$220/week26 year old woman

Hey friends. My name is Pru (she/her), I'm an actor and retail assistant, and I'm looking for new housemates for 2022. LGBTQI+ friendly; BIPOC-friendly; 420-friendly; feline-fur-baby-friendly I'm an easy-going, chatty, artistic non-smoker and am always down for a movie night, wine night, vent-about-fascism night, pizza night, etc. I also have 6 years of rental experience. I am fully vaccinated and will only agree team up with fully vaccinated people (or those genuinely medically exempt). This is non-negotiable. I'm hoping to find, ideally, 1 or 2 people to team up with to find a nice little place that we can call home and make our own, not just a location where we keep our things. Either that or I'll also happily settle with a house that already has humans looking for another housemate. I'm pretty flexible. I'm basically just going for classic millenial/zoomer share house vibes. I'm looking to live within the Caulfield realm, with a radius stretching as far as Windsor, Hawthorn, Glen Iris, Ashburton, Oakleigh East, Bentleigh and Elwood. While I do enjoy socialising, I'm also a bit of an introvert and value my personal space (especially when I've been getting a lot of retail shifts). I often need to do singing practice and film self tapes for auditions, and while I'll always do what I can to only sing when home alone, sometimes it's unavoidable. I'm looking forward to meeting my new future housemates :)

$350/week26-30 year old woman and man

Arriving on the 5th of February. Hey, I am Sophie, a 26y swiss student. I'd like a place to feel at home for my time in Melbourne. I'll be starting in March a master's in clinical exercise science for 2 years and am hoping to continue into a Ph.D. In my spare time, I will probably be working in a CrossFit as well. Outside of Uni, I mostly skateboard, do yoga, and do improv class - I used to be fun in French, now in English.. Not so sure! But will try my best! I love sharing time with people but also do need my "me time" very much. Btw, I've already lived for 4 years on the Gold Coast when completing my bachelor's degree, so Australia isn't new, but Melbourne is! Hey! My name is Tristan, I am 30y old french guy and I'll be moving to Australia too with Soph :-) I'll be working in a CrossFit/S&C gym. I used to be a competitive skier before I hurt my knees (5-6-7x ?) - so kinda of propeer french dude, so now I train athletes and it is quite fun! Outside of work, I like to ride a lot, surf, and do longboard. I like a good beer and a good laugh too. Ask me anything about Marvel or Star Wars, i'll be your guide. ---> We are both quiet and mature people who hope to find a quiet and welcoming place to live and share time with the rest of the flatemates. We do not spend our time glued to each other's as a side note, as we both have our separate life :) PS: Tristan's make AMAZING crepes and pancakes ! --> We are looking for a place furnished with a bed and wardrobe at least. Close to public transports and to shops too. We need a strong WIFI

$300/week29 year old man

*Teamups* Hi All, I work full time as an Environmental Consultant and my lease ends early Feb (but I also have a 15 day notice option) so I'm looking to move to the east side of Melbourne to be closer to work (Hawthorn). So anywhere within 20minutes of there, North, East or South (Kew, Canterbury, Camberwell, Box Hill, Doncaster, Balwyn or Bulleen etc etc) would be ideal as work takes up quite a decent chunk of my time. I'm pretty flexible with dates, either before Christmas or mid to late Jan/Feb are fine as I have a 3 week project in QLD starting New years. I'd prefer to Teamup and start a new sharehouse as I have a 5 year old Italian greyhound Fury that I'm basically basing my house choices on; fully enclosed backyard with at least some room to run circles in. And then for me just a room big enough that I can setup for when I bring work home. But if there is a room in that ideal house I'd jump at it too. I'm a fairly laid back person who's into sport (AFL, Soccer, Cricket) but also a bit of a geek and enjoy sci-fi, fantasy, reading + games (love board game nights). During the week I'm just working basically and then on weekends I try and catch up with friends when possible. Fury is mainly an indoor dog but loves his runs outside. He's well house trained, sleeps about 18hrs a day and loves cuddling up to people. He's lived with other dogs and plenty of cats too. I've lived in a great share house out west for almost 4 years and I'd like to find another place where you can become friends with the other housemates and hang out together in common areas chat, have a drink or just retreat to your own room when you want down time. I'm clean without being pedantic so looking for a place where everyone likes to help keep it clean and tidy. If I sound like we'd fit in at your place or keen for a team-up just drop me a message. Cheers, Byron + Fury
