Information Architect, currently completing some IT certifications and working on small projects. Looking for a room in a quiet household to focus on my freelance work and studies. I'm in my room on my computer most of the time, and like to do my own thing in terms of meals and grocery shopping. Friendly and supportive, always up for a chat and to help out where I can. Interested in locations outside of those selected in my profile. Must be near public transport.
Hey guys! I'm looking to move out with some housies and hopefully save some money for the future. I'm 27 years old and working full time as an Estimator for a construction company. I'm happy to contribute around the house with the washing, cleaning dishes etc and i'm really easy going. Looking for a place where I can meet new people and have a good time. I enjoy outdoor activities on the weekend whether its going to the beach, playing sports or having a few drinks and relaxing. Have a little bit of furniture but i'm open to furnished places as it would be convenient. I also have a car so i'd need a car spot.
Hey peeps! Im Billy, qualified Youth worker, clean and tidy, also understand and have respect for others space and privacy. I am just looking for a nice room with decent people to move in to at the end of jan as that is when my lease is up. I know its a little bit away but would just like to be organized. If you think i could be a good fit for your house or have any questions dont hesitate to message and ask! Cheeersss 🤙
We are a great couple to be staying with, clean, tidy and respectful of our future house mates and their belongings. We don't mind a couple of beverage's and a chat, really friendly to get along with. We like long walks on the beach, being outdoorsy (bike riding), won't being hanging around all day everyday and being a drag as we also go to uni and work part time. It would be really great if you could accommodate us. Cheers.
Hi! I'm a second-year student studying a bachelor of science at Melb Uni. I can be pretty sociable but tend to keep to myself during the semester. I keep tidy and clean up after myself. Would prefer somewhere quiet over a rowdy sharehouse.
Hi all, I am a 20-year-old student from Auckland, New Zealand. I'll be in Melbourne for 6 months from the 28th of Jan doing an exchange for a semester at Monash (Clayton). Looking for a fun group of people and a place to flat for a semester. For most of my degree, I've had to be academic focussed but while over in Melbourne I really want to enjoy the social life and let loose on the weekends and explore the new city (love a good wine and a dance!). I love going on road trips, heading to see live music, and soaking up the sun. I consider myself clean, respectful and easy to live with :)
International student in Monash, caulfield. M an outgoing girl who is pretty good at cooking(I do believe so lol), really easy going and welliing to share with others. Lots of hobbies including dancing, swimming and so on~~ Waiting for your contact~~
Hi guys! My name is Ayshe, and I'm looking for a new place to call home! I'm pretty limited to the areas that I have listed as I work between two offices, and need to be located conveniently between both. Ideal move-in time is late January/early February, but this is flexible and I can move in on an earlier/later date. I'm looking for a place for a minimum of six months, but I would potentially stay longer (ie closer to a year) in the right place. I'm 25 years old, and I work full time as a graduate lawyer. Weekdays are usually pretty low key for me as I work long hours, and generally come home pretty exhausted. Aside from doing dancing classes during the week, I'm a bit of a nanna Monday-Thursday! Weekends I like to let my hair down (although I'm not looking for a party house - I do prefer to take the party elsewhere!) and I'm often not home. I'm looking for a place with a great vibe, and for housemates that are friendly, considerate, respectful of space and TIDY (critical)! I'm hoping for a housemate (or housemates) who, like me, is up for a chat and keen to build a friendship, but who is also independent. Please get in touch if you've got a place that would suit me! Ayshe :)
A tid bit about me: 23 years old gay female. I study communication design at Swinburne. I also work at Lush Cosmetics and Cotton On. I do enjoy quiet downtime, doing artsy things (drawing, costume-making, painting), tea, and plants. I am easy-going and enjoy some good banter. I have been vegan for about 5 years, and do not smoke/do drugs. I clean up after myself extremely well, and am energy-conscious. I would be looking for the same in a housemate. I also have a 15 year old Maltese x Shih Tzu doggo called Gucci. He’s a cutie that mainly naps all day, but sometimes can be a little sassy and senile so you should be tolerant of dogs. Unfortunately he does not like other animals, so no other pets sorry!
A little about me, I graduated high school in 2016 and am currently studying an Associate Degree Of Arts at Deakin University Burwood, majoring in Media and Public Relations. I also work at Zing Pop Culture which is basically any Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pokemon, DC/Marvel fans dream. Me myself, Marvel all the way. I love music, to the point where its over the top. I love concerts and going to live gigs. I love YouTube, in fact I even have a mediocre channel myself. Huge movie/tv show buff! As a roommate, I am tidy, fun, down-to-earth, kind, supportive, a great listener, a little introverted but extroverted when I want to be. I am a little shy at first, but once I get to know people I definitely am not shy. I accept boundaries and respect other peoples opinions, morals and values. I also do not judge and try to keep an open mind as much as is humanly possible in today's day and age! If you think I'm a great suit for your flat, place message me. I'm sure if text/call isn't enough, one of the thousands of social media platforms will suffice. I hope to hear from you soon!
