Hello! I am a 38 year old female looking for a lovely, drama-free place to live in north/north west of Brisbane. Somewhere spacious with lots of trees would be ideal! I would prefer to share with like minded people who are between 35-45 years old, and enjoy a peaceful life! I am employed, and I can pay rent on time. I enjoy creative endeavours and gardening, so some space for these pleasures would be essential to my survival! I enjoy bushwalking, op shopping, camping and kayaking. I come with a beautiful cat named George, who is strictly an indoor cat. He likes other cats and is pretty open to friendly dogs being around. A pet friendly place is important! I also need plenty of storage space. (Please note: I'm not looking for a tiny cupboard-sized room or a converted sunroom.... its just not my thing. Cheers) I think I am good to live with because I am considerate, respectful and self aware; funny, friendly but I am also independant and like my alone time; I always pay rent on time. I am quiet, but not anti social, and like a harmonious living environment. Hope to meet you soon! *Genuine responses only, and please have a current listing of your place/space for me to peruse*
Two besties looking for a housemate or two to find a sharehouse with. We’re super easygoing, pretty chilled about everything and easy to get on with. Ideally looking for people that are the same and we can get a nice place going with a lovely communal area or a big balcony and some plants xx We are both social and friendly, don’t mind a bev or two or a night out, we are both smokers and 420 friendly which we feel like we should mention :) While we are big G ups we also love personal space and will always respect you and yours. We basically just like hanging out and having a chat and not having too many rules but still being respectful of what we need to. Chrissie works full time with the Department of Human Services and Chloe is studying Nursing at QUT. Everyone is welcome especially dogs!!!!!
Hi there! I'm Zoe! I'm currently searching for a social share house with people who are down for a chat but also respect a closed door policy. I'm a student, studying a double of Psychology and Social Work and I also work part-time as a Disability Support Worker. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy to paint, listen to music, cook and drink some (cheap) scotch. Feel free to shoot me a message :)
Hi I'm Alex, also known as "Hey you behind the bushes!" I'm looking for a new place to live with my two dogs - Hunson and Marceline, yes, named after the Adventure Time characters. Spent the last 7 years in share houses. I'm currently living in a cool frat house with 20 year old boys, so I'm impartial to a cracking game of Beer Pong, trash talking Overwatch matches, and general frivolity. But alas, my age is getting the better of me and my tea drinking and reading socials are taking preference to ironing everyone's shirts for a Thursday student night at Birdiees. I'm a casual shift worker, part time desk jockey and a perpetual postgraduate student. Wouldn't describe myself as a nerd, but I probably am. I do work nights sometimes so I'm usually napping. I study, enjoy bad Steam games, Dungeons and Dragons, and chatting but also like recharging alone with tea and a weird YouTube video. My dogs are 5 and 3, horridly well house trained and spend a lot of time outdoors due to my shift work, long hour life (they love it, promise!) and if they aren't laying in the sun they are napping next to me - super chill. Yes, they're totally available for Tinder photos. Totally flexible with roommate types, bathrooms (obviously would prefer an ensuite but who wouldn't? But in this economy, I'll wing it) and definitely need a dog friendly home! Internet is also a must, however willing to purchase own. Not personally 420 friendly but you do you! Budget is an approximate and can pay a little more for certain aspects I.e. taking care of mowing with dogs etc. Ideally would like a space for a home gym (because dance) if possible but not necessary :)
- I’m a clean and tidy person - Work Fulltime, usually only home nights and days off if not busy - I love my own space but I’m happy to spend time with my flat mate/s - Looking to move into a Female only listing.
Heya, I'm a package deal with my lovely doggo Zephyr (she is used to being the only dog of the house tho!). Generally quite and keep to myself 80% of the time after work but is up for some fun and a few drinks when I can.
Hi, my name is Travis, I'm 27, single, gay, super clean, super tidy and super dorky. I'm respectful of personal space but also don't mind hanging out, specially if it involves Netflix and a big box of Cadbury Favourites although wouldnt mind a housemate who I can be friends with at the same time. I'm not a party animal but don't mind going into the city or somewhere nice for a couple drinks on the rare occasion, so I'd like a housemate who is similar in that sense and who has a friendly and easy going personality that's clean and tidy. :) I'm work night shift as a Environmental Services Assistant at the SVPHN in Chermside and Im studying IT full time at Tafe South Bank. Im after a place that has the following, - Pet free (Allergic to dogs) - Cigarette free - Drug free - LGBT friendly - Air-conditioning - Non party house - Off street parking - 1 other person maybe 2 max depending on the person/situation - Queen size room with built in (Unfurnished) - Ensuite or own bathroom - Storage (Preferable) - New or Newish house/townhouse or apartment (preferably) - Super clean, as I am really clean myself so ideally Id like my future housemate to be the same. I do have a few bits and bobs that need to be stored, some I can just chuck in the cupboard and under my bed but I do have a sensor dryer and also a mountain bike which I'd like to keep out of the weather. If you like what you read and feel I'm suitable please done hesitate to message me.
