I’m looking for a room to rent as I have recently split up from my partner. I work full time in the transport industry and I’m also a studying at Deakin university. I am clean and tidy, I like to cook, read, draw and I love makeup and beauty. I’d like to think of myself as an easygoing and responsible person.
I have lived out of home already for a few years and I am know myself to be reliable in paying bills, maintaining a clean house and living amicably with others.
I absolutely love dogs and have a 14 month old Rottweiler. He is pretty well behaved and friendly, he gets along with cats and other dogs and has always been an inside and outside dog. (We even taught him how to sit so we can wipe his paws before coming inside!) Nube is not desexed yet but he has been well socialised and has not shown any aggression to other dogs, even males around the same age. He has also had one on one obedience training from a young age.
I can provide proof of income/ job references, a police check from this year, personal references.
