I am a marketing professional looking to rent one bedroom. Will be mostly home at night during the week and away most of the time on weekends. I travel to overseas for work a few times per year, usually two week periods at a time. I am clean, quiet and love to cook. Im easy to get a long with and respect people's privacy. I don't have any pets. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, enjoy a nice latte at a coffee shop and chat
Hi, I'm Caitie, a 23 year old Architectural Project Coordinator living in Enoggera. My lease is due to end in the upcoming weeks and I'm looking to sign again in the same area. I'd describe myself as being low-key, tidy and a huge dork. Expect awful dance outbursts, terrible puns and constant adventure planning. At this stage, I'm currently in my last year of my Architectural Design degree at QUT. Between this, working full-time at a local Architecture firm and training most nights at rock climbing gyms, my schedule is relitively full. Regardless of this, I do enjoy a good chat/chill on my weekends when free. My lease is due to expire around the 24th of March. If you feel I'd be a good fit to your household, shoot me a message. Caitie.
Respectful, open minded, super liberal person who is kind and does not judge others, in a bad situation as of now but looking for accommodation, so I have a comfortable living situation to work full time/ part time with Uni. spent my past 8 or so years in Chicago, IL, USA, Enjoying Australia and keen to meet new people, am not shy and enjoy company more than alone time but all depends on how I'm feeling. Have liked to skateboard and play basketball growing up but haven't had time recently.
Me n my partner have a baby on the way n we got 2 dogs that r well behaved n we need a house or roof over how head asap
I'm 25 l, love the gym and outdoors. Really like to keep a tidy home. I work full time in marketing and events. I don't drink or go out on weekends, I'd rather get outside with my dog. I have a blue staffy called Chia. She is a happy go lucky people dog and doesn't bark. I'm a positive and bubbly girl. Love cooking and eating healthy but won't judge those who don't! Friendly but like my own space as well. Don’t like a cluttered home.
Working full time teacher! Easy going! I love to keep active and be out and about! Usually will spend my weekends out socializing or spending time with my family! Very clean and tidy!
I'm moving out of home for the first time, I'm responsible and self-sufficient, and I love to cook. I work as a Design Consultant for a luxury furnishings company in the city - so I am quite creative!
Hi I'm Luke, work full-time, I cook, clean and I also meal prep (but eat whatever i want for dinner, so more than happy to cook meals for u and help u eat the ones u make 🤣🤣). I have my own furniture including a fridge and washing machine etc for us to share. Im fun and adventurous. Only drink socially 6 months of the year as the rest of the year im prepping to get back on stage. Don't mind going out, and don't mind if you wanna have people over (it's your house too). I also like staying in and watching netflix. I like the beach and love the gym. I would prefer to live with a female as I get along with them more i suppose. Im tidy but not a clean freak. Id also like to become friends with my housemate. I have a medium sized dog as well so i hope thats ok. Im keen to live anywhere really as long as its with 15km of enoggera as Im in the Army and need to commute to the base. Dates to move in can be flexible if need be. Ideally I'd like to team up with someone and find a house together.
I have just recently started full-time work, and am looking for a place to settle down. I am originally from the Gold Coast, and am done with commuting for hours. I enjoy travelling and just recently made a solo trip to Japan and Korea last year, and lived for six months in Leeds, England. I'm a pretty chill person that enjoys hanging out, but will also respect your personal space.
I'm an easy going happy person, I am happy to help out and just help look after the place and people im staying with. I am clean and tidy. I'm independent but get along well with anyone. I can save power Haha and im not a fussy person. I've really enjoyed moving to brisbane and ive loved subletting. My house mates for 3 months were lovely. I hope to find another place as welcoming.
18 yr old working part-time at Aldi. Studying a bachelor of business- international at QUT! Love hanging out and socialising but also like some quiet time. Enjoy spending my spare time going to gigs, chilling with friends and of course staying in and watching Netflix. Super clean and organised!! Reliable job which means rent and bills will always be paid on time.
Hi! I work full-time as a graphic designer in Bowen Hills. I have a cute cavoodle (Cavalier King Charles x Poodle) named Lola. She's an inside dog and could live with another little dog. I'm easy-going and enjoy a good Netflix and wine after work. I love travelling and going to the beach and spending time with friends and family. I would prefer to live in an all-female residence. I'm flexible on move date, and happy to wait for the perfect place.
We are students who are sick and tired of trying to find a half decent place to rent, and decided to rent out a place with some awesome people. Skype is anytime to get to know us better :) Pets are more than welcome!