i currently study full-time but i’m also looking for work. i’ll be moving with my cat so i’d like a pet friendly household if possible. i love to watch movies, listen to music, eat out, or go to gigs. i’m clean, friendly, and i love to cook. :~)
Hey! My name is Crystal (the red head in the photo), and my friend Savannah and I are two 18/19 year olds from the Sunshine Coast moving to Brisbane in July for University and work. We are looking for some female flat mates, preferably aged 18-24 looking to move in an area central in Brisbane and sign a lease with us. We are both enthusiastic girls, that are very welcoming and overall are exited to meet new people and have adventures in the city.
Hi, I’m Steph and my partner is Rich. We’re looking for a place that accepts couples and where both our names can be on the rental agreement. I’m from the UK and am currently studying a diploma at a college in the CBD. I live in Kenmore but getting to/from the city can sometimes be time consuming. I'm looking for a similar house share with easier access to the city. I’ve lived on my own before and in house shares so I know what it takes to look after a home. I’m not after a party house and prefer something a quieter. We respect other people's space and you won't have to worry about me taking your food. We’re hoping for a house share that respects quiet time and personal space but I’m not adverse to a sharing a few beers over dinner of an evening. We clean up after ourselves in common areas. We like to get out in nature during our spare time and hope to do a little bit of travelling too. Sometimes, we may prefer to just chill out at home. My partner has a campervan (google ‘Van Cat Meow’) and currently stays with me when he’s not working and he has a cat. Ideally, we’re looking for a place that is OK with couples and is pet friendly. We don’t require much room as most of Rich’s stuff will stay in his van. We’re available to move from 30th June. What we’re looking for... - A functional kitchen is a must - A shared living area would be ideal - A garden would be nice, but not essential - Good/quick access to transport links is a must - Off-street parking would be good, or at least a level parking space for the campervan if the cat isn’t allowed in the house - AC in the bedroom would be ideal but not essential - a pet friendly house share for a well behaved cat. We are responsible pet owners and don’t let her roam without a harness and leash. We are open to other areas not listed in my profile, the ones I’ve listed are just a few I’m familiar with. Preferably no further than fare zone 2 would be ideal but not out of the question. Get in touch!
Hey I am looking at moving back to Brisbane after spending 2+ years living/working in Dubai in the restaurant industry. I'm pretty quiet, easy going and tidy however I don't mind a drink or two and heading out for live music ect. I'm looking for somewhere to settle back into. Animal lover so pets are not an issue at all. Feel free to reach out :)
Hi everyone, my name is Damien and I'm 25. Currently living in Northlakes but wanting to move further south back into the suburbs. (Previously lived in Stafford/Mitchelton and Newstead) I'm moving to be closer to work, leisure and to make some more friends along the way. I work at the Brisbane airport in the maintenance hangars and I keep active by playing Volleyball and some other on-off sports. Though my schedule is fairly busy, I enjoy my downtime. I'm after a share house with a few people around my age group that like to be social and have a discussion. I would enjoy to be around people who like to do things outside the house aswell - but I understand people boundaries and privacy. I'm often the person who cleans, does the rubbish and dishes so dont worry I'm very tidy and don't put my things on others to do.
I am a 33 year old Indian female from Fiji. I am married and have a son but I will be moving to Brisbane alone for my PhD. I am a very easy going person and like to make new friends. Socialising is nice but I am not a party person. I don't mind if you have pets as long as they are friendly. I respect people's privacy and expect the same in return. I don't mind if housemates have overnight guests as my husband might make short visits during the year. Overall, I am a very chill person, love to talk and make friends.
Looking for an unfurnished double room or larger in a house, preferably with a built-in wardrobe. House needs to already have appliances and internet. Preferably fully enclosed backyard. I am a health conscious, work full time as a massage therapist and prefer a quiet, clean and tidy house. I'm also a cat and dog lover.
Hello! We are Chloe and Chrissie, two friends looking for a couple of other flatmates to team up with to rent this amazing house we have inspected in Alderley. It's not a definite option but we've got our eyes on it. It's a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, the rent will be around 140/week (slightly varying because of room size). The house is also pet friendly so dogs encouraged. Chrissie works full-time with the government and Chloe is studying nursing at QUT. We are both smokers (420 friendly too) and looking for some chill people who are keen on a chat or a drink and aren't total strangers. We are very easy-going yet also clean and respectful and hope to find like-minded people. Please feel free to send us a message if you think we'd fit in a house well together. Happy to meet up for a coffee to get to know you a bit :) (0466669211)
Upbeat, Ambivert! Enjoy baking, cooking and getting some sun. Love to chat but also cherish my own space. Independent and thoughtful/considerate regarding housemate etiquette. Shared areas must be kept clean and tidy😉