I'm a 28 year old Kiwi who has lived in Melbourne for 5 years. I'm looking for a place around Boroondara that is fairly social (but also happy to give a bit of space), with like-minded people. Full time Web Developer, working for a modern software company close to Camberwell Junction. I like to be fairly active outside of work - often swimming, cycling, gym'ing & practicing martial arts. I love music and play a little bit of guitar & bass. Also enjoy a bit of gaming socially or for downtime. Non-smoker. Not a massive drinker but also not opposed to the occasional drink. Having lived away from home for 10 years I like to think I've learnt how to be a good housemate, as well as pay bills on time and pull my own weight around the house.
I'm a student at Swinburne in my 2nd year doing my Bachelor of Busines, but I've recently started full-time work and taking a year off study. I'm a clean and tidy person but not too fussy about it. I keep to myself most of the time but I'm can also be sociable and don't mind sharing a drink or a meal and having a chat. Also, I can cook and do so most nights and I'm pretty good at it so I don't mind cooking for the house. I'm also pretty big into photography and like to go and find cool spots of nature to take photos of. I'm not a party-er, although I don't mind catching up with friends at a bar or having a glass of wine while watching trashy relative tv. I'm also vegan, so it would also be really cool to share a place with another vegan or vegetarian, if you're not that's also cool I don't mind. I'm looking preferably for an all-female flat, and I also don't do well with animals, I could deal with like a fish, I'm just not a huge animal person. Also, I love houseplants just don't expect me to keep yours alive, I've killed cactuses and succulents before. Overall I think I would make a pretty good flatmate
Hi! My name is Shannon and I come with a 2 year old kelpie mix Koda. People tend to like her better than me because of her loving nature and good behaviour, she's toilet trained and love love loves other dogs. Almost as much as she loves humans! She does spend a lot of time inside where we are currently, I'm not really a "dogs outside only" kind of person so she sleeps in my room and inside when I am at work, however I understand this may require some flexibility upon moving and that is totally fine. We have also lived with cats so she's pretty well adjusted to different things. Enough about my better half, a little about me. I work full time in administration, not the most challenging stuff but it is stable and pays the bills! I've lived in share accommodation for around 5 years now in different situations so I understand cleaning up after yourself and being respectful of others. Ideally I would like to have some sort of friendship with the people I live with, whether it's sharing a meal or having a pint, watching the football in winter or whatever, I just think it makes for a nicer dynamic. I'm not looking to move until Feb but I think it's worth having a look sooner rather than later as these things tend to sneak up and I would like to find the right fit rather than somewhere just for the hell of it. I'm pretty open so any questions just ask! Thanks :)
Hi! I'm a full-time student at swinburne uni (studying graphic design) and hospitality worker that enjoys being outside, looking at art, attending gigs and reading. My friends tell me that i'm 'super chill,' my mum tells me i 'need to stop making dad jokes,' and dogs don't tend to say anything, but they seem to like me plenty well too. I'm still working on my cooking skills, but I'm a pretty excellent baker and will make my family's secret recipe sponge cake on birthdays! I am also a tidy, friendly person and don't mind hanging out with flatmates, but enjoy time alone equally as much :^)
Hi, my name is Georgio. I am currently studying full time completing a Bachelor of Laws/Arts at Monash Universtiy Clayton Campus (in my 4th year as of 2018). Also dont mind cooking (learnt alot from my greek grandma/mum). I am a social person, easy-going and easy to talk to, always keen to make new friends :) I dont smoke (but its okay if others do), love pets, and am tidy, clean and neat. My budget is $150-$200/w max (including bills/net) and looking for places that are furnished.
Hello! A little bit about me: I finished my university studies in 2011 and since then have been working full time in the CBD. I can be quite quiet but am also personable and friendly. I am outside a lot (normally I work between 5-6 days a week) and consider myself a very responsible person. I like my own space but also like to make a house a home. I guess what i'm trying to say is I think I make for a pretty good house mate and tenant! If you think that I might be a decent match for you, please drop me a line. Dexter :)
Hi guys, I'm a 22 year old Uni Student from East Sydney, and looking for a place to stay in Inner-East Melbourne (Richmond/Hawthorn/Burwood Areas) while I study at Deakin University. Room can be unfurnished or furnished (I have my own furniture). I am: - A non-smoker - 5'6" - LGBT - Well educated (starting my Masters of Teaching next year) - Working casual in Warehousing - Easygoing and down-to-earth - Generally a private person/introverted, as I tend to stay in my room a lot to study/game/netflix - Not a pet-owner, but I will love/cherish/walk your pets if you have them - Very enthusiastic about cleaning and doing domestic home duties - Punctual with rent My budget is $200/w (inc. bills/internet), or $150/w without bills. Thanks for considering me.
Hey! I'm a part-time uni student and part-time waitress. I currently live at home (in Melbourne) with my family but feel it's time to venture out on my own. Bit of a neat freak but also easy going, so hopefully it balances out? Outside of being a professional student :p I enjoy playing hockey, drinking coffee and eating chocolate.
Currently studying engineering at RMIT and love to collect retro electronics and play around and tinker with them. Organised to an extent but always like to have a different opinion and a different way to do things. I used to live out in the country and moved to the city for study, lived on student res and then moved to the west and looking for a safer and closer location to my friends that live in the east.
