I'm a mature and responsible male that has recently started a two-year course in entrepreneurship and has taken over a new international sales role with a local exporting company in Mount Waverley. Hence I work + study Mon - Fri from 8am to 6pm. I'm very neat, tidy, respectful and honest and I do keep things/spaces clean and organised. I'm looking for a Studio, Granny or One Bed flat for rent, preferably furnished, that's close to a train/railway/bus station If your your flat meets these conditions, shoot me a message and let's chat to arrange an inspection. Cheers, Chris
Hi all, My name is Aden and I am transitioning from work in the public service to a degree at Deakin University in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have been living by myself for three years and this will be the first time I will be in a sharehouse. As such I am looking for somewhere close to Deakin and am happy to work with people also looking for a sharehouse. I would ideally like an unfurnished room as I already own a bed (though I am prepared to sell it off). I am a naturally introverted person but perfectly happy to chat and socialise and ideally would prefer a social group of flatmates. I have no preference for gender mix. In the short term I will be just focusing on university but would like to find a job teaching English around Melbourne. As for my interests: I am a very dedicated soccer and AFL fan, really into politics though will avoid if that's not your thing, I love learning languages, I think dogs are amazing, I like to cook and exercise and I am a vegetarian. I will be away in Queensland for the remainder of 2019 however I will be present on this site responding to any messages and will be able to visit any rooms from January 1 onwards. I will be leaving my job around early February and would prefer to have everything sorted by late January as my parents are coming down from Queensland to help move.
Hey! I'm a Greenwich student and I'll be here for the next month and I'll como back in March. Now I'm living with my cousin in Aspendale, but it is far away from the city. I'm a clean and well-organized person, I study English in the mornings and work at afternoons and nights (until 9 pm). I'm looking for a tidy and polite flatmate to share a flat or a house outside CBD.
26, Software Engineer. Looking for a private room in and around city. Move in Date around 12th Jan as I am on vacation currently and previous lease ended. Looking for something for 8 weeks that can be extended further depending upon contract at work. About Myself: I like to keep things tidy and mind my own business. Like to hit the gym 3-4 days in the week and cook dinner most nights. Don't mind an occasional beer on the weekends. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
I am a pretty easy going Indian, new to Melbourne (1 month), studying at Monash University Caulfield, a good cook (love Masterchef), artistic, musical and creative and up for new experiences. Got a Netflix connection 'coz movies are life. Really clean and punctual in general and I believe, fun to hang out with.
I'm a science teacher starting my first grad job in 2020, I'm currently a manager at Dan Murphy's. Looking to share with other working professionals around my age. I mostly keep to myself at home, however would like to have some similar interests with my housemates. Must be ok with overnight guests 😊 I'm super clean and tidy, plus I have a great stash of wine. Love an almond latte, I'm also amazing at homemade pizza (dough and everything!). Obsessed with Rufus and can't wait to see them at BTV this summer 😍 I'd like to be within about 10km of Camberwell, close to a gym and/or park would be amazing, secure carpark preferable but not essential. Ideally not near a main road or construction site, as I'll be working from home often. Love cats, if you've got them that's a bonus! To let me know you've read my whole profile, if you're sending the initial message please tell me about an average week in your life 😁

I am tidy and respectful of others and their belongings. Love to have a good laugh, get to know each other or keep to myself. Pretty cruisy, don't mind a dinner party and am happy to stay out of the way if others are entertaining I don't love vaccuming but do find doing the dishes very therapeutic so if an arrangement could be struck there I'm all ears. Other than that, work hard, keep living areas tidy and make everyone feel welcome and at home :)
I'm a Deakin student doing a double degree in Law/International Studies and work part time. I have a dog, Otto, who is 3, so I need a place with a backyard and people who are willing to live alongside a good boy. I am clean and look after my dog as if he was my own son. I work/study hard and spend a lot of time dedicated to those things. I'm relaxed and easy to get along with Otto is a German Shepherd cross Kelpie, is house trained, doesn't bark but will growl at strangers coming into the house, friendly with other animals and has never displayed any aggression. May get over excited at times but will listen when he is being told off. He will need an enclosed backyard so he cannot sneak away in the night. I'm more than happy to take the role of house gardener to clean up any mess Otto might make there. I enjoy a chat, I like to read, I spend most of my time studying, I can cook and I'm a vegan :) I'll be studying until the end of 2021 so I'd like to find a place I can be in until I finish
Hi there! I'm David, I’m professionally employed working full-time in the corporate world - so paying bills on time isn't a problem. I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink and have no pets. I’m very relaxed with an easygoing personality. I'm tidy, quiet, considerate and respect the privacy of others. My partying days are well and truly behind me - so I'm not looking for a party house! These days I prefer to quietly relax and engage in good conversation with friends. Look forward to finding my new housemate/s!
