'm finding it hard to find somewhere I think I'll be comfortable but I'm also afraid of going through and meeting with people so I'll do whatever I can and tell you more if you have any further questions.
I'm a 20 year old South African looking for accomodation near the Monash Peninsula Campus in Frankston. My budget is $230 a week. I'm looking for accomodation from February to November 2020. I'm super easy-going and laid back. I'm friendly and being new to Oz, always up for a chat and to meet new people ! I do enjoy time to myself as well as time with others. I'm tidy and like to keep my place clean :)
I am neat, tidy and friendly and also keep to myself and do my own thing a lot and respect everyones privacy. I also like to think i’m pretty funny. I have a SUPER affectionate, friendly and well behaved Boxer cross dog who is an indoor dog, except for when i’m at work, depending on the weather. I work full time (early mornings) monday to friday in Dandenong. I’m unsure what else to tell you, but if i’ve missed anything then feel free to shoot me a message. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi my name is Natasha, 32 years old. Working full time Monday to Friday. Live a fairly active/healthy lifestyle, go to gym 5/6 days a week. Clean, tidy, respectful housemate.
I'm a pretty neat, quiet Australian guy currently studying engineering full-time online, and looking for work in electronics or chemistry. I have a degree in science (applied chem), and 11+ yrs experience as an electronics tech. I'm a bit handy with computers, fixing some stuff around the house, and paying rent/bills on time. I clean up after myself, and like to keep a tidy, clean house, but not too fussy. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine/beer, a chat about politics/economics/technology/society..., video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening, but largely keeping to myself, not a party person. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I can bring a PS3 and a few gardening tools. I'm fine with pets, though I don't have any. - Sam