Friendly, outgoing, love to chill and easy going. Uni student. Happy to lend my hand if you need any help. I am very clean. Also, looking to team up or move in with a group. I hit the gym regularly. I like go out for drive and explore new places. Happy to meet new people
I am a young 44, (going on 28), with a passion for outdoor adventures. Bills and rent aren't an issue. I am experienced in being a flatmate. If this sounds a possible fit then I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers, Mike.
I am a student nurse, working part-time in the city, I have a relaxed personality, have furniture of my own, own a litter trained cat. I'm clean and respectful, lived out of home since high school so pretty sure I know how to be a good housemate.
Hi I’m Emily I’m 21 years old and Work permanent part time (30 hours a week) whilst studying! I am very neat and always pay my bills on time! I also love an espresso martini but also am respectful and keep to myself!
Hi Im Karen, I work full time in a stable job (11years). I mostly work afternoons and every 2nd weekend which means you get some privacy of a night time for the most part. On my weekend off i have 4 days off, so like to get out of town and go camping or head to the coastal towns to the beach pending on weather. Also like to chill out at home. Am also working on my fitness. This is another reason I want to go into a house with someone, as need somewhere to put my camping gear, and pilates machine as it simply will not fit into a just a room with my bed. Lol. (Not that I have much gear to store) I have my own car but if you don't and need to be near public transport then we can make that a priority. Wanting a chilled friendly environment to live. I have lots of kitchen stuff and a fridge, washing machine, dryer, a few Tvs, entertainment system etc but not a lounge or dining table. So am flexible to work out what's best between our stuff combined and sell what we have double up on and get what we don't. Can work that out down the track. Im pretty easy to get along with. Im clean and tidy, but not overboard. Would prefer someone who is similar. Happy to have a social drink but saying that I don't drink on a regular basis. Im pretty respectful and not going to play loud music or movies at 2am when you are trying to sleep. Lol. Flexible with location on the north side, as long as it's not too far out as I work near the city. Saying that I don't want to live in the city. I prefer to be on the outskirts. Currently at Carseldine but that is as far out as I will go. Happy to move a little closer. Also prefer to go into a place with someone who has a stable job, so no issues paying the bills. Looking at yearly rental to start and go from there. Hoping to find someone who is after the same. If you have pets, I love dogs but not much of a cat person. I currently don't have any pets. Looking to find a place with someone around May but also flexible before or after. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
I'm clean, reliable and respectful, I am currently studying my diploma of beauty therapy and hope to be working soon. I have one 25kg dog who loves people and makes no noise.
I do shift work so I am hardly home and have a super active social life (playing sports and hanging with friends and family).
Hey everyone! I moved here from Europe a year ago. So far loving Australia, I'm hoping to stay here permanently. I'm just looking for a new house to move in to in April. The housemates that I live with now are all moving out so I figured I might as well too... Get a fresh start, meet some new cool people all the jazz... I work in retail in Westfield Chermside. I am obviously gay lol and would SO love to have gay housemates cause I have never had them before! I suck at socializing cause I am quite socially awkward I'm not gonna lie lol. I'm just not the most chattiest person and I love my own space to peace out. That being said I would love to meet new people and gain a couple of friends, I could sure use someone to go out more, maybe even go clubbing and stuff. I am a huge fan of social media and my list of favourite TV shows is never ending. Ideal Friday night is just a bottle of wine and good company. I do love my wine. A lot haha. Also, I am vegetarian so.. if you are too, I already love you! HMU! P.S. Also just FYI I am a smoker if that's an issue for you. Obviously I don't smoke inside but yeah.. Just heads up.
I'm a teacher. Teach Year 12 and enjoy the students . Cricket tragic. Broncos member. Like all kinds of music. Very interested in politics. Don't interfere in other people's lives. Happy to listen but don't give advice. My motto is "live and let live".
Greetings! Justyne here, Admin Officer by day, and sometimes by night too so I will hardly be in your face. But when I am, it will be with a smile and a friendly greeting followed by a bitch sesh about our jobs and how full time employment leaves us no time for anything fun during the week. We eventually end our chat by appreciating the decent income we earn to pay for our rent and the wine we’ll be drinking (I’m picturing my future roomies being wine drinkers. Beer is also acceptable. Not picky) Some of my skills and key qualities include (but deffs not limited to) - paying rent on time - cleaning up after cooking - respecting your privacy - keeping common areas tidy - passing routine inspections with flying colours I’m on the hunt for a room with own bathroom, preferrably in the suburbs I’ve selected and within my weekly budget of $220. I also have a new(ish) car so off-street parking would be great! I intend to stay as long as 12 months. Anyway, we’ll discuss the rest once I hear from you. Let’s chat soon! :)
